Abstract
本发明涉及有机高分子材料制备技术领域,且公开了一种用于TPO处理的水性聚氨酯处理剂用乳液及其制备方法,主要是以聚酯多元醇、三羟基丙烷、二异氰酸酯、磺酸盐型亲水扩链剂为原料经聚合反应得到的聚氨酯聚合物,采用六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯混合物与聚酯多元醇反应,由于这两种异氰酸酯结构高度对称,大大提高了软硬段相分离程度,所得的水性聚氨酯乳液胶膜性的稳定性和强度都有显著提高,即使在经过拉伸成型等各种工艺后依然保持其消光感和涂膜稳定性,并且对热塑性烯烃成型品、TPO皮革、TPO片等依然适用,而磺酸型亲水扩链剂作为后扩链剂,可以避免小分子胺类扩链剂挥发带来的不利影响。

本发明涉及有机高分子材料制备技术领域,具体为一种用于TPO处理的水性聚氨酯处理剂用乳液及其制备方法。
背景技术
热塑性聚烯烃简称TPO,是由橡胶和聚烯烃两组分构成的弹性体材料,主要生产方法有机械掺混法、反应器合成法和动态全硫化法三种工艺,热塑性聚烯烃是一种兼具橡胶和热塑性塑料特性,在常温下显示橡胶高弹性、耐候性、柔韧性,高温下又能塑化成型的高分子材料,具有热塑性塑料良好的耐热性和热加工性,是继天然橡胶、合成橡胶之后的第三代橡胶,由于其性能优异,广泛用作新型的防水材料,不仅具有良好的稳定性和加工性,而且具有较高的机械性能、耐水性能和耐候性,目前为了提高TPO塑料的柔韧性,会在其表面涂上一层涂料,例如,在手机、电脑和家电外壳等智能电子设备的外壳以及汽车装饰材料等塑料成形品的表面涂上一层表面处理剂,从而赋予其一定的外观设计性和柔感,但是市场上使用较多的TPO水性表面处理剂,在涂膜后的使用过程中或者进行拉伸等加工成形时,常常容易出现柔韧性降低,涂膜破损等现象,并且使用范围有限,存在一定局限性,针对上述问题,我们结合实际的生产经验提供一种用于TPO处理的水性聚氨酯处理剂用乳液及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种用于TPO处理的水性聚氨酯处理剂用乳液及其制备方法,解决了上述背景技术中所提到的问题。
本发明提供如下技术方案:一种用于TPO处理的水性聚氨酯处理剂用乳液及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,首先将脱水的15-40份聚酯多元醇、1.2-3.5份三羟基丙烷、5-12份二异氰酸酯和0.01-0.03份催化剂加入到带有搅拌、加热、抽气及冷凝装置的反应器中;
第二步,启动反应器进行搅拌,然后再缓慢加热,温度达到65-85℃时,保温反应4-5小时;
第三步,待反应器中的混合溶液降温至50℃后加入10-25重量份的丙酮,然后在高速搅拌下加入55-64重量份的去离子水乳化分散;
第四步,反应器内部混合溶液乳化分散后,再加入0.5-2.3重量份的磺酸盐扩链剂并持续搅拌;
第五步,最后利用反应器对混合溶液进行真空脱除残余丙酮,制得水性聚氨酯乳液。

本发明具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明通过聚酯多元醇、三羟基丙烷、二异氰酸酯、磺酸盐型亲水扩链剂为原料经聚合反应得到的聚氨酯聚合物,采用六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯混合物与聚酯多元醇反应,由于这两种异氰酸酯结构高度对称,大大提高了软硬段相分离程度,所得的水性聚氨酯乳液胶膜性的稳定性和强度都有显著提高,即使在经过拉伸成型等各种工艺后依然保持其消光感和涂膜稳定性,并且对热塑性烯烃成型品、TPO皮革、TPO片等依然适用,解决现TPO水性表面处理剂使用范围的局限性问题。
2、本发明通过磺酸型亲水扩链剂作为后扩链剂,可以避免小分子胺类扩链剂挥发带来的不利影响,可以通过控制磺酸盐的用量调节水性聚氨酯油墨连接料的光泽度和透光率,使得乳液表面为哑光状态,具有高级感官感。

第三步,待反应器中的混合溶液降温至50℃后加入10-25重量份的丙酮,然后在高速搅拌下加入55-64重量份的去离子水乳化分散;
第四步,反应器内部混合溶液乳化分散后,再加入0.5-2.3重量份的磺酸盐扩链剂并持续搅拌,磺酸盐型亲水扩链剂选自乙二氨基乙磺酸钠和1,4-丁二醇2-磺酸钠中的一种;
第五步,最后利用反应器对混合溶液进行真空脱除残余丙酮,制得水性聚氨酯乳液。
综上所述,本发明所述一种用于TPO处理的水性聚氨酯处理剂用乳液及其制备方法,是以聚酯多元醇、三羟基丙烷、二异氰酸酯、磺酸盐型亲水扩链剂为原料经聚合反应得到的聚氨酯聚合物,其中,采用六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯混合物与聚酯多元醇反应,由于这两种异氰酸酯结构高度对称,大大提高了软硬段相分离程度,所得的水性聚氨酯乳液胶膜性的稳定性和强度都有显著提高,即使在经过拉伸成型等各种工艺后依然保持其消光感和涂膜稳定性,并且对热塑性烯烃成型品、TPO皮革、TPO片等依然适用,使用磺酸型亲水扩链剂作为后扩链剂,可以避免小分子胺类扩链剂挥发带来的不利影响,可以通过控制磺酸盐的用量调节水性聚氨酯油墨连接料的光泽度和透光率,使得乳液表面为哑光状态,具有高级感官感。

Claims (5)
1.一种用于TPO处理的水性聚氨酯处理剂用乳液及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,首先将脱水的15-40份聚酯多元醇、1.2-3.5份三羟基丙烷、5-12份二异氰酸酯和0.01-0.03份催化剂加入到带有搅拌、加热、抽气及冷凝装置的反应器中;
第二步,启动反应器进行搅拌,然后再缓慢加热,温度达到65-85℃时,保温反应4-5小时;
第三步,待反应器中的混合溶液降温至50℃后,加入10-25重量份的丙酮,然后在高速搅拌下加入55-64重量份的去离子水乳化分散;
第四步,反应器内部混合溶液乳化分散后,再加入0.5-2.3重量份的磺酸盐扩链剂并持续搅拌;
第五步,最后利用反应器对混合溶液进行真空脱除残余丙酮,制得水性聚氨酯乳液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于TPO处理的水性聚氨酯处理剂用乳液及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的二异氰酸酯选自六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于TPO处理的水性聚氨酯处理剂用乳液及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的聚酯多元醇选自聚己内酯、聚四氢呋喃、聚碳酸酯中的一种或多种;其中,所述的聚酯多元醇合成原料中的小分子醇选自乙二醇、二甘醇、丙三醇的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于TPO处理的水性聚氨酯处理剂用乳液及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的催化剂选自二乙酸二甲基锡、二丁酸二丁基锡、二月桂酸二丁基锡、二月桂酸二辛基锡中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于TPO处理的水性聚氨酯处理剂用乳液及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述的磺酸盐型亲水扩链剂选自乙二氨基乙磺酸钠和1,4-丁二醇2-磺酸钠中的一种。
