Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to a composition and a cosmetic composition for skin anti-inflammation and moisture retention, a lipstick and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The stratum corneum and the granular layer of the lip skin are very thin, and the skin at the lip part has no melanocyte and can not effectively secrete melanin to resist photoaging; in addition, there are no sebaceous glands on the skin of the lips, and sebum cannot be secreted spontaneously to form a protective layer of a sebaceous membrane, thus causing the water loss rate of the skin of the lips to be much higher than that of the skin of the face.
Modern women use lipstick frequently for pursuit of beauty, and substances such as artificial pigments, artificial essences, heavy metals, high-polarity synthetic esters and the like contained in the lipstick can cause sensitive, fragile, dry and peeling of lip skin, and even develop into common lip problems such as chronic exfoliative cheilitis and the like.
With the improvement of the living standard of people, more and more women have the requirements on the lipstick that the lipstick is not only closed and moisturized, but also has the anti-cheilitis and deep and long-acting nourishing requirements, so that the development of a brand-new and upgraded lip essence cream is urgently needed to meet the more and more women's requirements.

The physicochemical properties of the lipstick were determined according to the standard QB/T1977-2004.
The results show that the lipstick prepared by all the preparation examples has good sensory indexes, smooth appearance, no air bubbles, no obvious impurities, uniform paste color, no layering phenomenon and attractive fragrance. The lipstick prepared by the method has good cold resistance and heat resistance, is taken out and restored to room temperature after being placed for 24 hours at minus 5 ℃ to minus 10 ℃ (cold resistance) and 45 ℃ (heat resistance), has no softening and crack, has no obvious adverse effect on the use effect and the state, and reaches the standards of all microbial indexes.
Test example 2: anti-inflammatory Effect test
The lipsticks prepared in the examples and comparative examples were tested in 30 subjects each of them, healthy women (i.e. non-allergic constitution) aged between 20 and 50 years, and mainly manifested by chapped and inflamed skin of the lips.
The use method comprises the following steps: after the face of the subject was cleaned for 15min, the lipstick was applied to the lips once after breakfast, lunch, dinner and before sleep.
After the subjects used for 1 week, after face cleaning for 10min, the lips of the subjects were examined using a skin Imaging and beauty management system Visia (model Generation 7, Canfield Imaging Systems, USA), the examination results of the subjects were recorded, the characteristic number of the red color zone of the lips of the subjects was analyzed and recorded based on the examination results collected each time, and the improvement rate of the red color zone was calculated, and the results are shown in Table 3. FIG. 1 is a graph showing a comparison of red areas on the lips of subjects before and after 4 weeks using the lipstick of preferred embodiment 1 of the present invention. The red area of the lips before use is shown on the left of fig. 1, and the red area of the lips after 4 weeks of use is shown on the right.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, the red lip color area characteristic numbers of the right image in FIG. 1 are significantly less than those of the left image in FIG. 1, indicating that the lipstick provided by the present invention has significant anti-inflammatory effects.
Wherein, the calculation formula of the improvement rate of the red area is as follows: { (characteristic number of red region of lips of subject before lipstick-characteristic number of red region of lips of the same subject after 4 weeks using lipstick)/characteristic number of red region of lips of subject before lipstick }. times.100%.

Test example 3: test of moisturizing Effect
The test subjects of test example 3 were the same as those of test example 2, except for the detection method, specifically, as follows:
the specific detection method comprises the following steps: considering that lip application has a large influence on the transdermal water loss rate test due to factors such as expiration, the test is performed by replacing the lip with the inner side of the arm (specifically, the middle part of the forearm), the subject applies lipstick after cleaning the inner side of the arm, the transdermal water loss rate test is performed on the inner side of the arm of the subject 2h, 4h and 6h after the application by using a skin test system (dermab Series skin lab Combo, denmark Cortex technologies), the test results of the subject are recorded, and the transdermal water loss rate on the inner side of the arm of the subject is analyzed and recorded according to the test results collected each time, and the results are shown in table 4.
Wherein, the calculation formula of the improvement rate of the percutaneous water loss rate is as follows: { (transdermal water loss rate on the medial side of the arm of the subject before lipstick application-transdermal water loss rate on the medial side of the arm of the same subject after 6h with lipstick)/transdermal water loss rate on the medial side of the arm of the subject before lipstick application }. times.100%.

As can be seen from Table 4, the lipstick provided by the invention has a good moisturizing effect.
After the lipstick formed by the composition provided by the invention is used for one week, cheilitis is obviously improved, the effect of repairing lip chaps is more obvious, the effects of brightening the lips, preserving moisture and the like can be achieved, and the quality of the lipstick is better. Meanwhile, in the using process, the safety is high, and no phenomena such as allergy, skin discomfort and the like occur in a reaction.
