Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of fine chemical daily articles, in particular to multiphase coated micro-emulsified facial cleansing oil and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the pace of modern life increasing, the use rate of makeup cosmetics is increasing. The color cosmetics mainly utilize color change to give skin color, and trim skin color to enhance stereoscopic impression, thereby having attractive force.
The use of highly durable color cosmetic products makes removal of the makeup a necessary skin care step. The makeup base is formed by combining oil wax base raw materials and toner, most raw materials are oil-soluble, and a makeup removing product with high use rate in the market is makeup removing oil according to the principle of similar compatibility.
However, in the conventional makeup removing products, surfactants with poor mildness are often used, for example, PEG type nonionic surfactants such as PEG-20 glyceryl triisostearate, PEG-8 diisostearate and PEG-12 diisostearate which are emulsifiers containing EO groups have good makeup removing effects, but have irritation, are easy to sensitize and cause acne, are easy to cause pimples, acnes and the like, and some milder emulsifiers have common emulsifying effects, and the skin feel is not fresh when the makeup removing products are used, so that the skin cleaning burden is caused.
Meanwhile, common makeup removing products in the market do not contain active nutritional ingredients with the effects of resisting oxidation, resisting bacteria, shrinking pores and the like, such as natural vegetable oil extracted from some plants, such as peony seed oil and the like. On one hand, the cost of the natural vegetable oil is high, and on the other hand, the single peony seed oil can dissolve part of makeup and can be used for makeup removal, but the makeup removal effect is poor, and the greasy feeling is aggravated in use. Particularly, the proper mild emulsifier is selected for compatibility emulsification with the peony seed oil, so that the application effect of the peony seed oil in makeup removing products can be better improved. Some cleansing oils containing vegetable oils are provided in the prior art, such as the cleansing oil provided in patent CN108014031A, however, the cleansing oil is easy to emulsify prematurely and reduce the cleansing effect due to the addition of a small amount of water to the undissolved water-soluble plant extract.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the facial cleanser oil which contains natural plant oil components with various active effects, has high use safety, better mildness and better compatibility with natural plant oil, and has cleaner skin feeling.
In one aspect, the application provides a multiphase coated micro-emulsified cleansing oil, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
the antioxidant component comprises 1-10% of peony seed oil and 1-10% of jojoba ester oil;

Further, the structures of the polyglycerol 10-dioleate, the polyglycerol-6 didecanoate and the polyglycerol-2 oleate all have the following structures:
wherein n is 1 to 5.
Further, the polyglycerol 10-dioleate has the following structural formula:
the structural formula of the polyglycerol-6 didecanoate is as follows:
the polyglycerol-2 oleate has the following structural formula:
further, the antioxidant component also comprises one or more of vitamin E, grape seed oil, carotene and resveratrol.
Furthermore, the antioxidant component also comprises 0.1-4% of vitamin E and 25-55% of grape seed oil.
Further, the stabilizer comprises isohexadecane.
In a preferred embodiment, the multi-phase wrapped micro-emulsified facial cleansing oil comprises the following components in percentage by weight based on 100 percent of the total mass:
1-10% of polyglycerol 10-dioleate, 1-10% of polyglycerol-6-dicaprate, 1-10% of polyglycerol-2-oleate, 1-10% of jojoba oil, 0.1-4% of vitamin E, 25-55% of grape seed oil, 25-35% of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 10-30% of isononyl isononanoate, 10-30% of isohexadecane and 1-10% of peony seed oil. Wherein, the polyglycerol part in the polyglycerol 10-dioleate, the polyglycerol-6-didecanoate and the polyglycerol-2-oleate adopts a cyclic chain structure.
In the facial cleanser provided in the above embodiment, the jojoba oil, the vitamin E, the grape seed oil and the peony seed oil are efficacy active components in the facial cleanser; caprylic/capric triglyceride, isononyl isononanoate and isohexadecane are solvent grease components in the facial cleanser; the polyglycerol 10-dioleate, the polyglycerol-6-didecanoate and the polyglycerol-2-oleate are emulsifying components which can stably and uniformly emulsify an efficacy active component and a solvent oil component and can rapidly wrap and emulsify the components and a facial makeup substance during makeup removal.
The jojoba ester oil has strong oxidation resistance and stability, good touch and ductility, and good color cosmetic dissolving ability. The grape seed oil contains rich unsaturated fatty acid, mainly oleic acid and linoleic acid, wherein the content of the linoleic acid is up to 72-76%, the grape seed oil can enhance the activity of skin, effectively regulate the function of vegetative nerve of human, has the function of eliminating free radicals, and has the functions of shrinking and converging the diameter of pores. Vitamin E has strong oxidation resistance, is a strong antioxidant oil component, and can promote skin cell regeneration.
Wherein the caprylic/capric triglyceride is a highly refreshing odorless oil, and belongs to palm oil or coconut oil derivatives, and is extracted by thermal fractionation. Because of its compatible characteristics with human skin, it has a non-greasy texture, and can improve its extensibility, and has the effect of lubricating and softening skin when added into cosmetics. It has ultraviolet light filtering function, is coconut extract, and can be used as emollient, solvent, and penetration enhancer in cosmetics. Isononyl isononanoate is light oil, does not feel greasy when being used for skin, has good spreading performance, overcomes the defect that natural oil is too greasy, overcomes the defect that mineral oil has poor air permeability, is ideal oil for cosmetics, and endows products with excellent air permeability and ductility. Isohexadecane has excellent skin moisturizing effect, and is commonly used as emollient and viscosity stabilizer in cosmetics.
Wherein, the peony seed oil is also a strong antioxidant oil component, has promotion effect on the generation of cathepsin, and can be used as antioxidant in cosmetics. The peony seed oil also contains special nutrient components of peony saponin, paeonol, peony alcohol and other natural bioactive components, and also contains various amino acids, vitamins and minerals, and has antiaging effect. Has strong inhibiting effect on staphylococcus, proteus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, escherichia coli, bacillus subtilis and the like, so that the antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and anti-acne effects are achieved; has contraction effect on collagen fiber gel, so pores can be effectively converged.
In the polyglycerol emulsifier selected by the application, polyglycerol and fatty acid are both plant sources, so that the polyglycerol emulsifier is high in safety to human bodies, good in biodegradability and high in alpha-gel storage stability. The polyglycerol-10 dioleate has the HLB value of 11.9 and mild property, and can be suitable for makeup removing products.
The polyglycerol-2 oleate has an HLB value of 7.0, is easily compatible with common vegetable oil and fat due to the unsaturated molecular structure of oleic acid, such as olive oil, corn germ oil and the like, is a natural source of pure plants, has no risk of causing acne, and better meets the requirements of the market at present.
The HLB value of the polyglycerol-6 dicaprate is 10.2, the polyglycerol-6 dicaprate is usually used in a makeup remover system, and a medium-long molecular chain at a unique dicaprate structure can be embedded in the middle of other long-molecular emulsifier chain segments to reduce the curvature of an emulsion body, so that the emulsion body is converted into an O/W system to require more water, and the makeup remover is endowed with certain water resistance. Different HLB values, the larger the HLB value, the stronger the hydrophilic property, and the lower the HLB value, the stronger the lipophilic property. Through the matching of emulsifiers with different HLB values, the multiphase emulsification of water and oil can be considered, and in the emulsification process, the wrapped micro emulsion is formed and is easier to be washed away by water.
However, the singly used peony seed oil has poor ability to dissolve the color cosmetic ingredient, and has poor compatibility in the above-mentioned solvent oil component. The special polyglycerol emulsifying component is selected and compounded, then the polyglycerol emulsifying component is added, the polyglycerol emulsifying component has excellent self-emulsifying property and can be stably dissolved in an oil agent, and has good emulsifying power to grease, particularly, the polyglycerol emulsifying component with a cyclic chain structure is used as the polyglycerol part, the cyclic polyglycerol part is used as a spacer for expanding a hydrophobic group area, so that the surface area of the hydrophobic group part is increased, and further, the peony seed oil and other oily components have larger combination area when being emulsified, on one hand, the compatibility between the peony seed oil and other oily components in the facial cleanser can be obviously improved, the oily feel and the heavy feel of the peony seed oil can be effectively reduced, on the other hand, the oily components in the facial cleanser can be well emulsified with facial color substances when in use, and under the condition of containing water, the emulsified emulsion becomes microparticles, oil drops are reduced into small micelles, the functional components of oil, solvent grease and color cosmetic oil are formed into multiphase coated micro emulsion which is coated by the emulsified component and water, so that the micro emulsion is prevented from being attached to the skin again and is easier to wash, and the effects of quick makeup removal and fresh and non-greasy skin are achieved.
Meanwhile, the jojoba ester oil in the antioxidant component has the skin care effect of oxidation resistance, the compatibility with the peony seed oil is good, and the good stability and ductility of the jojoba ester oil are beneficial to improving the compatibility of the peony seed oil in the solvent oil component and the color cosmetic dissolving capacity of the peony seed oil.
On the other hand, the application also provides a preparation method of the multiphase coated microemulsified facial cleanser, which comprises the following steps:
step one, weighing polyglycerol 10-dioleate, polyglycerol-6-didecanoate, polyglycerol-2-oleate, caprylic/capric triglyceride and isononyl isononanoate according to mass percent, and mixing and stirring for 10-30 minutes at 65-75 ℃ to obtain a component A;
and step two, cooling the component A to 45-50 ℃, adding the peony seed oil and the stabilizer according to the mass percentage, stirring and mixing to form uniform and stable liquid, and obtaining the face cleansing oil.
Further, the first step also comprises the step of adding grape seed oil; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the second step also comprises the step of adding jojoba ester oil and vitamin E.
Further, the stabilizer is isohexadecane.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the application provides a clean face oil, all use more natural and the strong component of mildness, it is safe in utilization not to have the stimulation, and compare with current common clean face oil on the market, it has the efficiency active ingredient of inoxidizability to have added peony seed oil etc, and the skin water oil equilibrium state can also be improved to the peony seed oil, and have antibacterial anti-inflammatory effect, the skin care efficiency of clean face oil has effectively been promoted, jojoba ester oil in the anti-oxidant component can also assist and promote the compatibility and the color cosmetics dissolving capacity of peony seed oil with other components simultaneously.

The cleansing oil provided by the comparative example comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 12% jojoba oil, 0.5% vitamin E, 22.5% grape seed oil, 25% caprylic/capric triglyceride, 20% isononyl isononanoate, 15% isohexadecane and 5% peony seed oil, i.e. without emulsified components.
The same preparation method as the above examples is adopted to prepare the cleansing oil, and the obtained product has poor uniformity and poor miscibility of the components.
Comparative example 2
This comparative example uses a commercially available cleansing oil, ZAXXXXAC, which is sold on-line in higher quantities.
Comparative example 3
This comparative example is about the same as example 1 in terms of components and proportions, except that jojoba ester oil is absent and isohexadecane is present in an amount of 20% by weight, i.e., 5% isohexadecane is substituted for 5% jojoba ester oil.
The cleansing oil is prepared by the same preparation method as the above examples, but the uniformity of the material body is good before the peony seed oil is added, and the mixing effect of the peony seed oil and other components is observed to be general after the peony seed oil is added.
Comparative example 4
This comparative example is identical to the composition and formulation of example 1 except that the polyglycerol moiety in polyglycerol 10-dioleate, polyglycerol-6 didecanoate and polyglycerol-2 oleate in the emulsified composition has a structural linear structure, i.e. the polyglycerol moiety has the formula:
wherein n is 10, 6 and 2, respectively, and the fatty acid ester moiety has the same structure as that described above.
Self-emulsifying Performance test
The cleansing oil prepared in each of the above examples and comparative examples was subjected to an emulsion particle size test. Wherein, the cleansing oil provided in each example was mixed and dissolved with each mixed oil at a ratio of 50% to 50%, and the particle diameter of the emulsified particles in a self-emulsified state was measured, and the results are shown in table 2. Wherein, the mixed oil in the table 2 is selected from several common oily components in the existing color cosmetic products.
TABLE 2
As can be seen from the data in Table 2, the cleansing oils provided in examples 1 to 7 have a good wrapping and emulsifying effect on various oily components in color cosmetics, and particularly, the emulsified particle sizes of examples 1 to 5 are all less than 500 nm. While comparative example 1, which only uses various oily substances mixed without using an emulsifying component, has almost no emulsifying effect, and the commercially available facial cleanser product has a relatively large particle size ratio after being emulsified with a color cosmetic component, and meanwhile, the emulsifying particle sizes of comparative examples 3 and 4 are larger than those of the commercially available facial cleanser product, which shows that in the above components, the specific component type selection and the structure type of the emulsifying component have a great influence on the final emulsifying effect.
