技术领域
本发明涉及一种防污染剂,其特征在于,其含有甘露糖赤藓糖醇酯(MEL)。更详细而言,涉及以MEL作为有效成分的、对于防止微小粒子状物质等大气污染物质附着有用的防污染剂及含有该防污染剂的皮肤外用剂。
背景技术
皮肤和毛发总是暴露在外部环境中,受到来自外部环境的各种损伤、所谓的外部刺激。外部刺激大致分为干燥、太阳光线、气温等物理性刺激和由在环境中浮游的液体、作为固体的微粒的大气气溶胶粒子所致的化学性刺激。近年来,大气气溶胶粒子对皮肤的影响受到关注,作为该大气气溶胶粒子的代表,可列举各种化学物质、生物体异物、粒子等,可列举:来自汽车、火力发电厂、焚烧炉、工厂等的排烟;由火山喷火产生的喷出物、源自土壤粒子等的粉尘、黄砂这样的粒子状物质;源自燃烧等的一氧化碳、硫氧化物、氮氧化物等废气;烃和氮氧化物等发生光化学反应而产生的臭氧、多环芳香族烃等光化学氧化剂;源自燃烧或从石油制品挥发等的挥发性有机化合物等废气、微粒;源自矿物、工业制品等的石棉等微粒;香烟的烟等。
其中,尤其是微小粒子状物质、所谓PM2.5近年从邻近各国被越境输送过来,这已经成为日本周边非常严重的问题。这些微小粒子状物质附着在皮肤或毛发上而引起的对生物体的不良影响正被广泛认识,随着近来健康意识的提高而引起人们的关注。作为微小粒子状物质对皮肤的不良影响,提出了如下机理:微小粒子状物质侵入到角质层的深处,从而作为生物体异物刺激免疫系统,促进前列腺素E2(PGE2)、组胺这样的炎症性介质的生成,引起炎症。为了保护皮肤免受这些外部刺激,考虑不使能够成为损伤的原因的物质附着于皮肤和/或缓和(防止氧化或中和)由附着的刺激原因物质引起的不良影响等。
作为不使大气污染物质附着在皮肤上的方法,提出了含有透明质酸和/或其盐作为有效成分的防污剂(日文:アンチポリューション剤)作为缓和大气污染物质对皮肤的损伤的防污剂和防污用皮肤外用组合物(专利文献1)。
另一方面,作为缓和由附着在皮肤上的刺激原因物质引起的不良影响的方法,发现胡颓子科沙棘属(日文:グミ科ヒッポファエ属)的提取物具有如下作用:抑制由粒子状大气污染物质等大气气溶胶粒子引起的PGE2的上升,从而抑制由大气气溶胶粒子引起的皮肤炎症(专利文献2)。另外,着眼于渗透到皮肤内部的污染物质在表皮细胞中引起皮肤炎症的机理,发现由氨基酸类的锌盐和/或锌络合物带来的细胞伤害缓和作用、CYP1过度诱导作用的抑制、COX-2过度诱导作用的抑制、IL-8过度诱导作用的抑制这样的显著的有用性(专利文献3)。
如上所述,提出了由包含在生物体中的高分子化合物带来的对微小粒子状物质的保护效果、由包含植物提取物或金属络合物的有机酸带来的抑制由微小粒子状物质引起的生物体反应的效果。在此基础上,提出针对污染物质对皮肤的影响而以不同的机理发挥效果的新型的原材料,从期待防止微小粒子状物质污染的协同效果的观点、制剂处方的多样化的观点、提供具有更安全的微小粒子状物质的保护效果的成分的观点出发,要求提出具有防止微小粒子状物质污染的效果的新型原材料。
基于这样的背景,近年来还积极地进行用于将微生物所生产的发酵物用作护肤原材料的研究开发。但是,现状是没有关于对上述那样的微小粒子状大气污染物质具有充分效果的原材料的报告。
作为上述的微生物所生产的护肤原材料,可列举具有表面活性能力且为兼具亲水基和亲油基的双亲性物质的生物表面活性剂。作为来自微生物的表面活性剂的生物表面活性剂已经作为安全性高、对环境的负荷小的生物降解性优异的环境先进型表面活性剂在进行研究。目前,作为生物表面活性剂可以分为糖型、酰基肽型、磷脂型、脂肪酸型及高分子化合物型这五类,其中,最充分地研究了糖型生物表面活性剂,报道了由细菌和酵母生产的许多种类的物质。
作为这样的糖型生物表面活性剂,近年来在护肤领域中使用甘露糖赤藓糖醇酯(以下有时称为“MEL”)作为高功能润肤剂。已知MEL仅通过接触水便能容易地形成片层结构,因此与位于皮肤的最外层的角质层的亲和性高,对角质层原本具有的阻隔功能进行修复或强化。但是,并没有关于MEL对微小粒子状大气污染物质的防污染效果的报告。

本发明的目的在于提供具有优异的防污染效果、安全性高的防污染剂以及利用了前述防污染剂的皮肤外用剂。
用于解决课题的手段
本发明人等进行了深入研究,结果发现作为微生物所生产的发酵物的甘露糖赤藓糖醇酯(MEL)具有对微小粒子状物质的优异的防污染效果。本发明发现基于该见解能够解决上述课题,从而完成本发明。即,本发明包含以下的构成。
项1.一种防污染剂,其特征在于,其含有甘露糖赤藓糖醇酯(MEL)。
项2.根据项1所述的防污染剂,其中,甘露糖赤藓糖醇酯(MEL)为MEL-B。

发明的效果
根据本发明,能够提供以MEL作为有效成分的防污染剂。尤其是,本发明利用MEL的自组装能力,在被涂布物质表面形成包含MEL的防污染层,由此妨碍大气气溶胶粒子对被涂布物质的吸附、侵入,能够期待缓和皮肤损伤的效果,因此作为防污染剂有效。

具体实施方式
以下,对本发明进行详细地说明。
本发明的防污染剂的特征在于,以MEL作为有效成分。
在本发明中,作为成为主要的污染对象的大气污染物质,是指在大气中存在的有害物质或有害物质组。具体而言,可列举:根据大气污染防止法而成为限制对象的煤烟、粉尘、汽车废气、特定物质、有害大气污染物质及挥发性有机化合物(VOC)等(独立行政法人环境再生保全机构主页;https://www.erca.go.jp/yobou/taiki/taisaku/01_01.html),但并不限定于此。更具体而言,可列举PM10、PM2.5这样的包含多种有害物质的浮游粒子状物质等。
在本发明中,所谓防止污染,是指防止微小粒子状物质等大气气溶胶粒子吸附于皮肤、毛发。进而,通过防止微小粒子状物质等大气气溶胶粒子附着于皮肤、毛发,从而防止由它们引起的皮肤病症,缓和皮肤的损伤。
大气气溶胶粒子是作为对皮肤、毛发的外部刺激而具代表性的物质,可列举各种化学物质、生物体异物、粒子等,可列举:来自汽车、火力发电厂、焚烧炉、工厂等的排烟、由火山喷发产生的喷出物、土壤粒子等来源的粉尘、黄砂这样的粒子状物质;源自燃烧等的一氧化碳、硫氧化物、氮氧化物等废气;烃和氮氧化物等发生光化学反应而产生的臭氧、多环芳香族烃等光化学氧化剂;源自燃烧或从石油制品挥发等的挥发性有机化合物等废气、微粒;源自矿物、工业制品等的石棉等微粒;香烟的烟等。其中,从自邻近各国被越境输送过来的观点出发,包含大量微小粒子状物质的都市大气粉尘尤其在亚洲地域被广泛地认识到对生物体的不良影响。
由本发明提供的防污染剂由于防止微小粒子状物质等大气气溶胶粒子附着的效果优异,因此能够抑制由微小粒子状物质等大气气溶胶粒子引起的皮肤病症。此外,由于MEL本身具有抗炎症效果及屏障功能改善效果,因此可期待抑制、改善由微小粒子状物质等大气气溶胶粒子引起的炎症、皮肤粗糙。另外,通过添加各种配合成分,从而期待其效果的提高。该防污染剂能够作为化妆品、准药品、医疗用品、卫生用品、医药品来进行提供。
(MEL)
MEL的结构如通式(1)所示。通式(1)中,取代基R1为相同或不同的碳原子数4~24的脂肪族酰基。MEL根据甘露糖的4位及6位有无乙酰基而分成MEL-A、MEL-B、MEL-C及MEL-D四种。MEL可以单独使用,也可以并用两种以上的MEL。

具体而言,MEL-A是通式(1)中取代基R2及R3均为乙酰基的情况。MEL-B是通式(1)中取代基R2为乙酰基、取代基R3为氢原子的情况。MEL-C是通式(1)中取代基R2为氢原子、取代基R3为乙酰基的情况。MEL-D是通式(1)中取代基R2及R3均为氢原子的情况。
上述通式(1)所示的MEL中的取代基R1的碳原子数根据构成在MEL生产培养基中含有的作为油脂类的甘油三酯的脂肪酸的碳原子数、以及所使用的MEL生产菌的脂肪酸的同化程度而发生变化。另外,在上述甘油三酯具有不饱和脂肪酸残基的情况下,如果MEL生产菌没有同化至上述不饱和脂肪酸的双键部分,则作为取代基R1也能含有不饱和脂肪酸残基。由以上的说明可知:所得的MEL通常为取代基R1的脂肪酸残基部分不同的化合物的混合物的形态。
在本发明的防污染剂中优选使用的MEL是MEL-A、MEL-B或MEL-C,更优选为具有通式(2)或通式(3)所示的结构的MEL-B。进一步优选为具有通式(3)所示的结构的MEL-B。予以说明,通式(3)中,取代基R1为相同或不同的碳原子数4~24的脂肪族酰基。取代基R1的碳原子数只要在上述范围内,则并无特别限定,但进一步优选为8个~14个。另外,取代基R1可以是饱和脂肪族酰基,也可以是不饱和脂肪族酰基,并无特别限定。在具有不饱和键的情况下,例如可以具有多个双键。碳链可以是直链,也可以是支链状。另外,在含有氧原子的烃基的情况下,所包含的氧原子的数量及位置并无特别限定。

MEL可以使用微生物来进行培养生产。例如可以使用硅胶柱色谱对培养Pseudozyma sp.等而得到的MEL混合物进行纯化,分离各自的MEL-A、MEL-B、MEL-C。
在本发明的组合物中添加的前述MEL的使用形态是任意的。例如MEL以来自微生物培养液的提取物的状态使用或使用经过纯化的高纯度品。或者也可以混悬于水、或溶解于溶剂后来使用。适合的MEL-B是经过纯化的高纯度品,优选使用被纯化为80%~100%、更优选90%~100%的纯度的高纯度品。
本发明的防污染剂是指MEL本身或将MEL分散、溶解于溶剂中而成的组合物。作为溶剂,只要能够分散、溶解MEL,则并无特别限制,可以是水溶性基剂、油溶性基剂中的任意者。作为水溶性基剂,可列举例如水、乙醇、异丙醇、乙二醇、二乙二醇、三乙二醇、聚乙二醇、丙二醇、聚丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇、戊二醇、甘油等。另外,作为油溶性基剂,可列举例如鳄梨油、橄榄油、橙油、洋甘菊油、石栗籽油、红花油、大豆油、山茶油、玉米油、菜籽油、蓖麻油、棉籽油、花生油、海龟油、貂油、卵黄油、棕榈油、棕榈仁油、木蜡油、椰子油、氢化油、氢化蓖麻油、蜡类、羊毛脂类、液体石蜡、凡士林、角鲨烷、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、山嵛酸、油酸、12-羟基硬脂酸、十一碳烯酸、羊毛脂脂肪酸等天然脂肪酸、异壬酸、己酸、2-乙基丁酸、异戊酸、2-甲基戊酸、2-乙基己酸、异戊酸、月桂基醇、鲸蜡醇、硬脂醇、油醇、羊毛脂醇、鲨肝醇、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、硬脂酸丁酯、月桂酸己酯、肉豆蔻酸肉豆蔻酯、油酸油烯酯、油酸癸酯、肉豆蔻酸辛基十二烷基酯、二甲基辛酸己基癸酯等。
防污染剂中的MEL的配合量只要是能够对皮肤外用剂赋予防污染效果的范围,则并无特别限制,通常优选为0.001质量%~100.0质量%,更优选为0.005质量%~95质量%,进一步优选为0.01质量%~90质量%。
本发明提供含有甘露糖赤藓糖醇酯的防污染剂及含有该防污剂的皮肤外用剂,MEL的配合量只要在发挥防污染效果的范围内进行添加即可。在皮肤外用剂中,通常优选为0.001~10.0质量%,更优选为0.01~1.0质量%,进一步优选为0.05~0.5质量%。在小于0.001质量%的情况下,存在未在被涂布物质表面充分地形成MEL的层结构,未充分发挥防污染效果的可能性,另一方面,在超过10.0质量%的情况下,存在制剂时的操作性降低的风险。
另外,作为在前述皮肤外用剂中可以包含的、除前述MEL以外的其他的成分,只要在不损害本发明效果的范围内,也并无特别限制,可以根据目的进行适当选择。
本发明的防污染剂具有优异的防止微小粒子状物质等大气气溶胶粒子附着的效果,并且安全性优异,因此适合利用于皮肤外用剂。
本发明的皮肤外用剂含有前述的本发明的防污染剂,还根据需要含有其他成分。在此,所谓皮肤外用剂,是指应用于皮肤的各种药剂,作为其区别,并无特别限制,例如广泛地包括皮肤化妆品、准药品、医药品等。
作为前述皮肤外用剂的形态,并无特别限制,可以根据目的进行适当选择,可列举例如软膏、乳霜、乳液、美容液、化妆水、面膜、粉底、唇膏、入浴剂、生发油(日文:ヘアートニック)、生发水(日文:ヘアーローション)、肥皂、沐浴露等。
作为前述其他成分,并无特别限制,可以根据目的适当选择,可以适当配合在制造皮肤外用剂时通常所使用的成分,例如油性成分、表面活性剂、溶剂、保湿剂、增稠剂、药效成分、防腐剂、颜料、粉体、pH调节剂、紫外线吸收剂、抗氧化剂、香料等。
作为前述的油性成分,可列举:鳄梨油、橄榄油、橙油、洋甘菊油、石栗籽油、红花油、大豆油、山茶油、玉米油、菜籽油、蓖麻油、棉籽油、花生油、海龟油、貂油、卵黄油、棕榈油、棕榈仁油、木蜡油、椰子油、氢化油、氢化蓖麻油、蜡类、羊毛脂类、液体石蜡、凡士林、角鲨烷、月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、山嵛酸、油酸、12-羟基硬脂酸、十一碳烯酸、羊毛脂脂肪酸等天然脂肪酸、异壬酸、己酸、2-乙基丁酸、异戊酸、2-甲基戊酸、2-乙基己酸、异戊酸、月桂基醇、鲸蜡醇、硬脂醇、油醇、羊毛脂醇、鲨肝醇、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、硬脂酸丁酯、月桂酸己酯、肉豆蔻酸肉豆蔻酯、油酸油烯酯、油酸癸酯、肉豆蔻酸辛基十二烷基酯、二甲基辛酸己基癸酯等。通过添加这些油性成分,从而可期待对本发明的污染防止用皮肤外用剂而言的作为基剂的效果、润肤剂效果。
作为前述的表面活性剂,可列举:阴离子表面活性剂(羧酸盐、磺酸盐、硫酸酯盐、磷酸酯盐)、阳离子表面活性剂(胺盐、季铵盐)、两性表面活性剂(羧酸型两性表面活性剂、硫酸酯型两性表面活性剂、磺酸型两性表面活性剂、磷酸酯型两性表面活性剂)、非离子表面活性剂(醚型非离子表面活性剂、醚酯型非离子表面活性剂、酯型非离子表面活性剂、嵌段聚合物型非离子表面活性剂、含氮型非离子表面活性剂)、其他表面活性剂(天然表面活性剂、蛋白水解物的衍生物、高分子表面活性剂、包含钛·硅的表面活性剂、氟化碳系表面活性剂)等。
作为前述的溶剂,可列举乙醇、异丙醇、乙二醇、二乙二醇、三乙二醇、聚乙二醇、丙二醇、聚丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、1,3-丙二醇、戊二醇、甘油等。
作为前述的保湿剂,只要是在化妆品中通常所使用的成分,则可以使用任意者,可列举例如吡咯烷酮甲酸、乳酸、乳酸钠、氨基酸、透明质酸钠、硫酸软骨素钠等。通过添加这些保湿剂,从而可期待对于本发明的污染防止用皮肤外用剂而言的赋予保湿性等的效果。
作为前述的增稠剂,只要是在化妆品中通常所使用的成分,则可以使用任意者,可列举例如瓜尔胶、榅桲籽、角叉菜胶、半乳聚糖、阿拉伯胶、果胶、甘露聚糖、淀粉、黄原胶、凝胶多糖、甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素、羧甲基纤维素、甲基羟丙基纤维素、羟乙基瓜尔胶、羧甲基瓜尔胶、葡聚糖、刺槐豆胶、琥珀酰聚糖(日文:サクシノグルカン)、瓜蒌酸(日文:カロニン酸)、壳多糖、壳聚糖、羧甲基壳多糖、琼脂、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、羧基乙烯基聚合物、烷基改性羧基乙烯基聚合物、聚丙烯酸钠、膨润土等。这些增稠剂可期待对于本发明的污染防止用皮肤外用剂而言的稳定性提高、使用感改良等效果。
作为前述的药效成分,只要是在化妆品中通常所使用的成分,则可以使用任意者,可列举例如:维生素A或其衍生物、维生素B6或其衍生物、维生素B2或其衍生物、维生素B12、维生素B15或其衍生物等维生素B类、α-生育酚、β-生育酚、γ-生育酚、维生素E乙酸酯等维生素E类、维生素D类、维生素H、泛酸、泛硫乙胺、吡咯喹啉醌等维生素类、各种动植物提取物等。通过添加这些药效成分,从而可期待对于本发明的污染防止用皮肤外用剂赋予抗氧化作用、抗衰老效果。
作为前述的防腐剂,只要是在化妆品中通常所使用的成分,则可以使用任意者,可列举例如对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丁酯等对羟基苯甲酸酯类、苯氧基乙醇、乙基己基甘油等。通过添加这些防腐剂,从而可期待对于本发明的污染防止用皮肤外用剂而言的防腐性提高的效果。
作为前述的pH调节剂,只要是在化妆品中通常所使用的成分,则可以使用任意者,可列举例如柠檬酸、柠檬酸Na、乳酸、乳酸Na、氢氧化Na、氢氧化K等。通过添加这些pH调节剂,从而可期待对于本发明的污染防止用皮肤外用剂而言的稳定性提高等的效果。
通过在本发明的防污染剂以及皮肤外用剂中添加如上所述那样的各种成分,从而可期待对应于这些成分而赋予保湿作用、细胞赋活作用、抗老化作用、育毛作用及皮肤粗糙改善作用等效果。
本发明的防污染剂以及皮肤外用剂能够在日常中使用,通过作为有效成分的前述MEL的作用,防止微小粒子状物质等大气气溶胶粒子对皮肤的附着。因此,从能够抑制由微小粒子状物质等大气气溶胶粒子引起的皮肤病症的发生、并且能够期待利用MEL本身的抗炎症效果来抑制由微小粒子状物质等大气气溶胶粒子引起的炎症的观点出发,本发明的防污染剂以及皮肤外用剂能够适合利用于为了保护皮肤免受外部环境影响而使用的皮肤外用剂。进而,除了防止微小粒子状物质附着的效果、抗炎症效果以外,对MEL还确认到屏障功能改善效果,因此可期待以各种不同的机制显示出对皮肤的有用的效果,我们期待:通过以皮肤外用剂的形式来使用,从而可有效地进行例如起因于由微小粒子状物质引起的炎症的干燥皮肤、粗糙皮肤、特应性皮肤炎、干癣等各种皮肤症状的预防·改善。
本发明的防污染剂及皮肤外用剂可适用于人,但只要能发挥其作用效果,则也能应用于除人以外的动物(例如小鼠、大鼠、仓鼠、狗、猫、牛、猪、猴等)。另外,本发明的防污染剂以由微生物发酵产生的源自天然的MEL作为有效成分,在安全性优异这一点上也有利。
实施例
利用以下的实施例,对本发明进行更详细地说明,但是,本发明并不受这些实施例的任何限定。
实施例1MEL-B的制造
使用500ml容量的坂口烧瓶,将Pseudozyma tsukubaensis(NBRC1940)在YM培养基中以培养温度26℃通气搅拌培养48小时。将所得的溶液设为种培养液。使用10L容量的发酵缸,将所得的种培养液在YM培养基(包含5%橄榄油)中以培养温度26℃通气搅拌培养7天。向培养液中添加等量的乙酸乙酯,进行搅拌、分配。向乙酸乙酯层中添加适量的无水硫酸Na,使其静置30分钟后,进行加温浓缩,得到粗MEL-B。使用硅胶柱,将所得的粗MEL-B用氯仿:丙酮=1:0、氯仿:丙酮=9:1、氯仿:丙酮1:1、氯仿:丙酮=3:7、氯仿:丙酮=0:1溶出。将MEL-B级分分取、浓缩,得到纯化MEL-B。
实施例2基于MEL-B的都市大气粉尘污染防止试验
(试样)
作为被检试样,按照表1所示的组成,利用以下记载的制备方法来制备。予以说明,本发明中使用的试样使用的是上述的实施例1中得到的MEL-B。
首先,将表1中的A加温至70℃,添加B,进行搅拌、溶解。接着,一边搅拌A+B相,一边缓缓地添加预先以60℃加温溶解的C+D相(在比较例的情况下为D相),制备成分散有MEL的被检试样。

(使用了生物皮肤的污染防止评价)
对人工皮肤模型生物皮肤(Beaulux制),按照2mg/cm2均匀地涂布被检试样,进行静置,使其干燥(n=3)。将都市大气粉尘(NIES CRM No.28)10mg称取至塑料袋(生产日本公司制)中,盖上盖,摇动塑料袋,制作都市大气粉尘飞散的拟似大气。向分散有都市大气粉尘的塑料袋中装入涂布有被检试样的生物皮肤,进行摇动,由此使生物皮肤上附着都市大气粉尘。用显微镜(OMRON制)拍摄多处附着有都市大气粉尘的生物皮肤,记录刚附着后的状态。之后,将附着有都市粉尘的生物皮肤暴露于喷淋状的流水200g下,以不擦蹭的方式除去表面的水分。再次用显微镜拍摄与在刚附着后拍摄的部位同样的部位,记录由流水所致的都市大气粉尘的脱落后的状态(参照图1)。对流水处理前后的拍摄照片,使用图像处理软件ImageJ(https://imagej.nih.gov/ij/)进行白黑转换,将黑色部分的面积值作为都市大气粉尘附着面积进行数值化,算出流水处理前后的都市大气粉尘除去率。试验采用双重盲检来实施。
将所得的结果示于图2中。由图2可知,在涂布了包含MEL-B的被检试样的情况下,与涂布了不包含MEL-B的被检试样的情况相比,附着于生物皮肤的都市大气粉尘显著变少。即,由本结果显示,包含MEL-B的被检试样发挥防止微小粒子状物质附着的效果。认为这是由于:MEL-B在生物皮肤表面进行自组装,形成亲水基团彼此、疏水基彼此有序排列而成的层结构,发挥微小粒子状物质的附着预防效果,在流水曝露时都市大气粉尘有效率地脱落。
实施例3
以下,示出作为本发明的皮肤外用剂的处方例。
(1)化妆水
按照下述组成,利用常规方法制造化妆水。

(3)乳霜
按照下述组成,利用常规方法来制造乳霜。

这些制剂均可期待防止微小粒子状物质等大气气溶胶粒子附着的效果,在针对微小粒子状物质而言的皮肤的保护上有效。
产业上的可利用性
本发明的防污染剂以及皮肤外用剂可期待:通过防止微小粒子状物质等大气气溶胶粒子对皮肤、毛发的附着,从而防止由大气污染物质所致的皮肤的炎症等病症。进而,从能够通过MEL的抗炎症效果、屏障功能改善效果而协同地抑制皮肤的病症的观点出发,能够适合地利用于皮肤外用剂。

1.甘露糖赤藓糖醇酯即MEL在防污染剂的制造中的使用,所述防污染剂中的防污染,是指防止大气气溶胶粒子吸附于皮肤、毛发。
2.根据权利要求1所述的使用,其中,所述大气气溶胶粒子是微小粒子状物质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的使用,其中,甘露糖赤藓糖醇酯即MEL为选自由MEL-A、MEL-B、MEL-C及MEL-D组成的组中的任意者。
4.根据权利要求1所述的使用,其中,甘露糖赤藓糖醇酯即MEL为MEL-B。
5.根据权利要求4所述的使用,其中,MEL-B具有通式(2)或通式(3)所示的结构,在通式(2)及通式(3)中,取代基R1表示相同或不同的碳原子数4~24的脂肪族酰基,
6.根据权利要求5所述的使用,其中,MEL-B具有通式(3)所示的结构,在通式(3)中,取代基R1表示相同或不同的碳原子数4~24的脂肪族酰基。

11.根据权利要求10所述的使用,其中,所述防污染剂含有0.01质量%~1质量%的甘露糖赤藓糖醇酯即MEL。
12.根据权利要求10所述的使用,其中,所述防污染剂含有0.05质量%~0.5质量%的甘露糖赤藓糖醇酯即MEL。
13.利用甘露糖赤藓糖醇酯即MEL制造的防污染剂在抑制大气气溶胶粒子在皮肤或毛发上的吸附中的非治疗目的的使用。
