背景技术

S3:向S2中得到的混合物A中加入1份灭活食用酵母粉和1份低聚果糖粉并搅拌均匀,得到混合物B;
S4:将S3中得到的混合物B通过烘干机进行烘干处理;
S5:将S4中烘干后的混合物B进行低温辐照杀菌处理;
S6:将S5中经过低温辐照杀菌处理后的混合物B进行分装;
S7:分装完成后,进行成品包装;
S8:成品包装完成后再进行辐照灭菌。

优选的,所述海红香米胚芽米皮的制备方法包括以下步骤:
L1:海红香米糙米用网筛筛选出不完整米粒与碎米,得到完整的海红香米糙米;
L2:筛选后完整的海红香米糙米,用色选出异色粒(即坏死米粒);
L3:经第二次筛选的优质海红米糙米,制作去胚芽米皮;
L4:海红香米糙米的胚芽米皮,用网筛隔出碎米;
L5:将筛出的胚芽米皮低温烘干;
L6:烘干的胚芽米皮,使用低温研磨机进行破壁硏磨;
L7:低温烘干后的破壁胚芽米皮粉,加入其它配方拌料,制作为半成品;
L8:对半成品进行紫外线灭菌处理;
L9:半成品制作成独立单剂密封包装;
L10:装箱做成品包装,再做低温辐照灭菌,低温辐照灭菌后在成品仓库作恒温保存。

S3:向S2中得到的混合物A中加入1份灭活食用酵母粉和1份低聚果糖粉并搅拌均匀,得到混合物B;
S4:将S3中得到的混合物B通过烘干机进行烘干处理;
S5:将S4中烘干后的混合物B进行低温辐照杀菌处理;
S6:将S5中经过低温辐照杀菌处理后的混合物B进行分装;
S7:分装完成后,进行成品包装;
S8:成品包装完成后再进行辐照灭菌。
