Description

Sun-screening composition and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a sun-proof composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Solar radiation comprises about 5% Ultraviolet (UV) radiation having a wavelength of 200nm to 400nm, which is further divided into three regions: 320nm-400nm (UV-A), 290-320nm (UV-B) and 200-290nm (UV-C), most of the UV-C radiation is absorbed by the ozone layer in the high air, short-term exposure to UV-A, UV-B radiation causes reddening and local pain of the skin, and continuous and long-term exposure can lead to skin dehydration, wrinkling, darkening, even lesions, and other adverse conditions. The prior art reports that various cosmetic products are used for preventing and/or protecting skin from ultraviolet radiation, for example, applying sun protection products (such as sun protection cream and sun protection emulsion) are main sun protection skin care modes of people, and people can freely enjoy warmth and happiness brought by sunlight under the care of the sun protection products without worrying about the problem of skin.
However, as people pay more and more attention to skin care, people have also put more and more demands on the functions of skin care products, and the existing sun protection products cannot meet the demands of people gradually. As the Sun Protection Factor (SPF) of traditional sun protection products is low, the values achieved in the past are mainly below 30, usually about 20, and the requirements are far from being met. In addition, the UV rays protected by the conventional sunscreens are mainly concentrated in UV-A rays, but the UV-B rays do not have less harmful effects on human skin than the UV-A rays. In addition, the existing sun protection articles, including sun protection cream, sun protection emulsion and the like, have extremely poor skin feel and strong sticky feel when in use, are not beneficial to pore ventilation, and are easy to cause heatstroke after long-time use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of poor sun-screening effect, small application range and poor skin feel of the existing sun-screening product, and provides a sun-screening composition and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
in a first aspect, the present invention provides a sunscreen composition comprising, in mass percent:
and (3) a component A:
0.22 to 4.2 percent of humectant, 0.5 to 3.0 percent of water-soluble sun-screening agent, 0.2 to 0.9 percent of thickening agent and 0.3 to 1.0 percent of pH regulator;
and the component B comprises the following components: 6.7 to 33.5 percent of oil-soluble sun-screening agent, 9.3 to 29 percent of softening agent, 0.6 to 4 percent of stabilizing agent, 0.7 to 6 percent of lubricating agent, 1.0 to 6.0 percent of emulsifying agent and 0.5 to 3.0 percent of film forming agent;
and C, component: 0.5-3.0% of gentian anti-irritation factor, 0.43-1.2% of preservative and 0.01-0.2% of essence; and, the balance water.
Through Sup>A great deal of researches and experiments, the inventor of the invention discovers that the water-soluble sun-screening agent and the oil-soluble sun-screening agent are added into the sun-screening composition at the same time, so that the sun-screening composition has Sup>A more spectral sun-screening effect and can play Sup>A role in defending UV-A ultraviolet rays and UV-B ultraviolet rays; under the condition of small addition amount of the sun-screening agent in the composition, a higher sun-screening effect can be obtained, and the sun-screening factor (SPF) can reach 45+, and the sun-screening factor can reach 54 at the highest. When the mass percentages of the water-soluble sun-screening agent and the oil-soluble sun-screening agent are out of the above ranges, the sun-screening factor of the prepared sun-screening composition is lower, which indicates that the combination of the water-soluble sun-screening agent and the oil-soluble sun-screening agent can better improve the sun-screening factor.
The composition of the invention is also added with a lubricant, which can greatly reduce the greasy skin feel of the sun-screening agent, so that the comfort level of the product is improved, the skin feel is better (slightly sticky, good in spreading ductility and moist and not dry) and the score is higher.

As a preferred embodiment of the sunscreen composition of the present invention, the gentian anti-irritant factor consists of (70 to 85) in mass ratio: (15-30): (0.5-2), water, butylene glycol and gentian root extract. More preferably, the gentian anti-irritant factor consists of water, butanediol and gentian root extract according to a mass ratio of 80:15:1
As a preferred embodiment of the sunscreen composition according to the invention, the sunscreen composition comprises the following components in mass percent:
and (3) a component A: panthenol 1.0%, rehmannia root extract 0.1%, phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid 1.0%, sodium chloride 0.6%, triethanolamine 0.6%;
and the component B comprises the following components: zinc oxide 4.0%, titanium dioxide 2.0%, ethylhexyl salicylate 4.0%, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate 5.5%, ethylhexyl triazinone 0.8%, diethylcarbamoylhexyl benzoate 2.0%, cyclopentadimethicone 13.0%, disteardimonium hectorite 1.0%, polymethyl methacrylate 1.2%, C12-15 alcohol benzoate 3.0%, silica 1.4%, PEG-30 dimerized hydroxystearate 0.4%, PEG-10 dimethicone 1.6%, lauryl PEG-9 dimethicone ethyl dimethicone 0.9%, cetyl dimethicone 0.8%, PEG-10 dimethicone/vinyl dimethicone cross-linked polymer 0.6%, butyl octanol salicylate 1.0%;
and C, component: gentian anti-irritant factor 1.2%, phenoxyethanol 0.6%, ethylhexyl glycerol 0.05% and essence 0.1%; and, the balance water.
When the sun-screening composition is used, the sun-screening factor is high, the physical and chemical properties are stable, and when the composition is used, the skin feel is slightly sticky, the spreading ductility is good, the sun-screening composition is moist and not dry, and the comfort level of spreading the sun-screening composition is improved.
In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing the above-described sunscreen composition, comprising the steps of:
s1, adding water into a water phase pot, starting stirring at 20-30rpm, heating to 80-85 ℃, preserving heat for 20-30 minutes, cooling to 60 ℃, adding the component A, uniformly stirring, adjusting the pH of the solution to 7-7.5, and preserving heat for later use;
s2, adding the component B into an emulsifying pot, homogenizing for 5-10 minutes at a high speed of 2000-3000 r, heating to 85 ℃, and stirring and dissolving completely;
s3, starting to cool, and slowly pumping the component A in the water phase pot into the emulsifying pot when the temperature is reduced to 65-70 ℃;
s3, vacuumizing to-0.5 kpa, homogenizing for 3-5 minutes at 2000-2500 rpm, and continuously stirring and cooling;
s4, when the temperature is reduced to 40-45 ℃, sequentially adding the component C into an emulsifying pot, uniformly stirring, and stirring to slightly and uniformly adjust the consistency;
s5, cooling to 40 ℃, and discharging.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention provides Sup>A sun-screening composition and Sup>A preparation method thereof, wherein Sup>A water-soluble sun-screening agent and an oil-soluble sun-screening agent are added into the sun-screening composition at the same time, so that the sun-screening composition has Sup>A more spectral sun-screening effect and can play Sup>A role in defending UV-A ultraviolet rays and UV-B ultraviolet rays; under the condition of small addition amount of the sun-screening agent in the composition, a higher sun-screening effect can be obtained, and the sun-screening factor (SPF) can reach 45+, and the sun-screening factor can reach 54 at the highest. When the mass percentages of the water-soluble sun-screening agent and the oil-soluble sun-screening agent are not in the formula range of the invention, the sun-screening composition has lower sun-screening coefficient, which indicates that the proper proportion of the water-soluble sun-screening agent and the oil-soluble sun-screening agent is compounded, and the sun-screening coefficient can be better improved. The sun-screening composition is also added with the rehmannia root extract, so that the sun-screening composition has the effects of moisturizing and relieving, and the greasy skin feel of the sun-screening agent can be greatly reduced due to the addition of polymethyl methacrylate and silica, and when the sun-screening composition is used, the greasy feel is low, and the comfort of the product is improved.

Comparative example 1 lacks phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, hexyl diethylhydroxybenzoate, and the sun protection composition prepared has a lower sun protection factor; the sunscreen compositions of comparative examples 2-3 had phenylbenzimidazole sulfonic acid in an amount not in the range of 0.5-3.0% by mass, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate in an amount not in the range of 1.0-7.5% by mass, hexyl diethylcarbamoylbenzoate in an amount not in the range of 0.5-5.0% by mass, and had a lower sun protection factor than the sunscreen compositions of examples 1-13.
The sun-screening composition prepared in comparative example 4 contains no zinc oxide and titanium dioxide, and has a sun-screening factor of only 21, which is inferior to that of example 2; the comparative example 5 has zinc oxide in an amount of not in the range of 2.0 to 8.0% by mass and titanium dioxide in an amount of not in the range of 1.0 to 4.0% by mass, and the sun-screening composition has a low sun-screening factor, indicating that the proper mass percentage of sun-screening agent can raise the sun-screening factor.
Comparative examples 6, 8, which do not contain a humectant and a lubricant, respectively, have little effect on the sun protection factor; the sunscreen composition of comparative example 7 does not contain ethylhexyl salicylate, ethylhexyl methoxycinnamate, and ethylhexyl triazone, and the sun protection factor of the composition is lower than that of example 2, which shows that the combination of the water-soluble sunscreen agent and the oil-soluble sunscreen agent can better improve the sun protection factor.
3. UVA and UVB protection:
the UV-A and UV-B protection test was performed using the sunscreen compositions of example 2 and comparative examples 4-5, wherein the UV-A protection ratios of the sunscreen compositions of example 2 and comparative examples 4-5 were 96.3%, 80.1%, 86.5%, respectively, and the UV-B protection ratios were 92.7%, 31.6%, 45.0%, respectively.
4. Skin feel effect in use:
evaluation criteria: 0 to 3 minutes, the use effect is very poor, the sticky sense is obvious, the spreading ductility is poor, the drying sense is poor, and the sun-proof effect is almost avoided; 3-6 minutes, the use effect is poor, the paint has sticky feel, the paint extensibility is general, the obvious moisturizing effect is achieved, and the sun protection effect is general; 6-8 minutes, the use effect is good, the slightly sticky sense is realized, the smearing extensibility is good, the obvious moisturizing effect is realized, and the sun-screening effect is good; 8-10 minutes, the product has excellent use effect, no sticky feel, good spreading ductility, moist and non-dry performance and good sun protection effect.
