本发明涉及一种染洗工艺,具体地,涉及一种涤棉染色免还原清洗工艺。
背景技术
现有涤棉织物染色为两浴法,先对涤纶进行染色,然后还原清洗,再对棉进行染色,最后进行皂洗,染色工艺繁琐,时间长,能耗高。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服上述缺陷,采用涤棉免还原清洗工艺,可以减少涤纶成分的还原清洗步骤,节省时间的同时还能提高生产效率。
本发明提供的一种涤棉染色免还原清洗工艺,其特征在于,具体工艺流程如下:S1.氧漂-分散染料一浴染涤纶;
S2.活性染料套染棉;
S3.涤棉一浴皂洗。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种涤棉染色免还原清洗工艺,其特征还在于:所述S1工艺的染浴pH控制在9-11范围内。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种涤棉染色免还原清洗工艺,其特征还在于:整个工艺时间不大于3.5小时。
进一步地,本发明提供的一种涤棉染色免还原清洗工艺,其特征还在于:所述S1的氧漂-分散染料一浴染涤纶工序中,添加分散染料、匀染剂和氧漂剂;
其中,所述分散染料的添加量为1-3g/L;
所述匀染剂的添加量为1.5-2.5g/L;
所述氧漂剂的添加量为3-8g/L。

温度 100-150℃
时间 40-60min。

一、原料:
选用40STK/1赛络纺+100D/36F DTY罗马布;
二、传统染色工艺
a.工艺流程
氧漂前处理→分散染料染涤纶→还原清洗→活性染料套染棉→皂洗→水洗

a.工艺流程
氧漂、分散染料一浴染涤纶→活性染料套染棉→涤棉一浴皂洗

经上述两种方法进行染色后的工艺参数和产品阐述的对比如下表所示:

由上表可以看出,用涤棉针织物传统染色与免还原清洗法两种工艺染色所的到的结果中,免还原清洗法打小样所需时间更短,工艺流程较简单,而常规染色工艺所需时间较长,工艺过程叫复杂;染得的小样与标样相比,两种染色法的色差都小于1.0,皂洗牢度与摩擦牢度均在4级及以上,顶破强度也相差不大,均达到产品要求。
另外,根据实际布料差异,在染色过程中,可对各组分的用量等在如下范围内微调:即、分散染料的添加量可以为1-3g/L范围内任选;匀染剂的添加量可以为1.5-2.5g/L范围内任选;双氧水等漂剂的添加量可以在3-8g/L范围内任选。
此外,工艺条件如:S1的氧漂-分散染料一浴染涤纶工序中各工艺条件可在下述区间内进行调整:
浴比 1:6-1:10;
温度 100-150℃
时间 40-60min。
S2的活性染料套染棉工艺中各工艺条件可在下述区间内进行调整:

S3的涤棉一浴皂洗工艺中各工艺条件可在下述区间内进行调整:
清洗剂 1-1.5g/L
温度 80-90℃
时间 20-30min。

1.一种涤棉染色免还原清洗工艺,其特征在于,具体工艺流程如下:
S1.氧漂-分散染料一浴染涤纶;
S2.活性染料套染棉;
S3.涤棉一浴皂洗。

所述S1工艺的染浴pH控制在9-11范围内。

整个工艺时间不大于3.5小时。
