Description
第1合金粉末(Cu-12Sn合金粉末):90質量%
第2合金粉末(Sn-58Bi合金粉末):10質量%
計算上の合金組成:Cu-16Sn-6Bi
鋼板:直径90mm、厚さ6mm、材質S45C
製造工程は以下のとおりである。
(1)混合工程:第1合金粉末と第2合金粉末をY字混合機で均一に混合する。
(2)散布工程:鋼板上に混合粉末を厚さ2mmに散布する。
(3)一次焼結工程:混合粉末が散布された鋼板をアンモニア分解ガスを用いた焼結炉で720〜760℃で焼結を行い、粉末同士、粉末と鋼板とを金属的に接合して複層材を得る。
(4)一次押圧工程:前記複層材をプレスにより500〜900トンで押圧し、焼結層の緻密化を図る。
(5)二次焼結工程:焼結層が緻密化された複層材を前述焼結炉で720〜760℃で二次焼結する。
(6)二次押圧工程:焼鈍した複層材をプレスにより200〜600トンで押圧して、鋼板を所定の硬さにする。
(7)仕上げ工程:複層材の焼結層を旋盤で所定の厚さまで切削するとともに、焼結層の表面を平滑に仕上げる。
第1合金粉末(Cu-12Sn合金粉末):90質量%
第2合金粉末(Sn-58Bi合金粉末):10質量%
計算上の合金組成:Cu-16Sn-6Bi
鋼板:直径90mm、厚さ6mm、材質S45C
製造工程は以下のとおりである。
(1)混合工程:第1合金粉末と第2合金粉末をY字混合機で均一に混合する。
(2)散布工程:鋼板上に混合粉末を厚さ2mmに散布する。
(3)焼結工程:混合粉末が散布された鋼板をアンモニア分解ガスを用いた焼結炉で720〜760℃で焼結を行い、粉末同士、粉末と鋼板とを金属的に接合して複層材を得る。
(4)樹脂含侵工程:複層材の焼結層上にポリテトラフルオロエチレン、ポリフェニレンサルファイド、二硫化モリブデンからなるディスパージョンを載置し、ローラーで押圧して、多孔質の焼結層に摺動性樹脂を含侵させる。
(5)乾燥工程:200℃の乾燥炉でディスパージョンの水分を乾燥させる。
(6)焼成工程:水分が乾燥させられた複層材を焼成炉で350〜400℃に加熱して摺動性樹脂を緻密化する。
(7)仕上げ工程:焼結層に含侵させた樹脂を旋盤で所定の厚さまで切削する。
合金粉末:Cu-10Sn-1Bi
製造工程は実施例1と同じ。
Claims (5)
- Bi2〜20質量%、Sn10超〜25質量%、残部Cuからなり、しかもCuとSnとの合金がマトリックスを形成しているとともに該マトリックス中にBiが点在しており、Bi中には不純物としての含有を除きCuやSnが含有されていないことを特徴とする銅系摺動材料。
- 前記マトリックス中に固体潤滑剤が点在していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の銅系摺動材料。
- Cu、Bi、Snからなる摺動材料が焼結により鋼板上に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至2いずれかに記載の銅系摺動材料。
- Cu、Bi、Sn、からなる摺動材料の表面には、摺動性樹脂が被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3いずれかに記載の銅系摺動材料。
- Sn0〜20質量%、残部Cuからなる第1合金粉末と、Sn30〜60質量%、残部Biからなる第2合金粉末を、Bi2〜20質量%、Sn10超〜25未満質量%、残部Cuの配合となるように混合し、この混合した粉末を鋼板上に散布した後、還元雰囲気中で焼結して合金粉末同士および合金粉末と鋼板とを接合したことを特徴とする銅系摺動材料の製造方法。
