The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a sun-proof composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Solar radiation comprises about 5% Ultraviolet (UV) radiation having a wavelength of 200nm to 400nm, which is further divided into three regions: 320nm-400nm (UV-A), 290-320nm (UV-B) and 200-290nm (UV-C), most of the UV-C radiation is absorbed by the ozone layer in the high air, short-term exposure to UV-A, UV-B radiation causes reddening and local pain of the skin, and continuous and long-term exposure can lead to skin dehydration, wrinkling, darkening, even lesions, and other adverse conditions. The prior art reports that various cosmetic products are used for preventing and/or protecting skin from ultraviolet radiation, for example, applying sun protection products (such as sun protection cream and sun protection emulsion) are main sun protection skin care modes of people, and people can freely enjoy warmth and happiness brought by sunlight under the care of the sun protection products without worrying about the problem of skin.
However, as people pay more and more attention to skin care, people have also put more and more demands on the functions of skin care products, and the existing sun protection products cannot meet the demands of people gradually. As the Sun Protection Factor (SPF) of traditional sun protection products is low, the values achieved in the past are mainly below 30, usually about 20, and the requirements are far from being met. In addition, the UV rays protected by the conventional sunscreens are mainly concentrated in UV-A rays, but the UV-B rays do not have less harmful effects on human skin than the UV-A rays. In addition, the existing sun protection articles, including sun protection cream, sun protection emulsion and the like, have extremely poor skin feel and strong sticky feel when in use, are not beneficial to pore ventilation, and are easy to cause heatstroke after long-time use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of poor sun-screening effect, small application range and poor skin feel of the existing sun-screening product, and provides a sun-screening composition and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
in a first aspect, the present invention provides a sunscreen composition comprising, in mass percent:
and (3) a component A:
0.22 to 4.2 percent of humectant, 0.5 to 3.0 percent of water-soluble sun-screening agent, 0.2 to 0.9 percent of thickening agent and 0.3 to 1.0 percent of pH regulator;
and the component B comprises the following components: 6.7 to 33.5 percent of oil-soluble sun-screening agent, 9.3 to 29 percent of softening agent, 0.6 to 4 percent of stabilizing agent, 0.7 to 6 percent of lubricating agent, 1.0 to 6.0 percent of emulsifying agent and 0.5 to 3.0 percent of film forming agent;
and C, component: 0.5-3.0% of gentian anti-irritation factor, 0.43-1.2% of preservative and 0.01-0.2% of essence; and, the balance water.
Through Sup>A great deal of researches and experiments, the inventor of the invention discovers that the water-soluble sun-screening agent and the oil-soluble sun-screening agent are added into the sun-screening composition at the same time, so that the sun-screening composition has Sup>A more spectral sun-screening effect and can play Sup>A role in defending UV-A ultraviolet rays and UV-B ultraviolet rays; under the condition of small addition amount of the sun-screening agent in the composition, a higher sun-screening effect can be obtained, and the sun-screening factor (SPF) can reach 45+, and the sun-screening factor can reach 54 at the highest. When the mass percentages of the water-soluble sun-screening agent and the oil-soluble sun-screening agent are out of the above ranges, the sun-screening factor of the prepared sun-screening composition is lower, which indicates that the combination of the water-soluble sun-screening agent and the oil-soluble sun-screening agent can better improve the sun-screening factor.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention provides Sup>A sun-screening composition and Sup>A preparation method thereof, wherein Sup>A water-soluble sun-screening agent and an oil-soluble sun-screening agent are added into the sun-screening composition at the same time, so that the sun-screening composition has Sup>A more spectral sun-screening effect and can play Sup>A role in defending UV-A ultraviolet rays and UV-B ultraviolet rays; under the condition of small addition amount of the sun-screening agent in the composition, a higher sun-screening effect can be obtained, and the sun-screening factor (SPF) can reach 45+, and the sun-screening factor can reach 54 at the highest. When the mass percentages of the water-soluble sun-screening agent and the oil-soluble sun-screening agent are not in the formula range of the invention, the sun-screening composition has lower sun-screening coefficient, which indicates that the proper proportion of the water-soluble sun-screening agent and the oil-soluble sun-screening agent is compounded, and the sun-screening coefficient can be better improved. The sun-screening composition is also added with the rehmannia root extract, so that the sun-screening composition has the effects of moisturizing and relieving, and the greasy skin feel of the sun-screening agent can be greatly reduced due to the addition of polymethyl methacrylate and silica, and when the sun-screening composition is used, the greasy feel is low, and the comfort of the product is improved.
