相应的径流式风扇原则上存在结构空间很小的问题,同时还应尽量以最佳方式促进从进风口到鼓风口的气流。良好的流动条件可以改进径流式风扇的效率、压力建立和声响效果。径流式风扇通常具有螺旋状壳体,该壳体容纳径向叶轮发出的快速气流,使其减速,并最终将其转换为可用的压力。这里,无扰动的延迟有利于压力建立。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种径流式风扇,能够改进其气流,以便尽量提高效率,同时改进声响效果。就此而言,应当尽量减小径流式风扇所需的结构空间。

根据本发明,提出一种具有马达和风扇壳体的径流式风扇,该风扇壳体以外部和内部形成螺旋形压力室。外部上布置有压力套接头,该压力套接头形成径流式风扇的鼓风口。风扇壳体中设置有风扇叶轮,该风扇叶轮布置在与马达连接的轴上,并在运行中轴向吸入空气并径向吹出空气。径向邻接风扇叶轮布置有呈环形包围风扇叶轮的分流器,该分流器与风扇壳体共同围绕风扇叶轮形成扩压器,该扩压器直接过渡到压力室中。

径流式风扇1包括构造为封闭式马达并具有转子22和定子32的马达2。转子22的磁体附接至轴7,该轴7沿旋转轴线轴向延伸穿过径流式风扇1。轴7上附接有构造为径流式风扇叶轮的风扇叶轮3,该风扇叶轮3在运行中通过其叶轮叶片经由进气口69轴向吸入空气,并经由压力套接头33在鼓风口44处吹出空气。径流式风扇1还包括风扇壳体,该风扇壳体由外部4、内部5和壳盖17形成,马达2容纳在该壳盖17中。印刷电路板10在内部5与马达2之间轴向附接至壳盖17,该印刷电路板10具有固定于其上的用于调节径流式风扇1的电子部件98。内部5一方面在面向马达2的一侧上形成用于电子部件98的自由空间,另一方面在径流式风扇1面向外部4的轴向相对侧上与外部共同确定了螺旋形压力室D。在此,内部5径向向外延伸,直到外部4与壳盖17之间,并经由外部4和壳盖17固定。设置密封件25,以密封由内部5分隔的两个轴向区域。电子部件98布置在邻接压力室D的自由空间中并因此面向气流,由此将热量散发到内部5并因此进行冷却。
径向邻接风扇叶轮3布置有呈环形包围风扇叶轮3的分流器8,该分流器8与风扇壳体的外部4的内壁面共同围绕风扇叶轮3形成扩压器9。外部4的内壁面和分流器8在扩压器9的区域中垂直于旋转轴线径向向外延伸。在一种替选实施方案中,分流器和外部的彼此相向的壁面也可以会聚。分流器8的自由端形成扩压器9的末端并具有倒圆R。扩压器9直接过渡到压力室D中。压力室D的螺旋形状仅通过内部5形成,而外部4具有恒定的直径。参照图2和图3可以清楚地看出,由于内部5的构型,压力室D既有轴向扩展也有径向扩展。分流器8在径向方向上相对于内部5的径向内壁面87突出,并部分地形成压力室D的上侧轴向面。在一种替选实施方案中,分流器在周向上与内壁面部分齐平。内部5在下侧具有环绕的沟形凹槽,该凹槽在外侧径向过渡成轴向凸起18,该轴向凸起18形成与外部4的内壁面的接触面。压力室D轴向偏移,但压力室D构造为直接邻接扩压器9,使得风扇叶轮3所产生的气流沿切向从扩压器9流出到压力室D中。压力套接头33作为压力室D的延长部分构造在外部4上。
轴承管11轴向居中延伸穿过印刷电路板10并容纳转子22。轴承管11由内部5一体成型。分流器8构造为嵌件并插入到轴承管11中。它即形成轴承管11的整体组成部分,并因此形成转子组件。轴7经由两个轴承19支承在分流器8和轴承管11上。两个轴承19经由弹簧21在轴向方向上张紧。替选地,轴7也可以相对于轴承管11支承。
在风扇叶轮3的侧面上,分流器8具有盆状的轴向凹部14,风扇叶轮3以其底盘嵌入到该凹部14中,使得风扇叶轮3的出风口与邻接的分流器的表面8在轴向平面上齐平。凹部14的直径等于风扇叶轮3的底盘的外径,使得从风扇叶轮3到分流器8的过渡基本上无间隙。基本上无间隙意味着确保风扇叶轮3相对于分流器8的旋转。
Claims (15)
1.一种具有马达(2)和风扇壳体的径流式风扇(1),所述风扇壳体以外部(4)和内部(5)形成螺旋形压力室(D),其中,所述外部上布置有形成所述径流式风扇(1)的鼓风口(44)的压力套接头(33),其中,所述风扇壳体中设置有风扇叶轮(3),所述风扇叶轮(3)布置在与所述马达(2)连接的轴(7)上,且其中,径向邻接所述风扇叶轮(3)布置有呈环形包围所述风扇叶轮(3)的分流器(8),所述分流器(8)与所述风扇壳体共同围绕所述风扇叶轮(3)形成扩压器(9),所述扩压器(9)直接过渡到所述压力室(D)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的径流式风扇,其特征在于,所述外部具有限定所述压力室(D)的恒定外径,并且所述压力室(D)的螺旋形状仅由所述内部(5)确定。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的径流式风扇,其特征在于,所述螺旋形压力室(D)由轴向扩展和径向扩展形成。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的径流式风扇,其特征在于,所述分流器(8)相对于所述内部(5)的径向内壁面至少部分地在径向方向上突出,从而形成所述压力室(D)的轴向面。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的径流式风扇,其特征在于,所述马达(2)具有带电子部件的印刷电路板(10),并且所述内部(5)使所述压力室(D)与所述印刷电路板(10)分隔。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的径流式风扇,其特征在于,所述内部(5)是所述马达(2)的转子(22)的整体组成部分。
7.根据前一项权利要求所述的径流式风扇,其特征在于,所述马达(2)构造为具有至少一侧轴向开口的轴承管(11)的封闭式马达。
8.根据前一项权利要求所述的径流式风扇,其特征在于,所述轴承管(11)和所述内部(5)一体成型。
9.根据前述权利要求7至8中任一项所述的径流式风扇,其特征在于,所述分流器(8)是所述轴承管(11)的整体组成部分。
10.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的径流式风扇,其特征在于,所述分流器(8)具有盆状的轴向凹部(14),所述凹部(14)的直径基本上对应于所述风扇叶轮(3)的外径,其中,所述风扇叶轮(3)局部地轴向嵌入到所述凹部(14)中。
11.根据前述权利要求7至10中任一项所述的径流式风扇,其特征在于,所述分流器(8)插入到所述轴向开口的轴承管(11)中。
12.根据前一项权利要求所述的径流式风扇,进一步包括用于支承所述轴(7)的至少一个轴承(19),其中,所述至少一个轴承(19)布置在所述分流器(8)与所述轴(7)之间。
13.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的径流式风扇,其特征在于,所述分流器(8)在其面向所述压力室(D)的自由端处至少局部地具有倒圆(R)。
14.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的径流式风扇,其特征在于,所述内部(5)在其径向外缘段上具有环绕的轴向凸起(18),所述轴向凸起(18)抵靠在所述外部(4)上。
15.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的径流式风扇,其特征在于,所述马达(2)容纳在壳盖(17)中,其中,所述外部(4)、所述内部(5)和所述壳盖(17)经由密封件(25)彼此密封。
