本发明是一种易开封式包装袋,是在通过将包装薄膜(F)纵横三边或四边密封而将液体或粉状体或粘稠物质等被包装物(W)密封的包装袋(P)上,向前述包装袋(P)的密封部(S)的纵深方向切入形成开封用切口(N),同时在与该切入形成的开封用切口(N)相邻的密封部(S)上形成弯折部(B)。在提供无包装袋切屑、便于开封、容易看到或触摸到其开封部位的包装袋的同时,提供该易开封式包装袋的制造装置。

技术领域
本发明涉及适用于用手指撕开作为包装材料的包装薄膜而开封的易开封式包装袋及该易开封式包装袋的制造装置。
背景技术
历来是把合成树脂制的薄膜或这种薄膜与铝箔等粘合而成的叠层物等包装材料组成的包装薄膜通过纵横三边密封或四边密封而形成包装袋,这种包装袋中可以装入液体、粉状体或粘稠物质等被包装物后进行密封。
从而,在将这种包装袋开封时,要用小刀或剪刀将作为包装材料的包装薄膜的密封部位切除,或是用手指撕去。然而,由于用小刀或剪刀切除时需要使用工具,故相当麻烦,而要用手指撕开包装薄膜时,有时不容易开封。
因此,近年来为了便于将上述包装袋开封,在包装袋的密封部形成切入的开封用切口,以便于撕开包装袋。在这种场合,开封用切口一般采用2种形态,譬如图12所示,在三边密封的包装袋P的密封部S部位形成只是单纯切入的所谓I切口N1,或是如图13所示,在四边密封的包装袋P的密封部S部位切成V字形切口,形成所谓V切口N2,这样在包装袋P上形成开封用切口。
不过,在形成前述开封用切口的场合,如果是前述I切口N1,由于是通过单纯的切入形成开封用切口,故其制作简单,但由于I切口N1是通过在包装袋P的密封部S上单纯切入形成的,故该开封用I切口N1部位的切入部位的边缘部分整齐,不易找到,有时要花费一定时间来寻找该I切口N1的位置。
从这一点来说,前述V切口N2由于切除成V字形,故即使是盲人也容易找到被切除而成的V切口N2,但反之,当包装袋P内装的被包装物W是譬如调味汁、汤或酱油等物品时,在包装袋P的密封部S上形成V切口N2时,由于在该V切口N2的制作过程中必须将包装袋P的密封部S切除成V字形,故会产生切屑,切屑有时会附在作为成品的包装袋P上,因此,目前的现状是避免将V切口N2形成的开封用切口用于食品等的包装袋上。
为此,本发明的目的在于提供一种不会产生包装袋的切屑、便于开封、且其开封部位容易看到或容易触摸到的易开封式包装袋,同时提供这种易开封式包装袋的制造装置。
发明的公开
本发明在通过包装薄膜纵横三边密封或四边密封来将液体、粉状体或粘稠物质等被包装物密封的包装袋上,向包装袋的密封部的纵深方向切入形成开封用切口,同时在与该切入形成的切口相邻的密封部形成由阶梯构成的弯折部,故通过弯折部造成的阶梯使人容易辨别开封用切口的位置。
另外,在向着包装袋的密封部的纵深方向切入形成开封用切口的同时,通过从该切入形成的开封用切口的最深部位置起向着前述密封部的边缘在该密封部形成由阶梯构成的弯折部,故容易在切入部位的边缘部分产生阶梯,使人容易判别切入形成的切口部分,而且这时前述开封用切口和由阶梯构成的弯折部的形态为大致V字形或大致U字形,具有宽度,容易通过弯折形成阶梯,不仅容易看到,而且容易触摸到,便于判别开封用切口的部位。

实施发明的最佳形态
以下结合附图说明本发明一实施例。对本发明的易开封式包装袋以及易开封式包装袋制造装置、即使用包装薄膜的充填包装机的主要结构及其动作,结合图1到图7予以说明。
在附图中,作为充填包装机的整体主要结构,1是该充填包装机的机身,在该机身1的侧面设有支承架2,在该支承架2上装有可卸式调换的卷绕着薄膜F的薄膜卷筒R。
从前述薄膜卷筒R拉出的薄膜F通过薄膜引导机构3被施加规定的张力后先向上方拉出,并被设在机身1上部的薄膜折叠机构4沿薄膜F的长度方向对折后向下方拉出。
在本实施例中,在该向下方拉出运送的对折薄膜F上,通过纵向密封机构5的一对纵向加热密封滚子5A沿纵向将各折叠边缘部和中间部以及折叠端部之间(左右两边缘部和中间部)纵向加热密封后形成纵向密封部S1,接着通过设在前述纵向密封机构5下方的第1横向密封机构6和第2横向密封机构7进行横向加热密封后形成横向密封部S2。
在这种场合,通过前述第一横向密封机构6的一对横向加热密封滚子6A在横向以规定间隔进行横向加热密封后形成横向密封部S2,用该横向密封部S2的部位首先形成有左右并排的两个包装袋的有底筒状袋的底部,再从充填机构8的各充填喷嘴部8A、8B向上述形成有底筒状袋的薄膜F内充填被包装物W,接着送出薄膜F,然后用前述第一横向密封机构6的横向加热密封滚子6A对成为薄膜F的袋口部的部位进行横向加热密封,用该横向加热密封所形成的横向密封部S2将被包装物W密封,再用设在第二横向密封机构7上的一对横向加热密封滚子7A对该横向密封部S2部位进一步密封后再对薄膜F的四边进行密封,然后以连续包装的状态将包装袋P不断地向下方运送。
在这种包装机上,在前述第二横向密封机构7的下方设有开封用切口形成机构9,再在其下方设有在前述左右并排的包装袋P中央的纵向密封部S1部分形成分离用的针孔的打孔机10,再在其下方设置将上下连接的包装袋P的横向密封部S2处切断后送出的切断机构11。
本实施例中的前述开封用切口形成机构9分别设置在前述左右并排的包装袋P的两端,在各开封用切口形成机构9上设有在两侧的纵向密封部S1部分形成开封用切口N用的一对对向滚子12、12A,该一对对向滚子12、12A可以夹持连续移动的前述包装袋P两侧的纵向密封部S1进行运送,在至少一个滚子12的圆周面表面凸出形成以另一个滚子12A为支承滚子而向包装袋P的纵向密封部S1的纵深方向切入形成开封用切口N的切入刀13,同时从与前述开封用切口N的最深部位对应的前述切入刀13起连续地凸出形成向着前述纵向密封部S1的边缘而在该纵向密封部S1上形成弯折部B(阶梯部)用的弯折刀13A,又如图5所示,前述弯折刀13A的刀尖高度L2略低于前述切入刀13的刀尖高度L1,以在前述纵向密封部S1上形成弯折部B(阶梯部)。
在上述实施例中,在将包装袋连续包装的充填包装机上,设有开封用切口形成机构9,该机构9由将连续移动的包装袋P的纵向密封部S1夹持运送的一对对向滚子12、12A构成,在至少一个滚子12圆周面的表面凸出形成以另一个滚子12A为支承滚子而向包装袋P的纵向密封部S1的纵深方向切入形成开封用切口N的切入刀13,同时从与前述开封用切口N的最深部位对应的前述切入刀13起连续地凸出形成向着前述纵向密封部S1的边缘而在该纵向密封部S1形成弯折部B用的弯折刀13A,且前述弯折刀13A的刀尖高度略低于前述切入刀13的刀尖高度,这样,在一个滚子12的表面形成的前述切入刀13和另一个滚子、即支承滚子12A的圆周面部分抵接,并在该切入刀13与另一个滚子、即支承滚子12A的圆周面部分之间夹持并切断包装袋P的纵向密封部S1,这样,就在从纵向密封部S1的边缘起沿纵深方向切入形成开封用切口N,同时,用刀尖高度L2低于前述切入刀13的刀尖高度L1的前述弯折刀13A将包装袋P的纵向密封部S1夹紧在与支承滚子12A之间,通过该夹紧应力使纵向密封部S1部位发生变形,由于这一变形,被夹紧部位相对通常的纵向密封部S1的平坦部分而弯折,这样就使开封用切口N部位的切入部位边缘部分变得不整齐。
结果,如前所述,在包装袋P的纵向密封部S1部分形成从纵向密封部S1的边缘起沿纵深方向切入形成的开封用切口N,同时从该开封用切口N的最深部位起向着纵向密封部S1的边缘而在该纵向密封部S1上形成变形造成的弯折部B,使开封用切口N部位的切入部位边缘部分由于变形造成的弯折部而变得不整齐,该不整齐的阶梯部分使人容易判别包装袋P的开封部位,而且用手指触摸该弯折的弯折部B部位,就会感觉到凹凸不平,由此可判别包装袋P的开封部位。
在这种场合,如图7所示,由于形成开封用切口N和从该切入形成的开封用切口N的最深部位起向着纵向密封部S1的边缘而在该纵向密封部S1上形成大致V字形的弯折部B,使前述开封用切口N和弯折部B构成V字形且具有宽度的弯折部容易形成阶梯,不仅容易看到,且容易触摸到,使人容易判别开封用切口N的部位。
如前所述,在本实施例中,通过在包装袋P的纵向密封部S1上向着前述包装袋P的纵向密封部S1的纵深方向切入形成开封用切口N1,可以防止发生传统方式中切入引起的切屑,同时通过从该切入形成的开封用切口N1的最深部位起向着前述纵向密封部S1的边缘而在该纵向密封部S1上形成弯折部B,可以提供便于判别开封部位的易开封式包装袋。
另外,为了得到前述的图7所示实施例的包装袋P,在将包装袋连续包装的充填包装机上,在表面凸出形成向着包装袋P的纵向密封部S1的纵深方向切入形成开封用切口N的切入刀13,同时从与前述开封用切口N的最深部位对应的前述切入刀13起连续地凸出形成向着前述纵向密封部S1的边缘而在该纵向密封部S1上形成弯折部B用的弯折刀13A,并且,前述弯折刀13A的刀尖高度L2略低于前述切入刀13的刀尖高度L1,因此可提供既能防止发生切入导致的切屑,又使人容易判别开封部位的易开封式包装袋的制造装置,在该实施例中,是根据开封用切口N和弯折部B构成的形态、即大致V字形来设定包装机上开封用切口形成机构9的切入刀13与弯折刀13A的形状。
另外,如图8的包装袋P的实施例所示,将向包装袋P的纵向密封部S1的纵深方向切入形成的开封用切口N和从该切入形成的开封用切口N的最深部位起向着纵向密封部S1的边缘而在该纵向密封部S1上形成的弯折部B做成大致U字形。在这种场合,也与前述V字形的场合同样,由于开闭用切口N与弯折部B构成大致U字形且具有宽度的弯折部容易形成阶梯,故通过该阶梯不仅容易看到,还容易触摸到,使人容易判别开封用切口N的部位,另外,可以根据开封用切口N和弯折部B构成的形态、即大致U字形的形状来设定包装机上的开封用切口形成机构9的切入刀和弯折刀的形状。
包装袋P的又一实施例如图9所示,是向着包装袋P的纵向密封部S1的纵深方向切入形成开封用切口N,并在与该切入形成的开封用切口N相邻的纵向密封部S1上形成弯折部B。在该实施例中,由于将前述开封用切口N卷成大致半圆形后形成前述弯折部B,故该弯折部B就容易使开封用切口N部分相对通常的纵向密封部分S1形成阶梯,结果,使人容易判别开封部位,而且包装机上所设的开封用切口形成机构9的切入刀和弯折刀的形状可根据前述开封用切口N和弯折部B构成的形态来设定,这时,可以将前述弯折刀的刀尖高度设定得略低于前述切入刀刀尖的高度。
还有,在上述实施例中,说明了制作包装袋P的例子,即,将一片薄膜F拉出形成对折状态,再将该对折后的折叠边缘和折叠后的薄膜F的中央部以及折叠端部(左右两边缘部和中央部)用成对的纵向密封机构5的三个纵向加热密封滚子5A沿纵向进行纵向加热密封后形成二排筒状袋,不过在如图10所示的将薄膜F三边密封后形成的包装袋P上、在图11所示的将二片薄膜F重叠后拉出且边在各薄膜F的两边缘用两个纵向加热密封滚子沿纵向加热密封边将薄膜F的四边加热密封后成形的包装袋P上、或在纵向密封部设置多个纵向加热密封滚子(未图示)并用该纵向加热密封滚子和横向密封部进行四边密封后以横排单位形成的多个包装袋上、或是在一个个密封形成的包装袋上等,都可以通过在各包装袋上形成本发明的开封用切口而构成易开封式包装袋。
在本发明的易开封式包装袋上,是向着包装袋的密封部的纵深方向切入形成开封用切口,同时在与该切入形成的开封用切口相邻的密封部形成弯折部,故可以利用弯折部形成的阶梯使人容易判别开封用切口的位置。
另外,通过在向着包装袋的密封部的纵深方向切入形成开封用切口的同时,从该切入形成的开封用切口的最深部位起向着前述密封部的边缘而在该密封部形成弯折部,容易在切入部位的边缘部分形成阶梯,使人容易判别切入形成的切口部分,而且这时前述开封用切口和弯折部构成大致V字形或大致U字形、且具有宽度的弯折部,容易形成阶梯,不仅容易看到,也容易触摸到,便于判别开封用切口的部位。
另外,在连续包装包装袋的包装机上,设有将连续移动的前述包装袋的纵向密封部夹持运送的一对对向滚子构成的切口形成机构,在至少一个滚子的圆周面表面凸出形成以另一个滚子为支承滚子而向着包装袋纵向密封部的纵深方向切入形成开封用切口的切入刀,同时凸出形成在与前述开封用切口相邻的纵向密封部形成弯折部用的弯折刀,而且前述弯折刀的刀尖高度略低于前述切入刀的刀尖高度,这样就可构成既能防止发生切入造成的切屑又容易判别开封部位的易开封式包装袋的制造装置。
另外,在连续包装包装袋的包装机上,设有将连续移动的前述包装袋的纵向密封部夹持运送的一对对向滚子构成的切口形成机构,在至少一个滚子的圆周面表面凸出形成以另一个滚子为支承滚子而向着包装袋纵向密封部的纵深方向切入形成开封用切口的切入刀,同时从与前述开封用切口最深部位对应的前述切入刀起连续地凸出形成向着前述纵向密封部的边缘而在该纵向密封部形成弯折部用的弯折刀,而且前述弯折刀的刀尖高度略低于前述切入刀的刀尖高度,这样就可提供既能防止发生切入造成的切屑又容易在切入部位的边缘部分产生阶梯、使人容易判别切入形成的切口部位、从而容易判别开封部位的易开封式包装袋的制造装置。
工业上利用的可能性
本发明可提供一种易开封式包装袋及其制造装置,在制造适用于用手指撕开作为包装材料的包装薄膜后开封的易开封式包装袋时,既不会产生包装袋的切屑又容易开封,且该开封部位容易看到或容易触摸到。

Claims (5)

1.一种易开封式包装袋,通过包装薄膜纵横三边密封或四边密封来将液体、粉状体或粘稠物质等被包装物密封,其特征在于,向所述包装袋的密封部的纵深方向切入形成开封用切口,同时在与该切入形成的切口相邻的所述密封部形成由阶梯构成的弯折部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易开封式包装袋,其特征在于,在向着所述包装袋的密封部的纵深方向切入形成开封用切口的同时,从该切入形成的开封用切口的最深部位置起向着所述密封部的边缘在该密封部形成由阶梯构成的弯折部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的易开封式包装袋,其特征在于,所述开封用切口和由阶梯部构成的所述弯折部形成大致V字形或大致U字形。
4.一种易开封式包装袋的制造装置,是通过纵向密封机构将连续移动的包装薄膜进行纵向密封,用该纵向密封部位使包装薄膜形成筒状,同时用横向密封机构将该形成筒状的包装薄膜横向密封,用该横向密封部形成包装袋底部,在用该底部形成有底筒状袋的包装薄膜内充填被包装物,再一边将包装薄膜送出一边用横向密封机构将成为包装薄膜袋口部的部位横向密封后作为包装袋进行连续包装,其特征在于,还设置由将连续移动的所述包装袋的纵向密封部夹持运送的一对对向滚子组成的切口形成机构,且在至少一个滚子圆周面的表面凸出形成以另一个滚子为支承滚子而向包装袋的纵向密封部的纵深方向切入形成开封用切口的切入刀,同时凸出形成在与所述开封用切口相邻的纵向密封部形成弯折部用的弯折刀,且所述弯折刀刀尖的高度稍低于所述切入刀刀尖的高度。
5.一种易开封式包装袋的制造装置,是通过纵向密封机构将连续移动的包装薄膜进行纵向密封,用该纵向密封部位使包装薄膜形成筒状,同时用横向密封机构将该形成筒状的包装薄膜横向密封,用该横向密封部形成包装袋底部,在用该底部形成有底筒状袋的包装薄膜内充填被包装物,再一边将包装薄膜送出一边用横向密封机构将成为包装薄膜袋口部的部位横向密封后作为包装袋进行连续包装,其特征在于,还设置由将连续移动的所述包装袋的纵向密封部夹持运送的一对对向滚子组成的切口形成机构,且在至少一个滚子圆周面的表面凸出形成以另一个滚子为支承滚子而向包装袋的纵向密封部的纵深方向切入形成开封用切口的切入刀,同时从与所述开封用切口的最深部位对应的所述切入刀起连续地凸出形成向着所述纵向密封部的边缘而在该纵向密封部形成弯折部用的弯折刀,且所述弯折刀刀尖的高度稍低于所述切入刀刀尖的高度。
