Description

Liquid skin-care cream and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care products, in particular to a liquid skin care cream and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, cream skin care products on the market are mainly (O/W) cream or (W/O) cream, and once the form of the product is determined, the product is generally not changed. The cream products have good moisture retention, but in spring and summer or in southern areas with high humidity, the cream products are easy to cause heavy skin feel, and are not very friendly to the skin groups with easy allergy. Current cream type products only provide targeted care to the skin and cannot be tailored to provide refreshing skin care or deep moisturizing skin care depending on the situation. In addition, the existing cream skin care products are generally in a solid form, so that a user cannot feel the change of the state of the cream skin care products in the using process, and the form is single.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the liquid skin-care cream, the product is in a liquid state, the far spray of the product is essence, and the near spray can form cream; when the skin needs slight moisture retention, the product is sprayed far away, and the product is equivalent to moisture retention spray; when the skin needs deep moisture retention, the product is squeezed or sprayed out and massaged by hands, and the product is changed into cream from liquid state, so that long-time moisture retention can be provided for the skin.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the liquid skin-care cream, which has simple process and easily controlled quality and is convenient for realizing industrial production.
One of the purposes of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:
a liquid skin cream comprises a water phase and an oil phase, wherein the water phase comprises 60-80 parts of a solvent, 11-25 parts of a first humectant, 0.5-1 part of a first skin conditioner, 0.1-1 part of a first thickener and 0.5-1 part of a first emulsifier; the oil phase comprises 1-3 parts of a second thickening agent, 0.5-1 part of a second emulsifier and 3-5 parts of an emollient; the first thickener comprises xanthan gum, and the first emulsifier comprises sodium stearyl glutamate; the second thickening agent comprises one or any combination of cetearyl alcohol, myristyl alcohol and arachidyl alcohol, and the second emulsifier comprises polyglycerol-2 laurate. More preferably, the second thickener is a mixture of cetearyl alcohol, myristyl alcohol and arachidyl alcohol, and the weight ratio of cetearyl alcohol, myristyl alcohol and arachidyl alcohol may be 1: 1: 1.
the liquid skin-care cream is an O/W white flowing emulsion, phase inversion is realized by compounding polyglycerol-2 laurate and sodium stearyl glutamate, and water transfer cream is realized by adding a small amount of cetyl stearyl alcohol. The product has extremely low oil phase content, has the light feeling of O/W liquid, is gradually converted into W/O cream in the smearing process, and is moistened for a long time.
In the present invention, polyglycerol-2 laurate has an HLB of about 9.4. The critical HLB value tends to form W/O, and the HLB value of the polyglycerol ester emulsifier changes obviously with temperature, so that phase inversion is easy to occur. The formula is matched with a phase inversion promoting auxiliary emulsifier sodium stearyl glutamate, and a small amount of cetostearyl alcohol is added, so that an emulsified body tends to form a W/O structure, but finally exists in a critical O/W state. During application, the temperature rises, water is partially evaporated, the phase volume is changed, the water phase volume is reduced, oil phase transformation is formed, the emulsion structure is changed into a water-emulsion mixed state, and the emulsion exists in a high internal phase W/O structure, so that the process of converting liquid into paste which can be seen by naked eyes is formed. That is, the low viscosity fluid gradually transforms into a paste during application.
Further, the water phase also comprises 0.01-0.1 part of pH regulator, the first humectant comprises 5-12 parts of glycerin, 2-10 parts of butanediol and 2-3 parts of betaine, and the first skin conditioning agent comprises 0.5-1 part of panthenol; the emollient comprises 3-5 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride.
