本发明涉及设置于制袋机的热封装置。
背景技术
开发了制造塑料袋的各种制袋机。例如,制袋机使至少两张连续的躯体件重叠,并使这些躯体件沿该躯体件的长度方向进行间歇进给。制袋机每当进行躯体件的间歇进给时,对躯体件沿该躯体件的长度方向及宽度方向进行热封。之后,制袋机每当进行躯体件的间歇进给时,对躯体件沿宽度方向进行横向裁切。由此,制袋机制造塑料袋。
图9A的塑料袋包括相互重叠的躯体件1、2。侧围件3及底件4配置在躯体件1、2之间。侧围件3进行了对折。侧围件3的一端被折入侧围件3的两层之间并进行对折,从而形成辅助围部3a。底件4也进行了对折。
在对该塑料袋进行制造时,对躯体件1、2及底件4进行热封而形成密封部5。并且,对躯体件1、2、侧围件3以及底件4进行热封而形成密封部6。
图9B示出图9A的区域T。密封部6的部分P包括躯体件1、2和对折了的侧围件3。即,在部分P中重叠有四张膜。另一方面,横向密封部6的部分Q除了躯体件1、2及侧围件3以外,还包括对折了的辅助围部3a及对折了的底件4。即,在部分Q中重叠有八张膜。因此,仅通过一次的热封,部分Q的热封强度有时会不充分。
这样,存在进行热封的膜的张数(膜的厚度)根据部分的不同而不同的情况。其结果是,密封部的强度局部变弱。
例如,专利文献1的制袋机具备在连续的躯体件的长度方向上隔开间隔配置的多个横向热封装置,利用这些横向热封装置对膜的同一部分进行多次热封,而形成横向密封部。由此,加强横向密封部的强度。
例如,也存在多个横向热封装置中的特定的横向热封装置仅对需要加强的部分进行热封的情况。例如,在形成图9A的密封部6时,某个横向热封装置仅对部分Q进行热封,加强部分Q的热封强度。
一部分的热封并不仅限于加强目的。近年来,塑料袋的形状正在多样化。为了应对这种情况,热封装置有时也仅对塑料袋的特定的一部分进行热封。
热封装置通常具备一对热封构件和对各热封构件进行加热的加热器,且利用一对热封构件夹着躯体件以及任意地夹着侧围件、底件等并进行加热及加压。
在使制袋机工作之前,一对热封构件必须相对于躯体件进行位置调整。近年来,经常在躯体件印刷有设计图案。若利用热封构件形成的密封部相对于设计图案偏移,则塑料袋的外观变差。
图10概要性地示出相关技术的用于对热封构件进行位置调整的结构。加热器60沿躯体件1、2的宽度方向Y配置。基座61安装于加热器60。热封构件62以能够沿躯体件1、2的宽度方向Y滑动的方式安装于各基座61,并与躯体件1、2对置。热封构件62由加热器60进行加热。
作业者使热封构件62在基座61上滑动、定位,并利用螺栓将其固定于基座61。在使热封构件62大幅移动时,作业者一次性将基座61从加热器60拆下,并重装在加热器60的不同位置。此后,作业者对热封构件62在基座61上进行定位。由此,作业者对热封构件62相对于躯体件1、2进行位置调整。
作业者在将躯体件设置于一对热封构件之间的状态下,对一方的热封构件如上述那样相对于躯体件进行位置调整,接下来对另一方的热封构件也如上述那样相对于躯体件进行位置调整。此时,有时一对热封构件中的至少一方未被适当地进行位置调整。因此,作业者有时必须多次接触一对热封构件中的每个,并对它们进行微调整。
这样,必须使一对热封构件分别相对于躯体件进行位置调整的情况对于作业者来说造成了较大的负担。

发明内容
根据本发明,提供一种热封装置,其设置于制袋机,并对至少两张连续的躯体件进行热封。制袋机将躯体件沿该躯体件的长度方向输送,并利用躯体件来制造塑料袋。
热封装置具备在与躯体件的输送方向垂直的对置方向上相互对置的一对密封单元。一对密封单元分别包括热封构件和对热封构件进行加热的加热器。
热封装置还具备驱动单元,该驱动单元使密封单元中的至少一方沿对置方向移动,以利用热封构件夹着躯体件。
热封装置还具备调整单元,该调整单元将一对密封单元支承为能够沿与输送方向及对置方向垂直的躯体件的宽度方向移动,并使一方的所述密封单元沿躯体件的宽度方向移动,使另一方的密封单元伴随着一方的密封单元沿躯体件的宽度方向的移动而沿躯体件的宽度方向移动。
调整单元可以构成为能够在第一状态与第二状态之间切换。
调整单元在第一状态时,使另一方的密封单元伴随着一方的密封单元的移动而移动。调整单元在第二状态时,不使另一方的密封单元伴随着一方的密封单元的移动而移动。
调整单元可以使另一方的密封单元伴随着一方的密封单元的移动而向与一方的密封单元相同的方向移动相同的距离。
调整单元可以包括:
第一轴,其被支承为能够旋转,并沿躯体件的宽度方向延伸;
第一安装件,其具有第一内螺纹并安装于一方的密封单元,该第一内螺纹与在第一轴形成的第一外螺纹卡合;
第二轴,其被支承为能够旋转,并与第一轴平行地延伸;以及
第二安装件,其具有第二内螺纹并安装于另一方的密封单元,该第二内螺纹与在第二轴形成的第二外螺纹卡合。
调整单元还可以包括中继轴,该中继轴在一端通过一对第一锥齿轮而与第一轴连结,并在另一端通过一对第二锥齿轮而与第二轴连结。
第一轴可以包括:

可动部,其装配有一方的第一锥齿轮。
可动部可以以能够在一对第一锥齿轮相互啮合的第一位置与解除了一对第一锥齿轮的啮合的第二位置之间相对于基部移动的方式,经由第一轴承而与基部连结。
可动部以及第一轴承可以构成为:可动部在处于第一位置以及第二位置中的任一位置时均与基部一起旋转。
调整单元还可以包括为了使第一轴旋转而操作的手柄。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图来说明本发明的实施方式的热封装置。热封装置设置于制袋机。以下,方向X、方向Y以及方向Z相互垂直。
图1示出了制造塑料袋的制袋机。制袋机利用一对引导辊7使至少两张连续的躯体件1、2相互重叠,并利用一对输送辊8间歇性地输送。其输送方向X1与躯体件1、2的长度方向X(连续方向)一致。制袋机在躯体件1、2的重叠之前,利用未图示的供给装置将侧围件3(图9A、图9B)向躯体件1、2中的一方供给,并沿躯体件1、2的宽度方向Y配置,使得在躯体件1、2相互重叠时侧围件3配置在躯体件1、2之间。制袋机还利用未图示的供给装置将底件4(图9A、图9B)向躯体件1、2供给。需要说明的是,躯体件1、2、侧围件3以及底件4为塑料的膜。
制袋机具备沿躯体件1、2的宽度方向Y隔开间隔配置的多个纵向热封装置9(在图1中仅示出了一个)。每当间歇进给躯体件1、2时,躯体件1、2以及底件4由纵向热封装置9进行热封,从而形成密封部5(图9A、图9B)。
制袋机还具备沿躯体件1、2的长度方向X隔开间隔配置的多个横向热封装置10。每当间歇进给躯体件1、2时,躯体件1、2、侧围件3以及底件4由横向热封装置10进行热封,从而形成密封部6(图9A、图9B)。
制袋机还具备横向裁切装置11,每当间歇进给躯体件1、2时,该横向裁切装置11对躯体件1、2、侧围件3以及底件4沿躯体件1、2的宽度方向Y进行横向裁切。其裁切位置为密封部6的位置。由此,制袋机利用躯体件1、2、侧围件3以及底件4来制造塑料袋。需要说明的是,制袋机也可以仅利用躯体件1、2来制造塑料袋。
组装于制袋机的横向热封装置10中的至少一个为本发明的一个实施方式的热封装置。
参照图2,热封装置10具备在与躯体件1的输送方向X1垂直的对置方向Z上相互对置的至少一对密封单元12、13。对置方向Z在实施方式中为上下方向。因此,长度方向X及宽度方向Y为水平方向。躯体件1、2设置在一对密封单元12、13之间。躯体件1、2被制袋机在一对密封单元12、13之间向方向X1(纸面近前方向)间歇进给。一对密封单元12、13设置有多组(在实施方式中为两组),并沿躯体件1、2的宽度方向Y排列。
密封单元12、13分别包括热封构件14、15和对热封构件14、15进行加热的加热器16、17。
热封构件14、15以能够装卸的方式安装于加热器16、17,并面向躯体件1、2的输送面。因此,在躯体件1、2被制袋机向方向X1间歇进给时,热封构件14、15与躯体件1、2对置。
加热器16、17在其内部具有加热器盒。当向加热器盒供给电力时,加热器盒发热。其热量向热封构件14、15传递。
热封装置10还具备调整单元18,该调整单元18将一对密封单元12、13支承为能够沿与输送方向X1以及对置方向Z垂直的躯体件1、2的宽度方向Y移动,并使密封单元12、13沿所述宽度方向Y移动。调整单元18针对多对密封单元12、13分别设置。图2的右侧的密封单元12、13用的调整单元18的主要构成要素配置在方向X1的下游(图2的纸面近前)侧,从而在图2中清晰地示出。另一方面,图2的左侧的密封单元12、13用的调整单元18的主要构成要素配置在方向X1的上游(图2的纸面进深)侧,因此几乎未在图2中示出。两个调整单元18是实质上相同的结构,因此在以下详细说明右侧的调整单元18,而几乎省略左侧的调整单元18的说明。
调整单元18包括:第一导轨20,其以沿躯体件1、2的宽度方向Y延伸的方式安装于下侧的第一支承框架19;以及第二导轨22,其以与第一导轨20平行地延伸的方式安装于上侧的第二支承框架21。需要说明的是,支承框架19、21以及导轨20、22被两个调整单元18共用。下侧的密封单元12能够通过例如滑动件47等而沿着第一导轨20移动。上侧的密封单元13具备引导结构23,并能够通过引导结构23而沿着第二导轨22移动。
图3示出引导结构23。框架引导件231固定于加热器框架230的下部。一对引导辊232由框架引导件231支承。一对引导辊232相互隔开间隔设置,并夹着上侧的第二支承框架21(图2)。框架引导件231的上表面具有与第二支承框架21接触的部分。该接触部分被加工得光滑,粗糙度较小。
基座233固定于加热器框架230的上部。托架234被基座233支承为能够沿上下方向Z移动。托架234被浮动弹簧235向下方施力。并且,滚动辊236被托架234支承。滚动辊236载于第二导轨22(图2)上,并在第二导轨22上滚动。浮动弹簧235的作用力被设定为:在某种程度的反作用力作用于框架引导件231的上表面与第二支承框架21的下表面之间的状态下框架引导件231相对于第二支承框架21滑动。
如图2所示,在引导结构23内配置有工作缸24以及联动件25。工作缸24被加热器框架230(图3)支承,且其活塞杆沿上下方向Z伸缩。联动件25将工作缸24的活塞杆与加热器17连结。上述24、25为了利用热封构件15对躯体件1、2进行加压而被使用。工作缸24包括用于对其活塞杆的行程终点进行调整的调整旋钮240。
如图2所述,调整单元18还包括:第一轴26,其被第一支承框架19支承为能够旋转,并沿躯体件1、2的宽度方向Y延伸;以及第一安装件27,其安装于下侧的密封单元12(例如,密封单元12的加热器14或者密封单元12的滑动件47)。第一安装件27具有第一内螺纹,该第一内螺纹与在第一轴26的外周面形成的第一外螺纹卡合。调整单元18还包括:第二轴28,其被第二支承框架21支承为能够旋转,并与第一轴26平行地延伸;以及第二安装件29,其安装于上侧的密封单元13(例如,密封单元13的加热器框架230)。第二安装件29具有第二内螺纹,该第二内螺纹与在第二轴28的外周面形成的第二外螺纹卡合。
调整单元18还包括沿对置方向Z延伸的中继轴30。中继轴30在一端通过一对第一锥齿轮31与第一轴26连结,并在另一端通过一对第二锥齿轮32与第二轴28连结。
调整单元18还包括为了使第一轴26旋转而操作的手柄33,且该手柄33与第一轴26连结。当第一轴26通过手柄33的操作而旋转时,第一安装件27沿着第一轴26移动。其结果是,密封单元12沿躯体件1、2的宽度方向Y移动。图2的左侧的调整单元18中的第一轴26、第二轴28、中继轴30、手柄33以及与它们相关的构成要素配置在方向X1的上游(图2的纸面进深)侧。
中继轴30通过锥齿轮31、32与第一轴26及第二轴28连结,因此当第一轴26旋转时,中继轴30及第二轴28也旋转。由此,第二安装件29沿着第二轴28移动。其结果是,密封单元13伴随着密封单元12的移动,而向与密封单元12相同的方向移动相同的距离。这样,一对密封单元12、13通过调整单元18而一体地沿躯体件1、2的宽度方向Y移动。
在实施方式中,调整单元18构成为能够在使密封单元13如上述那样伴随着密封单元12的移动而移动的第一状态与不使密封单元13伴随着密封单元12的移动而移动的第二状态之间切换。以下说明用于此的结构。
如图4所示,第一轴26包括:基部260,其形成有第一外螺纹;以及可动部261,其装配有一方的第一锥齿轮31。可动部261以能够相对于基部260沿其轴线方向Y(即躯体件的宽度方向)移动的方式经由第一轴承262而与基部260连结。因此,可动部261能够在一对第一锥齿轮31、31如图4那样相互啮合的第一位置与解除了一对第一锥齿轮31、31的卡合的第二位置之间移动。可动部261及第一轴承262构成为:可动部261在第一位置及第二位置中的任一位置均与基部260一体地旋转。例如,第一轴承262具有套筒,该套筒具有键槽,可动部261在外周面具有嵌于所述键槽的键。
可动部261以与手柄33一起旋转并且沿轴线方向Y移动的方式经由第二轴承263而与手柄33连结。因此,作业者通过握持手柄33并使手柄33沿轴线方向Y移动,能够使可动部261在第一位置与第二位置之间移动。
在可动部261处于图4的第一位置时,通过手柄33的操作而使一对密封单元12、13一体地沿躯体件1、2的宽度方向Y动作的情况如上所述。即,在可动部261处于第一位置时,调整单元18为第一状态。
在可动部261处于第二位置时,第一轴26通过手柄33的操作而旋转。然而,第一锥齿轮31、31未相互啮合,因此中继轴30以及第二轴28不旋转。因此,虽然密封单元12沿移动方向Y移动,但密封单元13不移动。即,在可动部261处于第二位置时,调整单元18成为第二状态。
未图示的定位弹簧设置于第一轴承262内,并对可动部261以朝向第一位置的方式向方向Y1施力。因此,第一轴26的第一锥齿轮31被定位弹簧向中继轴30的第一锥齿轮31施力。为了将可动部261的旋转及移动以能够解除的方式锁定以致于将密封单元12、13的位置以能够解除的方式固定,而设置有锁定杆34。
为了使用调整单元18对密封单元12与密封单元13的相对位置进行微调整,首先,由作业者使可动部261克服定位弹簧而从第一位置向第二位置朝向方向Y2移动,从而将第一锥齿轮31、31的啮合解除。然后,在该状态下对手柄33进行操作,由此密封单元12相对于密封单元13移动,从而对密封单元12、13的相对位置进行微调整。之后,可动部261被定位弹簧向方向Y1施力,而返回第一位置。此时,有时第一锥齿轮31、31的齿彼此碰撞而使第一锥齿轮31、31未相互啮合。在该情况下,若稍微对手柄33进行操作,则其与定位弹簧的作用力相结合,而使第一锥齿轮31、31相互啮合。
如图5所示,热封装置10还具备驱动单元35,该驱动单元35使密封单元12、13中的至少一方沿对置方向Z移动,以利用热封构件14、15夹着躯体件1、2。实施方式的驱动单元35使上侧的密封单元13与下侧的密封单元12接近以及分开。以下说明驱动单元35。
杆36沿上下方向Z(对置方向)延伸。杆36具有台阶面。承接环37装配于杆36,并位于台阶面上。框架块38在第二支承框架21内被其夹着并保持,且框架块38以及第二支承框架21一体地移动。杆36穿过框架块38的贯通孔。框架块38载置于承接环37。
浮动弹簧39配置成对杆36向上方施力。浮动调整螺母40装配于杆36,以对浮动弹簧39的作用力进行调整。加载弹簧41配置在框架块38上。并且,加载调整螺母42装配在杆36的上端,以对加载弹簧41的作用力进行调整。加载弹簧41位于加载调整螺母42与框架块38之间,并对框架块38向承接环37施力。
杆接头43安装在杆36的下端。制袋机具备将其各装置相互连结的连杆机构。连杆机构的对应接头与该杆接头43连结。由此,杆36与躯体件1、2的间歇进给连动而沿上下方向移动。
当杆36对浮动弹簧39进行压缩并且下降时,框架块38、第二支承框架21以及两个密封单元13、13也与杆36一起下降。因此,热封构件15接近热封构件14。由此,躯体件1、2被加热了的热封构件14、15夹着。
杆36与框架块38一起进一步下降。另一方面,热封构件15已经朝向热封构件14进行了推压,因此上侧的密封单元13不会与杆36一起进一步下降。此时,工作缸24缩短。该工作缸24的按压(气压)作为热封压,通过联动件25、加热器17、热封构件15而向躯体件1、2传递。由此,躯体件1、2被热封构件14、15加压。
之后,杆36上升,由此与杆36一起下降了的各构成要素上升而返回初始位置。因此,热封构件15与热封构件14分开。这样,每当间歇进给躯体件1、2以及任意地组装于躯体件1、2的侧围件3及底件4时,由热封装置10进行热封。
图6详细示出实施方式的中继轴30。支承块44固定于第二支承框架21,并将中继轴30承接为旋转自如。推力轴承45配置在支承块44的上下方向Z的两侧,并将中继轴30承接为旋转自如。由此,中继轴30能够以相对于支承块44在上下方向Z上固定的状态绕该中继轴30的轴线顺畅地旋转。中继轴承46以不会通过驱动单元35而沿上下方向Z移动的方式保持于主体框架。中继轴承46将中继轴30承接为旋转自如。因此,如果驱动单元35使热封单元13沿上下方向Z移动,则第二轴28以及中继轴30与其一起移动。另一方面,中继轴承46保持于第一轴26(图2)以及主体框架,因此不会与热封单元13一起移动。
如图7所示,第一锥齿轮31通过中继轴承46而与中继轴30连结。中继轴承46以及中继轴30构成为:中继轴30在处于其移动范围的任何位置时,均与第一锥齿轮31一起旋转。
例如,中继轴30包括在其外周面沿其轴线方向Z(即上下方向、对置方向)延伸的键300。中继轴承46包括主体部460和套筒461,该套筒461以旋转自如的方式设置于主体部460。套筒461在其内周面具有沿中继轴30的轴线方向Z延伸的键槽462。第一锥齿轮31安装于套筒461。
中继轴30以使键300嵌于键槽462的方式插入中继轴承46。键300和键槽462的长度被设定为:在中继轴30通过驱动单元35而沿上下方向Z移动时,键300不会从键槽462脱出。由此,防止在中继轴30沿上下方向Z移动时第一锥齿轮31与第二锥齿轮32之间的相位偏移的情况。
如图7所示,中继轴30包括:第一端部301,其经由中继轴承46而装配有一方的第一锥齿轮31;第二端部302,其装配有一方的第二锥齿轮32;以及中间部303,其配置在第一端部301与第二端部302之间。中继轴30还包括:第一万向联轴器304,其将第一端部301与中间部303相连;以及第二万向联轴器305,其将第二端部302与中间部303相连。利用该万向联轴器304、305,能够吸收通过驱动单元35而沿上下方向Z移动的第二支承框架21(图6)的微妙的位置偏移。
必须根据进行制造的塑料袋的设计来选择一对热封构件14、15,并相对于躯体件1、2进行位置调整。以下说明其方法。
加热器16、17为常温。作业者根据进行制造的塑料袋来选择热封构件14、15,并将它们安装于加热器16、17。例如,如图8那样,一方的热封构件15是对塑料袋的特定部分进行热封的热封杆。另一方的热封构件14是具有对该热封杆15整体进行承接的面的承接构件、或者是与热封杆15相同形状的热封杆。
承接构件通常为硬度比热封杆低的构件,例如由硅橡胶等构成。如果使用硬度低的承接构件,则由于使密封压均匀化,因此密封部的加工质量变得美观。然而,硬度低的材质通常热传导率低,因此难以通过热传递的方式得到充分的密封强度。因此,如果使用硬度高的一对密封杆,则相比使用热封杆和承接构件,能够提供强度高的热封。
接下来,由作业者使用调整单元18对一对热封构件14、15的相对位置进行调整。
使调整单元18为第二状态。在实施方式中,将可动部261(图4)从第一位置移动到第二位置,将调整单元18从第一状态切换为第二状态。此后,通过手柄33(图4)的操作,而使密封单元12沿躯体件1、2的宽度方向Y相对于密封单元13移动,对热封构件14、15的相对位置进行调整。在调整之后,可动部261(图4)由于定位弹簧的作用力而从第二位置返回到第一位置。
接下来,将躯体件1、2设置于热封装置10,并通过一对密封单元12、13之间。
接下来,使用调整单元18对一对密封单元12、13相对于躯体件1、2进行位置调整。
使调整单元18为第一状态。在实施方式中,可动部261由于定位弹簧的作用力而配置在第一位置。此后,通过手柄33的操作,而使一对密封单元12、13相对于设置好的躯体件1、2沿该躯体件1、2的宽度方向Y移动。此时,作业者只要对一方的热封构件15相对于躯体件1、2进行位置调整即可。这是因为,当一方的密封单元13移动时,另一方的密封单元12也向与密封单元13相同的方向移动相同的距离。因此,热封构件14也自动地相对于躯体件1、2进行了位置调整。
根据调整单元18,无需分别对热封构件14、15相对于躯体件1、2进行位置调整,从而容易地进行热封构件14、15相对于躯体件1、2的准确的位置调整。因此,本发明的热封装置10适于为了热封强度的加强等目的而仅对特定的一部分进行热封的情况。
调整单元18构成为能够在第一状态与第二状态之间切换。因此,对于热封构件14、15,能够不将它们从加热器16、17拆下而容易地对它们的相对位置进行调整。
第一轴26及第二轴28在躯体件1、2的整个宽度范围内延伸,调整单元18能够使热封构件14、15在躯体件1、2的整个宽度范围内移动。因此,无需将图10的基座61从加热器60重装的作业。
在热封构件14、15仅对特定的一部分进行热封时,加热器16、17可以短于躯体件1、2的宽度。因此,无需如图10所示的那样的比躯体件1、2的宽度长的加热器60。这带来消耗电力的削减。
以下说明其他实施方式。
调整单元18可以代替手柄33而包括使第一轴26旋转的马达。调整单元18还包括:标记传感器,其对标注于躯体件1、2的标记进行检测;以及控制器,其与传感器及马达连接,并对马达进行控制。控制器基于来自标记传感器的检测信号来对马达进行控制,使一对密封单元12、13一起移动,从而对热封构件14、15相对于躯体件1、2进行位置调整。
调整单元18可以不包括中继轴30,而包括:马达,其针对第一轴26及第二轴28分别设置,并使对应的轴26、28旋转;以及控制器,其与这些马达连接,并对这些马达进行控制。首先,使用马达对密封单元12、13(热封构件14、15)的相对位置进行调整。此后,设置躯体件1、2。然后,利用一方的马达移动密封单元13,而对该热封构件15相对于躯体件1、2进行位置调整。接下来,控制器基于来自一方的马达的信号来控制另一方的马达,而使密封单元12向与密封单元13相同的方向移动相同的距离。由此,对热封构件14、15这两方相对于躯体件1、2进行位置调整。
调整单元18还可以包括位置传感器,该位置传感器针对密封单元12、13分别设置,并对对应的热封构件14、15的绝对位置进行检测。这些位置传感器与控制器连接。利用一方的马达移动密封单元13,而对其热封构件15相对于躯体件1、2进行调整。此后,控制器基于来自一方的马达及这些位置传感器的信号来控制另一方的马达,使密封单元12移动,从而将其热封构件14调整为与已调整好的热封构件15对应的位置。
在使用了传感器的各实施方式中,能够以实时基准对热封构件14、15的位置进行修正。例如,使用传感器对热封构件14、15相对于躯体件1、2的位置进行检测。当热封构件14、15的位置相对于躯体件1、2偏移时,控制器在停止了躯体件1、2的时机驱动马达,而修正热封构件14、15相对于躯体件1、2的位置。
调整单元18还可以具备存储装置,该存储装置将密封单元12、13的位置与塑料袋的形状建立关系而存储。在制造第一形状的塑料袋时,此时的密封单元12、13的位置与第一形状建立关系而存储于存储装置。之后,在制造别的第二形状的塑料袋时,对密封单元12、13的位置进行变更。当再次制造先前的第一形状的塑料袋时,向控制器输入制袋条件。控制器当收到制袋条件的输入时,参照存储装置,并基于来自位置传感器的检测信号,使密封单元12、13向与第一形状建立了关系的位置移动。这进一步使密封单元12、13的位置调整容易。
以上记载了本发明的优选实施方式,但本发明并不限定于该实施方式。
本发明的热封装置不仅应用于横向热封装置10,也应用于纵向热封装置9。

Claims (9)

1.一种热封装置,其设置于制袋机,并对至少两张连续的躯体件进行热封,所述制袋机将所述躯体件沿所述躯体件的长度方向输送,并利用所述躯体件来制造塑料袋,
所述热封装置的特征在于,
所述热封装置具备在与所述躯体件的输送方向垂直的对置方向上相互对置的一对密封单元,所述一对密封单元分别包括热封构件和对所述热封构件进行加热的加热器,
所述热封装置还具备:
驱动单元,其使所述密封单元中的至少一方沿所述对置方向移动,以利用所述热封构件夹着所述躯体件;以及
调整单元,其将所述一对密封单元支承为能够沿与所述输送方向及所述对置方向垂直的所述躯体件的宽度方向移动,并使一方的所述密封单元沿所述躯体件的所述宽度方向移动,使另一方的所述密封单元伴随着该一方的密封单元沿所述躯体件的所述宽度方向的移动而沿所述躯体件的所述宽度方向移动,
所述调整单元构成为能够在第一状态与第二状态之间切换,
所述调整单元在所述第一状态时,使所述另一方的密封单元伴随着所述一方的密封单元的移动而移动,
所述调整单元在所述第二状态时,不使所述另一方的密封单元伴随着所述一方的密封单元的移动而移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热封装置,其特征在于,
所述调整单元使所述另一方的密封单元伴随着所述一方的密封单元的移动而向与所述一方的密封单元相同的方向移动相同的距离。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热封装置,其特征在于,
所述调整单元包括:
第一轴,其被支承为能够旋转,并沿所述躯体件的所述宽度方向延伸;
第一安装件,其具有第一内螺纹并安装于所述一方的密封单元,所述第一内螺纹与在所述第一轴形成的第一外螺纹卡合;
第二轴,其被支承为能够旋转,并与所述第一轴平行地延伸;以及
第二安装件,其具有第二内螺纹并安装于所述另一方的密封单元,所述第二内螺纹与在所述第二轴形成的第二外螺纹卡合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的热封装置,其特征在于,
所述调整单元还包括中继轴,所述中继轴在一端通过一对第一锥齿轮而与所述第一轴连结,并在另一端通过一对第二锥齿轮而与所述第二轴连结。
5.根据权利要求4所述的热封装置,其特征在于,
所述第一轴包括:
基部,其形成有所述第一外螺纹;以及
可动部,其装配有一方的所述第一锥齿轮,
所述可动部以能够在所述一对第一锥齿轮相互啮合的第一位置与解除了所述一对第一锥齿轮的啮合的第二位置之间相对于所述基部移动的方式,经由第一轴承而与所述基部连结,
所述可动部以及所述第一轴承构成为:所述可动部在处于所述第一位置以及所述第二位置中的任一位置时均与所述基部一起旋转。
6.根据权利要求3所述的热封装置,其特征在于,
所述调整单元还包括为了使所述第一轴旋转而操作的手柄。
7.根据权利要求5所述的热封装置,其特征在于,
所述调整单元还包括定位弹簧,所述定位弹簧对所述可动部向所述第一位置施力。
8.根据权利要求4所述的热封装置,其特征在于,
所述中继轴包括:
第一端部,其装配有一方的所述第一锥齿轮;
第二端部,其装配有一方的所述第二锥齿轮;
中间部,其配置于所述第一端部与所述第二端部之间;
第一万向联轴器,其将所述第一端部与所述中间部相连;以及
第二万向联轴器,其将所述第二端部与所述中间部相连。
9.根据权利要求4所述的热封装置,其特征在于,
所述中继轴以及所述第二轴通过所述驱动单元而相对于所述第一轴沿所述对置方向移动,
一方的所述第一锥齿轮通过中继轴承而与所述中继轴连结,所述中继轴承不会通过所述驱动单元而移动,
所述中继轴以及所述中继轴承构成为:所述中继轴在处于所述中继轴的移动范围的任何位置时均与所述一方的第一锥齿轮一起旋转。
