Test example 1
The skin health and no harm of 90 volunteers in the age range of 28-38 years are selected, wherein 45 volunteers are randomly divided into 9 groups, the obtained face cream is prepared by using the whitening compositions in examples 10-12 and comparative examples 1-6 (the addition amount of the whitening composition is 5%), a 4cm multiplied by 4cm area on the inner side of the left forearm of the volunteer is used as a tested area to apply face cream sample, and the volunteers cannot apply any cosmetics on the tested area during the experiment, and the application method is that the face cream is used once a day in the morning and evening for 28 days.
Cleaning the smearing parts before and after use, testing the skin melanin content of the tested area by adopting a pigment test probe after 0 day and 28 days of using the product, testing for three times, and taking an average value of the results;
the results are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2
As can be seen from table 2, the creams prepared with the whitening compositions of examples 10 to 12 can significantly reduce M I values, and the melanin content in the skin is significantly reduced; while the creams prepared with the whitening compositions of comparative examples 1 to 6 had a reduced M I value, the reduction was less and the melanin content in the skin was still greater. According to research, the invention is found that the synergistic effect of the oldenlandia diffusa extract, the polygonum cuspidatum extract and the chamomile extract is added, and the prepared composition has excellent whitening effect by reducing melanin synthesis, preventing melanin precipitation and aggregation and phagocytizing melanin and proceeding gradually.
Test example 2
The age range is 25-35 years, and the skin health is not damaged, wherein 20 skin-friendly oily or mixed skin volunteers are selected, the 40 skin-friendly oily or mixed skin-friendly skin is prepared by randomly dividing the 40 skin-friendly volunteers into 4 groups, and the obtained face cream (the addition amount of the whitening composition is 5%) is prepared by using the whitening compositions in examples 10-12 and comparative example 5, and the face forehead area of the volunteer is used as a test area to be smeared with the face cream sample, wherein the use method is carried out once a day in the morning and evening for 28 days.
Detecting the oil content of the skin surface of the forehead part for 3 times by using an oil measuring instrument after 0 day and 28 days of using the product, taking an average value, and calculating the reduction amount of the oil content of the skin surface;
the results are shown in Table 3.
TABLE 3 Table 3
As can be seen from Table 3, the creams prepared with the whitening compositions of examples 10 to 12 of the present invention were effective in reducing the skin surface oil secretion, whereas the cream prepared with the whitening composition of comparative example 5 of the present invention was low in the reduction of the skin surface oil secretion. The invention is because the potassium methoxysalicylate is added on the basis of the melaleuca alternifolia oil, and the potassium methoxysalicylate penetrates deep into the horny layer to assist the melaleuca alternifolia oil to soften and dissolve the horny layer and promote the falling of the horny layer, and simultaneously, the potassium methoxysalicylate can also inhibit excessive secretion of sebaceous glands and reduce accumulation of grease on the surface of skin, thereby improving oily skin problem and reducing pore blockage.
Test example 3
50 volunteers 30-45 years old, 25 men and women, were randomly divided into 5 groups of 10, and the obtained creams were prepared using the whitening compositions of examples 10-12 and comparative examples 6-7, respectively (the addition amount of the whitening composition was 5%), and the face area of the volunteer was used as a test area to apply a cream sample once a day for 28 days.
Skin moisture content was measured using a skin moisture content tester Corneometer CM825 after 0 and 28 days of product use, and the moisture content of the skin before and after application of the cream was evaluated;
the results are shown in Table 4.
TABLE 4 Table 4
As can be seen from Table 4, the creams prepared with the whitening compositions of examples 10 to 12 of the present invention effectively increased the skin moisture content, whereas the creams prepared with the whitening compositions of comparative examples 6 to 7 of the present invention also increased the skin moisture content, but the effect of the increase was relatively insignificant. The invention is characterized in that white pool flower seed oil is added on the basis of the melaleuca alternifolia oil, ecdysone in the melaleuca alternifolia oil can effectively assist the melaleuca alternifolia oil to degrade the cuticle, and the exudation of the hydration compound is regulated by changing the keratin tissue, so that the moisture is absorbed again and the hydrate is formed on the skin epidermis layer, thereby the skin is moisturized; the added licorice extract can promote the generation of aquaporin and is beneficial to the maintenance of moisture on the surface of skin, so that the licorice extract can effectively lock the moisture supplemented by the white pool flower oil, and the prepared composition has excellent moisturizing and water locking effects.
