Claims (4)
- 外周に車体に取り付けられるための車体取付フランジを一体に有し、内周に複列の外側転走面が一体に形成された外方部材と、
外周に前記複列の外側転走面に対向する複列の内側転走面が形成された内方部材と、
この内方部材および前記外方部材のそれぞれの転走面間に転動自在に収容された複列の転動体と、を備えた車輪用軸受装置において、
前記外方部材の車体取付フランジに複数のボルト挿通孔が形成され、この複数のボルト挿通孔の周辺のインナー側の側面から段差を持って前記ボルト挿通孔の中心に対して同心円状に突出して形成されて車体側部材に当接する当接面がそれぞれ設けられ、前記当接面の外径が固定ボルトの外径の1.4〜1.7倍の範囲に設定され、各当該当接面の段差の相互差が80μm以下に規制され、締結に不要な当接部を除いて最小限に抑えられていることを特徴とする車輪用軸受装置。 - 外周に車体に取り付けられるための車体取付フランジを一体に有し、内周に複列の外側転走面が一体に形成された外方部材と、
外周に前記複列の外側転走面に対向する複列の内側転走面が形成された内方部材と、
この内方部材および前記外方部材のそれぞれの転走面間に転動自在に収容された複列の転動体と、を備えた車輪用軸受装置が車体側部材に固定される車輪用軸受装置の取付構造において、
前記外方部材の車体取付フランジに複数のボルト挿通孔が形成されると共に、前記車体取付フランジに当接する車体側部材にボルト挿通孔が形成され、このボルト挿通孔の周辺の前記車体取付フランジに当接する当接面が前記ボルト挿通孔の中心に対して同心円状に段差を持って突出して形成され、前記当接面の外径が固定ボルトの外径の1.4〜1.7倍の範囲に設定され、当該当接面の段差の相互差が80μm以下に規制され、締結に不要な当接部を除いて最小限に抑えられていることを特徴とする車輪用軸受装置の取付構造。 - 前記当接面の段差が0.03mm以上に設定されている請求項1または2に記載の車輪用軸受装置およびその取付構造。
- 前記当接面の段差が熱処理後に機械加工によって形成されている請求項1乃至3いずれかに記載の車輪用軸受装置およびその取付構造。
