Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides selenium-enriched ginseng and a cultivation method thereof. The cultivation method scientifically applies the nano-selenium SOD nutrient solution to the leaves and the roots, so that the finally obtained ginseng is rich in selenium element, and the diverse demands of the market are met.
The scheme of the invention is to provide a cultivation method of selenium-rich ginseng, which comprises the following steps:
(1) land preparation and cultivation: ploughing the cultivation land, and applying the nano selenium organic fertilizer to cultivate the land after the cultivation is finished;
(2) and (3) field management in 1-2 years: spraying nano-selenium SOD nutrient solution on the leaves in spring of the 1 st year after the ginseng seedlings, and spraying nano-selenium SOD nutrient solution on the leaves in autumn of the 1 st year; spraying the nano-selenium SOD nutrient solution on the leaves in spring of 2 years, and continuously spraying the nano-selenium SOD nutrient solution on the leaves in autumn of 2 years;
(3) and (3) field management to 4 th year: spraying nano-selenium SOD nutrient solution on the leaves in spring of 3 years, then spraying nano-selenium SOD nutrient solution on the leaves in autumn of 3 years, and directly irrigating the roots with the nano-selenium SOD nutrient solution during 6-8 months; spraying the nano-selenium SOD nutrient solution on the leaves in the spring of the 4 th year, then spraying the nano-selenium SOD nutrient solution on the leaves in the autumn of the 4 th year, and directly irrigating the roots with the nano-selenium SOD nutrient solution in the period of 6-8 months.
Preferably, in the step (1), the nano-selenium organic fertilizer comprises nano-selenium SOD nutrient solution, decomposed pig manure, decomposed fallen leaves, soybean straws and grass peat.
The cultivation of ginseng has strict requirements on soil, and the soil with high underground water level, low-lying moisture, poor ventilation, easy hardening, poor drainage, alkalinity and the like is not suitable for cultivating ginseng. Therefore, the soil is firstly ploughed, so that the soil is loose and the drainage is good; and then the nano-selenium organic fertilizer is added to cultivate the land so as to improve the organic matter content of the soil, so that the soil is fertile and beneficial to the robust growth of the ginseng.
Preferably, the dosage ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the nano selenium organic fertilizer is 9-11: 22-24: 11-13.
Research shows that nitrogen can promote the formation of chlorophyll and the growth of stem and leaf, so that ginseng can grow healthily; the phosphorus can promote the root development of the ginseng, enable seeds to be full, and enhance the cold resistance, drought resistance and saline-alkali resistance; potassium can improve photosynthesis, enhance stems, promote root development, delay aging, and improve yield and quality.
Therefore, the proportion of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in the fertilizer is particularly important, and the inventor repeatedly researches: the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium ratio required by the ginseng is approximately 2:0.5:3, and after soil is detected, the soil fertilizer supply characteristics are found as follows: the total nitrogen and alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen content is high, the total phosphorus content is high, but the available phosphorus is deficient, and the available potassium is medium or insufficient. Therefore, the inventor provides a scheme for controlling the nitrogen fertilizer and increasing the application of the potassium fertilizer after conclusion. The phosphorus is easy to fix in the soil, so the application amount of the phosphorus is increased, which is the reason that the content of the phosphorus in the three elements is far more than that of the nitrogen. Repeated verification proves that the growth and development requirements of the ginseng can be best met when the dosage ratio of the nitrogen, the phosphorus and the potassium is 9-11: 22-24: 11-13.
Preferably, the application amount of the nano selenium organic fertilizer is 1.8-2.2 t/mu.
Preferably, in the nano-selenium SOD nutrient solution, the particle size of nano-selenium is less than 200nm, the concentration of nano-selenium is 280-320 mg/L, the content of amino acid is more than or equal to 100g/L, and the SOD content is 20000-30000U/L.
Preferably, in the step (2), in spring of 1 year, the nano-selenium SOD nutrient solution is prepared into a concentration of 4-6 wt.%, and then is further diluted by 28-32 times with water, and then is sprayed, wherein the spraying amount is 0.8-1.2 kg/mu; in autumn of 1 year, preparing the nano-selenium SOD nutrient solution into a concentration of 3-5 wt.%, further adding water for diluting by 28-32 times, and then spraying; the spraying amount is 0.6-0.8 kg/mu.
Preferably, in the step (2), in spring of the 2 nd year, the nano-selenium SOD nutrient solution is prepared into a concentration of 4-6 wt.%, and then is further diluted by water by 24-28 times, and then is sprayed, wherein the spraying amount is 0.8-1.2 kg/mu; in autumn of 2 years, the nano-selenium SOD nutrient solution is prepared into a concentration of 4-6 wt.%, and then is further diluted by 24-28 times with water and then is sprayed; the spraying amount is 0.8-1.2 kg/mu.
Preferably, in the step (3), in spring and autumn of 3 years, the nano-selenium SOD nutrient solution is prepared into a concentration of 4-6 wt.%, and then is further diluted by 25-27 times with water, and then is sprayed, wherein the spraying amount is 0.8-1.2 kg/mu; during 6-8 months of the 3 rd year, preparing the nano-selenium SOD nutrient solution into a concentration of 3-5 wt.%, further adding water for diluting by 25-27 times, and then irrigating roots for 1 time; the amount of the irrigation roots is 3.8-4.2 kg/mu.
Preferably, in the step (3), in spring and autumn of 4 years, the nano-selenium SOD nutrient solution is prepared into a concentration of 4-6 wt.%, and then is further diluted by 30-32 times with water, and then is sprayed, wherein the spraying amount is 0.8-1.2 kg/mu; during 6-8 months in the 4 th year, preparing the nano-selenium SOD nutrient solution into a concentration of 3-5 wt.%, further adding water for diluting by 30-32 times, and then irrigating roots for 1 time; the amount of the irrigation roots is 3.6-3.8 kg/mu.
In the 6-8 month period, the weather is usually dry, so the roots are irrigated at the moment, and the water and the selenium can be supplemented, thereby achieving two purposes at one stroke.
Based on the same technical conception, the invention also provides the selenium-enriched ginseng cultivated by the method.
If the ginseng is allowed to continue to grow to the 5 th to 6 th year, the leaves are sprayed with the nano-selenium SOD nutrient solution in spring and autumn every year, and the roots of the leaves are irrigated with the nano-selenium SOD nutrient solution in autumn. If the ginseng needs to grow for a longer period, the same operation can be carried out, and the selenium content is gradually increased.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the cultivation method of the selenium-rich ginseng, the nano-selenium SOD nutrient solution is scientifically applied to the leaves and the roots of the ginseng within the growth period of the ginseng, so that the finally obtained ginseng is rich in selenium elements, and the various demands of the market are met.
