Abstract

The invention discloses a sunscreen stick containing water-soluble components, and belongs to the technical field of special cosmetics. The sunscreen stick containing the water-soluble components contains the following components in parts by weight: 5.00-40.00 parts of sun-screening agent, 1.00-10.00 parts of emulsifier, 1.00-30.00 parts of water-soluble component, 10.00-92.00 parts of emollient and 1.00-20.00 parts of powder. According to the invention, the water-soluble component is added into the sunscreen stick, so that the defect that the water-soluble component (water-soluble skin conditioner, sunscreen agent, film forming agent, humectant, preservative and the like) cannot be added into the traditional pure oil sunscreen stick is overcome, the selection range of raw materials is widened, the formula cost and the greasy feeling are reduced, the experience of water moistening can be provided while the water is supplemented and the moisture is preserved, and particularly, the sun protection index can be improved by effectively reducing the window effect by adding the water-soluble sunscreen agent which has a synergistic effect with the oil-soluble sunscreen agent.

Description

Sunscreen stick containing water-soluble components and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of special cosmetics, in particular to a sunscreen stick containing water-soluble components and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the sunscreen cosmetics aiming at ultraviolet protection on the market have various types, and the traditional sunscreen products comprise sunscreen lotion/dew, sunscreen cream, sunscreen spray and the like. In recent years, sunscreen sticks which have the advantages of high sunscreen index, portability, easy smearing and the like gradually come into the visual field of consumers, and are particularly well received by consumers in western countries. However, the sunscreen stick is a pure oil system and contains a large amount of heavy and greasy sunscreen agents and waxes, and the greasy skin feel of the sunscreen stick is disappointed by eastern national consumers who prefer water-moist skin feel, so that cosmetic manufacturers are rarely seen in China to produce sunscreen sticks, and the popularity of sunscreen sticks in China is limited.
Therefore, the idea of trying to reduce the greasy feel of sunscreen sticks is a technical problem to be solved.

As can be seen from Table 1, the sunscreen stick containing water-soluble components prepared according to the invention has no abnormality (maintains solid stick shape, and has no abnormal conditions such as sweating, cracking, skewing and the like) after being placed for 2 months at the temperature of minus 15 ℃ to 45 ℃, and meets the actual use requirements.
2. Sun protection index test
The sunscreen sticks containing water-soluble components prepared in examples 1 to 5 were tested according to the specific requirements of the sun protection index test in the technical specification for cosmetic safety (2015 edition), 10 (5 for each of men and women) volunteers 23 to 58 years old were selected, the light source was a solar simulator xenon arc lamp, the standard control samples were respectively SPF 16.10 ± 2.40 and PFA 4.40 ± 2.40, and the specific test results are shown in table 2.
Figure BDA0002331060240000062
Figure BDA0002331060240000071
As can be seen from table 2, the sunscreen bars containing water soluble components prepared according to the present invention all have SPF values greater than 5, meeting the claimed and actual sunscreen requirements. Since the water-soluble sunscreen agent, phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid, was contained in example 1, even though the total amount of sunscreen agent contained was less than the total amount of sunscreen agent of example 3 containing no water-soluble sunscreen agent and the total amount of sunscreen agent of comparative example 1 containing no water-soluble component, the SPF value and PFA value of example 1 containing water-soluble sunscreen agent were higher than those of example 3 containing no water-soluble sunscreen agent and comparative example 1 containing no water-soluble component. The synergistic sunscreen effect can be effectively reduced by the synergistic use of the oil-soluble sunscreen agent and the water-soluble sunscreen agent in the sunscreen stick.
3. Safety test
The sunscreen sticks containing water soluble components prepared in examples 1-5 were each subjected to a 48 hour human skin occlusion test. 30 healthy volunteers with the ages of 20-59 are selected, 0.020-0.025g of samples are respectively placed in a spot tester, a special adhesive tape is externally applied to the back of the volunteer, the spot tester is removed after 24 hours, the samples are wiped off, the skin reactions of the volunteer are observed at 0.5 hour, 24 hours and 48 hours respectively, the results are recorded according to the skin reaction grading standard in the technical Specification for cosmetic safety (2015 edition), and the specific results are shown in Table 3.
Figure BDA0002331060240000072
Figure BDA0002331060240000081
As can be seen from Table 3, the sunscreen stick containing water-soluble components prepared according to the present invention has no adverse skin reactions in the patch test of human skin, indicating that the sunscreen stick containing water-soluble components prepared according to the present invention does not cause irritation to the skin.
4. Moisture retention test
The sunscreen sticks prepared in example 1 and comparative example 1 were subjected to transdermal water loss and skin moisture tests. The test procedure selects 28 healthy volunteers (male 9, female 19) with the age of 24-46 years, applies two sunscreen sticks to the inner side of the hand with equal area, and then tests the moisture content and transdermal water loss rate of the skin at 0.5, 2, 4, and 8 hours using Delfin S/N MSC 1244 and S/N SWL5260, respectively, the test procedure is carried out in a constant temperature and humidity laboratory, the relative humidity is 30 + -5%, the temperature is 25 + -1 ℃, and the specific results are shown in figure 1 and figure 2.
As can be seen from fig. 1 and 2, the sunscreen stick containing a water-soluble component prepared according to the present invention (example 1) is significantly superior to the sunscreen stick containing no water-soluble component (comparative example 1) in effectively increasing the moisture content of the skin, although it is not much different in preventing the transdermal water loss. The sunscreen stick containing the water-soluble component prepared by the invention can better keep moisture and make skin comfortable compared with the traditional sunscreen stick.
5. Usage sensing test
The sunscreen sticks prepared in example 1 and comparative example 1 were subjected to a feeling of use test. The test process adopts blind test, 28 healthy volunteers (9 men and 19 women) with the ages of 24-46 are selected to participate, the volunteers are required to score two sun-proof bars according to the spreadability, the comfort level after being smeared, the freshness and the humidity preservation respectively, a 5-score scoring standard is adopted, the higher the score is, the higher the preference is represented, and the specific result is shown in figure 3.
As can be seen from fig. 3, the sunscreen stick containing a water-soluble component (example 1) prepared according to the present invention is significantly better than the sunscreen stick containing no water-soluble component (comparative example 1), particularly in terms of freshness, regardless of the spreadability, or the comfort, freshness, and moisture retention after spreading, compared to the sunscreen stick containing no water-soluble component (comparative example 1). It is shown that the sunscreen sticks containing water-soluble components prepared according to the present invention have better feel in use and higher acceptance than conventional sunscreen sticks.
It is to be understood that the above-described embodiments of the present invention are merely illustrative of or explaining the principles of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention. Therefore, any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention. Further, it is intended that the appended claims cover all such variations and modifications as fall within the scope and boundaries of the appended claims or the equivalents of such scope and boundaries.
