性能检测配比及制革工艺:
面料树脂配比:树脂100份、DMF 90份、黑色粉6份;
具体操作为:将上述原料用高速搅拌机搅拌30min(保证色粉全部均匀分散在混合体系中)→然后在高速离心机上面离心10min(1500r/min)备用。
底料树脂配比(底料用自产4090HV底料树脂):树脂100份、DMF100份、固化剂7份、促进剂3份;
具体操作为:将上述原料用高速搅拌机搅拌30min→然后在高速离心机上面离心10min(1500r/min)备用。
制革工艺:
用15条不锈钢刮棒将配好的面料树脂在平纹离型纸上面刮一刀→放入120℃烘箱烘干成膜→在烘干的膜上面继续用15条不锈钢刮棒将配好的底料树脂刮一刀→放入120℃烘箱烘大约20-30秒钟(此时底料树脂半干状态)→迅速贴合四面弹底布,用不锈钢钢辊压实→放入150℃烘箱固化2-3min(此时基本已经固化完毕)→将样品从烘箱拿出,冷却至室温将革样从离型纸上面剥离,然后进行各项性能检测。

判断标准:实施例1-6性能测试:通过实施例1-3可以发现,工艺采用前期MDI和多元醇溶液预先聚合的方式,皮膜物性最好,在选用相同原料的情况下,4倍拉伸反复25次可以保持表面不裂,而一步法工艺和本体预聚工艺只能保持20次不裂,这是因为前期MDI和多元醇适当预聚,可使得软段分子链排列更加规整,结晶度高,软段引入部分氨基甲酸酯基团使得分子间作用力更强的原因。
通过实施例3和5,实施例4和6可以发现,当聚酯多元醇分子量由4000提高到5000时,4倍拉伸反复30次可以保持皮革表面完好,这已经远远超过拉伸20次的使用性能,这是因为多元醇分子量越高,软段更柔顺,弹性更好。
通过实施例4-6可以看出小分子扩链剂EG、BG分别与MEA和TMP搭使用所制备皮革都具有良好拉伸性能,可见本发明对扩链剂的使用范围要求相对比较宽。
通过实施例1-6防粘测试可以看出,负重10公斤,温度80℃,湿度95%的条件下,皮革表面不粘连,都具有较好的表面滑爽性能和防粘性能,这是因为本发明采用低、高分子量聚醚改性硅油滑爽剂搭配使用,分散效果更好,防粘性能更佳,同时本发明选择搭配适量的SAN树脂,这在防粘上面也具有一定的辅助作用。
通过实施例1-6的耐寒和耐水洗测试可以发现在零下20℃,反复对折3万次的情况下以及80℃热水水洗30min皮革表面都能保持完好无损,这是因为本发明在多元醇选择上面选用大分子量的聚醚,具有优异的柔韧性和耐寒性能;同时本发明还选择使用部分聚己内酯-聚四氢呋喃共混二醇,不仅具有优异的耐寒性能,还具备优异耐水洗性能。
通过以上性能对比,本发明实施例5和6性能最佳,在4倍拉伸反复30次可以保持表面不裂;耐寒零下20℃反复对折3万次表面完好;负重10公斤,温度80℃,湿度95%条件下表面不粘连,80℃水洗30min表面完好不粘连,具有良好的展色性和表面滑爽性能,手感柔软舒适,与肌肤贴合性好,生产成本低,附加值高,具有良好的应用前景和市场效益。
备注说明:为了实验性能对比准确性,实施例一到实施例六中聚酯、聚醚、聚己内酯-四氢呋喃共混二元醇的摩尔比保持不变、小分子醇扩链剂的摩尔比保持不变,助剂添加量一致,当量统一设定为450。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种干法直贴四面弹服装革用面层聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述聚酯多元醇为PE-1(自产):AA-EG-BG,数均分子量4000g/mol聚酯多元醇,AA为己二酸,EG为乙二醇,BG为1.4-丁二醇,所述聚醚多元醇为PE-2(自产):AA-EG-BG,数均分子量5000g/mol聚酯多元醇,AA为己二酸,EG为乙二醇,BG为1.4-丁二醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种干法直贴四面弹服装革用面层聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述PTMG-4000为数均分子量4000g/mol聚四氢呋喃二醇,PCL-2200T为数均分子量2000g/mol聚己内酯-聚四氢呋喃共混二醇。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种干法直贴四面弹服装革用面层聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述EG为乙二醇,1.4-BG为1.4-丁二醇,MEA为一乙醇胺,TMP为三羟甲基丙烷,CH3OH为甲醇,CATA为催化剂(异辛酸铋),SAN为苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物树脂,AH-1为低分子量聚醚改性硅油滑爽剂,AH-2为高分子量聚醚改性硅油滑爽剂,AH-3为流平剂、AH-4为展色剂。
6.一种干法直贴四面弹服装革用面层聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将PE-2、PTMG-4000、PCL-2200T、抗氧化剂、磷酸、和适量DMF投入三口烧瓶中,用机械搅拌器高速搅拌均匀,加入预聚MDI,控制温度在70-75℃溶液预聚2H;
S2、将步骤S1预聚完毕之后加入1.4-BG、MEA、TMP、SAN和适量DMF,充分搅拌均匀后加入剩余MDI,控制温度在70-80℃反应增粘,并视反应速度情况,酌情添加CATA;
S3、步骤S2中增粘过程中适度补加MDI并逐步添加DMF、TOL稀释粘度,直至粘度达到220Pas/25℃-260Pas/25℃时,加入封端DMF和甲醇进行封端;
S4、向步骤S3中投入苹果酸待完全搅拌均匀后,逐步加入AH-1、AH-2、AH-3、AH-4助剂,充分搅拌均匀后冷却倒入专用塑料瓶中,最终得到所需的聚氨酯树脂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种干法直贴四面弹服装革用面层聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中的磷酸为防止副反应发生剂,所述步骤S2中的CATA为催化剂,所述步骤S3中的苹果酸为防减粘剂。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种干法直贴四面弹服装革用面层聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中机械搅拌器高速搅拌的速度为1000-1500r/min,所述搅拌的时间为10-15min。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种干法直贴四面弹服装革用面层聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中冷却后温度为20-30℃。
10.根据权利要求6所述的一种干法直贴四面弹服装革用面层聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中制备的聚氨酯树脂的粘度为120Pas/25℃-160Pas/25℃,固含量为30%左右。
