Description

Compound natural extract spot-fading mask and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a compound natural extract speckle-reducing facial mask and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The natural product skin care product is mainly a cosmetic prepared by adding natural raw material extracts obtained by refining after certain technical treatment into raw materials used for production. Plants, animals and microorganisms belong to the main sources of extracts added in natural product skin care products, and the plant extracts are most widely used in the extracts and are successfully applied to the fields of food, pharmacy, beauty and skin care and the like. In recent years, the consumer market occupied by natural product skin care products with antioxidant, moisturizing, sunscreen, whitening and other effects is gradually expanding.
Chloasma is a common chronic symmetrical facial pigment metabolic disturbance disease and is clinically characterized by symmetrical light brown pigmentation of the face, irregular shapes of stains and no obvious subjective symptoms. Its color spots are often distributed on the face, forehead, cheeks, chin, etc. The modern pathogenesis research of chloasma is not completely clear, and the chloasma is generally accepted to be related to mechanisms such as ultraviolet irradiation, unbalance of oxidation and antioxidant systems, level disorder of estrogen and progestogen, damaged skin barrier, local small blood vessel dilatation and hyperplasia, local skin inflammation generation and the like. However, no specific, safe and effective treatment method has been found in view of the unknown pathogenesis, and the treatment of chloasma is still a challenge.
Yunnan belongs to the high-altitude area ultraviolet radiation very strong, and the skin can appear the condition such as lack of water red swelling, melanin deposit after the sun-cured, therefore to sun-cured repair, whitening and moisturizing of sun-block agent, the demand of the skin care products that show the light spot effect totally is bigger.

In the method of the invention:
procyanidine is a novel natural plant extract with whitening and antioxidant effects, and is a natural antioxidant. It is identified as the substance with the strongest ability of resisting oxidation and removing free radicals in human body which can be extracted in the world at present. The procyanidin extracted from grape seed can eliminate and resist free radicals generated by human body, and is effective
The skin care product containing the procyanidine can be contacted with the skin and can shrink pores and tighten the skin, so that the skin is moist, fresh and not thick. Can reasonably utilize the advantages of natural and wide geographic resources in China to develop various skin care products containing procyanidin.
Nostoc commune (N)ostoc commune Vauch.) Is a Colony type (Colony) in Nostoc, and the algae filament is composed of 50-170 vegetative cells and heteromorphic cells. The agaric extract can be eaten and used as a medicine, and in recent years, people find that the agaric extract has inhibition effects on protease activity, growth of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells and rectal cancer cells and fungi, and also has the functions of resisting oxidation, fixing nitrogen and protecting ultraviolet rays. Therefore, the nostoc commune is algae with theoretical research value and wide development prospect.

Poria enters the spleen and kidney meridians, and also enters the heart meridian. In beauty treatment, tuckahoe, which is good at removing dampness, emphasizes on eliminating facial skin edema, removing dampness and dissolving turbidity, improving dark face and lightening color spots. Modern pharmacological research finds that pachyman and tuckahoe triterpenes can improve the cold resistance, fatigue resistance and aging resistance of animals. Hydroxyproline in Poria can increase collagen fiber in skin to achieve the effect of delaying skin aging. Poria cocos can regulate tyrosinase RNA expression at gene transcription level, inhibit enzyme protein biosynthesis, and has speckle reducing effect.
Bletilla striata (Bletilla striata (Thunb.)Rchb. f.) Is a traditional Chinese medicine resource used as both medicine and food, and has the efficacies of astringency and astringency, entering lung to stop bleeding, promoting tissue regeneration and treating soreBletilla striata is a good beautifying medicine from ancient times, is known as 'whitening faecum', has the effects of whitening, removing freckles, resisting oxidation, removing wrinkles, fading acne marks, preventing chaps and the like, bletilla striata enters lung channels, belongs to the lung in white, the lung mainly plays a role in fur, can directly act on skin after external application, assists poria cocos, exerts the effects of whitening, removing freckles and moistening and beautifying, and is a ministerial medicine 'black face washing and freckles removing' cloud from the compendium of materia medica, modern pharmacological research shows that β -polyglucose in bletilla striata polysaccharide can stimulate the release of macromolecular metalloproteinase, reduce cytokine loss caused by solar radiation, repair skin, relax and compact skin and enable skin to be rich in elasticity.
Chinese aloe (A)aloeveral.var.chinesis(haw) Is widely applied to the cosmetic industry, and aloe facial masks, aloe gel and the like are more endless. Aloe polysaccharide is a large class of macromolecular compounds with different physiological functions, mainly mannan, but the compositions of polysaccharides in different varieties of aloe are different. Modern pharmacological research finds that the aloe polysaccharide has various pharmacological effects of resisting tumor, regulating immunity, resisting mutation, resisting radiation, resisting aging, resisting ulcer, resisting endotoxin, reducing toxicity, enhancing efficacy and the like in tumor chemotherapy; the Chinese aloe polysaccharide has better in-vitro antioxidant activity and has obvious dosage effect on the scavenging capacity of DPPH free radicals.
The spot-fading gel-like facial mask is prepared by taking grape seed procyanidin, nostoc commune, poria cocos, bletilla striata and aloe extracts as main components, optimizing a formula and a process, developing a spot-fading gel-like facial mask with the effects of moisturizing, whitening, resisting oxidation, preventing sun and repairing after sun exposure, and evaluating the properties of the spot-fading gel-like facial mask. The method can promote the resource development of aloe, nostoc commune, bletilla striata and poria cocos, promote the local economy to flourish, enrich the deep processing product types of grape seed procyanidin, aloe, nostoc commune, bletilla striata and poria cocos, increase the product categories of the natural medicine mask market, and develop a more humanized, green and popular traditional Chinese medicine mask for consumers.

Note: + positive results in a spot-lightening effect (smaller spots or lighter or both spots are present), -negative results in a less pronounced spot-lightening effect.
As can be seen from the above table, the masks prepared in examples 1 to 3 have excellent moisturizing properties, uv protection, tyrosinase activity inhibition, DPPH radical scavenging effects, and thus have excellent spot-fading effects; as can be seen from comparative example 1, the jojoba oil stabilizer is not added, so that the active substances of all natural extracts are partially deactivated, and the speckle-fading effect of the product is obviously reduced; as can be seen from comparative example 2, the low acid environment maintained by citric acid can maintain the activity of grape seed procyanidin, and the activity is obviously reduced without adding grape seed procyanidin, so that the antioxidant effect is reduced, and the spot-fading effect is reduced.
The specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the spirit of the invention. Various modifications or additions may be made to the described embodiments or alternatives may be employed by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit or ambit of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
