本发明提供一种粗皱薄皮合成革,涉及合成革技术领域,所述粗皱薄皮合成革从上到下依次有抑菌基布、薄皮贝斯层、纹理层组成,与传统工艺相比,用此工艺制成的合成革具有非常自然的皮皱感,皱感与真皮相似;另一方面该合成革具有高效抑菌性能,能有效抑制合成革表面细菌的生长繁殖,提供干净卫生的环境,有助于保持人体健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及合成革技术领域,尤其涉及一种粗皱薄皮合成革。
背景技术
合成革是指模拟天然皮革的组成和结构并可作为其代用材料的塑料制品。通常以经浸渍的无纺布为网状层,微孔聚氨脂层作为粒面层制得。其正、反面都与皮革十分相似,并具有一定的透气性,比普通人造革更接近天然革。
但是目前市场的的合成革大多数都存在一些问题,比如柔韧性不好,耐磨性差,合成革皮皱感不自然,折痕粗的同时回弹性差,手感僵硬;以及产品在存储、运输、使用过程中受到环境条件的影响,往往会出现霉变、细菌滋生等现象,严重时不仅浪费原材料,而且会成为疾病的重要传播源,危害人类健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种粗皱薄皮合成革,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,采用以下技术方案来实现:一种粗皱薄皮合成革,所述粗皱薄皮合成革从上到下依次有抑菌基布、薄皮贝斯层、纹理层组成。
本发明优选的:所述抑菌基布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:以下重量比称取原料:去离子水 100-200份、溶菌酶 0.5-5份、野菊花提取物5-25份、杜仲绿原酸 2-15份、桃叶珊瑚苷 3-10份、大蒜素 5-20份、山梨酸钾 0.05-0.3份、聚山梨酯-20 0.1-2份、柠檬酸 1-8份和柠檬酸钠 0.1-1份;
步骤2:将步骤1称取的原料放入去离子水中,混合均匀;
步骤3:将步骤1称取的柠檬酸或柠檬酸钠加入到步骤2所得溶液中调节浸润液pH值至5.3—6.5得浸润液;
步骤4:将步骤3配制好的浸润液喷涂于所需规格的无纺布上或将无纺布浸渍于浸润液中,风干处理;
步骤5:将步骤4风干的无纺布压制成0.1-0.3mm厚的抑菌基布
本发明优选的:所述步骤5中,压制成型的温度为120-150℃,压力为5-15MPa。
本发明优选的:所述薄皮贝斯层由下述重量份制得:37-38份二甲基甲酰胺、14-15份阻燃复合剂、0.2-0.25份渗透剂、0.7-0.75份乳化剂、0.1份强疏水性表面活性剂、0.1-0.3份水性色浆、8-9份合成纤维粉、43-44聚氨酯树脂。
本发明优选的:所述纹理层由下述重量份制得:100-200份二甲基甲酰胺、40-60份甲苯、50-100份甲乙酮、40-80四氢呋喃。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明在贝斯上高固一层高模量聚氨酯树脂,高固树脂烘干后,贝斯原本平滑的表面形成一层凹凸感强的膜,膜上分部有不均匀的无规则孔,像植物的根茎脉络般,给整体的基底增强厚实感。再在其上进行干法贴面成膜,转移纹路。与传统工艺相比,用此工艺制成的合成革具有非常自然的皮皱感,皱感与真皮相似;另一方面该合成革具有高效抑菌性能,能有效抑制合成革表面细菌的生长繁殖,提供干净卫生的环境,有助于保持人体健康。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明,但下述实施例仅仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非全部。基于实施方式中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得其它实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法,下述实施例中所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1
(1)以下重量份称取原料:去离子水 100份、溶菌酶 0.5份、野菊花提取物 5份、杜仲绿原酸 2份、桃叶珊瑚苷 3份、大蒜素 5份、山梨酸钾 0.05份、聚山梨酯-20 0.1份、柠檬酸 1份和柠檬酸钠 0.1份;
步骤2:将步骤1称取的原料放入去离子水中,混合均匀;
步骤3:将步骤1称取的柠檬酸或柠檬酸钠加入到步骤2所得溶液中调节浸润液pH值至5.3得浸润液;
步骤4:将步骤3配制好的浸润液喷涂于所需规格的无纺布上或将无纺布浸渍于浸润液中,风干处理;
步骤5:将步骤4风干的无纺布压制成0.1mm厚的抑菌基布,且压制成型的温度为120,压力为5MPa。
(2)以下重量份制得:37份二甲基甲酰胺、14份阻燃复合剂、0.2份渗透剂、0.7份乳化剂、0.1份强疏水性表面活性剂、0.1份水性色浆、8份合成纤维粉、42份聚氨酯树脂,混合均匀制得湿法涂料,将涂料均匀涂覆到抑菌基布上,再经过二甲基甲酰胺含量为18%的溶液预凝固槽,湿法涂料渗透到基布中,再经过水洗,12轮烫平,固定宽幅,烘干,经循环冷却轮冷却,制得湿法贝斯。
(3)以下重量份制得:100份二甲基甲酰胺、40份甲苯、50份甲乙酮、40四氢呋喃;混合均匀后,将其均匀涂覆在带有纹路的离型纸上,烘干后进行二次涂覆,完全烘干后与薄皮贝斯贴合。
实施例2
(1)以下重量份称取原料:去离子水 100份、溶菌酶 0.5份、野菊花提取物 5份、杜仲绿原酸 2份、桃叶珊瑚苷 3份、大蒜素 5份、山梨酸钾 0.05份、聚山梨酯-20 0.1份、柠檬酸 1份和柠檬酸钠 0.1份;
步骤2:将步骤1称取的原料放入去离子水中,混合均匀;
步骤3:将步骤1称取的柠檬酸或柠檬酸钠加入到步骤2所得溶液中调节浸润液pH值至5.3得浸润液;
步骤4:将步骤3配制好的浸润液喷涂于所需规格的无纺布上或将无纺布浸渍于浸润液中,风干处理;
步骤5:将步骤4风干的无纺布压制成0.1mm厚的抑菌基布,且压制成型的温度为120,压力为5MPa。
(2)以下重量份制得:36份二甲基甲酰胺、13份阻燃复合剂、0.2份渗透剂、0.7份乳化剂、0.1份强疏水性表面活性剂、0.1份水性色浆、8份合成纤维粉、43份聚氨酯树脂,混合均匀制得湿法涂料,将涂料均匀涂覆到抑菌基布上,再经过二甲基甲酰胺含量为18%的溶液预凝固槽,湿法涂料渗透到基布中,再经过水洗,12轮烫平,固定宽幅,烘干,经循环冷却轮冷却,制得湿法贝斯。
(3)以下重量份制得:150份二甲基甲酰胺、50份甲苯、75份甲乙酮、60四氢呋喃;混合均匀后,将其均匀涂覆在带有纹路的离型纸上,烘干后进行二次涂覆,完全烘干后与薄皮贝斯贴合。
实施例3
(1)以下重量份称取原料:去离子水 200份、溶菌酶 5份、野菊花提取物 25份、杜仲绿原酸 15份、桃叶珊瑚苷10份、大蒜素 20份、山梨酸钾 0.3份、聚山梨酯-20 2份、柠檬酸 8份和柠檬酸钠 1份;
步骤2:将步骤1称取的原料放入去离子水中,混合均匀;
步骤3:将步骤1称取的柠檬酸或柠檬酸钠加入到步骤2所得溶液中调节浸润液pH值至6.5得浸润液;
步骤4:将步骤3配制好的浸润液喷涂于所需规格的无纺布上或将无纺布浸渍于浸润液中,风干处理;
步骤5:将步骤4风干的无纺布压制成0.3mm厚的抑菌基布,且压制成型的温度为150,压力为15MPa。
(2)以下重量份制得:38份二甲基甲酰胺、15份阻燃复合剂、0.25份渗透剂、0.75份乳化剂、0.1份强疏水性表面活性剂、0.3份水性色浆、9份合成纤维粉、44份聚氨酯树脂,混合均匀制得湿法涂料,将涂料均匀涂覆到抑菌基布上,再经过二甲基甲酰胺含量为18%的溶液预凝固槽,湿法涂料渗透到基布中,再经过水洗,12轮烫平,固定宽幅,烘干,经循环冷却轮冷却,制得湿法贝斯。
(3)以下重量份制得:200份二甲基甲酰胺、60份甲苯、100份甲乙酮、80四氢呋喃;混合均匀后,将其均匀涂覆在带有纹路的离型纸上,烘干后进行二次涂覆,完全烘干后与薄皮贝斯贴合。

通过对比上述3个实施例中制备的粗皱薄皮合成革的粗皱度、手感、厚度、杀菌率、与天然革相似度及泡孔结构,得出实施例2中合成革具有凹凸感最强,手感柔软,杀菌率较好且与天然革相似度很高。相较于其他实施例中制得的合成革,实施例2拥有更为广泛的应用前景。

1.一种粗皱薄皮合成革,其特征在于:所述粗皱薄皮合成革从上到下依次有抑菌基布、薄皮贝斯层、纹理层组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种粗皱薄皮合成革,其特征在于,所述抑菌基布的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:以下重量份称取原料:去离子水 100-200份、溶菌酶 0.5-5份、野菊花提取物5-25份、杜仲绿原酸 2-15份、桃叶珊瑚苷 3-10份、大蒜素 5-20份、山梨酸钾 0.05-0.3份、聚山梨酯-20 0.1-2份、柠檬酸 1-8份和柠檬酸钠 0.1-1份;
步骤2:将步骤1称取的原料放入去离子水中,混合均匀;
步骤3:将步骤1称取的柠檬酸或柠檬酸钠加入到步骤2所得溶液中调节浸润液pH值至5.3—6.5得浸润液;
步骤4:将步骤3配制好的浸润液喷涂于所需规格的无纺布上或将无纺布浸渍于浸润液中,风干处理;
步骤5:将步骤4风干的无纺布压制成0.1-0.3mm厚的抑菌基布。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种粗皱薄皮合成革,其特征在于,所述步骤5中,压制成型的温度为120-150℃,压力为5-15MPa。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种粗皱薄皮合成革,其特征在于,所述薄皮贝斯层由下述重量份制得:36-38份二甲基甲酰胺、13-15份阻燃复合剂、0.2-0.25份渗透剂、0.7-0.75份乳化剂、0.1份强疏水性表面活性剂、0.1-0.3份水性色浆、7-9份合成纤维粉、42-44份聚氨酯树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种粗皱薄皮合成革,其特征在于,所述纹理层由下述重量份制得:100-200份二甲基甲酰胺、40-60份甲苯、50-100份甲乙酮、40-80四氢呋喃。
