Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetic products, relates to a soothing composition and application thereof, and in particular relates to a soothing composition capable of remarkably reducing irritation of cosmetic raw materials and application thereof.
Background
Is good for everyone. In many cases, cosmetics are required to show the best side of the cosmetic product to help us achieve the desired result. After that, the dressing is removed, and the skin of the user is protected while the user is still true. However, many of the components in cosmetics are not suitable for long-term residence on the skin, and if the makeup removal is not complete, the residual cosmetics may block skin pores, thereby causing skin problems such as acne, comedones, blackheads and the like which are confusing. Therefore, the skin cleansing step is important, and people need to carefully select cleansing products suitable for themselves. The main makeup removing products in the current market comprise makeup removing water, makeup removing emulsion, makeup removing cream and makeup removing oil. The main components of the cleansing cream and the cleansing oil are grease and an emulsifying agent, so that the cleansing effect is strongest, but the skin feel is worst; the makeup remover consists of water and oil which account for half of the makeup remover, and the skin feel is slightly better than that of the makeup remover and the makeup remover; the main components of the cleansing water are water, a surfactant, a humectant, a preservative and the like, and the cleansing water is popular with consumers because of the advantages of convenient use, relatively mild, low irritation, high price, and the like.
For example, CN106511144a discloses a makeup remover for eyes and lips and a preparation method thereof. The eye-lip cleansing water comprises the following components in percentage by weight: PEG-8 caprylic/capric glycerides: 1-15%, preferably 5-10%: yeast extract: 0.5-10%, preferably 3-7%: tripeptide-5: 0.5-5%, preferably 1-3%; dan Chun extract: 0.5-5%, preferably 0.8-2%: humectant: 1-15%: preferably 2-8%; water: 50-90%: preferably 70-85%, the eye and lip cleansing water contains PEG-8 caprylic acid/capric acid glyceride, so that mild cleansing can be realized, eye shadow, mascara, eye line, lipstick, lip line and lip oil can be rapidly cleansing, and cleansing is not needed after cleansing, so that the use is convenient: also contains yeast extract and palmitoyl tripeptide-5, and can improve eye fine wrinkles and lip wrinkles.
CN107174560a discloses a mild moisturizing and soothing cleansing water. The cleansing water comprises the following raw material components in percentage by mass: 3-15% of nonionic surfactant, 8-18% of moisturizing functional ingredient, 3-10% of relieving functional ingredient, 0.01-0.05% of citric acid, 0.02-0.1% of sodium citrate, 0.15-0.25% of poly (aminopropyl) bisexyl and the balance of water. The nonionic surfactant used in the makeup remover has the effects of quick makeup removal and mild makeup removal through compounding in different proportions. The moisturizing functional component used by the cleansing water can effectively repair skin barrier and achieve the effects of moisturizing and supplementing water. In addition, the cleansing water has mild, sedative and soothing effects.
However, in order to facilitate the use, most of the cosmetic removal packs use spray bottles, and the cosmetic removal process often involves eyes. Although the cleansing water is milder than cleansing cream, cleansing cream and cleansing oil, the raw materials such as surfactant, humectant, preservative and the like have certain irritation, and the cleansing water can cause stinging once entering eyes, thereby bringing trouble to consumers.
Therefore, how to develop a cleansing water which is mild, has low irritation to eyes and has strong cleansing capability is an urgent problem to be solved in the field.

In a 2mL centrifuge tube, 500. Mu.L of the test substance and 500. Mu.L of the 2% sheep red blood cell suspension (equal volume mixing) with different concentrations are added and mixed well. Each concentration was set in 3 replicates. Solvent (normal saline or PBS) was used as a negative control (i.e., no hemolysis at all), and 0.1% SDS solution was used as a positive control (i.e., complete hemolysis). After incubation for 3h in a constant temperature incubator at 37 ℃, centrifugation is carried out at 2000rpm/min for 3min, 10 μl of supernatant is extracted, the supernatant is added to an ELISA plate (90 μl of physiological saline or PBS is added to each well in advance), and absorbance (A410 nm, A540nm, A575 nm) is measured at 410nm, 540nm, 575nm of the ELISA plate.
The hemolysis rate (%) was calculated according to the following formula:
hemolysis ratio (%) = (a-C)/(B-C) ×100;
wherein A is the average absorbance of each concentration of the sample at 410nm, B is the average absorbance of the positive control at 410nm, and C is the average absorbance of the negative control at 410 nm.
The concentration of HC50 (mg/L) in the test sample that caused 50% hemolysis of the erythrocytes was determined according to the regression equation.
The protein denaturation index DI (%) was calculated as follows:
DI (%) = (subject a 575nm /A 540nm ) /(positive control A) 575nm /A 540nm )×100。
Calculating the L/D value of the sample according to the HC50 value and the DI value: l/d=hc 50/DI, the results are shown in table 2; the cosmetic irritation degree was classified according to the RBC experimental classification standard of the european replacement method verification center (ECVAM), the classification method being:
L/D >100 was evaluated as non-irritating;
the L/D is less than or equal to 100 and is evaluated as microstimulation;
1<L/D.ltoreq.10 was evaluated as mild irritation;
0.1< L/D.ltoreq.1 is evaluated as moderate irritation;
L/D was 0.1 or less and evaluated as heavy irritation.
TABLE 2
The results show that: the L/D value obtained by testing the makeup remover provided by application examples 1-5 is very high, which shows that the irritation is very small, the L/D value obtained by testing the makeup remover provided by comparative application examples 1-8 is lower than that of application example 1, and the irritation is larger, which shows that the combination of reed extract, paeonia lactiflora root extract, honeysuckle extract and viola yedoensis extract adopted by the invention has more remarkable effect than the combination of any three or any single component in the aspect of reducing the irritation of the raw materials of cosmetics, and proves the synergistic effect of the four components.
Test example 4
Cleansing water cleaning force test
140 women aged 18-35 years were selected and randomly divided into 14 groups of 10 persons each, and the makeup remover provided in examples 1-5, comparative examples 1-8 and commercially available makeup remover were tested respectively. The same aqueous eyebrow pencil, oily eyebrow pencil, aqueous eyeliner pencil, oily eyeliner pencil, eye shadow, aqueous mascara, oily mascara, concealer, blush, lipstick were applied to the back of the hand of the cleaned subjects in the same manner (each subject was tested for all 10 color cosmetic products described above), after the same cosmetic was completely dried, the same cosmetic was dipped with the same cosmetic cotton to cover the cosmetic-applied position on the back for 5 seconds, and then rubbed in the same direction, the cosmetic cotton was replaced, the rubbing step was repeated until no color cosmetic product remained on the back, the number of rubbing times was recorded, and the average results of each group are shown in table 3.
TABLE 3 Table 3
/>
/>
The results show that: the cleansing water prepared in each application example has stronger cleansing capability for various water-based or oil-based makeup products, wherein the cleansing capability of the cleansing water prepared in application examples 4 and 5 is poorer than that of application example 1, which shows that the cleansing water combines PEG-6 caprylic acid/capric acid glyceride and capryloyl/capramidopropyl betaine surfactants, and the two surfactants are matched with each other to synergistically enhance the cleansing capability of the cleansing water. In addition, the cleansing power of the cleansing water of application example 1 is not inferior to that of each comparative application example, which shows that the cleansing water provided by the invention achieves the purpose of remarkably reducing the irritation of the raw materials of cosmetics while having stronger cleansing power.
