技术领域
本发明涉及印制电路板防护技术领域,具体为一种阻燃型印制电路板用三防漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
印制电路板是指在绝缘基材上,按照预定设计形成从点到点互联线路以及印制元件,是电子元器件电气连接的提供者。电路板在日常生活中非常常见,小到手机、U盘、照相机,大到航天航空、高铁动车等高端产品。随着电子产品种类及数量的日趋增加,要提高电子产品的竞争力,严控电路板的质量是尤为重要的环节。在实际应用过程中,电路板的使用环境复杂多样,可能面临潮湿、高热、盐雾、低温、震动、高尘等环境,如果不进行相应有效的防护,电路板将会迅速出现腐蚀、变形、霉变、老化等问题,最终导致电路失效,设备出现故障。
为了减轻外界环境对电路板的破坏,保证设备正常运作,常在电路板表面喷涂防护漆,也称之为三防漆,其主要的化学成分为丙烯酸酯、硅酮、聚氨酯、环氧树脂等,工作原理是在电路板表面形成一层保护膜,以使电路板免受工作环境损害,从而增进电路板的质量可靠性,现有的三防漆主要存在防护周期短、高温易脱落、不能抵御环境污染物,尤其是化学污染物的腐蚀、不易返修、有毒有害等缺点,因此有必要改进三防漆配方,进一步加强电路板的综合性能,提升防护效果,以满足集成电路技术迅猛发展的需求。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种阻燃型印制电路板用三防漆及其制备方法,以提高其环境耐受力,尤其高热环境中,防止电路板线路发热着火,提高设备使用安全性。
(二)技术方案
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种阻燃型印制电路板用三防漆,该三防漆由以下重量份的主料和助剂制成:主料45-52份、助剂2-4份;
所述的主料中各组分及其重量份为:短油度醇酸树脂30-35份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯6-9份、聚乙酸乙烯酯10-12份、二甲苯8-10份、乙酸乙酯10-12份、偏苯三酸酐6-9份、600目透明粉2-3份、钛酸酯偶联剂1-2份、环烷酸钴1-2份、丁酮肟1-2份、三氯乙基磷酸酯2-4份、异氰酸酯4-5份;
所述的助剂中各组分及其重量份为:海泡石绒2-4份、异丙醇胺1-2份、二乙二醇二苯甲酸酯4-6份、丙二醇甲醚2-4份、羊毛软脂酸1-3份、熟桐油12-15份、油酸二乙醇酰胺1-2份、芥末油0.1-0.2份、碳酸二甲酯9-12份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1-2份。
优选的,主料50份、助剂4份;
所述的主料中各组分及其重量份为:短油度醇酸树脂35份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯9份、聚乙酸乙烯酯12份、二甲苯8份、乙酸乙酯12份、偏苯三酸酐6份、600目透明粉3份、钛酸酯偶联剂1份、环烷酸钴2份、丁酮肟1份、三氯乙基磷酸酯4份、异氰酸酯5份;
所述的助剂中各组分及其重量份为:海泡石绒4份、异丙醇胺1份、二乙二醇二苯甲酸酯6份、丙二醇甲醚3份、羊毛软脂酸2份、熟桐油14份、油酸二乙醇酰胺2份、芥末油0.2份、碳酸二甲酯10份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2份。
一种阻燃型印制电路板用三防漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)助剂的制备:先将海泡石绒与油酸二乙醇酰胺、二乙二醇二苯甲酸酯混合,搅拌均匀后研磨10-15min,制成海泡石浆料备用,将羊毛软脂酸加入碳酸二甲酯中,搅拌至其完全溶解后,加入其它剩余物料混合搅拌20-30min,再滴加海泡石绒浆料,边滴加边搅拌,滴加结束即得;
(2)将600目透明粉与钛酸酯偶联剂混合,研磨20-30min,得到的粉体与助剂、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、三氯乙基磷酸酯一起加入二甲苯、乙酸乙酯溶液中,加热至40-50℃,搅拌40-50min;
(3)将步骤(1)所得的物料与短油度醇酸树脂、聚乙酸乙烯酯混合,加热至60-70℃,超声30-40min,随后加入其它剩余物料,加热至100-120℃,搅拌40-50min,随后经自然冷却至室温即得,成品在1-2h内使用完毕即可。
(三)有益效果
本发明提供一种阻燃型印制电路板用三防漆及其制备方法。具备以下有益效果:
通过将短油度醇酸树脂、聚乙酸乙烯酯在溶剂中经过超声处理,极大的改善了混合树脂的表面活性,降低其粘度,提高使用性能,也使得后续的固化速率加快;丁酮肟能够防止涂料结皮,并能稳定涂料粘度,加入的透明粉是一类非金属粉体,透明度高,且无色无味,经过钛酸酯偶联剂表面处理后在树脂中能良好分散,从而有效的提高涂料的耐候性和耐腐蚀性,提高漆膜透明度和耐磨性能;而三氯乙基磷酸酯是一类优良的阻燃剂,因此,本发明制备的三防漆不仅固化快,漆膜干燥迅速,漆膜平整,不易起皱,且耐候耐腐蚀,耐热耐火,可以在高热环境中有效的防护电路板,阻止电路板起火。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种阻燃型印制电路板用三防漆,主料50份、助剂4份;
主料中各组分及其重量份为:短油度醇酸树脂35份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯9份、聚乙酸乙烯酯12份、二甲苯8份、乙酸乙酯12份、偏苯三酸酐6份、600目透明粉3份、钛酸酯偶联剂1份、环烷酸钴2份、丁酮肟1份、三氯乙基磷酸酯4份、异氰酸酯5份;
助剂中各组分及其重量份为:海泡石绒4份、异丙醇胺1份、二乙二醇二苯甲酸酯6份、丙二醇甲醚3份、羊毛软脂酸2份、熟桐油14份、油酸二乙醇酰胺2份、芥末油0.2份、碳酸二甲酯10份、聚二甲基硅氧烷2份。
一种阻燃型印制电路板用三防漆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)助剂的制备:先将海泡石绒与油酸二乙醇酰胺、二乙二醇二苯甲酸酯混合,搅拌均匀后研磨15min,制成海泡石浆料备用,将羊毛软脂酸加入碳酸二甲酯中,搅拌至其完全溶解后,加入其它剩余物料混合搅拌20min,再滴加海泡石绒浆料,边滴加边搅拌,滴加结束即得;
(2)将600目透明粉与钛酸酯偶联剂混合,研磨30min,得到的粉体与助剂、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、三氯乙基磷酸酯一起加入二甲苯、乙酸乙酯溶液中,加热至40-50℃,搅拌50min;
(3)将步骤(1)所得的物料与短油度醇酸树脂、聚乙酸乙烯酯混合,加热至60-70℃,超声40min,随后加入其它剩余物料,加热至120℃,搅拌40-50min,随后经自然冷却至室温即得,成品在1-2h内使用完毕即可。

所述的主料中各组分及其重量份为:短油度醇酸树脂30-35份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯6-9份、聚乙酸乙烯酯10-12份、二甲苯8-10份、乙酸乙酯10-12份、偏苯三酸酐6-9份、600目透明粉2-3份、钛酸酯偶联剂1-2份、环烷酸钴1-2份、丁酮肟1-2份、三氯乙基磷酸酯2-4份、异氰酸酯4-5份;
所述的助剂中各组分及其重量份为:海泡石绒2-4份、异丙醇胺1-2份、二乙二醇二苯甲酸酯4-6份、丙二醇甲醚2-4份、羊毛软脂酸1-3份、熟桐油12-15份、油酸二乙醇酰胺1-2份、芥末油0.1-0.2份、碳酸二甲酯9-12份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型印制电路板用三防漆,其特征在于:主料50份、助剂4份;

3.一种阻燃型印制电路板用三防漆的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)助剂的制备:先将海泡石绒与油酸二乙醇酰胺、二乙二醇二苯甲酸酯混合,搅拌均匀后研磨10-15min,制成海泡石浆料备用,将羊毛软脂酸加入碳酸二甲酯中,搅拌至其完全溶解后,加入其它剩余物料混合搅拌20-30min,再滴加海泡石绒浆料,边滴加边搅拌,滴加结束即得;
(2)将600目透明粉与钛酸酯偶联剂混合,研磨20-30min,得到的粉体与助剂、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、三氯乙基磷酸酯一起加入二甲苯、乙酸乙酯溶液中,加热至40-50℃,搅拌40-50min;
(3)将步骤(1)所得的物料与短油度醇酸树脂、聚乙酸乙烯酯混合,加热至60-70℃,超声30-40min,随后加入其它剩余物料,加热至100-120℃,搅拌40-50min,随后经自然冷却至室温即得,成品在1-2h内使用完毕即可。
