Description
本发明涉及一种车轮轴承构件,其可使汽车车轮座上之车轮围绕转轴旋转且可与固定车轮座之具有两条彼此相对平行之滚动体滚道之轴承外圈一起旋转支承,并设有一同步旋转接头,其包括一凹形外联节体和可全方位绕联节中心旋转接纳之内联节体,它们往往具有经过子午平面且面对内、外滚道槽以及为传递转矩在它们之间接纳之滚珠,滚珠通过护圈保持以及其时外联节体在其外平面上有两条平行之滚动体内滚道,与外滚道相对,其间可滚动地接纳着滚动体且以滚道对表示,其时轴承中间平面同心地在滚道对之间之平面上构成,联节中心相对轴承中间平面相距一偏差以及其时外联节体设有自转轴径向向外之法兰,其用于固定车轮及必要时作为车轮制动器之一部分,并且从邻近法兰之第一孔开始,无背面切削构成外联节体之外滚道槽。
DE3209690C1公开了这一类车轮轴承构件。其中车轮座中之轴承内滚道设置在外联节体之外表面之轴向范围内,外滚道槽也处于其中。这意味着在车轮座上支承外联节体之滚动体要有较大滚动圆直径。这也意味着高的圆周速度对滚动体很重要以及由于外轴承环之部分形成,较小占位系数对可以保证装配滚动体也很重要。此外,在径向就需要一个较大结构空间。这种配置仅适合于可以应用具有较大径向自由空间之车轮。因为外联节体处于很大扭矩之下且在径向其本身会弹性变形,故而影响轴承旋转或者需要较大的材料厚度。
DE-OS1902942也公开了一种汽车车轮之支座,其中双列径向斜止推滚珠轴承部卡头内环固定在套筒之圆柱形颈部上,外环则处于车轮座之中。套筒具有一法兰状凸出部,车轮螺栓以轴向伸出。单个同步接头之外联节体固定在车轮螺栓上。紧接着轴向地安装制动圆盘,然后安装车轮盘。这样一种配置需要很多数量零部件和大直径外联节体。按该构成方式,其重量较重。
本发明之目的在于提供一种车轮轴承构件,其零件少,重量轻,支承车轮之滚动体之滚动圆直径较小以及通过扭矩传递消除轴承功能之影响。
本发明之目的是这样达到的,即联节中心设置在自轴承中心平面升到法兰方向,与内联节体连接之连接轴颈或者连接轴自相邻内滚道之孔开始脱离外联节体并且确定有偏差,以致于两条内滚道之第一内滚道被设置在与外联节体之外滚道槽之内端部邻接。
上述技术方案之优点在于,通过联节中心向外偏移,就是说在汽车安装情况下,从变速箱到车轮法兰有可能使中间轴在车轮和变速箱之间装入之一联节轴之两个联节头之联节弯曲中心之间延伸,以致于在车轮之最大相同弹出和弹入时,联节头上出现较小之角度。允许偏移使在车轮座上支承成为两列径向斜止推滚珠轴承之滚动轴承之滚道以基本上轴向向外联节体之外滚道槽旁设置,以致于可以使滚动轴承之运转性能少受联节头影响。另外,通过所说之配置使两列径向斜止推滚珠轴承之滚动圆直径减小。综合起来构成轻型构件,并且由此可能轴向地安装联节头,因此内联节体可以从外面,即从法兰侧起导入外联节体中。当汽车以后轮驱动时,与通常结构相比,例如DE-OS1902942之技术水平,其应用特别有利。即所说之实施例中设有同步移动联节头。当采用本发明之车轮轴承构件时,其有整体之呈固定联节头之同步旋转联节头,变速侧联节头也可作为固定联节头且可单独移动,其诸如可以设置在变速侧联节头上。这种解决方案在诸如德国专利申请P4419373.4和P4419341.6中已公开。即同步固定联节头通常可有利地测定直径,同步联节头的情况也如此,其不仅可以弯曲而且可以移动
通过上述措施,有可能为安装停车制动器提供足够空间,停车制动器被置于为支承运转制动器之制动圆盘之盘内。外联节体与法兰最好为实心件,优先用无切削成形形成外滚道槽。另外,外联节体与法兰也可为板状件。法兰用于保证联节体部分之足够强度,其中形成外滚道槽。当外联节体之外滚道槽通到外联节体之以法兰厚度表示之范围,则强度会加强。当外联节体之外平面从最近法兰之第一内滚道至法兰之内平面自旋转轴起曲线状上升时,则采用实心件仍然可以改善强度特性。
环形槽两条内滚道组成部分最好在外联节体之外平面上。这时环形槽最小直径等于或小于设想圆之直径,其自其出发与在第一孔区外滚道槽之道基相切。
两列径向斜止推滚珠轴承之滚动体之滚动圆直径仍可减小,横向平面中外轴承环至少设有一通过卡紧建立之分离间隙。通过外轴承环分离可以达到较大之占位系数,以致于轴承之承重数目增多。由此最终可以减小轴承直径。
为了保证伸展时连接在同步联节头之内联节体上之轴颈或轴颈或者面对外联节体之轴所必需之自由运动,外联节体之空腔扩展到其远离法兰之第二孔。
内联节体最好单独以连接轴颈或者轴输出。与引向第二联接头之侧轴或者为移动构件部分之另一轴部分之连接使直径较小,以致于最后能够达到与现有技术相比直径减小之车轮轴承构件,其在内联节体上连接之轴和内联节体之间之分开位直接出现在联节体上,故而轴被放入内联节体之孔中。这样一种解决方案也可适用于增大内联节之直径。
以下,将结合附图对本发明车轮轴承构件之最佳实施例和应用例进行叙述。

图1所示为诸如小轿车之汽车1传动系统。其具有两个前轮2和两个设置在后驱动轴上之后轮3。驱动马达4安装在前轴区,驱动传动装置5经纵轴6与后轴之变速箱7作旋转连接。在变速箱7之两输出端,联节轴以侧轴8形式连接,其包括在变速箱7附近安装之第一同步联节头以及在被驱动后轮3的区内与车轮轴承构件9成整体之第二联节头。两个同步联节头通过中间轴连接。两个同步联节头可作为固定联节头以便使其仅仅作角运动,但没有轴向移动,其时再设单独之滑动件,其或者设置在置于两联节头之中间轴上或者部分与属于变速箱7之同步联节头成整体。
图2和图3所示为图1中按比例放大之车轮轴承构件9之细部,其支承在轮座10上。外联节体11具有法兰12,鼓轮13用车轮螺栓14连接在法兰上并接纳停车制动器或者带有用于制动器制动之制动圆盘。外联节体11与车轮座10相比应设置成可围绕转轴15旋转。为此,采用两列径向斜止推滚珠轴承,其两列彼此相对平行排列的内通道16、17被装入外联节体11之外面19上。其设有直径为33之环形槽18。外轴承环20同轴地设置在外联节体11之环形槽部分上,其外平面21承接在车轮座10之孔25中。外轴承环20还具有两条外通道22、23,其彼此相对平行设置。外通道22、23和内通道16、17各自之间相对于旋转轴15接纳沿圆周分布呈滚珠状之滚动体27。这样可以达到以与转轴15成一角度之接触线。
滚动体27有间距地保持在护圈26中。两条通道16、22形成第一对滚道,而两条通道17、23形成第二对滚道。轴承中间平面24处于两对滚道16,22和17,23之间之中心。外轴承20可以通过诸如施加压力,在其达到压紧之后,在某一位置分开以便产生分离间隙53。人们称这一种动作方式为"卡紧"(Sprengen)。一种具有在包括转轴15之径向平面中"卡紧"之外轴承环之车轮轴承构件诸如在DE3643484A1中已有记载。
外联节体11有一个凹部,也就是说它有一个空腔,具有一与法兰12相邻之第一孔28和一远离法兰之第二孔46。从第一孔28起,在外联节体11之空腔中单独形成处于弧面之外通道槽30。在第一孔28范围内,外通道槽30有大小之孔宽度。外通道槽30之道基在第一孔28处与一圆相切,其值径为29。外通道槽30从第一孔28起朝第二孔46方向延伸到无截面之后面,也就是说,其道基接近转轴15。外通道槽30之内部末端以31表示。从第一孔28轴向,由环形槽18之前面来看,可见内部末端31终止于外联节体11之外平面19上或者仅给予少许重叠。然而因为道基接近转轴15之所说区域,故而,外通道槽30之道基和接近法兰12之内通道16之间材料强度要足够高。
空腔32在外通道槽30之末端31之后首先转入直径缩小之区,然后再扩展。扩展部分47直至外联节体11之第二孔46。环形槽18之直径33最好等于或者小于外通道槽30之道基在第一孔28处相切之圆直径29。
内联节体34与护圈36一起被置于空腔32之中。内联节体34具有内通道槽35,其同样也被置于弧面之中并且往往与外联节体11之外通道槽30面封。两者时常一起接纳滚珠37,由护圈36保持和引导。滚珠由护圈孔中向径向内、外凸出。护圈36以空心球状部分平面单向地在内联节体34之球状部分平面上被引导。护圈36通过滚珠37保持与内联节体34之接触。此外,内联节体34具有一成为空心球状部分平面之控制面38,其中心在转轴15上或者联节中心42上。在所说之控制面38上,呈球状屑之控制件39以其球形外表面引导。此外,控制件39具有一平面,以其在支承件40之相应之支承面45上引导。支承件40被接纳在第一孔28处之环形槽44中。另外,有一挡圈52,其呈垫圈状且用于使润滑脂保持在外联体11和内联体34之间以及滚珠37区域内。

在轴承中间平面24和联节中心42之间有一偏移48。其之确定要,一方面可以使连接轴颈41相对外联节本11产生必要之角度偏差,以此也使内联节体34相对于外联节体11产生角度偏差;另一方面达到尽可能小之环形槽18之直径33,以便可以达到尽可能轻之构件。

5.根据权利要求1中所述之车轮轴承构件,其特征在于外联节体(11)之外平面(19)从最近法兰(12)之第一内滚道(16)至法兰(12)之内平面(50),自旋转轴(15)起呈曲丝状上升。
6.根据权利要求1至5所述之车轮轴承构件,其特征在于环形槽(18)之两条内滚道(16,17)组成部分在外联节体(11)之外平面(19)上。
7.根据权利要求5所述之车轮轴承构件,其特征在于环形槽(18)最小直径(33)等于或者小于设想圆之直径(29),其自其出发与在第一孔(28)区之外滚道槽(30)之道基相切。
8.根据权利要求1或6所述之车轮轴承构件,其特征在于外轴承环(20)在横向平面中至少设有一通过卡紧建立之分离间隙(53)。
9.根据权利要求1至8所述之车轮轴承构件,其特征在于外联节体(11)之空腔(32)扩展到其远离法兰(12)之第二孔(46)。
10.根据权利要求1所述之车轮轴承构件,其特征在于内联节体(34)单独以连接轴或者连接轴颈输出。
