Description

滑动表面轴承材料
本发明涉及一种滑动表面轴承材料(material for sliding surface bearings),特别是涉及含有可锻铜-锌合金、尤其是用于制造轴承套和低摩擦力洗衣机的滑动表面轴承材料。
由可锻铜-锌合金,特别是CuZn31Si类型合金,制成的滑动表面轴承材料的应用是已知的。该滑动表面轴承材料记载在德国标准17660(German  Standard  17  660)中,它以单金属形式使用,在中等载荷下轴承具有优良的滑动性能,用于制造具有壁厚1-15mm的轴承套,其应用于卡车的轴向节、机械工具等等。但是,如这类轴承套承受更大载荷,如连杆轴承,则该滑动表面轴承单金属材料的承载性就不能满足要求,其结果是导致滑动表面轴承材料的变形,特别是在该材料的表面处。除此之外,使用单金属滑动表面轴承材料也是不经济的。
也已经知道使用滑动表面轴承复合材料,该复合材料由钢底层和连接到该底层上的烧结或铸造的铜一铅-锡合金属组成。但是,甚至这种滑动表面轴承复合材料也不能承受所加的高载荷,如在现代的内燃机中。也更经常性地遇到腐蚀所造成的损害,从而使内燃机无法工作。
本发明的一个目的是改善上文首先叙及的滑动表面轴承材料的机械性能,使其承载性得到改善,并且避免上述讨论的滑动表面轴承材料的缺点,从而增大其应用领域。
本发明的目的如此达到:将厚度为0.1-1.5mm的可锻铜-锌合金层不可分地连接到钢或不锈钢制成的底层上。
所希望的是,可锻铜-锌合金和底层之间的连接部分是由通过一起轧制而形成的复合材料所组成。
可锻铜-锌合金优选地具有下列组成:
28-32%    (wt)     锌
0.7-1.3%  (wt)     硅
66-70%    (wt)     铜
所希望的是在钢底层和滑动表面轴承的轴承材料层之间提供一个中间层,该中间的厚度为10-200微米,且由铜或铜合金组成,或者具有不同的组成。
为了制造用于滑动表面轴承的由钢和CuZn31Si组成的复合材料,在一个连续过程中,在包层轧制轧机(cladding rolling mill)中将冷轧钢带和CuZn31Si带一起轧制,挤压和/或擦挤并连接在一起。在轧辊所施加的压力之下,钢带和CuZn31Si带变形到不同程度,并产生相对运动,从而通过磨擦焊将两种材料连接在一起。当该滑动表面轴承复合材料的带材冷却并盘绕成卷之后,在保护气体气氛下将该带材进行热处理。该处理产生扩散过程,由此增强了钢和CuZn31Si层之间的连接并改善了CuZn31Si层的结构。为了保证复合带具有最小的厚度公差以及为了进一步增加其强度性能,通过使用具有恒定轧辊间隙的轧辊轧机来使滑动表面轴承复合材料带材定尺寸是可能的。
只有在本发明的滑动表面轴承复合材料中,可锻铜-锌合金(特别是CuZn31Si类型)优良的滑动性能和耐蚀性与滑动表面轴承钢基复合材料高承载性相结合。本发明的滑动表面轴承复合材料可以以非常低的成本制得且具有很小公差,当其经变形而被制成滑动元件时,则具有惊人的优良的性能。

Claims (4)

1、一种滑动表面轴承材料,它含有可锻铜-锌合金,它特别是用于制造轴承套和低磨擦力洗衣机,其特征是,厚度为0.1-1.5mm的由可锻铜-锌合金组成的合金属不可分地连接到由钢或不锈钢制成的底层上。
2、如权利要求1的滑动表面轴承材料,其特征是,在可锻铜-锌合金制成的层与钢或不锈钢制成的底层之间提供了一个通过一起轧制而形成的连接部分。
3、如权利要求1或2的滑动表面轴承材料,其特征是,可锻铜-锌合金的组成为:
28-32%    (wt)    锌
0.7-1.3%  (wt)    硅
66-70%    (wt)    铜。
4、含有权利要求1-3任一种材料的滑动表面轴承。
