Abstract
상기의 성분으로 이루어지는 차전자피가 함유된 장기능 개선용 건강기능식품 조성물은 식이섬유와 유산균의 함량이 높아 장건강을 개선하며, 배변활동을 촉진하기 때문에 다이어트에도 효과적이다.

Claims (7)
- 차전자피 분말 100 중량부, 정제포도당 16.72 중량부, 알로에베라 분말 0.122 중량부, 곡물효소 0.122 중량부, 효소처리 스테비아 0.61 중량부, 유산균 분말 0.122 중량부, 아티초크 분말 0.122 중량부, 레몬과즙 분말 1.122 중량부 및 레몬향료 3.65 중량부로 이루어지며,
상기 곡물효소는 보리, 대두, 흑미, 수수, 옥수수, 통밀, 율무씨앗, 기장씨앗, 검정콩, 차조, 팥, 서목태, 산약 및 메밀로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상으로 이루어진 곡물 100 중량부에 황국균 0.2 중량부를 접종하고 35℃의 온도에서 22시간 동안 배양 및 발효하여 제조되고,
상기 유산균분말은 비피도박테리엄 터모필리움, 락토코커스 크레모리스, 락토코커스 락티스, 비피도박테리움 락티스 및 락토바실러스 헬베티쿠스로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상으로 이루어지며,
상기 아티초크 분말은 아티초크를 건조한 후에 120℃의 온도로 30분 동안 가압증숙한 후에 110℃의 온도에서 12시간 추가로 증숙하고, 증숙된 아티초크를 열풍건조하고 분쇄하여 제조되고,
상기 차전자피가 함유된 장기능 개선용 건강기능식품 조성물에는 상기 차전자피 100 중량부 대비 첨가제 5 내지 20 중량부가 더 함유되며,
상기 첨가제는 은행잎 추출물 및 돼지감자 분말로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상으로 이루어지고,
상기 은행잎 추출물은 은행잎 100 중량부에 정제수 500 내지 1000 중량부를 혼합하고 80 내지 90℃의 온도로 1 내지 2시간 동안 가열하여 추출물을 제조하고, 제조된 추출물에서 수분을 제거하고 잔존하는 분말을 수득하는 과정으로 제조되며,
상기 돼지감자 분말은 돼지감자를 세척한 후에, 2 내지 10 밀리미터의 두께로 절단하고 절단한 돼지감자를 30 내지 50℃의 온도에서 수분함량이 13% 이하가 될 때까지 건조시키고, 건조시킨 돼지감자를 65 내지 69℃의 온도에서 10 내지 30분 동안 볶는 과정을 통해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차전자피가 함유된 장기능 개선용 건강기능식품 조성물.
