背景技术
创新型径流式通风机在现有技术中是已知的,例如由德国实用新型DE202018106694U1揭示。
相应的径流式通风机包括数个用于容置马达并形成从入口经压力室到出口的流径的壳体部件。与此同时,流体应尽可能最佳地从入口被输送至出口。良好的流动条件能够改善效率、压力形成和径流式风扇的声响。径流式通风机一般具有螺旋状壳体,该壳体接收并制动径向叶轮所输出的快速流,最终将其转化为有用压力。其中,无冲击延迟对压力形成是有利的。

所述径流式通风机在一个实施变体中进一步包括至少一个用于安装轴体的轴承,该轴承布置在分流件与轴体之间。优选设置两个轴向间隔开的轴承,这两个轴承被弹簧张紧并且分别布置在分流件与轴体之间。
在进一步方案中,所述径流式通风机的特征在于:分流件在其朝向压力室的自由端上至少局部具有倒圆部。倒圆部特别是设置在扩散件的径向末端上,以改善进入压力室的切向入流。
作为所述径流式通风机进一步的实施变体,封装件的轴向突出的环形区段在其径向外缘区段上具有环周延伸的轴向突出部,该轴向突出部贴靠壳体部件的内壁面。由此在压力室中的内侧部件中形成轴向凹陷,与此同时,通过环周延伸的突出部确保封装件的环形区段与壳体部件之间存在足够的贴靠面。

具体实施方式
图1至图4以一个轴向俯视图、两个剖面图A-A和B-B以及一个透视性剖面图示出根据本发明的径流式通风机1的实施例。
径流式通风机1包括形成为内转子的、具有转子22和定子32的电动马达,转子和定子按密封式马达的样式共同作用。转子22的磁体固定在轴体7上,该轴体沿着旋转轴RA沿轴向延伸穿过径流式通风机1。形成为径流式通风机叶轮的通风机叶轮3紧固在轴体7上,该通风机叶轮工作时通过其叶轮叶片沿轴向透过入口69吸入空气并且透过出口44处的压力接头33吹出空气。
径流式通风机1包括基本部件2和套设在基本部件2上的、带有压力接头33的壳体部件4,该压力接头限定出口44。基本部件2是整体一件式构造单元,在该构造单元中,电动马达的定子32、印制电路板10以及紧固在印制电路板10上的用于控制径流式通风机1的马达电子部件98被一体式塑料封装件17封装起来。在基本部件2中,围绕轴体7的旋转轴RA形成圆柱形空隙92,轴体7和电动马达的固定在轴体上的转子22插入该空隙中,使得转子22和定子32位于一个轴向平面上。空隙92的底部77被封装件17封闭。
封装件17形成沿轴向平行于旋转轴延伸的突出的环形区段11,该环形区段的朝向壳体部件4的轴向端面与壳体部件4一起限定螺旋形压力室D。在环形区段11上的径向外侧形成有轴向突出部18,该突出部形成与壳体部件4的内壁面贴靠的贴靠面。因此,环形区段11的轴向端面呈槽状下陷。在图4中可以清楚看到,环形区段11同时形成位于径向内侧的用于马达电子组件98的容置空间。
包围通风机叶轮3的环形分流件8被布置成沿径向邻接通风机叶轮3,该分流件与壳体部件4的内壁面一起在通风机叶轮3周围形成扩散件9。外侧部件4的内壁面和分流件8在扩散件9区域内垂直于旋转轴RA沿径向向外延伸。分流件8的自由端形成扩散件9的末端并且具有倒圆部R。扩散件9直接与压力室D衔接。压力室D的螺旋形状仅由内侧部件5形成,其中壳体部件4具有恒定直径。如图2至图4中清楚所示,环形区段11的造型既在轴向上又在径向上扩展了压力室D。分流件8相对于内侧部件5的径向内壁面87沿径向突出,并且部分地形成压力室D的上侧轴向面。压力室D轴向偏移,但紧邻扩散件9形成,使得通风机叶轮3所产生的流沿切向从扩散件9流入压力室D中。带有出口44的压力接头33在压力室D的延长部中一件式形成在外侧部件4上并且具有圆形横截面。
壳体部件4在环形区段11的径向外壁面处相对于基本部件2被环周延伸的密封件25密封。此外,在基本部件2上一体式设有用于插接插头以及与印制电路板10接触的插接装置93。
电子部件98被封装件17包围地在自由空间中邻接压力室D布置并且因此而面向流体,借此将热量释放到分流件8上,从而实现冷却。
分流件8位于环形区段11上并且此外形成为套筒,该套筒具有沿轴向插入空隙92中的圆柱形管段,该管段的末端与转子22相隔一定距离。轴体7借助两个轴承19安装在分流件8上。这两个轴承19通过弹簧21沿轴向张紧。作为替代方案,也可以相对于基本部件2中的空隙92来安装轴体7。此外,也可以相对于分流件8安装其中一个轴承19,相对于基本部件2安装第二个轴承19。
分流件8在通风机叶轮3这一侧具有筒状的轴向凹陷14,通风机叶轮3连同其底盘插入在该凹陷中,使得通风机叶轮3的出口和毗邻的分流件8的表面齐平地位于一个轴向平面中。凹陷14的直径等于通风机叶轮3的底盘的外径,使得从通风机叶轮3到分流件8的过渡是基本无隙的。设置优选为0.2mm至0.5mm的最小间隙以确保通风机叶轮3的旋转。其中,“基本无隙”的意思是通风机叶轮3相对于分流件8的旋转是有保证的。
Claims (16)
1.一种径流式通风机(1),具有基本部件(2)、套设在所述基本部件(2)上的带有出口的壳体部件(4)、马达电子组件(98)和内转子电动马达,所述内转子电动马达通过轴体(7)驱动通风机叶轮(3),其中,所述马达电子组件(98)和所述电动马达的定子(32)在所述基本部件(2)中被封装件(17)封装起来并且共同形成整体一件式构造单元,且其中,所述径流式通风机(1)具有呈螺旋状围绕所述通风机叶轮(3)变大的压力室(D),所述压力室由所述壳体部件(4)和所述封装件(17)形成和限定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,所述封装件(17)包括沿轴向延伸的突出的环形区段,所述环形区段的轴向端面限定所述压力室(D),其中,所述环形区段限定用于所述马达电子组件(98)的容置空间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,所述螺旋形压力室(D)由轴向扩展和径向扩展形成。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,所述壳体部件(4)具有限定所述压力室(D)的恒定直径,并且所述压力室(D)的螺旋形状仅由所述封装件(17)限定。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,所述电动马达布置在所述马达电子组件(98)的第一轴向侧,并且所述压力室(D)布置在所述马达电子组件(98)的与所述第一轴向侧相对的第二轴向侧。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,所述马达电子组件(98)布置在印制电路板(10)上,并且所述印制电路板(10)被所述封装件(17)包围。
7.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,所述基本部件(2)在用于所述轴体(7)的旋转轴(RA)周围具有圆柱形空隙(92),所述电动马达的固定在所述轴体(7)上的转子(22)插入所述空隙中。
8.根据上一项权利要求所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,所述空隙(92)具有由所述封装件(17)形成的封闭底部(77)。
9.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,包围所述通风机叶轮(3)的环形分流件(8)被布置成沿径向邻接所述通风机叶轮(3),所述分流件与所述壳体部件(4)一起在所述通风机叶轮(3)周围形成扩散件(9),所述扩散件直接与所述压力室(D)衔接。
10.根据上一项权利要求所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,所述分流件(8)位于所述封装件(17)上。
11.根据上述权利要求7和9或10所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,所述分流件(8)形成为插入所述空隙(92)中的套筒。
12.根据上述权利要求9-11中任一项所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,所述分流件(8)相对于所述封装件(17)的径向内壁面(87)沿径向至少局部突出,从而形成所述压力室(D)的轴向面。
13.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,所述分流件(8)具有筒状的轴向凹陷(14),所述凹陷的直径基本等于所述通风机叶轮(3)的外径,其中,所述通风机叶轮(3)部分地沿轴向插入所述凹陷(14)中。
14.根据上一项权利要求所述的径流式通风机,进一步包括至少一个用于安装所述轴体(7)的轴承(19),其中,所述至少一个轴承(19)布置在所述分流件(8)与所述轴体(7)之间。
15.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,所述分流件(8)在其朝向所述压力室(D)的自由端上至少局部具有倒圆部(R)。
16.根据上述权利要求2-15中任一项所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,所述封装件(17)的轴向突出的所述环形区段(11)在其径向外缘区段上具有环周延伸的轴向突出部(18)并且贴靠所述壳体部件(4)的内壁面。
