Abstract
本发明提供一种减肥效果显著,不易反弹,同时又能增强体力、提高人体抵抗力的减肥及控制体重的功能食品。本发明主要由以下重量份数的成分组成:改性膳食纤维、决明子、山楂、红豆、苦瓜、荷叶、普洱茶,益生菌粉剂、低聚木糖、杜仲黄酮、香菇多糖、单甘脂、果胶、胶原蛋白粉,复合谷物胚芽粉、复合营养强化剂。本发明减肥食品,无毒副作用,既有营养价值,又能够有效减肥,且能明显减少减肥药物所产生的副反应,且饱腹感好,能代替食物,完全消除减肥者的饥饿感,从而减少对高热量食品的需求,达到节食减肥的目的。

背景技术
随着我国人民生活水平的不断提高,以及人民生活方式的不断改变,肥胖已成为全球性的公共健康问题,肥胖不仅影响外观形象和行动,而且会伴发心血管和营养代谢等方面的严重疾病,如高血压、高血脂、心脏病、糖尿病、脂肪肝、内分泌失调等。究其肥胖的原因有遗传性肥伴、营养过剩性肥胖和病理性肥胖,涉及到遗传、心理、饮食,病理多种因素。现有研究数据表明,营养性肥胖、食物结构性肥胖占肥胖患者的70%左右,表明大多数肥胖症是因为营养过剩造成的,而营养过剩的主要原因是不能控制食欲和饮食结构不合理造成的。
当前市场减肥药和减肥方法很多,就减肥方法而言有以下几类:腹泻减肥法主要为减去水分和蛋白质等营养,脂肪并未减掉,长期使用极易造成新陈代谢紊乱,引发内分泌失调。节食减肥法靠毅力控制食欲难以持久,而且损害健康加速衰老,极易出现心理问题。中医针炙推拿和运动减肥,需要有一定的条件和毅力,一般难以坚持。西药减肥,只适用某些病理性肥胖群体,虽然减肥效果明显,但毒副作用大,长期服用引血压升高、心律失常,心脏疾病,新陈代谢功能紊乱。手术法虽然可以减去脂部分脂肪,但没找到肥胖发生的主因,会出现反弹。基于对食用安全性的考虑,绝大多数肥胖症者都偏向食用安全的保健食品和膳食。
但是目前的保健食品和膳食普遍存在减肥效果不明显,停止使用后容易反弹等问题,而且长期使用后容易导致体力、抵抗力下降,从而引发其它疾病。

香菇:香菇中含有一种核酸类物质,可抑制血清和肝脏中的胆固醇增加,有阻止血管硬化、降低血压和减肥的作用,是减肥者很好的食品。减肥期间多吃香菇,不但对减肥有很好的辅助效果,而且营养丰富。香菇中含有大量的粗纤维以及水溶性纤维,香菇不但含热量低,而且所含有的这两种纤维可以增加日常的排便量。

本发明的目的是针对上述缺陷,提供一种减肥效果显著,不易反弹,同时又能增强体力、提高人体抵抗力的减肥及控制体重的功能食品。
上述目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种减肥及控制体重的功能食品,它由以下重量份数的成分组成:改性膳食纤维1~30份、决明子1~30份、山楂5~25份、红豆1~30份、苦瓜1~30份、荷叶1~30份、普洱茶0.5~30份、益生菌粉剂0 .1~10份、低聚木糖0 .1~5份、杜仲黄酮0 .1~5份、香菇多糖0 .1~5份、单甘脂0.5~5份、果胶1~5份、胶原蛋白粉0.1~5份、复合谷物胚芽粉(小麦胚芽粉,大豆胚芽,米胚芽)5~30份、营养强化剂0.1~5份(碳酸钙、焦磷酸铁、氧化锌、维生素A、维生素D3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C)。作为优选,所述减肥及控制体重的功能食品主要是由如下重量份的原料所制成: 改性膳食纤维5~25份、决明子10~20份、山楂5~15份、红豆25~30 份、苦瓜1~8份、荷叶5~20份、普洱茶5~25份,益生菌粉剂0 .5~7份、低聚木糖0.5~3份、杜仲黄酮0.5~3份、香菇多糖0 .5~3份、单甘脂2~4份、果胶2~4份、胶原蛋白粉2~4份、复合谷物胚芽粉(小麦胚芽粉,大豆胚芽,米胚芽)10~30份、营养强化剂1~3份(碳酸钙、焦磷酸铁、氧化锌、维生素A、维生素D3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C)。
所述改性纤维是由玫瑰花粉、紫薯纤维、苦荞纤维、莜麦纤维经生物酶酶解而得到的;
所述改性膳食纤维的制备方法包括以下步骤:将玫瑰花粉、紫薯纤维、苦荞纤维、莜麦纤维按质量比7~12:6~9:3~5:2~4均匀混合,加入其质量3~7倍的水,室温200~300W、35~40KHz条件超声提取10~15min ,同时于电场强度20~40kV/cm,脉冲时间400~500μs,脉冲频率200~300Hz条件下进行高压脉冲电场提取;用乳酸调节pH值为4 .5~6 .5,加入混合物质量0 .1~0 .3%的生物酶,于45~55℃酶解20~48min;酶解液减压浓缩、冷冻干燥、低温粉碎至粒度为0 .1~0 .3mm即得改性膳食纤维;
所述生物酶为纤维素酶、果胶酶、淀粉酶和蛋白酶按质量比6~8:4~7:3~5:2~4均匀混合;所述益生菌粉剂由以下重量份数的粉剂均匀混合而成:植物乳杆菌5~30份,长双歧杆菌5~30份,两岐双岐杆菌5~30份,产朊假丝酵母菌4~10份。
本发明所述减肥食品制备工艺主要是由以下步骤所组成:
(1)按比例称取普洱茶,加入6~10倍体积的60~80%乙醇回流提取1~3次,每次1~3小时,合并提取液,回收乙醇至无醇味,得醇提液和残渣;
(2)上述残渣与荷叶、决明子、山楂、苦瓜合并,加入8~12倍体积的水回流提取 1~3次,每次1~3小时,合并提取液,得水提液,与上述醇提液合并,浓缩至相对密度为1.10~1.16的总浸膏;
(3)红豆研磨成颗粒,所得汁液和颗粒加入到上述总浸膏中,最后加入变性膳食纤维、益生菌粉、杜仲黄酮、香菇多糖、低聚木糖、营养强化剂、单甘脂、果胶、胶原蛋白粉、复合谷物胚芽粉,混匀,制成减肥膳食。
作为优选,所述减肥膳食按照常规制剂方法制成液体剂、粉剂、片剂、胶囊剂、丸剂、颗粒剂或散剂。
本发明的有益效果是:
1.减肥效果好,速度快,停止食用后体重不易反弹;相对于现有技术,本发明所得的减肥食品,无毒副作用,既有营养价值,又能够有效减肥,且能明显减少减肥药物所产生的副反应。
2.饱腹感好,能代替食物,完全消除减肥者的饥饿感,从而减少对高热量食品的需求,达到节食减肥的目的,同时富含各种营养元素,能完全满足人体在减肥的同时对各种养分的需求,避免体力下降和营养不良的发生。3.具有益胃健脾、养血补益、润肠通便等保健功效,能提高人体在减肥期间对疾病的抵抗力。
4.加沸水冲匀后呈胶质状,色香味极佳,消费者乐于服用,可完全代替日常食物作为一日三餐。

组方:改性膳食纤维5份、决明子5份、山楂5份、红豆10份、苦瓜5份、荷叶5份、普洱茶5份、益生菌粉剂1份、低聚木糖0.5份、杜仲黄酮0.5份、香菇多糖0.5份、单甘脂0.3份、果胶0.5份、胶原蛋白粉0.5份、复合谷物胚芽粉(小麦胚芽粉,大豆胚芽,米胚芽)10份、营养强化剂0.5份(碳酸钙、焦磷酸铁、氧化锌、维生素A、维生素D3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C)。所述改性纤维是由玫瑰花粉、紫薯纤维、苦荞纤维、莜麦纤维经生物酶酶解而得到的;

所述改性膳食纤维的制备方法包括以下步骤:将玫瑰花粉、紫薯纤维、苦荞纤维、莜麦纤维按质量比9:8:4:3均匀混合,加入其质量5倍的水,室温250W、40KHz条件超声提取15min,同时于电场强度30kV/cm,脉冲时间450μs ,脉冲频率250Hz条件下进行高压脉冲电场提取;用乳酸调节pH值为5,加入混合物质量0.2%的生物酶,于50℃酶解30min;酶解液减压浓缩、冷冻干燥、低温粉碎至粒度为0.2mm即得改性膳食纤维;
所述生物酶为纤维素酶、果胶酶、淀粉酶和蛋白酶按质量比7:5:4:3均匀混合;所述益生菌粉剂由以下重量份数的粉剂均匀混合而成:植物乳杆菌15份,长双歧杆菌6份,两岐双岐杆菌6份,产朊假丝酵母菌5份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的减肥及控制体重的功能食品,其特征在于优选组分:改性膳食纤维5~25份、决明子10~20份、山楂5~15份、红豆25~30 份、苦瓜1~8份、荷叶5~20份、普洱茶5~25份、益生菌粉剂0 .5~7份、低聚木糖0.5~3份、杜仲黄酮0.5~3份、香菇多糖0.5~3份、单甘脂2~4份、果胶2~4份、胶原蛋白粉2~4份、复合谷物胚芽粉(小麦胚芽粉,大豆胚芽,米胚芽)10~30份、营养强化剂1~3份(碳酸钙、焦磷酸铁、氧化锌、维生素A、维生素D3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的减肥及控制体重的功能食品,其特征在于所述改性纤维是由玫瑰花粉、紫薯纤维、苦荞纤维、莜麦纤维经生物酶酶解而得到的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的减肥及控制体重的功能食品,其特征在于所述改性膳食纤维的制备方法包括以下步骤:将玫瑰花粉、紫薯纤维、苦荞纤维、莜麦纤维按质量比7~12:6~9:3~5:2~4均匀混合,加入其质量3~7倍的水,室温200~300W、35~40KHz条件超声提取10~15min ,同时于电场强度20~40kV/cm,脉冲时间400~500μs ,脉冲频率200~300Hz条件下进行高压脉冲电场提取;用乳酸调节pH值为4 .5~6 .5,加入混合物质量0 .1~0.3%的生物酶,于45~55℃酶解20~48min;酶解液减压浓缩、冷冻干燥、低温粉碎至粒度为0 .1~0 .3mm即得改性膳食纤维;
所述生物酶为纤维素酶、果胶酶、淀粉酶和蛋白酶按质量比6~8:4~7:3~5:2~4均匀混合;所述益生菌粉剂由以下重量份数的粉剂均匀混合而成:植物乳杆菌5~30份,长双歧杆菌5~30份,两岐双岐杆菌5~30份,产朊假丝酵母菌4~10份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的减肥及控制体重的功能食品,其特征在于制备工艺主要是由以下步骤所组成:
(1)按比例称取普洱茶,加入6~10倍体积的60~80%乙醇回流提取1~3次,每次1~3小时,合并提取液,回收乙醇至无醇味,得醇提液和残渣;
(2)上述残渣与荷叶、决明子、山楂、苦瓜合并,加入8~12倍体积的水回流提取 1~3次,每次1~3小时,合并提取液,得水提液,与上述醇提液合并,浓缩至相对密度为1.10~1.16的总浸膏;
(3)红豆研磨成颗粒,所得汁液和颗粒加入到上述总浸膏中,最后加入变性膳食纤维、益生菌粉、杜仲黄酮、香菇多糖、低聚木糖、营养强化剂、单甘脂、果胶、胶原蛋白粉、复合谷物胚芽粉,混匀,制成减肥膳食;
作为优选,所述减肥膳食按照常规制剂方法制成液体剂、粉剂、片剂、胶囊剂、丸剂、颗粒剂或散剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的减肥及控制体重的功能食品,其特征在于所述总颗粒按照常规制剂方法制成粉剂、片剂、胶囊剂、丸剂、颗粒剂或散剂。
