Abstract

制袋机用的热封装置具备:第一热封构件;第二热封构件,其与第一热封构件对置;加热器,其用于对第一热封构件及第二热封构件中的至少任一方进行加热;驱动机构,其为了利用第一热封构件及第二热封构件以能够解除的方式夹持片材,使第一热封构件相对于第二热封构件接近及分离;传感器,其为了检测第一热封构件的加速度而设置;以及测定部,其基于来自传感器的数据来测定片材被第一热封构件及第二热封构件夹持的夹持时间。

热封装置
技术领域
本申请涉及制袋机用的热封装置。
背景技术
例如,制袋机具备使两张以上的连续的主体材料(片材)相互重叠、并将该主体材料沿其长度方向间歇搬运的搬运装置。制袋机还具备在每次间歇搬运主体材料时对主体材料进行热封的至少一个热封装置。制袋机在热封装置的下游还具备在每次间歇搬运主体材料时将主体材料沿其宽度方向横切的横切装置。在每次横切主体材料时,制造塑料袋那样的袋。
如专利文献1、2所公开的那样,热封装置通常具备相互对置的第一热封构件以及第二热封构件。第一热封构件及第二热封构件中的至少任一方被加热器加热。热封装置还具备使第一热封构件相对于第二热封构件接近以及分离的驱动机构。
驱动机构使第一热封构件接近第二热封构件,从而由两个热封构件夹持主体材料。由此,主体材料被热封。然后,驱动机构使第一热封构件从第二热封构件分离,解除主体材料的夹持。
对热封的品质造成影响的主要因素是密封压力等各种因素。作为其主要因素之一,有密封时间、即主体材料被热封构件夹持的夹持时间。夹持时间应被适当地调整及管理。在热封装置中,通常用户目视热封动作来确认夹持时间,并且操作驱动机构的构成要素来调整夹持时间。然而,基于目视的确认有时缺乏准确性,有可能导致调整不良。结果是,热封的品质也有可能产生偏差。
本申请的目的在于,提供一种具有准确地检测由热封构件夹持片材的夹持时间的结构的热封装置。

发明内容
根据本申请的一方式,提供一种制袋机用的热封装置,
所述热封装置具备:
第一热封构件;
第二热封构件,其与所述第一热封构件对置;
加热器,其用于对所述第一热封构件及所述第二热封构件中的至少任一方进行加热;
驱动机构,其为了利用所述第一热封构件及所述第二热封构件以能够解除的方式夹持片材,使所述第一热封构件相对于所述第二热封构件接近及分离;
传感器,其为了检测所述第一热封构件的加速度而设置;以及
测定部,其基于来自所述传感器的数据来测定所述片材被所述第一热封构件及所述第二热封构件夹持的夹持时间。
所述测定部也可以运算从所述加速度的第一峰值至所述加速度的第二峰值为止的时间来作为夹持时间。在此,所述第一峰值由于所述第一热封构件及所述第二热封构件开始夹持所述片材而产生,所述第二峰值由于所述第一热封构件及所述第二热封构件解除夹持所述片材而产生。
所述热封装置也可以还具备:
判断部,其判断所述夹持时间是否符合规定的条件;以及
警告装置,其在由所述判断部判断为所述夹持时间符合所述规定的条件时输出警告。
所述规定的条件也可以包括所述夹持时间偏离规定的范围的条件。
所述规定的条件也可以包括所述夹持时间大于或小于规定的阈值的条件。
所述驱动机构也可以包括用于支承所述第一热封构件的支承构件。所述传感器也可以安装于所述支承构件。
所述驱动机构也可以包括储能弹簧(charge spring),所述储能弹簧设置为,在所述片材被所述第一热封构件及所述第二热封构件夹持的期间,对所述第一热封构件朝向所述第二热封构件施力。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图对本申请的实施方式的热封装置进行说明。热封装置组装于制袋机、例如图5A、图5B所例示的制袋机。
图1概要地示出例示的热封装置1的主要部位。如图1所示,热封装置1具备第一密封单元2、第二密封单元3、驱动机构4、以及退避机构5。
至少两张片材60、61被制袋机的搬运装置(例如,图5B的搬运装置7)相互重叠,且沿其长度方向被间歇搬运。第一密封单元2及第二密封单元3隔着片材60、61相互对置。片材60、61被水平地运送,密封单元2、3的对置方向为上下方向。第一密封单元2相对于片材60、61位于上侧,第二密封单元3相对于片材60、61位于下侧。
第一密封单元2包括第一热封构件20、以及用于加热第一热封构件20的第一加热器21。第二密封单元3包括第二热封构件30、以及用于加热第二热封构件30的第二加热器31。
如后所述,第一热封构件20及第二热封构件30用于夹着至少两片以上的片材60、61并对其进行热封。第一热封构件20及第二热封构件30以在上下方向上隔着片材60、61相互对置的方式分别安装于第一加热器21及第二加热器31。第一加热器21及第二加热器31分别在其内部具有盒式加热器。在向盒式加热器供给电力时,盒式加热器发热。该热传递至热封构件20、30。
驱动机构4为了利用第一热封构件20及第二热封构件30以能够解除的方式夹持片材60、61,构成为使第一热封构件20相对于第二热封构件30接近以及分离。实施方式的驱动机构4使第一密封单元2整体相对于第二密封单元3接近以及分离。
驱动机构4例如也可以包括支承构件40、杆41、调整螺母42、储能弹簧43、以及杆工作机构44。
支承构件40构成为上梁,支承第一密封单元2,因此支承第一热封构件20。
杆41沿密封单元2、3(第一热封构件20及第二热封构件30)的对置方向、即上下方向延伸。杆41插通于支承构件40的贯通孔400。杆41在其外周具有凸缘状的限位器410。限位器410相对于贯通孔400位于一侧(下侧)。限位器410构成为能够相对于杆41在上下方向上调整位置。作为限位器410,例如也可以使用公知的双螺母。即,两个螺母嵌合于杆41的形成有螺纹的外周面。在杆41相对于贯通孔400的另一侧(上侧),设置有在外周面形成有螺纹的螺栓部分411。
调整螺母42嵌合于杆41的螺栓部分411并与其螺纹卡合。因此,通过操作(转动)调整螺母42,能够使其相对于螺栓部分411沿着螺栓部分411移动。
如后所述,储能弹簧43是为了在片材60、61被第一热封构件20及第二热封构件30夹着时对第一热封构件20朝向第二热封构件30施力而设置的。储能弹簧43在支承构件40与调整螺母42之间遍及该支承构件40、调整螺母42之间配置,对支承构件40朝向限位器410施力。杆41(螺栓部分411)插通于储能弹簧43。需要说明的是,储能弹簧43的施力能够通过操作调整螺母42来调整。
杆工作机构44在杆41的下端以能够进行动作的方式与该杆41连结,且构成为使杆41沿密封单元2、3的对置方向、即上下方向移动。实施方式的杆工作机构44构成为,与由制袋机的搬运装置(例如,图5B的搬运装置7)进行的片材60、61的间歇搬运联动地使杆41移动。杆工作机构44可以采用专利文献1、2等所公开的公知的结构。
需要说明的是,图1仅在支承构件40的一端侧示出了热封装置1,但杆41及与此相关的构成要素位于支承构件40的两端。
退避机构5构成为,使第二密封单元3在其第二热封构件30从片材60、61的搬运高度62退避了一定程度的位置(图1)、与第二热封构件30到达该搬运高度62的位置(图2)之间移动。通过第二热封构件30如图1那样从搬运高度62向下方退避,从而在热封装置1待机的期间,防止片材60、61被从热封构件30传递的热量加热。
退避机构5例如可以包括支承构件50、臂51、以及工作缸52。
支承构件50构成为下梁,支承第二(下侧的)密封单元3,因此支承第二热封构件30。长孔500形成于支承构件50且水平地延伸。
臂51以能够绕位于其中央部的转动轴510转动的方式支承于未图示的框架。臂51在其第一端包括滑块511。滑块511以能够沿着长孔500滑动的方式位于长孔500内。
工作缸52包括管520和杆521。管520安装于未图示的框架。杆521的前端安装于臂51的第二端512。
根据上述结构,退避机构5通过使工作缸52工作而能够使第二密封单元3沿上下方向移动。退避机构5使杆521伸长而使臂51绕转动轴510旋转,由此,能够使支承构件50以及第二密封单元3向上方移动、即使第二热封构件30位于搬运高度62的位置(参照图2)。另一方面,退避机构5通过使杆521收缩,从而能够使支承构件50以及第二密封单元3向下方移动、即使第二热封构件30从搬运高度62退避。
驱动机构4以及退避机构5仅是例示性的。可以采用各种结构。
以下,对热封动作进行说明。图1示出待机状态的热封装置1。第一密封单元2及第二密封单元3通过驱动机构4以及退避机构5分别从片材60、61(因此搬运高度62)退避。接着,热封装置1在片材60、61的间歇搬运的停止期间,如以下那样对片材60、61进行热封。
如图1、图2所示,退避机构5使第二密封单元3朝向片材60、61向上方移动,使第二热封构件30位于搬运高度62。接着,驱动机构4使杆41向下方移动,使支承构件40以及第一密封单元2朝向片材60、61向下方移动,由此,也使第一热封构件20位于搬运高度62。其结果是,片材60、61被第一热封构件20及第二热封构件30(分别被第一加热器21及第二加热器31加热)夹着并加热。
驱动机构4使杆41继续向下方移动。由于第一热封构件20已经与第二热封构件30一起夹着片材60、61,因此第一密封单元2以及支承构件40不会进一步向下方移动。因此,如图2、图3所示,仅杆41一边压缩储能弹簧43一边向下方移动。
接着,压缩后的储能弹簧43经由支承构件40对第一热封构件20朝向第二热封构件30施力。即,储能弹簧43的施压施加于片材60、61。由此,片材60、61被加压。片材60、61通过被加热及加压而被热封。
之后,驱动机构4使杆41向上方移动而使第一热封构件20从片材60、61分离。解除热封构件20、30对片材60、61的夹持。即,热封结束。在一系列的运转动作持续的期间,退避机构5持续维持图2的位置,另一方面,第一热封构件20与片材60、61的间歇搬运联动地重复上下移动。在一系列的运转动作结束、暂时不使机械运转时,退避机构5使第二热封构件30从片材60、61分离,热封装置1返回图1的待机状态。在再次使机械运转时,重新开始片材60、61的搬运,重复上述动作。
片材60、61被第一热封构件20及第二热封构件30夹持的时间(以下,称作夹持时间)、即热封时间能够如图3所示那样,通过仅在片材60、61的加压时目视在限位器410与支承构件40之间产生的间隙45来确认。如后所述,如果杆41下降至最下端的状态下的间隙45大,则热封时间长,如果间隙45小,则热封时间短。除此之外,如下所述,实施方式的热封装置1提供不依赖于目视而准确地检测夹持时间的结构。
仅如图1所示,热封装置1还具备传感器10、测定部11、判断部12、以及警告装置13。
传感器10是为了检测第一热封构件20的加速度而设置的。传感器10是加速度计,将表示加速度的检测信号向测定部11输出。在实施方式中,传感器10安装于具体而言粘贴于支承构件40。支承构件40以及第一热封构件20一体地移动,因此传感器10检测第一热封构件20的加速度。因此,来自传感器10的数据(由检测信号构成)表示热封构件20的加速度的经时变化。
测定部11构成为,基于来自传感器10的数据来测定夹持时间。以下,对测定原理进行说明。
图4示出热封动作中的第一热封构件20的高度(h)、速度(v)、以及加速度(a)的时间变化。横轴表示时间(t)。另外,图4将热封动作与片材60、61的搬运状态相关联地示出。高度(h)以搬运高度62作为基准。速度(v)以及加速度(a)以向上为正。
如图4所示,驱动机构4使高度(h)大致以正弦曲线变化。第一热封构件20在下降至搬运高度62而与第二热封构件30一起夹着片材60、61时(参照t=t1),瞬间停止(v=0)。因此,由于由第一热封构件20及第二热封构件30开始夹持片材60、61、即开始热封,从而产生加速度(a)的第一峰值。
然后,如上所述,杆41进一步下降,由此储能弹簧43的施压在一定期间持续施加于片材60、61。在热封的持续中(t1≤t≤t2),产生间隙45(图3)。如果相对于杆41而限位器410的位置位于更上方,则第一热封构件20到达搬运高度62的时间(t1)变得更晚,若位于更下方,则时间(t1)变得更早。
然后,杆41的移动从下方向上方反转而间隙45变小。在杆41向上方移动直至间隙45消失的瞬间(t=t2),施压的施加结束。支承构件40以及第一密封单元2与杆41一起开始一体地向上方移动,第一热封构件20开始从片材60、61分离。在该瞬间(t=t2),速度(v)瞬间上升。因此,由于解除第一热封构件20及第二热封构件30对片材60、61的夹持、即热封结束,从而产生加速度(a)的第二峰值。此时,如果相对于杆41而限位器410的位置位于更上方,则第一热封构件20从搬运高度62分离的时间(t2变得更早,如果位于更下方,则时间(t2变得更晚。换句话说,若使限位器410相对于杆41上升,则热封时间(t2-t1)变短,若下降,则热封时间(t2-t1)变长。
第一峰值及第二峰值由传感器10检测。接着,测定部11对从传感器10接收的数据进行解析,运算从检测到的第一峰值至检测到的第二峰值为止的时间来作为夹持时间。这样,通过传感器10以及测定部11,能够准确地测定夹持时间(即,热封时间)。
判断部12构成为,判断测定出的夹持时间是否符合规定的要件。例如,规定的要件可以包括夹持时间为规定的范围外、夹持时间小于第一阈值或夹持时间大于第二阈值。通过判断部12,能够判断夹持时间(热封时间)比期望的时间长或短。在此,夹持时间也可以是横跨多个热封动作测定出的夹持时间的平均值。
需要说明的是,功能部(测定部11以及判断部12)例如也可以通过处理器执行存储于存储介质的程序来实现。
警告装置13构成为,在夹持时间符合规定的要件时输出警告。例如,过短的夹持时间能够视为对片材60、61的施压的施加不充分。因此,警告装置13可以在判断为夹持时间小于规定的范围的下限或第一阈值时,输出警告。另一方面,过长的夹持时间能够视为对片材60、61的施压的施加过度。因此,警告装置13可以在夹持时间大于规定的范围的上限或第二阈值时,输出警告。
警告装置13可以包括LED、灯、显示器等视觉装置、和/或扬声器等听觉装置。因此,警告的输出可以通过光的照射、和/或声音的产生来执行。
除此以外和/或取代于此,警告装置13也可以包括使热封装置1或者包括热封装置1的制袋机停止的紧急停止装置。若夹持时间过长,则有可能片材60、61在被第一热封构件20及第二热封构件30夹持着的状态下被制袋机的搬运装置搬运。这会导致搬运不良。因此,警告的输出也可以通过热封装置1或者包括热封装置1的制袋机的紧急停止来执行。
此外,热封装置1还可以具备显示测定出的夹持时间的显示器。显示器可以一并显示测定出的夹持时间和夹持时间的设计值。
根据上述结构,准确地测定夹持时间、进而热封时间,因此用户能够适当地对其进行调整及管理。用户在夹持时间对于热封或者制袋而言不优选时,能够调整夹持时间(热封时间)。在实施方式中,夹持时间的调整可以通过调整限位器410相对于杆41的位置的上下来进行。具体而言,如果将限位器410相对于杆41向上方调整,则能够缩短夹持时间,如果向下方调整,则能够延长夹持时间。这样,能够立即纠正调整不良,从而能够使热封的品质无偏差地稳定。
实施方式的传感器10位于处于支承构件40的两端的杆41中的一方的杆41的附近,但也可以安装于支承构件40上的任意的位置、例如支承构件40的中央部。
在两根杆41之间,若限位器410在杆41上的调整位置存在微妙的差异,则在一方的杆41的附近的位置与另一方的杆41的附近的位置,由传感器10检测第一峰值以及第二峰值的时间会产生差异。为此,也可以是,一个传感器10安装于支承构件40的一端、且位于一方的杆41的附近,另一个传感器10安装于支承构件40的另一端、且位于另一方的杆41的附近。并且,用户通过一边参考该两个传感器10的数据一边调整两限位器410的位置,能够消除两杆41的附近位置的上述峰值检测时间的差异。这是在热封构件20/30的整个长度方向上提供相等的热封时间,因此提供高品质的热封。
传感器10有可能检测配置于支承构件40的附近的至少一个机构要素的振动。为此,热封装置1也可以还具备去除机构要素的固有频率的滤波电路(省略图示),使传感器10的检测信号通过该滤波电路,从而使第一峰值以及第二峰值处的检测信号更显著。
在上述实施方式中,在热封动作时,第一热封构件20及第二热封构件30分别被第一加热器21及第二加热器31加热。在热封动作时,也可以仅热封构件20、30中的一方被加热,另一方不被加热。即,热封装置1也可以在热封动作时使一方的内置的盒式加热器成为非加热状态。也可以取代于此,热封装置1仅具备加热器21、31中的任一方。根据片材60、61的性质、制造的袋的种类来决定是对热封构件20、30中的一方还是对双方进行加热。
以下,参照图5A-图5C,对包括热封装置1的制袋机的一例进行说明。
制袋机具备将作为主体材料的片材60、61沿其长度方向间歇搬运的搬运装置7(图5B)。附图标记X1表示片材60、61的搬运方向。搬运装置7例如可以包括用于引导片材60、61并使其相互重叠的辊70、以及为了间歇搬运片材60、61而被驱动的搬运辊对71。
在实施方式中,一张大宽度的片材被连续地从坯料6抽出并被分切而分割成片材60、61。调节装置8将片材60、61的搬运从连续搬运适当转换为间歇搬运。片材60、61例如可以是塑料膜。替代地,片材60、61也可以由纸的基底、以及局部地或整体地层压于该基底的膜或树脂材料构成。
制袋机还具备作为热封装置1的一例的纵热封装置1a。纵热封装置1a配置于调节装置8的下游,且构成为,在片材60、61的间歇搬运的停止期间,对片材60、61在其长度方向进行热封。纵热封装置1a构成为,在每次间歇搬运时,对片材60、61进行热封。
实施方式的纵热封装置1a为了对片材60、61在其两侧进行热封,具备两对第一密封单元2及第二密封单元3对。图5C将图5A的区域T放大来进行说明。如图5C所示,两个支承构件40分别横跨片材60、61的宽度方向延伸,将两个第一密封单元2支承为能够沿片材60、61的宽度方向移动。第二密封单元3也同样地,以能够沿片材60、61的宽度方向移动的方式支承于支承构件50(在图5A-图5C中未图示)。因此,能够在片材60、61的宽度方向上调整第一密封单元2及第二密封单元3对的位置。杆41以及与其相关的构成要素设置于两个支承构件40的两端。两个支承构件40以及支承构件50通过公知的结构设置为能够沿片材60、61的长度方向移动。
制袋机还具备作为热封装置1的一例的横热封装置1b。横热封装置1b配置于纵热封装置1a的下游,且构成为,在片材60、61的间歇搬运的停止期间,对片材60、61在其宽度方向上进行热封。横热封装置1b构成为,在每次间歇搬运时,对片材60、61进行热封。实施方式的横热封装置1b具备多对第一密封单元2及第二密封单元3对。
热封装置1a、1b的第一密封单元2及第二密封单元3对的数量以及配置根据一列制袋、两列制袋、袋的构造等适当决定。
制袋机还具备横切装置9。横切装置9构成为,在每次片材60、61的间歇搬运时,将片材60、61在其宽度方向上横切。在每次横切时,制造袋。
上述制袋机仅是例示。热封装置1(1a、1b)也可以组装于各种制袋机。例如,热封装置1也可以组装于制造除了作为主体材料的片材60、61之外还包括侧角撑件、底角撑件等追加的构成要素的袋的制袋机,也可以除了片材60、61还任意地对追加的构成要素进行热封。
如上所述,通过热封装置1,能够高精度地调整作为较大地影响热封品质的主要因素之一的热封时间,抑制热封的品质的偏差。因此,包括热封装置1的制袋机能够通过高品质的热封抑制生产损失。

1.一种热封装置,其是制袋机用的热封装置,其特征在于,
所述热封装置具备:
第一热封构件;
第二热封构件,其与所述第一热封构件对置;
加热器,其用于对所述第一热封构件及所述第二热封构件中的至少任一方进行加热;以及
驱动机构,其包括用于对所述第一热封构件朝向所述第二热封构件施力的储能弹簧以及用于使所述第一热封构件移动且用于压缩所述储能弹簧的杆,并通过使所述杆在所述第一热封构件及所述第二热封构件的对置方向上往复移动,从而使所述第一热封构件相对于所述第二热封构件在所述对置方向上接近及分离,并且用于对所述储能弹簧进行压缩,
所述驱动机构构成为,利用所述第一热封构件及所述第二热封构件开始夹持片材,然后以压缩所述储能弹簧在利用所述第一热封构件及所述第二热封构件夹持所述片材的期间对所述片材进行加压的方式,使所述杆向所述对置方向中的所述第一热封构件接近所述第二热封构件的方向移动,接着以解除利用所述第一热封构件及所述第二热封构件夹持所述片材的方式,使所述杆向所述对置方向中的所述第一热封构件从所述第二热封构件分离的方向移动,
所述驱动机构还构成为,在所述杆沿所述对置方向往复移动中,在开始利用所述第一热封构件及所述第二热封构件夹持所述片材时使所述第一热封构件的加速度产生第一峰值,并且在解除利用所述第一热封构件及所述第二热封构件夹持所述片材时使所述第一热封构件的所述加速度产生第二峰值,
所述热封装置还具备:
加速度传感器,其为了检测相对于所述第二热封构件在所述对置方向上接近及分离的所述第一热封构件的所述加速度而设置;以及
测定部,其运算从通过所述加速度传感器检测出的所述第一峰值至通过所述加速度传感器检测出的所述第二峰值为止的时间来作为夹持时间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热封装置,其中,
所述热封装置还具备:
判断部,其判断所述夹持时间是否符合规定的条件;以及
警告装置,其在由所述判断部判断为所述夹持时间符合所述规定的条件时输出警告。
3.根据权利要求2所述的热封装置,其中,
所述规定的条件包括所述夹持时间偏离规定的范围的条件。
4.根据权利要求2所述的热封装置,其中,
所述规定的条件包括所述夹持时间大于或小于规定的阈值的条件。
5.根据权利要求1所述的热封装置,其中,
所述驱动机构还包括用于支承所述第一热封构件的支承构件,
所述加速度传感器安装于所述支承构件。
