The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. The plant gargle comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: the oral cavity cleaning agent is a mixture formed by mixing a clove extract, citric acid, monocalcium phosphate, thymol, low-concentration alcohol, persimmon acerbity, sodium monofluorophosphate and a sweetening agent, and the cooling agent is menthane formylethylamine.
A preparation method of a plant gargle comprises the following steps:
s1, batching: firstly, weighing the radix zanthoxyli extract, the oral cavity cleanser, the ethanol, the cool feeling agent, the sodium benzoate, the hydrogenated castor oil, the phycocyanin, the traditional Chinese medicine extract, the sodium chloride and the purified water in required weight parts respectively by using a batching device;
s2, preparation of an oral cavity cleaning agent: respectively mixing the oral cavity cleanser raw materials measured in the step S1 for 23min by using magnetic stirring equipment to obtain an oral cavity cleanser;
s3, mixing the main materials: pouring the radix zanthoxyli extract and the traditional Chinese medicine extract weighed in the step S1 into mixing and stirring equipment in sequence, pouring the oral cavity cleaning agent prepared in the step S2 into mixing equipment, adding 13 parts of purified water, and stirring for 35min at the rotation speed of 700r/min and the temperature of 29 ℃ to obtain a main gargle mixing material;
s4, mixing auxiliary materials: adding the ethanol, the cooling agent, the sodium benzoate, the hydrogenated castor oil, the phycoblue and the sodium chloride which are weighed in the step S1 into the gargle main mixture prepared in the step S3 in sequence, adding the residual purified water into the gargle main mixture, and stirring the mixture for 1.5 hours at the rotating speed of 900r/min to obtain a gargle product;
s5, package quality inspection: and (5) filling the gargle product obtained in the step S4 by filling equipment, then packaging by packaging equipment, and then performing quality inspection treatment, wherein the gargle product can be sold or stored in a warehouse after the quality inspection is qualified.
Example 2
The plant gargle comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: the oral cavity cleaning agent is a mixture formed by mixing clove extract, citric acid, monocalcium phosphate, thymol, low-concentration alcohol, persimmon acerb, sodium monofluorophosphate and a sweetening agent, and the cooling agent is methyl diisopropyl propionamide.

The plant gargle comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of radix zanthoxyli extract, 10 parts of oral cleanser, 4 parts of ethanol, 5 parts of cool feeling agent, 2 parts of sodium benzoate, 4 parts of hydrogenated castor oil, 2 parts of phycoblue, 10 parts of traditional Chinese medicine extract, 2 parts of sodium chloride and 20 parts of purified water, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine extract is a composition of wedelia chinensis extract and Chinese fan palm seed extract, the oral cleanser is a mixture formed by mixing clove extract, citric acid, monocalcium phosphate, thymol, low-concentration alcohol, persimmon astringent taste, sodium monofluorophosphate and a sweetening agent, and the cool feeling agent is methyl diisopropyl propionamide.
A preparation method of a plant gargle comprises the following steps:
s1, batching: firstly, weighing the radix zanthoxyli extract, the oral cavity cleanser, the ethanol, the cool feeling agent, the sodium benzoate, the hydrogenated castor oil, the phycocyanin, the traditional Chinese medicine extract, the sodium chloride and the purified water in required weight parts respectively by using a batching device;
s2, preparation of an oral cavity cleaning agent: respectively mixing the oral cavity cleanser raw materials measured in the step S1 for 25min by using magnetic stirring equipment to obtain an oral cavity cleanser;
s3, mixing the main materials: pouring the radix zanthoxyli extract and the traditional Chinese medicine extract weighed in the step S1 into mixing and stirring equipment in sequence, pouring the oral cavity cleaning agent prepared in the step S2 into mixing equipment, adding 15 parts of purified water, and stirring for 40min at the rotating speed of 800r/min and the temperature of 33 ℃ to obtain a main gargle mixing material;
s4, mixing auxiliary materials: adding the ethanol, the cooling agent, the sodium benzoate, the hydrogenated castor oil, the phycoblue and the sodium chloride which are weighed in the step S1 into the gargle main mixture prepared in the step S3 in sequence, adding the residual purified water into the gargle main mixture, and stirring the mixture for 2 hours at the rotating speed of 1000r/min to obtain a gargle product;
s5, package quality inspection: and (5) filling the gargle product obtained in the step S4 by filling equipment, then packaging by packaging equipment, and then performing quality inspection treatment, wherein the gargle product can be sold or stored in a warehouse after the quality inspection is qualified.
In conclusion, the gargle can realize the effects of sterilizing, disinfecting, cleaning, cooling and relieving pain by combining the Zanthoxylum nitidum extract, the oral cavity cleanser and the cold feeling agent, so that the gargle can effectively treat toothache, sore throat, cervical lymph node tuberculosis, and greatly enrich the functions of the gargle, thereby being very beneficial to people.

A plant gargle is characterized in that: the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of radix zanthoxyli extract, 10-20 parts of oral cleanser, 2-4 parts of ethanol, 5-10 parts of cold feeling agent, 1-2 parts of sodium benzoate, 2-4 parts of hydrogenated castor oil, 1-2 parts of phycocyanin, 10-20 parts of traditional Chinese medicine extract, 1-2 parts of sodium chloride and 20-26 parts of purified water.

The plant gargle of claim 1, wherein said plant gargle comprises: the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 7 parts of radix zanthoxyli extract, 15 parts of oral cavity cleanser, 3 parts of ethanol, 7 parts of cooling agent, 1.5 parts of sodium benzoate, 3 parts of hydrogenated castor oil, 1.5 parts of phycoblue, 15 parts of traditional Chinese medicine extract, 1.5 parts of sodium chloride and 23.5 parts of purified water.

The plant gargle of claim 1, wherein said plant gargle comprises: the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 5 parts of radix zanthoxyli extract, 20 parts of oral cavity cleanser, 2 parts of ethanol, 10 parts of cool feeling agent, 1 part of sodium benzoate, 2 parts of hydrogenated castor oil, 1 part of phycoblue, 20 parts of traditional Chinese medicine extract, 1 part of sodium chloride and 26 parts of purified water.

The plant gargle of claim 1, wherein said plant gargle comprises: the raw materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of radix zanthoxyli extract, 10 parts of oral cleanser, 4 parts of ethanol, 5 parts of cooling agent, 2 parts of sodium benzoate, 4 parts of hydrogenated castor oil, 2 parts of algae blue, 10 parts of traditional Chinese medicine extract, 2 parts of sodium chloride and 20 parts of purified water.
5. A plant mouthrinse according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that: the traditional Chinese medicine extract is one or a combination of more of a tea extract, a blumea balsamifera extract, a wedeloa chinensis extract or a Chinese fan palm seed extract.
6. A plant mouthrinse according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that: the oral cavity cleanser is a mixture formed by mixing clove extract, citric acid, monocalcium phosphate, thymol, low-concentration alcohol, persimmon acerbity, sodium monofluorophosphate and a sweetening agent.
7. A plant mouthrinse according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that: the cooling agent is one of menthane formyl ethylamine or methyl diisopropyl propionamide.
8. A plant mouthrinse according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that: the preparation method specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, batching: firstly, weighing the radix zanthoxyli extract, the oral cavity cleanser, the ethanol, the cool feeling agent, the sodium benzoate, the hydrogenated castor oil, the phycocyanin, the traditional Chinese medicine extract, the sodium chloride and the purified water in required weight parts respectively by using a batching device;
s2, preparation of an oral cavity cleaning agent: respectively mixing the oral cavity cleanser raw materials measured in the step S1 for 20-25min by using magnetic stirring equipment to obtain an oral cavity cleanser;
