Background
With the rapid development of modern economy, the social pressure is increased, the diet is irregular, the influence of environmental quality is added, obviously, the secretion of melanin of people is more and more, and the strong ultraviolet irradiation easily causes uneven skin color, dark skin color and even spot formation.
People use more and more time and funds to perform self investment and image management, more and more people are not simply meeting the basic skin care of healthy skin and want to further pursue white skin, but the traditional whitening products have the obvious effect that heavy metals exceed the standard and are not suitable for long-term use. The inhibition of melanin secretion is mainly based on two aspects of antioxidation and tyrosinase activity inhibition, so the problems of antioxidation and tyrosinase activity inhibition need to be solved to achieve the purpose of whitening.
The abalone is a special agricultural product of Shandong chapter dun, and is always a main economic source for local vegetable growers, the current eating mode of the abalone is mainly fresh food, the eating parts are mainly one to two and a half parts from inside to outside, other large amount of abalone stems and leaves are treated by waste, the rest parts are mainly discarded in rural areas or fed to livestock, the economic value cannot be well played, and the problem of environmental pollution also exists. Through research, the extract of the abalone contains a large amount of flavonoid components, the flavonoid components have an antioxidant effect, can clear hydroxyl free radicals and inhibit lipid peroxidation, and the essential oil of the abalone contains terpenes and aromatic components, has an antibacterial effect and a nerve soothing effect, so that the applicant considers that the extract is combined into a skin care product.

Comfort test
Testing the population:
100 volunteers are selected for trial, the patients are 15-26 years old, the symptoms are mainly manifested by the uncomfortable phenomena of facial red blood streak, pruritus, stabbing pain and the like, 100 subjects are randomly divided into 10 groups, and each group respectively uses the mask component of the embodiment.
Note that: the person chooses not to take antihistamine or immunosuppressant within the last week.
The test method comprises the following steps:
after cleaning the face at night every day, the mask was spread and applied for 15min, and then removed, so that one sheet was used at intervals of 2 days for 10 cycles (30 days), and the results were observed. The skin is normally protected according to the usual skin care steps without changing or simplifying the skin care steps and additionally using other brands of facial masks,
and (3) testing the effect:
TABLE 1 comfort Performance test results Table
The effect is weak: the facial redness is relieved, and the tingling sensation is weakened but existed;
has the following effects: the redness of the face is relieved, and the skin prickling sensation is weakened;
the effect is obvious: the redness of the face except the two cheeks disappears, the tingling sensation disappears, the moisture content of the skin is increased (more than 15 percent), and the moisture loss value through the epidermis is 11-14 percent;
the effect is remarkable: the redness of the face disappears, the skin is fair, the tingling sensation disappears, the moisture content of the skin is increased (more than 15 percent), and the moisture loss value of the skin is 7-10 percent.
According to the test results, the average effect of 10 volunteers selected in each embodiment is finally obtained, and according to the test results, the skin problems of red blood streak, pruritus, stabbing pain and the like are all relieved and solved to a certain extent by using the facial masks of the ten embodiments for 100 volunteers, so that the facial masks are worthy of being popularized as relieving products.
(II) whitening test
The whitening effect is mainly achieved by inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase so as to prevent the formation of melanin, thereby achieving the effect of whitening the skin.
The whitening test principle is as follows:
melanin is actually an amino acid derivative, the melanine pigment can activate tyrosinase to form melanin when external environmental stimulation is received, the tyrosinase is the most important factor in the formation process of the melanin, and the effect of whitening can be achieved by inhibiting the activity of the tyrosinase.
The essences of examples 1 to 10 were subjected to tyrosinase activity inhibition experiments, and the inhibition rate of tyrosinase activity was measured to evaluate whitening effects.
The whitening test method comprises the following steps:
adding corresponding reaction liquid into samples respectively, shaking and mixing uniformly, preheating for 10min at 37 ℃, then adding tyrosinase solution into each test tube respectively, reacting for 5min at 37 ℃, quickly transferring into a cuvette, and measuring an absorbance value at 475nm to represent the efficacy of the inhibitor by an inhibitor concentration (IC50) which causes the tyrosinase activity to be reduced by 50%.
And (3) a whitening test result:
TABLE 2 Melanin inhibitory Effect
Tyrosinase inhibitory concentration (IC50) | |
Example 1 | 0.209±0.1 |
Example 2 | 0.213±0.2 |
Example 3 | 0.258±0.1 |
Example 4 | 0.261±0.3 |
Example 5 | 0.227±0.1 |
Example 6 | 0.215±0.1 |
Example 7 | 0.206±0.2 |
Example 8 | 0.233±0.1 |
Example 9 | 0.201±0.3 |
Example 10 | 0.229±0.1 |
Arbutin (positive control) | 0.193±0.1 |
According to the test results in table 2, the mask essences described in examples 1 to 10 have higher inhibitory concentration (IC50) on tyrosinase activity than the positive control arbutin.
From the test results, the facial mask essence of the 10 embodiments shows good whitening effects to different degrees, and is worthy of popularization as a whitening product.
The essence components in the application can be matched with surfactants, emulsifiers and silicone grease components to form various product forms such as cream, lotion, essence, facial cleanser and the like.
The above-mentioned embodiments are merely descriptions of the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and various modifications and alterations made to the technical solution of the present invention without departing from the spirit of the present invention are intended to fall within the scope of the present invention defined by the claims.
