Description

Claims (28)
- 長円形の支持レールと、
前記支持レールと電気通信する電源及びコントローラと、
前記支持レールと移動可能に係合するフィルム処理モジュールと、
を含み、
前記フィルム処理モジュールは、
ベースと、
クランププレート及び切断機構を含む上部多機能アセンブリと、
を含み、
前記切断機構は、フィルムを切断及び密封するために前記電源及び前記コントローラと電気通信する、システム。 - 前記ベースに係合すると共に、前記ベースに対して前記上部多機能アセンブリを移動させるように前記上部多機能アセンブリに駆動可能に係合する、リニアアクチュエータをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記クランププレートは、空気開口部を画定し、前記フィルム処理モジュールは、前記空気開口部と流体連通する空気制御装置を含み、前記空気制御装置は、前記クランププレートに対してフィルムを保持するために真空に引く、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記切断機構は、切断ワイヤである、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 支持レールに沿って移動するように構成されたキャリッジアセンブリと、
前記キャリッジアセンブリと係合するリニアアクチュエータと、
前記リニアアクチュエータと係合する上部多機能アセンブリと、
フィルムの境界を検出するためのモジュールセンサと、
を含み、
前記上部多機能アセンブリは、前記支持レールに隣接したフィルムを切断及び密封する切断機構を含む、フィルム処理モジュール。 - 前記モジュールセンサは、光学センサである、請求項5に記載のフィルム処理モジュール。
- 支持レールに沿って移動するように構成されたキャリッジアセンブリと、
前記キャリッジアセンブリと係合するリニアアクチュエータと、
前記リニアアクチュエータと係合する上部多機能アセンブリと、を含み、
前記キャリッジアセンブリ、前記リニアアクチュエータ、及び前記上部多機能アセンブリのうちの1つ以上は、前記支持レールに同心円状に配置されたバスによって電力が供給され、
前記上部多機能アセンブリは、前記支持レールに隣接したフィルムを切断及び密封する切断機構を含む、フィルム処理モジュール。 - 支持レールに沿って移動するように構成されたキャリッジアセンブリと、
前記キャリッジアセンブリと係合するリニアアクチュエータと、
前記リニアアクチュエータと係合する上部多機能アセンブリと、
バッテリと、
を含み、
前記キャリッジアセンブリ、前記リニアアクチュエータ及び前記上部多機能アセンブリのうちの1つ以上は、前記バッテリによって電力が供給され、
前記上部多機能アセンブリは、前記支持レールに隣接したフィルムを切断及び密封する切断機構を含む、フィルム処理モジュール。 - 支持レールに沿って移動するように構成されたキャリッジアセンブリと、
前記キャリッジアセンブリと係合するリニアアクチュエータと、
前記リニアアクチュエータと係合する上部多機能アセンブリと、
遠隔コントローラから無線で命令を受信する送受信機と、
を含み、
前記上部多機能アセンブリは、前記支持レールに隣接したフィルムを切断及び密封する切断機構を含む、フィルム処理モジュール。 - 支持レールに沿って移動可能なキャリッジアセンブリと、
前記キャリッジアセンブリと係合するリニアアクチュエータと、
前記リニアアクチュエータと係合するベースと、
前記ベースに対して移動するために前記リニアアクチュエータと駆動可能に係合する上部多機能アセンブリと、
を含み、
前記上部多機能アセンブリは、
前記ベースに対してフィルムの一部を任意にクランプするためのクランププレートと、
前記フィルムの一部を切断して密封するための切断機構と、を含み、
前記切断機構は、電流が前記切断機構に印加されるときに加熱する、
フィルム処理モジュール。 - 支持レールに沿って移動可能なキャリッジアセンブリと、
前記キャリッジアセンブリと係合するリニアアクチュエータと、
前記リニアアクチュエータと係合するベースと、
前記ベースに対して移動するために前記リニアアクチュエータと駆動可能に係合する上部多機能アセンブリと、
を含み、
前記上部多機能アセンブリは、
前記ベースに対してフィルムの一部を任意にクランプするためのクランププレートと、
前記フィルムの一部を切断して密封するための切断機構と、を含み、
前記上部多機能アセンブリが前記ベースに対して準備位置にあるとき、前記クランププレートは、前記切断機構と前記ベースとの間にある、
フィルム処理モジュール。 - 支持レールに沿って移動可能なキャリッジアセンブリと、
前記キャリッジアセンブリと係合するリニアアクチュエータと、
前記リニアアクチュエータと係合するベースと、
前記ベースに対して移動するために前記リニアアクチュエータと駆動可能に係合する上部多機能アセンブリと、
を含み、
前記上部多機能アセンブリは、
前記ベースに対してフィルムの一部を任意にクランプするためのクランププレートと、
前記フィルムの一部を切断して密封するための切断機構と、を含み、
前記上部多機能アセンブリが前記ベースに対するクランプ位置にあるとき、前記クランププレートは、前記切断機構と前記ベースとの間にある、
フィルム処理モジュール。 - 支持レールに沿って移動可能なキャリッジアセンブリと、
前記キャリッジアセンブリと係合するリニアアクチュエータと、
前記リニアアクチュエータと係合するベースと、
前記ベースに対して移動するために前記リニアアクチュエータと駆動可能に係合する上部多機能アセンブリと、
を含み、
前記上部多機能アセンブリは、
前記ベースに対してフィルムの一部を任意にクランプするためのクランププレートと、
前記フィルムの一部を切断して密封するための切断機構と、を含み、
前記切断機構は、前記上部多機能アセンブリが前記ベースに対する切断位置にあるとき、前記クランププレートと前記ベースとの間で少なくとも部分的に延びる、
フィルム処理モジュール。 - 支持レールに沿って移動可能なキャリッジアセンブリと、
前記キャリッジアセンブリと係合するリニアアクチュエータと、
前記リニアアクチュエータと係合するベースと、
前記ベースに対して移動するために前記リニアアクチュエータと駆動可能に係合する上部多機能アセンブリと、
を含み、
前記上部多機能アセンブリは、
前記ベースに対してフィルムの一部を任意にクランプするためのクランププレートと、
前記フィルムの一部を切断して密封するための切断機構と、を含み、
前記ベースは、前記上部多機能アセンブリが前記ベースに対する切断位置にあるとき、前記切断機構を受け入れるように形成されたインレーを画定する、
フィルム処理モジュール。 - 前記インレーは、エラストマでライニングされている、請求項14に記載のフィルム処理モジュール。
- 支持レールに沿って移動可能なキャリッジアセンブリと、
前記キャリッジアセンブリと係合するリニアアクチュエータと、
前記リニアアクチュエータと係合するベースと、
前記ベースに対して移動するために前記リニアアクチュエータと駆動可能に係合する上部多機能アセンブリと、
を含み、
前記上部多機能アセンブリは、
前記ベースに対してフィルムの一部を任意にクランプするためのクランププレートと、
前記フィルムの一部を切断して密封するための切断機構と、を含み、
前記クランププレートは、前記上部多機能アセンブリが前記ベースに対して移動するとき前記切断機構が通過する切断開口を画定する、フィルム処理モジュール。 - 支持レールに沿って移動可能なキャリッジアセンブリと、
前記キャリッジアセンブリと係合するリニアアクチュエータと、
前記リニアアクチュエータと係合するベースと、
前記ベースに対して移動するために前記リニアアクチュエータと駆動可能に係合する上部多機能アセンブリと、
を含み、
前記上部多機能アセンブリは、
前記ベースに対してフィルムの一部を任意にクランプするためのクランププレートと、
前記フィルムの一部を切断して密封するための切断機構と、を含み、
カートリッジヒータをさらに含み、前記切断機構は、前記カートリッジヒータによって加熱するように構成されたナイフである、
フィルム処理モジュール。 - 支持レールに沿って移動可能なキャリッジアセンブリと、
前記キャリッジアセンブリと係合するリニアアクチュエータと、
前記リニアアクチュエータと係合するベースと、
前記ベースに対して移動するために前記リニアアクチュエータと駆動可能に係合する上部多機能アセンブリと、
を含み、
前記上部多機能アセンブリは、
前記ベースに対してフィルムの一部を任意にクランプするためのクランププレートと、
前記フィルムの一部を切断して密封するための切断機構と、を含み、
前記上部多機能アセンブリは、前記クランププレートを前記ベースに向かって付勢するための上部及び下部付勢部材を含む、
フィルム処理モジュール。 - 前記下部付勢部材は、
前記上部多機能アセンブリが前記ベースに対するクランプ位置にあるとき、及び
前記上部多機能アセンブリが前記ベースに対する切断位置にあるときに、圧縮される、請求項18に記載のフィルム処理モジュール。 - 支持レールに沿って移動可能なキャリッジアセンブリと、
前記キャリッジアセンブリと係合するリニアアクチュエータと、
前記リニアアクチュエータと係合するベースと、
前記ベースに対して移動するために前記リニアアクチュエータと駆動可能に係合する上部多機能アセンブリと、
を含み、
前記上部多機能アセンブリは、
前記ベースに対してフィルムの一部を任意にクランプするためのクランププレートと、
前記フィルムの一部を切断して密封するための切断機構と、を含み、
前記上部多機能アセンブリは、
前記リニアアクチュエータと係合する支持アームと、
前記支持アームと係合する上部付勢部材と、
前記上部付勢部材及び前記クランププレートと係合する下部付勢部材と、
前記上部及び下部付勢部材は、前記クランププレートを前記ベース側に付勢する、
フィルム処理モジュール。 - 前記上部及び下部付勢部材は、前記上部多機能アセンブリが前記ベースに対して準備位置にあるときに非圧縮状態である、請求項20に記載のフィルム処理モジュール。
- 前記上部付勢部材は、前記上部多機能アセンブリが前記ベースに対するクランプ位置にあるときに非圧縮状態である、請求項20に記載のフィルム処理モジュール。
- 前記上部付勢部材は、前記上部多機能アセンブリが前記ベースに対する切断位置にあるときに圧縮される、請求項20に記載のフィルム処理モジュール。
- 支持レールに沿って移動可能なキャリッジアセンブリと、
前記キャリッジアセンブリと係合するリニアアクチュエータと、
前記リニアアクチュエータと係合するベースと、
前記ベースに対して移動するために前記リニアアクチュエータと駆動可能に係合する上部多機能アセンブリと、
を含み、
前記上部多機能アセンブリは、
前記ベースに対してフィルムの一部を任意にクランプするためのクランププレートと、
前記フィルムの一部を切断して密封するための切断機構と、を含み、
前記クランププレートは、空気開口部を画定し、前記空気開口部と流体連通する空気ポンプをさらに含み、前記空気ポンプは、真空に引いて前記クランププレートに前記フィルムを保持する、
フィルム処理モジュール。 - 前記クランププレートと係合する空気流ラインをさらに含み、前記空気ポンプは、前記空気流ラインを介して前記空気開口部と流体連通する、請求項24に記載のフィルム処理モジュール。
- 支持レールに沿って移動可能なキャリッジアセンブリと、
前記キャリッジアセンブリと係合するリニアアクチュエータと、
前記リニアアクチュエータと係合するベースと、
前記ベースに対して移動するために前記リニアアクチュエータと駆動可能に係合する上部多機能アセンブリと、
を含み、
前記上部多機能アセンブリは、
前記ベースに対してフィルムの一部を任意にクランプするためのクランププレートと、
前記フィルムの一部を切断して密封するための切断機構と、を含み、
前記切断機構は、切断ワイヤである、
フィルム処理モジュール。 - 密封フィルム製品を製造する方法において、
プロセッサを使用して、フィルム処理モジュールのベースに対する準備位置に前記フィルム処理モジュールの上部多機能アセンブリを移動させるステップと、
前記プロセッサを使用して、長円形の支持レールに平行に走るフィルムの一部が前記上部多機能アセンブリと前記ベースとの間にあるように、前記フィルム処理モジュールを前
記長円形の支持レール上の整列位置に移動させるステップと、
前記プロセッサを使用して、前記上部多機能アセンブリを前記ベースに向かってクランプ位置に移動させて前記フィルムをクランプするステップと、
前記プロセッサを使用して、切断機構を加熱するために前記上部多機能アセンブリの前記切断機構にエネルギーを供給するステップと、
前記プロセッサを使用して、前記上部多機能アセンブリを前記ベースに向かって切断位置に移動させて前記フィルムを切断するステップと、
前記プロセッサを使用して、前記上部多機能アセンブリを前記ベースから開放位置に移動させるステップと、
前記プロセッサを使用して、コンベヤが前記上部多機能アセンブリと前記ベースとの間にあるように、前記フィルム処理モジュールを長円形の支持レール上の移送位置に移動させるステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記プロセッサを使用して、上部多機能アセンブリに対して切断されたフィルムを保持するために真空に引くように空気制御装置を制御するステップと、
前記プロセッサを使用して、前記切断されたフィルムを前記コンベヤ上に置くために前記真空を解放するステップと、
をさらに含む、請求項27に記載の方法。
