Effect example 3
To verify the skin suitability of the product according to the invention, the product obtained in example 1 was subjected to a simulated skin irritation test. The test method comprises the following steps: adding 1mL of 30% aqueous solution of the product obtained in example 1 (named as Cithrol 10GTIS) into accurately weighed 70mg of zein, placing in a rotary instrument, mixing the liquid at the speed of 40r/min for 20min, centrifuging the liquid at the speed of 10000r/min for 4min to separate the liquid from the mass, removing solid residues, and heating the residual zein solution at 50 ℃ overnight; after all the water had disappeared, the mass of the remaining undissolved zein was weighed and the mass percentage of dissolved zein (dissolution rate)%, was finally calculated. The above procedure was repeated 6 times, and the resulting data were averaged to obtain final average values while setting a control group which replaced the aqueous product solution of example 1 with 8% SLS (sodium lauryl sulfate) aqueous solution, 8% SLES (sodium lauryl ether sulfate) aqueous solution, 6% SLES aqueous solution and 3% cabba 30 (cocamidopropyl betaine) aqueous solution, 2% SLES aqueous solution and 7% cabba 30 aqueous solution by mass and equivalent water. The test results are shown in fig. 2.
Since zein is a corn-derived water-insoluble protein that is widely used to test potential skin irritation and the degree of protein denaturation that results from skin care products, it is generally believed that the higher the zein dissolution rate in a simulated skin test, the more irritating the skin the product tested. As can be seen from the figure, compared with other common skin care product surface active additives, the zein dissolution rate of the product obtained by the invention (5.9%) is only equivalent to that of water (5.69%), which indicates that the quick-emulsifying cleansing oil disclosed by the invention has extremely small irritation to the skin.
Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting the protection scope of the present invention, and although the present invention is described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions can be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
