Abstract

本发明提供一种合成革用柔软型湿法贝斯及其制作方法,涉及合成革领域,通过改变湿法贝斯制备中各种原料配制比例,使阻燃复合剂与渗透剂、乳化剂、表面活性剂达到最佳配比,既能够保持所制得的湿法贝斯的柔软度,又能够使所制得的湿法贝斯具有最佳的阻燃效果,以此湿法贝斯作为骨架制得合成革,可以制得柔软且能够阻燃的高质量合成革,具有高享受触感与阻燃效果,舒适又安全,适用于生产沙发等家具。

一种合成革用柔软型湿法贝斯及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及合成革领域,尤其涉及一种合成革用柔软型湿法贝斯及其制作方法。
背景技术
PU合成革是近年来快速发展的多用途复合材料,从2015年开始人造革合成革行业产量呈下跌趋势,在内部和外部环境双面的冲击下,合成革行业正进行着改革升级,消费者对产品的整体效果、物化性能和环保要求愈来愈高,只有高性能的高端产品才能适应市场,在行业改革升级中不被市场淘汰,在行业中占有一席之地。
湿法贝斯在合成革产品中相当于骨架,PU合成革的手感、触感、新颖程度、剥离强度、撕裂性能及整体效果很大程度上取决于湿法贝斯,贝斯性能效果优异必定能做出物化性能更佳的合成革产品,在贝斯生产过程中,为增强合成革的阻燃效果,往往添加包覆红磷与氢氧化铝的复合剂作为阻燃剂,但起到阻燃效果的同时降低了贝斯的柔软度,保证柔软度并提高阻燃效是贝斯制作中一大难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种合成革用柔软型湿法贝斯及其制作方法,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明为解决上述技术问题,采用以下技术方案来实现:
依次向反应釜中加入37-38份N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、阻燃复合剂14-15份,0.2-0.25份渗透剂、0.7-0.75份乳化剂、0.1份强疏水性表面活性剂、0.1-0.3份水性色浆、8-9份合成纤维粉和43-44份高弹性超柔软湿法PU树脂,搅拌均匀后,抽真空50-60min,用60-80目网过滤,制得湿法涂料;
将厚度为0.7mm的高F无光绒基布放在清水中进行清洗,再经过烫布轮将基布中的水分烫均匀,烫平基布,烫干部分水分,再将步骤(1)中制得的湿法涂料均匀涂覆到基布上,再经过N,N-二甲基甲酰胺含量为18%的溶液预凝固槽,湿法涂料渗透到基布中,再经过水洗,12轮烫平,固定宽幅,烘干,经循环冷却轮冷却,制得湿法贝斯。
优选的,所述阻燃复合剂为6份包覆红磷与8-9份氢氧化铝复合剂。
优选的,所述渗透剂为烷基磷酸酯盐。
优选的,所述乳化剂为羟酸盐。
优选的,所述强疏水性表面活性剂为丙二醇脂肪酸酯。
优选的,所述PU树脂为高弹性超柔软压花服装用PU树脂,粘度为18-30万CPS/25℃,100%模量为2.0-3.0MPa,伸长率大于600%。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用,通过改变湿法贝斯制备中各种原料配制比例,使阻燃复合剂与渗透剂、乳化剂、表面活性剂达到最佳配比,既能够保持所制得的湿法贝斯的柔软度,又能够使所制得的湿法贝斯具有最佳的阻燃效果。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明,但下述实施例仅仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非全部。基于实施方式中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得其它实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法,下述实施例中所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1
依次向反应釜中加入37-38份N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、阻燃复合剂14-15份,0.2-0.25份渗透剂、0.7-0.75份乳化剂、0.1份强疏水性表面活性剂、0.1-0.3份水性色浆、8-9份合成纤维粉和43-44份高弹性超柔软湿法PU树脂,搅拌均匀后,抽真空50-60min,用60-80目网过滤,制得湿法涂料;

经实验得到得知,在添加不同分量的阻燃剂与其余原料配制具有阻燃效果的湿法贝斯时,阻燃剂的添加量不同,湿法贝斯柔软度不同,每种原料均对湿法贝斯的柔软度具有影响作用,不同树脂占比对湿法贝斯柔软度的影响如表2-3所示;

由表2结果得知:组别3手感偏硬,减少一半B树脂,即组别2,手感还是偏硬,试组别1,组别4/6/7,贝斯手感不紧,组别5,涂料渗透不够,组别8/9,手感不够软,可偏松一点,组别1效果最好,贝斯手感超柔软,肉实感强,弹性好,压花时失厚率低。
阻燃剂的添加比例对柔软度的影响如表4所示;

由表4得知,当阻燃剂与树脂比添加量分别为14、44时,所得湿法贝斯最为柔软,且阻燃效果最好,当阻燃剂添加量大于15时,所得湿法贝斯逐渐偏硬,且阻燃剂添加剂量过大,其阻燃效果反而降低。
实施例2
阻燃剂采用包覆红磷与氢氧化铝复配剂,其中包覆红磷与氢氧化铝的比例为6:8-9,如表5所示;

当阻燃剂中包覆红磷的量的大于6、氢氧化铝的剂量在8-9之间时,所制得的湿法贝斯燃烧时间最短,所产生烟量最少,可得知,阻燃剂中包覆红磷与氢氧化铝含量最佳配比为6:8-9。
由上述方法可制得柔软度、阻燃效果均处于最佳状态湿法贝斯,由此可以制得柔软且能够阻燃的高质量合成革。

Claims (6)

1.一种合成革用柔软型湿法贝斯的制作方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
依次向反应釜中加入37-38份N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、阻燃复合剂14-15份,0.2-0.25份渗透剂、0.7-0.75份乳化剂、0.1份强疏水性表面活性剂、0.1-0.3份水性色浆、8-9份合成纤维粉和43-44份高弹性超柔软湿法PU树脂,搅拌均匀后,抽真空50-60min,用60-80目网过滤,制得湿法涂料;
将厚度为0.7mm的高F无光绒基布放在清水中进行清洗,再经过烫布轮将基布中的水分烫均匀,烫平基布,烫干部分水分,再将步骤(1)中制得的湿法涂料均匀涂覆到基布上,再经过N,N-二甲基甲酰胺含量为18%的溶液预凝固槽,湿法涂料渗透到基布中,再经过水洗,12轮烫平,固定宽幅,烘干,经循环冷却轮冷却,制得湿法贝斯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的合成革用柔软型湿法贝斯的制作方法,其特征在于:所述阻燃复合剂为6份包覆红磷与8-9份氢氧化铝复合剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的合成革用柔软型湿法贝斯的制作方法,其特征在于:所述渗透剂为烷基磷酸酯盐。
4.根据权利要求1所述的合成革用柔软型湿法贝斯的制作方法,其特征在于:所述乳化剂为羟酸盐。
5.根据权利要求1所述的合成革用柔软型湿法贝斯的制作方法,其特征在于:所述强疏水性表面活性剂为丙二醇脂肪酸酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的合成革用柔软型湿法贝斯的制作方法,其特征在于:所述PU树脂为高弹性超柔软压花服装用PU树脂,粘度为18-30万CPS/25℃,100%模量为2.0-3.0MPa,伸长率大于600%。
