一枚のフィルムの移動に対する前記フィルム処理モジュールの移動を動的に調整し、前記フィルム処理モジュールを使用して前記一枚のフィルム上で機能を実行するために、前記フィルム処理モジュールと通信するプロセッサ及びメモリとを含み、
前記フィルム処理モジュールを使用して、前記一枚のフィルムから切断したフィルム製品を運び、
前記プロセッサ及び前記フィルム処理モジュールは、互いに無線通信する、システム。 - フィルム処理モジュールと、
一枚のフィルムの移動に対する前記フィルム処理モジュールの移動を動的に調整し、前記フィルム処理モジュールを使用して前記一枚のフィルム上で機能を実行するために、前記フィルム処理モジュールと通信するプロセッサ及びメモリとを含み、
前記フィルム処理モジュールを使用して、前記一枚のフィルムから切断したフィルム製品を運び、
前記フィルム処理モジュールは、バッテリを含み、バッテリによって電力が供給される、システム。 - フィルム処理モジュールと、
一枚のフィルムの移動に対する前記フィルム処理モジュールの移動を動的に調整し、前記フィルム処理モジュールを使用して前記一枚のフィルム上で機能を実行するために、前記フィルム処理モジュールと通信するプロセッサ及びメモリとを含み、
前記フィルム処理モジュールを使用して、前記一枚のフィルムから切断したフィルム製品を運び、
前記一枚のフィルムに隣接した位置合わせセンサをさらに含み、前記位置合わせセンサは、前記一枚のフィルムに対する境界を検出する、システム。 - 前記プロセッサ及びメモリは、前記境界が位置合わせセンサを通過するときの前記境界の周波数、及び前記境界の間のオフセットをさらに決定する、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサ及びメモリは、前記オフセットに基づいて一枚のフィルムの移動に対するフィルム処理モジュールの移動を動的に調整する、請求項15に記載のシステム。
- 前記フィルム処理モジュールは、前記フィルムをクランプ、切断、及び密封するように構成される、請求項1~16のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロセッサは、前記フィルム処理モジュールの切断機構と前記一枚のフィルムとの間に、所定の時間、接触を保つように構成される、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記フィルム処理モジュールは、1つ以上の切断ワイヤ及び加熱可能なナイフを含む、請求項1~18のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- フィルム製品を製造する方法において、
プロセッサを使用して、一枚のフィルムの移動に対するフィルム処理モジュールの動きを動的に調整するステップと、
前記プロセッサを使用して、前記フィルム処理モジュールに前記一枚のフィルム上で機能を実行するように指示するステップと、
前記プロセッサを使用して、前記一枚のフィルムから切断したフィルム製品を運ぶように前記フィルム処理モジュールに指示するステップと、
前記プロセッサを使用して、前記フィルム処理モジュールに装着されたモジュールセンサからの情報に基づいて前記一枚のフィルム上の境界に対する前記フィルム処理モジュールのオフセットを決定するステップとを含む、方法。 - 前記プロセッサを使用して、前記フィルム処理モジュールが前記オフセットを縮めるために前記一枚のフィルムに対して移動するように指示するステップをさらに含む、請求項20に記載の方法。

前記フィルム処理モジュールは、複数のフィルム処理モジュールのうちの1つであり、前記プロセッサを使用して、互いに対する前記フィルム処理モジュールの動きを動的に調整するステップとを含む、方法。 - フィルム製品を製造する方法において、
プロセッサを使用して、一枚のフィルムの移動に対するフィルム処理モジュールの動きを動的に調整するステップと、
前記プロセッサを使用して、前記フィルム処理モジュールに前記一枚のフィルム上で機能を実行するように指示するステップと、
前記プロセッサを使用して、前記一枚のフィルムから切断したフィルム製品を運ぶように前記フィルム処理モジュールに指示するステップとを含み、
前記フィルム処理モジュールに前記フィルム製品を運ぶように指示するステップは、前記フィルム処理モジュールの空気制御装置を制御して、前記フィルム製品を保持するために、真空に引くことを含む、方法。 - 前記プロセッサを使用して、前記フィルム処理モジュールが前記フィルム処理モジュールの切断機構と前記一枚のフィルムとの間に、所定の時間、接触を保つように指示するステップをさらに含む、請求項20~24のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
