不同的配合区优选地通过所述支承管的内直径的不同的公差区确定。在所述压力弹簧和所述浮动轴承的区域中针对所述外环存在间隙配合。在所述固定轴承的区域中针对所述轴承的外环存在压配合。轴承组件在此使用外环夹紧的O形布置。
对于所述支承组件而言在一种实施方式中设置成,在所述压力弹簧的区域中的所述轴向第三配合区相应于所述轴向第二配合区。因此能够仅仅设置两个不同的配合区。在此在所述弹簧的区域中相比于在所述浮动轴承的情况下具有更粗公差的间隙配合是可行的。
此外所述支承组件的一种有利的实施方案的特征在于,确定所述固定轴承的第一配合区的轴向配合长度L1,适用于 0.35·L1≤D≤0.5·L1,其中D为所述支承管的支承管内直径。此外优选确定所述浮动轴承的第二配合区的轴向配合长度L2,适用于 0.35·L2≤D≤0.5·L2。所述配合区的小的轴向长度将处理耗费降低到小的轴向区段上。所述压力弹簧的第三配合区轴向上位于两个球轴承的压和间隙配合的两个配合区之间。
在所述支承组件的一种改进方案中所述第一和第二配合区分别以邻接的方式联接到所述支承管的轴向边缘区段处。其位置因此能够明确地且容易地确认。
全部轴向保持力必须所述固定轴承的外环相对于所述支承管的压联合承载。为了在宽的温度范围中确保这一点,对于所述支承管选择如下原料或者材料,即其具有与球轴承外环的材料非常类似的膨胀系数。在一种优选的实施方案中,所述球轴承的外环的材料甚至与所述支承管的材料相同,例如为钢。
一种适宜的解决方案此外设置成,所述球轴承的外环和所述支承管由软磁钢形成,因为无磁的、奥氏体钢具有过高的膨胀系数。
对于待支承的轴而言膨胀系数不太重要且允许不同于支承管的膨胀系数。但是该膨胀系数如此确认,即使得其与球轴承内环的膨胀系数类似,不发生损坏压联合或所述球轴承的不允许的径向间隙改变

为了在通风机中使用此外所述支承组件的这样的实施方案是有利的,即在其中在所述支承管的轴向端部区段处构造有单件式集成到所述支承管中的凸缘,该凸缘具有容纳空间以用于插入通风机叶轮。因此所述支承管除了支承功能之外还能够确定用于所述通风机叶轮的容纳且有助于带有小的结构空间和小的部件数量的紧凑的结构。该公开内容因此也适用于带有上文描述的支承组件的通风机。
根据本实用新型的用于通风机的转子的支承组件具有改进的轴承座的同轴度和单一的轴向侧的简化的安装可能性。

具体实施方式
图1和2显示了用于通风机的转子11的实施为固定-浮动支承件的支承组件1的两个实施例。
参照图1以剖切的透视图显示了支承组件1,带有支承管2、共轴布置在支承管2中的驱动马达的轴28,仅仅示出了驱动马达的转子11。
在支承管2和轴28之间布置有两个相同构造的球轴承3,6,分别带有内环4,7和外环5,8,其中一个用作固定轴承,另一个用作浮动轴承。轴向上在两个球轴承3,6之间存在压力弹簧9,该压力弹簧抵靠两个外环5,8施加弹力以用于消除轴承间隙。
通过在支承管2的内壁面处分别在两个球轴承3,6的区域中的不同的公差区形成不同的配合区。
在一种优选的实施例中两个轴承的配合通过直径的不同的公差区如下实施:
轴的直径=4002-4005mm
内环5,7的直径=3995-4000mm
外环5,8的直径=10995-11000mm
支承管球轴承6(固定轴承)的直径=10983-10993mm
支承管球轴承3(浮动轴承)的直径=11000-11011mm
支承管在压力弹簧9的区域中的直径=11000-1104mm
对于更大或更小的实施变体相应地匹配几何尺寸。
球轴承6构造为固定轴承,球轴承3构造为浮动轴承,其中该布置也能够相反地进行。内环7固定在轴28处,外环8利用压配合紧固在支承管2的连续的无凸肩的区段处。在支承管2处在内壁面处未设置贴靠凸台或设置有另外的几何凸肩。支承管2连续地在没有阶形部的情况下在轴向方向上延伸,从而所有构件能够从唯一的轴向侧安装。相同构造的第二球轴承3为浮动轴承且利用其内环4同样固定在轴28处。外环5利用间隙配合轴向可移动地同样布置在支承管 2的连续的无凸肩的区段处。在两个球轴承3,6之间的压力弹簧9的轴向区域中设置有轴向第三配合区,该轴向第三配合区在显示的实施例中相应于确定浮动轴承的球轴承3的配合区,从而仅仅设置两个不同的配合区。但是在压力弹簧9的区域中的第三配合区能够可变地匹配且能够不同于球轴承3,6的两个配合区。
此外在显示的实施例中,将确定固定轴承的球轴承6的第一配合区的轴向配合长度L1,并且将确定浮动轴承的球轴承3的第二配合区的轴向配合长度L2确定为支承管2的支承管内直径的0.4。两个配合区分别直接以邻接的方式联接到支承管2的轴向边缘区段处。
在根据图1的实施例中在支承管2的上轴向端部区段处此外构造有单件式集成到支承管2中的凸缘25,该凸缘确定容纳空间87以用于插入通风机叶轮17。
根据图2的实施例具有与来自图1的实施例相同的特征,但是区别在于,凸缘25未设置在支承管2处,而是设置为分离的构件。在显示的实施方案中凸缘25由分流器形成,该分流器针对图3还详细描述。
在图3中以截面图示出了带有来自图1的支承组件1的径流式通风机100。径流式通风机100包括构造为隔绝罩马达(Spalttopfmotor) 的电机92,带有转子11和定子32。转子11的磁体固定在轴28处,该轴沿着转动轴线轴向上延伸通过径流式通风机100。在轴28处固定构造为径流式通风机叶轮的通风机叶轮17,该通风机叶轮在运行时通过其叶轮叶片轴向上通过入口69吸入空气且通过压力管接头33 在出风口44吹出空气。此外径流式通风机100包括通风机壳体,该通风机壳体通过外部件40、内部件50和壳体罩盖19形成,马达52 容纳在该壳体罩盖中。轴向上在内部件50和马达52之间固定带有紧固在其上的电子构件的电路板110以用于调节径流式通风机100且该电路板固定在壳体罩盖19处。内部件50一方面在面向马达52的这一侧上形成用于电子构件的自由空间,另一方面与外部件一起在径流式通风机100的面向外部件40的相对的这一侧上确定螺旋形的压力空间D。在此内部件50径向向外延伸直至到外部件40和壳体罩盖 19之间且通过外部件40和壳体罩盖19固定。设置有密封件25,以用于密封通过内部件50分离的两个轴向区域。电子构件在自由空间中以邻接的方式面向压力空间D和因此流布置,由此实现散热到内部件50处且因此实现冷却。
径向上邻接通风机叶轮17布置环形的包围通风机叶轮17的分流器18,该分流器也通过支承管2形成。分流器18与外部件40形成在压力空间D中的扩压器。

Claims (11)

1.一种支承组件,其用于通风机的转子(11)并实施为固定-浮动支承件,其特征在于,带有支承管(2)、压力弹簧(9)、与所述支承管共轴布置的轴(28)和两个布置在所述支承管(2)和所述轴(28)之间的、相同构造的球轴承(3,6),所述球轴承分别带有内环(4,7)和外环(5,8),其中轴向上沿着所述支承管(2)形成多个不同的配合区,其中在轴向第一配合区中作为固定轴承的所述球轴承(3,6)中的一个利用其内环固定在所述轴(28)处且利用其外环以压配合紧固在所述支承管(2)的连续的无凸肩的区段处且在轴向第二配合区中作为浮动轴承的所述球轴承(3,6)中的另一个利用其内环固定在所述轴(28)处且利用其外环以间隙配合轴向可移动地布置在所述支承管(2)的连续的无凸肩的区段处,其中所述压力弹簧(9)布置在轴向第三配合区中且以施加预紧力以抵靠所述球轴承(3,6)的外环(5,8)方式轴向上定位在所述球轴承(3,6)之间且构造成,消除所述浮动轴承的轴承间隙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的支承组件,其特征在于,不同的配合区通过所述支承管(2)的内直径的公差区形成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的支承组件,其特征在于,所述轴向第三配合区相应于所述轴向第二配合区。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的支承组件,其特征在于,确定所述固定轴承的所述轴向第一配合区的轴向配合长度L1,适用于0.35·L1≤D≤0.5·L1,其中D为所述支承管(2)的支承管内直径。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的支承组件,其特征在于,确定所述浮动轴承的所述轴向第二配合区的轴向配合长度L2,适用于0.35·L2≤D≤0.5·L2,其中D为所述支承管(2)的支承管内直径。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的支承组件,其特征在于,所述轴向第一配合区和/或所述轴向第二配合区分别以邻接的方式联接到所述支承管(2)的轴向边缘区段处。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的支承组件,其特征在于,所述球轴承(3,6)的外环(5,8)的材料与所述支承管(2)的材料相同。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的支承组件,其特征在于,所述球轴承(3,6)的外环(5,8)和所述支承管(2)由软磁钢形成。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的支承组件,其特征在于,在所述支承管(2)的轴向端部区段处以单件集成到所述支承管(2)中的方式构造有凸缘(25),所述凸缘具有容纳空间(87)以用于插入通风机叶轮(17)。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的支承组件,其特征在于,在所述支承管(2)的轴向端部区段处布置有单独的凸缘(25),所述凸缘具有容纳空间(87)以用于插入通风机叶轮(17)。
11.一种通风机,其特征在于,带有根据权利要求中1至10中任一项所述的支承组件(1)。
