此外,在所述径流式通风机中,一种实施方式很有利,在其中,所述内部件是所述电机的转子的不可分割的组成部分。部件数量和为此所需的结构空间被最小化。
尤其是所述电机被设计为具有轴向开口的支承管的密封式电机。在此有利的是,所述支承管和所述内部件设计为一体式。因此,所述电机的功能可与用于流向转换的空气动力的功能相结合,而不需要其他的部件。
此外,所述径流式通风机在一种扩展中的特征在于,所述分流器是所述支承管和所述转子组件的不可分割的组成部分。在一种有利的实施方式中,所述分流器被插入所述轴向开口的支承管内,并且至少有部段接受了所述内部件的形状。
所述分流器在一种实施方式中具有钵状的、轴向的下凹,其具有基本等于所述通风机叶轮的外直径的直径。所述通风机叶轮有部段以尽量小的、0.2至0.5mm的间隙尺寸轴向地被置入所述下凹内,以确保旋转,因此,由所述通风机叶轮吹出的气流就直接地受到了所述分流器的径向相接的、构成所述扩散器的部段的影响。所述下凹能够实现通风机叶轮和分流器的轴向紧凑的结构。
所述径流式通风机在一种扩展中的特征在于,所述分流器在其朝向压力室的自由端上至少有部段具有曲线。所述曲线尤其是被设置在所述扩散器的径向终端上,以便改进进入所述压力室内的切向进流。
作为所述径流式通风机的更多实施变型,所述内部件在其径向的外缘部段上具有环绕的轴向突出部,所述轴向突出部靠置在所述外部件上。由此在压力室内的内部部件中形成轴向的下凹,此外,同时通过所述环绕的突出部,确保了内部件与外部件之间充分的接合面。
此外,所述径流式通风机在一种实施变型中包括至少一个用于支承传动轴的支承装置,所述支承装置被布置在所述分流器与所述传动轴之间。优选设置两个轴向间隔的支承装置,所述支承装置通过弹簧被支住,并且分别被布置在所述分流器与所述传动轴之间。
在所述径流式通风机中,所述电机优选被容置在壳体盖中。所述外部件、所述内部件和所述壳体盖相互之间通过密封装置被密封,以便最小化压力损耗。
根据本实用新型的径流式通风机在改善噪声效果时具有尽量高的效率。

具体实施方式
在图1至3中,示出了根据本实用新型的径流式通风机1的一种实施例的轴向俯视图和两个剖面图A-A和B-B。
所述径流式通风机1包括被设计为密封式电机的电机2,其具有转子22和定子32。所述转子22的磁体被固定在所述传动轴7上,该传动轴沿着旋转轴轴向地通过所述径流式通风机1延伸。在所述传动轴7上固定着被设计为径流式通风机叶轮的通风机叶轮3,该通风机叶轮在运行中经过其转轮叶片轴向地通过所述进气口69吸入空气并且通过所述压力端口33在出风口44上吹出。此外,所述径流式通风机1包括了通风机壳体,该通风机壳体是通过所述外部件4、所述内部件5和所述电机2被容置在其中的所述壳体盖17构成的。轴向地在所述内部件5与所述电机2之间,所述电路板10连同被固定在其上的、用于调控所述径流式通风机1的电子元件98被固定在所述壳体盖17上。所述内部件5一方面为所述电子元件98在朝向所述电机的一侧上构成空隙,另一方面,它连同所述外部件一起确定了在所述径流式通风机1的朝向所述外部件4的、彼此相对的轴向侧面上的所述螺旋状压力室D。其中,所述内部件5径向向外地一直延伸到所述外部件4与所述壳体盖17之间,并且通过所述外部件4和所述壳体盖17被固定。设置密封装置25,以便密封两个通过所述内部件5而被隔离的轴向区域。所述电子元件98被布置在邻近所述压力室D的空隙内,因此被布置得朝向气流,由此实现向所述内部件5 的散热,进而实现冷却。
径向地靠近所述通风机叶轮3布置环形的、环绕所述通风机叶轮3的分流器8,所述分流器连同所述通风机壳体的外部件4的内壁面一起围绕着所述通风机叶轮3构成了所述扩散器9。所述外部件4 的内壁面和所述分流器8在所述扩散器9的区域内垂直于旋转轴径向向外地延伸。在一种替选性的实施方式中,所述分流器和所述外部件的相互朝向的壁面也可交会。所述分流器8的自由端构成了所述扩散器9的终端,并且具有曲线R。所述扩散器9紧接地转入所述压力室D。所述压力室D的螺旋形状仅仅通过所述内部件5构成,所述外部件4在此具有保持不变的直径。通过参照图2至3,可以看清楚地看出,所述压力室D通过所述内部件5的成型既在轴向上、也在径向上加宽。所述分流器8相对于所述内部件5的径向内壁面87 而言在径向方向上突出,部分地构成了所述压力室D的上侧的轴向面。在一种替选性的实施方式中,所述分流器从周缘有部分紧密地以所述内壁面结束。所述内部件5在下侧具有环绕的槽型凹陷,所述凹陷在径向外侧转入轴向突出部18,所述突出部构成了与所述外部件4的内壁面的接合面。所述压力室D被设计得在轴向上交错,但直接紧邻所述扩散器9,从而由所述通风机叶轮3所制造的气流切向地从所述扩散器9流入所述压力室D。所述压力端口33被设计在所述压力室D的延长部中的外部件4上。
所述支承管11以轴中心的方式通过所述电路板10延伸,并且容置着所述转子22。所述支承管11是通过所述内部件5被一体式地一同构成。所述分流器8被设计为插入件,并被插入所述支承管11 内。因此,它构成了所述支承管11、进而是所述转子组件的不可分割的组成部分。通过两个支承装置19,所述传动轴7被支承在所述分流器8和所述支承管11上。所述两个支承装置19通过所述弹簧 21在轴向上被支住。替选方案是,也可实现所述传动轴7相对于所述支承管11的支承。
在所述通风机叶轮3的侧面上,所述分流器8具有钵状的轴向下凹14,所述通风机叶轮3以其底部薄片插入该下凹中,从而所述通风机叶轮的出口和相邻分流器8的表面紧密地处在轴向平面内。所述下凹14的直径等于所述通风机叶轮3的底部薄片的外直径,从而实现由通风机叶轮3向分流器8的基本无间隙的过渡。基本无间隙在此意味着,确保了所述通风机叶轮3相对于所述分流器8的旋转。
Claims (15)
1.一种径流式通风机,其特征在于,具有电机(2)和通风机壳体,所述通风机壳体以外部件(4)和内部件(5)构成了螺旋状的压力室(D),其中,在所述外部件上,布置了构成所述径流式通风机(1)的出风口(44)的压力端口(33),其中,在所述通风机壳体内,设置被布置在与所述电机(2)相连接的传动轴(7)上的通风机叶轮(3),并且其中,径向靠近所述通风机叶轮(3)地布置环形的、环绕所述通风机叶轮(3)的分流器(8),所述分流器连同所述通风机壳体围绕所述通风机叶轮(3)构成了扩散器(9),所述扩散器紧接着转入所述压力室(D)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,所述外部件具有界定所述压力室(D)的、保持不变的直径,所述压力室(D)的螺旋形状仅仅通过所述内部件(5)来确定。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,螺旋状的所述压力室(D)是通过轴向和径向的加宽构成的。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,所述分流器(8)相对于所述内部件(5)的径向内壁面而言在径向上至少有部分突出,因此构成了所述压力室(D)的轴向面。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,所述电机(2)具有包括有电子元件的电路板(10),所述内部件(5)使得所述压力室(D)相对于所述电路板(10)而言隔离。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,所述内部件(5)是所述电机(2)的转子(22)的不可分割的组成部分。
7.根据权利要求6所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,所述电机(2)被设计为密封式电机,具有在轴向上至少有一侧开口的支承管(11)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,所述支承管(11)和所述内部件(5)被设计为一体式。
9.根据权利要求7所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,所述分流器(8)是所述支承管(11)的不可分割的组成部分。
10.根据权利要求1或2所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,所述分流器(8)具有钵状的轴向下凹(14),所述轴向下凹具有基本等于所述通风机叶轮(3)的外直径的直径,其中,所述通风机叶轮(3)有部段轴向地被置入所述轴向下凹(14)中。
11.根据权利要求7所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,所述分流器(8)被置入轴向开口的所述支承管(11)中。
12.根据权利要求11所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,此外包括至少一个支承装置(19),用于支承所述传动轴(7),其中,所述至少一个支承装置(19)被布置在所述分流器(8)与所述传动轴(7)之间。
13.根据权利要求1或2所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,所述分流器(8)在其朝向压力室(D)的自由端上至少有部段具有曲线(R)。
14.根据权利要求1或2所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,所述内部件(5)在其径向的外缘部段上具有环绕的轴向突出部(18),所述轴向突出部靠置在所述外部件(4)上。
15.根据权利要求1或2所述的径流式通风机,其特征在于,所述电机(2)被容置在壳体盖(17)内,其中,所述外部件(4)、所述内部件(5)和所述壳体盖(17)相互之间通过密封装置(25)被密封。
