Description

Mild cleansing oil and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to mild cleansing oil and a preparation method thereof, in particular to mild cleansing oil mainly comprising vegetable oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The cleansing oil is a cosmetic for cleansing and cleaning residues of makeup cosmetics and skin pore secretions, which are specially used for cleansing, thereby keeping skin clean. The cleansing oil is an oily preparation mainly composed of transparent liquid oily components, and is easier to spread and remove makeup compared with cleansing cream; it is more moist than make-up remover. With the improvement of life quality of people, the requirements on the cleansing oil are not only limited to rapid cleansing and cleaning, but also environment-friendly, low-irritation and natural green components are pursued from raw materials. The common grease used for removing the makeup oil comprises mineral oil, isohexadecane, dioctyl carbonate and the like, and is mainly synthetic grease. The vegetable oil has natural green environmental protection property and is moist, so that the vegetable oil replaces part of the synthetic oil and is more and more favored by consumers. The main purpose of the cleansing oil is to remove the makeup, and when the dosage of the emulsifier in the cleansing oil is large, the cleansing oil can achieve the effects of good cleansing power and strong degreasing power, but skin dryness can be caused by frequent use; when the amount of the emulsifier is small, the cleansing power of the emulsifier can not meet the requirement, and balance is required in experiments.
The prior patent document CN102198061A describes a mild cleansing oil with skin care effect, which comprises 79 to 89.9 percent of vegetable oil, 10 to 20 percent of emulsifier, 0.1 to 1 percent of essential oil and 0 to 5 percent of humectant. Although it has a good makeup removing effect, there are two disadvantages to be overcome due to the addition of a large amount of vegetable oil: firstly, easy rancidity; secondly, vegetable oil is easy to separate out near the low-temperature freezing point, which causes inconvenient use.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide mild cleansing oil and a preparation method thereof.
In order to overcome the defects of plant cleansing oil in the market, not only the effect during cleansing oil is emphasized, but also the phenomena of degreasing of skin, drying of skin in the later period, acne and the like possibly caused by long-term use of the cleansing oil are emphasized from the characteristic of the cleansing oil. By studying these problems, we have conducted sufficient experiments on both cleansing power and sensitive muscle tests, and thus finally prepared a mild cleansing oil of the present invention.
The invention aims at realizing the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, the invention provides a mild cleansing oil, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight:
preferably, the low freezing point oil is coco-caprylate/caprate.
Preferably, the emulsifier comprises sorbitol polyether-30 tetraoleate and polyglycerol-2 sesquioleate; the weight percentage of the sorbitol polyether-30 tetraoleate and the polyglycerol-2 sesquioleate in the mild cleansing oil is 12.00-17.00% and 1.00-2.50% respectively.
Preferably, the antioxidant is tocopherol (vitamin E).
Preferably, the cleansing oil further comprises 0.01 to 0.50 weight percent of other components.
Preferably, the other ingredients include one or more of bergamot (CITRUS AURANTIUM BERGMIA) oil, geranium (PELARGONIUM GRAVEOLENS) oil, calendula (CALENDULA OFFICINALIS) flower extract, white pool flower (LIMNANTHES ALBA) seed oil, rosemary (ROSMARINUS OFFICINALIS) leaf extract, lime (CITRUS AURANTIUM DULCIS) peel oil.

The results are shown in Table 3.
TABLE 3 Table 3
As can be seen from the results of Table 3, the cleansing oils prepared in the examples of the present invention showed no oil precipitation at 0℃and-5℃and had oil precipitation at-15℃and recovered to normal state after leaving to room temperature. In comparative example 1, however, the amount of the oil added at the freezing point was decreased, which resulted in precipitation at-5℃but recovered to normal state after leaving at room temperature.
Test experiment 2: high temperature antioxidant experiment
The cleansing oil products prepared in each example and comparative example were respectively kept at 0 ℃,25 ℃ and 45 ℃ for 8 weeks, and the cleansing oil products were recovered to room temperature, and the change of the odor of the products was tested by comparison, so as to determine the oxidation resistance of the products.
TABLE 4 Table 4
As can be seen from the results in table 4, the cleansing oil product prepared in the example of the present invention is stable at the test temperature for 8 weeks, and has no obvious rancid smell; in comparative example 5, however, the addition of no antioxidant and too little antioxidant in comparative example 6 resulted in a slight change in odor at 25℃and a significant change in odor at 45 ℃. That is, it is stated that no antioxidant is added or that too little antioxidant is added, the prepared cleansing oil has a remarkable rancid smell.
Test experiment 3: experiments on make-up removal Effect
The cleansing effect of the mild cleansing oil is evaluated from two indexes of cleansing force and skin feel after use, and the evaluation of each index adopts grading.
Specific grading criteria for makeup removal force are:
stage 1: the color cosmetics and dirt are clean and quick in the use process.
2 stages: the cleansing power of the color makeup and dirt is general in the use process.
3 stages: the cleansing power of the color makeup and dirt is poor in the use process.
The specific grading standards after use are as follows:
stage 1: the skin has no adverse reaction after use, does not dry, and is fresh and moisture-keeping.
2 stages: the skin has no adverse reaction after use, and is not very dry and not very moist.
3 stages: the skin has no adverse reaction after use, and is greasy or dry.
The results of the evaluation of the cleansing power population for the cleansing oils of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 3 to 4 of the present invention are shown in Table 5. Wherein the cleaning force effect of example 2 and comparative example 4 is shown in fig. 1.
TABLE 5
The results of the evaluation of the skin feel crowd of the cleansing oils of examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 3 to 4 of the present invention are shown in Table 6.
TABLE 6
As can be seen from the results of tables 5 and 6, when only sorbitol polyether-30 tetraoleate was used as an emulsifier in the cleansing oil of comparative example 3, the cleansing power reached level 1, but the cleansing power was too strong, and the skin was dry and the skin feel level was lowered by long-term use. When the addition amount of polyglycerol-2 sesquioleate is increased and the addition amount of sorbitol polyether-30 tetraoleate is reduced in the cleansing oil of comparative example 4, cleansing power of the cleansing oil is lowered, and a greasy phenomenon is generated.
There are many ways in which the invention may be practiced, and what has been described above is merely a preferred embodiment of the invention. It should be noted that the above examples are only for illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications may be made without departing from the principles of the invention, and such modifications are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
