Abstract
本发明涉及一种排便诱导及减肥用组合物以及保健食品,其包括47至57重量份的车前子壳粉、18至28重量份的米糠粉、5至6重量份的海带粉、4至5重量份的低聚果糖、3.5至4.5重量份的菊苣纤维、3至4重量份的盐角草、2.5至3.5重量份的酵母粉、1.5至2.5重量份的乳果糖粉、0.5至1.5重量份的乳酸菌粉、0.05至0.15重量份的复合氨基酸、0.4至0.6重量份的木立芦荟、0.5至1.5重量份的大蒜粉。本发明的排便诱导及减肥用组合物及保健食品,通过包含成为肠内有益菌的食物的植物性膳食纤维、维生素、矿物质等营养成分,从而激活肠内有益菌,增加肠内细菌丛的有益菌的比率,促进肠内代谢,诱导排便活动,预防肠内毒素的发生。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种排便诱导及减肥用组合物、以及其的制备方法,更具体而言,涉及一种排便诱导及减肥用组合物、利用其的保健食品以及其制备方法,所述组合物以富含膳食纤维、维生素、微量元素的车前子壳、米糠等作为主成分,有助于大肠中有益菌的增值,激活肠中代谢活动,以诱导排便,给予饱食感,从而对减肥有效。
背景技术
在现代,由于高热量营养食品的过量摄取、过量饮酒、压力、胃或小肠疾病等各种原因胃肠无法消化吸收蛋白质、脂肪等营养素,未充分消化及吸收的营养素被推到位于消化系统的最后的大肠,被大肠中的有害菌腐烂的同时在大肠内发生硫化氢、氨、苯酚、吲哚、组胺、胺等毒素。
其中,硫化氢气体是水溶性,因此,它溶解到血液中并变成硫酸盐,给使硫酸盐解毒的肝脏造成压力,引起疲劳、头痛等,而无法渗透至血液并未被肝脏解毒的气体则导致屏障发炎。这种炎症会干扰免疫功能,最终使人体易患疾病。
如此,在大肠中产生的有害气体在肝脏中被解毒,但是,如果肝脏不健康或有害气体的产生过多,则未被解毒的有害气体会降低人体功能,从而使新陈代谢无法正常进行,导致容易暴露于溃疡性大肠炎、克罗恩病、皮肤肌炎、肾脏疾病等疾病。
此外,韩国医科学研究院曾发布过如果肠道中的有益菌未激活,则血清素合成代谢无法正常进行,导致压力指数会升高,并且会发生忧郁症及愤怒调节障碍等精神疾病。还明确了肠中的有害菌是引起腹泻、腹痛、便秘、有毒气体,导致发炎、干扰免疫功能、恶化动脉硬化的原因。
以往,在大肠中发生问题时,例如当发生便秘时,为了治疗需要服用治疗剂,但是这种治疗不是预防性的活动,而是仅在大肠出现异常之后才使用。
作为预防性的活动,公开了韩国授权专利第10-1450968号的“用于改善便秘、宿便及速便的保健食品组合物及其制备方法”、韩国公开专利第10-2003-0069231号的“根据便秘类型改善肠功能的组合物”、韩国授权专利第10-1230756号的“用于改善便秘的天然食品组合物”等,但是,已周知这些技术混合有肠内有益菌中的乳酸菌,因此它们实际上无法以活状态到达肠中并安居在有益细菌丛。另外,在混合组合物的过程中增加了接种各种乳酸菌的过程,因此,存在价格上涨的问题。
一方面,车前子壳(Psyllium husk)富含水不溶性膳食纤维,没有在人体的消化系统消化的状态下进入大肠,因此,成为大肠中有益菌的食物,由此,通过有益菌的增殖改善肠内环境并促进大肠的蠕动运动。车前子壳的膳食纤维吸收水分时,体积最多增加约40倍,因此,形成多孔纤维,增加粪便的体积和水分含量,由此,具有改善因粪便中缺少水分而粪便很硬,或者由此而产生的痔疮或排便时引起的肛门疼痛。
米糠(Rice bran)包括胚芽,为了发芽具有完整的营养素和代谢物质,术语“米糠”通常被定义为包含米糠和胚芽。米糠中的维生素B1(硫胺素)是参与将大部分为多糖类碳水化合物的米分解成人体中必要营养素的单糖类葡萄糖的代谢物质所谓淀粉酶的葡萄糖代谢的物质,维生素B6(吡哆醇)是参与蛋白质的氨基酸代谢的物质。尤其,众所周知GABA成分和十八烷醇是肠道微生物中双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterium)的食物,而双歧杆菌在哺乳婴儿的肠道中占绝对优势,并且使用有害病原菌无法利用的低聚糖繁殖,并且,不会产生二氧化碳或甲烷气体。另外,该成分具有摄取肠中中性脂肪后排出的功能,排便时向粪便上涂油并用作润滑剂作用来平滑地排便。
但是,米糠具有精碾后数小时内就开始酸腐而早期变质的问题,并且含有许多难以消化的多糖,因此虽然含有维生素及很多营养素,但实际体内利用率很低。因此,虽然米糠广泛用于现有的减肥食品或排便诱导等保健食品中,但是,难以大量含有,即使含有也难以充分发挥功能。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种排便诱导及减肥用组合物、利用其的保健食品以及其制备方法,所述组合物以富含膳食纤维、维生素、微量元素的车前子壳、米糠等作为主成分,有助于大肠中有益菌的增值,使肠中代谢变活跃,诱导排便,供应人体所需的热量低的营养素如维生素、微量元素等,给予饱满感,对减肥也有效。
为了达成所述目的,本发明提供一种排便诱导及减肥用组合物,其中,包括:47至57重量份的车前子壳粉、18至28重量份的米糠粉、5至6重量份的海带粉、4至5重量份的低聚果糖、3.5至4.5重量份的菊苣纤维、3至4重量份的盐角草、2.5至3.5重量份的酵母粉、1.5至2.5重量份的乳果糖粉、0.5至1.5重量份的乳酸菌粉、0.05至0.15重量份的复合氨基酸、0.4至0.6重量份的木立芦荟、以及0.5至1.5重量份的大蒜粉。
在所述组合物中,所述米糠优选为褐色米糠、白色米糠或混合褐色米糠和白色米糠的混合物。
本发明的一实施例中,所述米糠优选通过如下步骤而制备,所述步骤,包括:清洗米糠的步骤;将清洗的米糠通过选自在120℃下30分钟以上的高温蒸汽杀菌、紫外线杀菌或远红外线杀菌中的方法进行杀菌处理的步骤;以及对所述经杀菌处理的米糠在55至65℃的干燥室中干燥至水分含量5%以下的步骤。
在本发明的其他实施例中,所述米糠优选为以如下方法制备的发酵米糠,所述步骤,包括:清洗米糠的步骤;将清洗的米糠通过选自在120℃下30分钟以上的高温蒸汽杀菌、紫外线杀菌或远红外线杀菌中的方法进行杀菌处理的步骤;以及向所述清洗剂及杀菌的米糠接种芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)菌株或曲霉属(Aspergillus)菌株,并在60至80%的湿度,30至50℃的温度下发酵36小时以上的步骤;以及将所述发酵的米糠在55至65℃的干燥室中干燥至水分含量5%以下的步骤。
而且,本发明提供一种排便诱导及减肥用保健食品的制备方法,其中,包括:准备包含经杀菌及干燥的粉末状态的车前子壳、米糠、海带、低聚果糖、菊苣纤维、盐角草、酵母、乳果糖、乳酸菌、复合氨基酸、木立芦荟及大蒜的原料,并以预定尺寸进行粉末化的步骤;
将所述经粉末化的原料以47至57重量份的车前子壳粉、18至28重量份的米糠粉、5至6重量份的海带粉、4至5重量份的低聚果糖、3.5至4.5重量份的菊苣纤维、3至4重量份的盐角草、2.5至3.5重量份的酵母粉、1.5至2.5重量份的乳果糖粉、0.5至1.5重量份的乳酸菌粉、0.05至0.15重量份的复合氨基酸、0.4至0.6重量份的木立芦荟、及0.5至1.5重量份的大蒜粉的比率混合得到经混合的原料,相对于所述混合的原料100重量份,混合55至65重量份的饮用水或纯净水后进行搅拌的步骤;
将所述搅拌成型加工成颗粒或丸剂形态的制剂步骤;以及
利用流化床干燥器将所述成型加工的颗粒剂或丸剂形态的制剂干燥至水分含量为5重量%以下的步骤。
在所述方法中,所述米糠优选通过如下步骤制备,所述步骤,包括:清洗米糠的步骤;将清洗的米糠通过选自在120℃下30分钟以上的高温蒸汽杀菌、紫外线杀菌或远红外线杀菌中的方法进行杀菌处理的步骤;以及对所述经杀菌处理的米糠在55至65℃的干燥室中干燥至水分含量5%以下的步骤。
在其他实施例中,所述米糠是以如下方法制备的发酵米糠,所述步骤,包括:清洗米糠的步骤;将清洗的米糠通过选自在120℃下30分钟以上的高温蒸汽杀菌、紫外线杀菌或远红外线杀菌中的方法进行杀菌处理的步骤;以及向所述清洗剂及杀菌的米糠接种芽孢杆菌属菌株或曲霉属菌株,并在60至80%的湿度,30至50℃的温度下发酵36小时以上的步骤;以及将所述发酵的米糠在55至65℃的干燥室中干燥至水分含量5%以下的步骤。
本发明提供一种排便诱导及减肥用保健食品,其包括所述组合物。
发明效果
本发明的排便诱导及减肥用组合物以及保健食品,通过包含成为肠中有益菌的食物的植物膳食纤维、维生素、矿物质等营养成分,激活肠中有益菌,增加肠中细菌丛的有益菌的比率,促进肠中代谢,诱导排便活动,预防肠中毒素的发生。
与水一起摄取时,它会膨胀并给予饱满感,因此,减少过量食物的摄取,并使摄取的食物中的营养素得以完全代谢,从而预防肠内毒素的发生,还可以预防因肠内毒素而引起的疾病,供应人体所需的热量低的营养素如维生素、微量元素等,所以,对减肥也有效。
另外,具有排便时排便速度快,由于富含纤维,粪便漂浮在水中,排便后大便不粘卫生纸,没有残便感,在1个月内最终能看到金黄色便的效果。
另外,以颗粒或丸剂形态制成的保健食品,携带且食用方便,调整丸剂的大小和量,在摄取时,诱导饮用水,由此,每天饮用足够的水。
具体实施方式
本发明的组合物,包括:47至57重量份的车前子壳粉、18至28重量份的米糠粉、5至6重量份的海带粉、4至5重量份的低聚果糖、3.5至4.5重量份的菊苣纤维、3至4重量份的盐角草、2.5至3.5重量份的酵母粉、1.5至2.5重量份的乳果糖粉、0.5至1.5重量份的乳酸菌粉、0.05至0.15重量份的复合氨基酸、0.4至0.6重量份的木立芦荟、以及0.5至1.5重量份的大蒜粉。
车前子壳富含水不溶性膳食纤维,促进大肠的蠕动运动,若吸收水分,则体积增加,随此大便的体积和水分的含量增加,从而,具有诱导和促进排便的效果。
米糠由胚芽和米糠组成,被区分为在最初(1至3次)精碾时发生的褐色米糠(Brownbran)和初期精碾后经过用于加工成白色米糠的精碾工艺(3至7次)而制成的白色米糠(White bran)。
米糠中富含维生素B1(硫胺素)和维生素B6(吡哆醇),维生素B1(硫胺素)参与淀粉酶的葡萄糖代谢以分解碳水化合物,维生素B6(吡哆醇)参与蛋白质的氨基酸代谢。尤其,胚芽眼含有许多称为营养调节素的代谢物,例如作用于糖代谢的GABA、维生素B1、维生素B6、二十八烷醇、矿物质群、植酸(phitic acid)和β-谷甾醇(β-Sitosterol)等,米糠的大部分为大肠中有益菌的食物所谓水不溶性膳食纤维。
在初期精碾过程中发生的褐色米糠含有很多胚芽的成分,在白色米糠含有很多米糠的成分,因此,根据需要,单独使用褐色米糠或白色米糠,或者混合使用褐色米糠和白色米糠。
在混合使用褐色米糠和白色米糠时,没有特别的限定,但是,褐色米糠和白色米糠优选以1至3:3至1的重量比混合使用。
另外,大米优选使用粳米或籼米,更优选使用籼米。淀粉是大米的主成分,包括α淀粉和β淀粉,只有温度升高β淀粉才被转换为易消化的α淀粉。粳米含有大量的β淀粉,虽然黏性大,但吃冷饭时很难消化,并且植物油很多,有光泽,但将其制成功能性食品时通常需要对其进行脱脂。相对于此,籼米中α淀粉的含量高,植物油少,无光泽,没有黏性,但是,即使不是热饭也容易消化,因此,有利于不能消化糙米的情况。因此,当使用籼米时,即使不经脱脂工艺或高温发酵工艺,功能上也能得到良好的效果。
所述米糠以未发酵的米糠粉或发酵的米糠粉的形态使用。
优选地,所述米糠粉可以通过如下方法制备。
首先,作为原料使用褐色米糠、白色米糠或混合褐色米糠和白色米糠的混合米糠的粉末。
将所述原料清洗后进行杀菌处理。清洗,优选利用蒸汽进行蒸汽清洗。杀菌处理优选通过在120℃下30分钟以上的高温蒸汽杀菌、紫外线杀菌或远红外线杀菌来进行杀菌处理。此时,由于高温杀菌会破坏米糠中所含的维生素,因此,更优选进行远红外线杀菌或紫外线杀菌。
将所述经杀菌处理的米糠在约60℃的干燥室中干燥至水分含量为5%以下。通过干燥可以使米糠粉保持稳定的状态。
可以通过以上过程,使脂肪酶失活,解决米糠变酸的问题,同时,可以对原料进行卫生地杀菌并保持稳定的状态。
如上所述处理的米糠粉特别适合以消化能力强的年轻人为对象的保健食品。
优选以如下方式制备米糠发酵粉。
首先,作为原料使用褐色米糠、白色米糠或混合褐色米糠和白色米糠的混合米糠的粉末。
将所述原料清洗后进行杀菌处理。清洗,优选利用蒸汽进行蒸汽清洗。杀菌处理优选通过在120℃下30分钟以上的高温蒸汽杀菌、紫外线杀菌或远红外线杀菌来进行杀菌处理。此时,由于高温杀菌会破坏米糠中所含的维生素,因此,更优选进行远红外线杀菌或紫外线杀菌。
将所述经清洗及杀菌的米糠放入发酵装置中,作为发酵菌株接种芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)菌株或曲霉属(Aspergillus)菌株,在60至80%的湿度,30至50℃的温度下发酵36小时以上。此时,优选每公斤米糠接种约5±3%的发酵菌株。尽管没有特别限制,但是,作为芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus)菌株,可以使用枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)、纳豆芽孢杆菌(Bacillus natto)等,并且,作为曲霉属(Aspergillus)菌株可以使用黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)、米曲霉(Aspregillus oryzae)等。所述菌株可以单独使用或两种以上混合使用,或者可以在其中混合其他的发酵菌株后使用。
通过这种发酵工艺,难消化的多糖被分解成单糖,脂肪成分被脱脂,转化成易消化吸收的米糠,其他营养素的吸收也变容易。
在约60℃的干燥室中将所述发酵的米糠干燥至水分含量为5%以下。干燥过程中用于发酵的菌株处于休眠状态。
如上所述处理的米酵发酵粉特别适合用于以消化能力较差的人或老年人为对象的保健食品,从营养素的吸收方面,比米糠粉更优选。
海带富含钾和海藻酸,有助于排出对我们人体有害的胆固醇即LDL,并且,热量低,具有减肥效果。
低聚果糖被大肠中的肠道菌发酵,增殖有益菌,抑制有害菌,促进排便活动,帮助钙吸收。
菊苣是菊科向日葵属植物,菊苣纤维富含对营养的均衡及大肠的活动所需的膳食纤维、铁、胡萝卜素和矿物质,对消化、利尿缓解等排便有效。
盐角草(Salicmia europaea L.)缓解减肥时可能出现的营养失调,并有助于大肠活动。
酵母粉、乳果糖、乳酸菌粉、复合氨基酸、木立芦荟及大蒜粉是用于营养素的失调或补充必要酶的成分。
由于所述组合物不具有抗性,因此,在用餐前、后、喝酒前、后、空腹,必要时可以随时摄取。
所述组合物以粉末形态使用,或者是制作成颗粒形态或丸剂形态的保健食品。通过制作成颗粒形态或丸剂形态,容易保管及摄取。
优选地,一次服用5g以上,加大体积,使得在摄取时多喝水。
本发明的排便诱导及减肥用健康食品的制备方法,包括:准备原料并将原料以预定尺寸进行粉末化的步骤;以预定比率混合经粉末化的原料后进行搅拌的步骤;成型加工成颗粒剂或丸剂形态的制剂的步骤;以及干燥步骤。
粉末化步骤
首先,作为原料准备经杀菌及干燥的粉末状态的车前子壳、发酵米糠、海带、低聚果糖、菊苣纤维、盐角草、酵母、乳果糖、乳酸菌、复合氨基酸、木立芦荟及大蒜。
优选地,对准备的原料进行测试原料是否被腐败、或者是否被有害菌污染。
将准备的原料以预定尺寸进行粉末化。优选地,粉末化是对原料以40±10目(mesh)的粒度进行粉末化,特别优选地,以40目的粒度进行粉末化。当粒度为40目时,水分膨胀最优秀好,摄取时,口感优秀。
混合原料搅拌的步骤
将在上述步骤中经粉末化的原料分别以以下比率计量并混合,即47至57重量份的车前子壳粉、18至28重量份的米糠粉或发酵米糠粉、5至6重量份的海带粉、4至5重量份的低聚果糖、3.5至4.5重量份的菊苣纤维、3至4重量份的盐角草、2.5至3.5重量份的酵母粉、1.5至2.5重量份的乳果糖粉、0.5至1.5重量份的乳酸菌粉、0.05至0.15重量份的复合氨基酸、0.4至0.6重量份的木立芦荟、及0.5至1.5重量份的大蒜粉。此时,重量是优选用电子秤正确地计量。
将上述混合的经杀菌的饮用水或纯净水混合均质地混合的同时进行搅拌。此时,相对于混合的总原料100重量份,优选混合55至65重量份的饮用水或纯净水。
还优选使用诸如Y型搅拌器、速度搅拌器等的搅拌器进行混合。
成型加工的步骤
将所述搅拌成型加工成颗粒或丸剂。
此时,颗粒的尺寸优选为直径0.3mm至0.5mm,长度为3至5mm,丸剂的尺寸是直径为3mm至5mm。
干燥步骤
利用流化床干燥器将所述成型结束的颗粒剂或丸剂形态的制剂干燥至水分含量为5重量%以下。
优选地,对通过上述方法获得的经干燥的颗粒剂或丸剂形态的制剂进行定型成型以确定预定的粒度,并使表面粗糙度均匀。定型成型优选使用电磨机。
定型成型的产品使用三段振动体分选粒径。
分选粒度的产品将经过包装过程,作为样品检查进行质量检查工艺即肉眼检查和有害菌检查后,出厂销售。
本发明的排便诱导和减肥用组合物被制剂化为各种形态后,用作排便诱导和减肥用保健食品。
在本发明中,“保健食品”通常被定义为消费者对保健用途期待得到有效效果的功能性而摄取的食品,保健用途为诸如对人体结构及功能调整营养素或生理学作用等,不限于法律规定,包括所有通常称为“健康功能性食品”、“健康食品”、“功能性食品”的食品。
包含本发明的组合物的保健食品,具体可以通过上述的制备方法制备成颗粒剂或丸剂形态的保健食品制剂,但不限于此,可以根据需要制剂化为各种剂型。例如,除了颗粒剂或丸剂形态之外,还可以制剂化为片剂、胶囊剂、粉剂、液相等。
实施方式
下面通过实施例更加详细说明本发明。这些实施例是本发明的例示,本发明的范围并不局限于此。
<实施例1>
将52g的车前子壳粉、22.9g的发酵米糠粉、5.5g的海带粉、4.5g的低聚果糖、4g的菊苣纤维、3.5g的盐角草、3g的酵母粉、2g的乳果糖粉、1g的乳酸菌粉、0.1g的复合氨基酸、0.5g的木立芦荟、以及1g的大蒜粉进行混合制备排便诱导及减肥用组合物。
<实施例2>
将52g的车前子壳粉、22.9g的米糠粉、5.5g的海带粉、4.5g的低聚果糖、4g的菊苣纤维、3.5g的盐角草、3g的酵母粉、2g的乳果糖粉、1g的乳酸菌粉、0.1g的复合氨基酸、0.5g的木立芦荟、以及1g的大蒜粉进行混合制备排便诱导及减肥用组合物。
<实施例3>
作为原料准备经杀菌及干燥的粉末状态的车前子壳、发酵米糠、海带、低聚果糖、菊苣纤维、盐角草、酵母、乳果糖、乳酸菌、复合氨基酸、木立芦荟及大蒜。
在对所述原料的试验工艺中实施了用于确认原料是否被腐败、是否被有害菌污染的状态的大肠菌检查。
经过试验工艺后,计量52g的车前子壳粉、22.9g的发酵米糠粉、5.5g的海带粉、4.5g的低聚果糖、4g的菊苣纤维、3.5g的盐角草、3g的酵母粉、2g的乳果糖粉、1g的乳酸菌粉、0.1g的复合氨基酸、0.5g的木立芦荟、以及1g的大蒜粉。
对计量重量的原料通过40目筛网分选粒度。
向100g的所述原料混合纯净水约60g,然后利用Y型混合器均匀地混合原料并搅拌。
在搅拌完成后,将搅拌形成为直径3mm的丸剂,并在流化床干燥器中干燥至水分含量为5重量%以下。
使用电磨机将干燥的丸剂产品均匀地定尺寸,并且将表面粗糙度均匀地定型成型。
定型成型的产品使用三段振动体分选粒度。
<实验例1>
为了确认本发明的组合物的效果,进行了如下实验。
以平时喝酒后,腹泻、腹痛、有残便感、排便次数频繁的100名成年男女为对象,让他们摄取30g的所述实施例3中制备的丸,然后喝1瓶烧酒或1000cc啤酒后,确认了第一次排便时症状得到改善的效果。将其结果显示在下表1中。此处,严重的腹泻和严重的腹痛表示服药程度的症状和疼痛。

从所述表1的结果可知,摄取本发明的组合物后,喝酒后的腹泻、腹痛、残便感及排便次数得到很大的改善。
<实验例2>
为了确认本发明的组合物对便秘的效果,进行了如下试验。
首先,如表2所示,试验对象是使用便秘治疗剂或改善剂的100名成年男女,性别是30名男性和70名女性。

对所述试验对象每天3次餐前摄取10g的所述实施例3中制备的药丸3天,下表3至表5示出了观察3天的变化的结果。

从表示一天的排便次数的所述表3的结果可知,男性30名中17名,女性70名中46名一天排便一次以上,便秘改善效果优异。

表示大便的硬度程度和颜色的所述表4的结果可知,从摄取第一天开始观察到改善效果,三天后多数试验对象中确认到大便变柔软,颜色从深蓝色改善到黄色。

确认残便感的所述表5的结果可知,从摄取第一天开始观察到改善效果,三天后,从多数试验对象中消失了残便感。从所述表3至表5的结果可知,当摄取本发明的组合物时,可以在短时间内得到便秘症状的改善效果。
<实验例3>
为了确认本发明的组合物对肥胖症的效果,进行如下实验。
试验对象是50名肥胖的成年男女,性别为20名男性和30名女性。
对所述试验对象每天3次餐前摄取10g的所述实施例3中制备的药丸45天,并在下表6示出了观察45天的变化的结果。

如所述表6的结果可知,经过45天后,大部分试验对象的体脂肪量减少了2kg以上。
Claims (7)
1.一种排便诱导及减肥用组合物,其特征在于,包括:47至57重量份的车前子壳粉、18至28重量份的米糠粉、5至6重量份的海带粉、4至5重量份的低聚果糖、3.5至4.5重量份的菊苣纤维、3至4重量份的盐角草、2.5至3.5重量份的酵母粉、1.5至2.5重量份的乳果糖粉、0.5至1.5重量份的乳酸菌粉、0.05至0.15重量份的复合氨基酸、0.4至0.6重量份的木立芦荟、以及0.5至1.5重量份的大蒜粉,
米糠通过如下步骤得到,所述步骤,包括:
清洗米糠的步骤;
将清洗的米糠通过选自在120℃下30分钟以上的高温蒸汽杀菌、紫外线杀菌或远红外线杀菌中的方法进行杀菌处理的步骤;以及
对经杀菌处理的米糠在55至65℃的干燥室中干燥至水分含量5%以下的步骤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的排便诱导及减肥用组合物,其特征在于,所述米糠是以如下方法得到的发酵米糠,所述方法还包括在所述干燥的步骤之前,向所述经杀菌处理的米糠接种芽孢杆菌属菌株(Bacilus)或曲霉属菌株(Aspergilus),并在60至80%的湿度,30至50℃的温度下发酵36小时以上的步骤。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的排便诱导及减肥用组合物,其特征在于,所述米糠为褐色米糠、白色米糠或混合褐色米糠和白色米糠的混合物。
4.一种排便诱导及减肥用保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
准备包含经杀菌及干燥的粉末状态的车前子壳、米糠、海带、低聚果糖、菊苣纤维、盐角草、酵母、乳果糖、乳酸菌、复合氨基酸、木立芦荟及大蒜的原料,并以预定尺寸进行粉末化的步骤;
将经粉末化的原料以47至57重量份的车前子壳粉、18至28重量份的米糠粉、5至6重量份的海带粉、4至5重量份的低聚果糖、3.5至4.5重量份的菊苣纤维、3至4重量份的盐角草、2.5至3.5重量份的酵母粉、1.5至2.5重量份的乳果糖粉、0.5至1.5重量份的乳酸菌粉、0.05至0.15重量份的复合氨基酸、0.4至0.6重量份的木立芦荟、及0.5至1.5重量份的大蒜粉的比率混合得到经混合的原料,相对于混合的原料100重量份,混合55至65重量份的饮用水或纯净水后进行搅拌的步骤;
将搅拌成型加工成颗粒或丸剂形态的步骤;以及
利用流化床干燥器将成型加工的颗粒剂或丸剂形态的制剂干燥至水分含量为5重量%以下的步骤,
所述米糠通过如下步骤得到,所述步骤,包括:清洗米糠的步骤;将清洗的米糠通过选自在120℃下30分钟以上的高温蒸汽杀菌、紫外线杀菌或远红外线杀菌中的方法进行杀菌处理的步骤;以及对经杀菌处理的米糠在55至65℃的干燥室中干燥至水分含量5%以下的步骤。
5.根据权利要求4所述的排便诱导及减肥用保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,所述米糠是以如下方法得到的发酵米糠,所述方法还包括在所述干燥的步骤之前,向所述经杀菌处理的米糠接种芽孢杆菌属菌株或曲霉属菌株,并在60至80%的湿度,30至50℃的温度下发酵36小时以上的步骤。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的排便诱导及减肥用保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述原料粉末化的步骤是对原料以40±10目的粒度进行粉末化的过程。
7.一种排便诱导及减肥用保健食品,其特征在于,包括权利要求1或2的组合物。
