Claims (4)

  1. 베어링 부싱 및 저-마찰 층상 세척기의 제조에 사용하기에 바람직한 단련용 구리-아연 합금으로 구성되는 미끄럼 표면 베어링용 물질로서, 단령용 구리-아연 합급으로 구성되고 0.1 내지 1.5㎜의 두께를 갖는 층이 강철 또는 스테인레스 스틸로 제조된 지지 층에 분리되지 않게 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 미끄럼 표면 베어링용 물질.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 동시-압연에 의해 형성된 결합부가 단련용 구리-아연 합금으로 제조된 층과 강철 또는 스테인레스 스틸로 제조된 지지층 사이에 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 미끄럼 표면 베어링용 물질.
  3. 제1 및 제2항에 있어서, 단련용 구리-아연 합금이 아연 28 내지 32중량% 규소 0.7 내지 1.3중량% 구리 66 내지 70중량%로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 미끄럼 표면 베어링용 물질.
  4. 제1 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 물질로 구성되는 미끄럼 표면 베어링.
