Description

Composition for lip care
Technical Field
The invention relates to a composition for lip care, belonging to the technical field of cosmetics.
Background
Unlike the skin of other parts, the horny layer of the lips is thin and there are no appendages such as sebaceous glands and hair follicles. Because the lips do not have melanocytes, melanin cannot be effectively secreted to resist photoaging; meanwhile, the lips are not provided with sebaceous glands and can not spontaneously secrete sebum to form a protective layer of a sebaceous membrane, so that the water loss speed of the skin of the lips is much higher than that of the skin of the face. The lip mucosa is the only non-cornified mucosa exposed outside the whole body for a long time, and has poor capability of resisting the change of the external environment, so that the lips are easy to crack, peel and even red and swollen due to the reasons of dryness, coldness, ultraviolet rays and the like. Thus, the lips need to be treated, and the most commonly used lip care substance is lipstick.
The lipstick mainly has the functions of providing a barrier for the moisture locked by the two lips, and simultaneously, relieving and repairing the lips and preventing the dryness phenomenon. At present, the main components of lipstick on the market are mostly petrolatum and wax, although the price is low, the use texture is poor, the reaction of allergy, red swelling and dryness can be easily generated on the fragile lip skin, and the original effect of moisturizing and lip moistening can not be achieved, so that the damage can be brought to the lip skin.
With the improvement of living standard and the upgrading of consumption, the requirements of people on lip cosmetic products are improved, the problems of closed moisturizing, cheilitis resistance, lip skin aging resistance and the like also become new requirements, and the development of a brand-new and upgraded lip care composition is urgently needed to meet the upgrading requirements of people.

Test example 1
1. Study subjects:
180 patients with exfoliative cheilitis are selected, and the diagnosis is definitely confirmed according to clinical symptoms, so that the diagnosis standard (54 men and 126 women) of exfoliative cheilitis is met, and the age is 15-37 years old. Patients were randomly divided into nine groups, a blank base group (active ingredient was the base excluding canola oil in example 1), regular rapeseed oil group (canola oil was changed to regular rapeseed oil in example 1), canola oil group (active ingredient was only canola oil), composition groups for lip care of examples 1-6, each group being 20. All subjects had the symptoms of repeated dryness, desquamation, exudation, incrustation, pain, swelling of lipstick, and had the habit of licking and biting lips.
There were no statistical differences in sex, age, initial chronic cheilitis status and cheilitis area composition ratio between the two groups of patients (P > 0.05).
2. The treatment method comprises the following steps:
all patients in each group were under the careful guidance of the physician to correct bad habits and clean the lips after meals in the morning, at noon and evening and before sleep.
The product is applied to lips and mouth, and can be administered within 30min without drinking water, eating food, and reducing speech. 2 times per day in the morning and at night, for example, drinking water or after eating, it should be supplemented at any time. Lipstick and lip licking are avoided after each group is used, and the curative effect is evaluated after 2 weeks of continuous use.
3. Evaluation indexes are as follows: and the occurrence condition of adverse reaction of the patient is observed in the medication process.
4. The curative effect standard is as follows: judging according to the clinical symptom score, and respectively classifying the symptoms such as skin damage area, dryness/chapping, scabbing, desquamation, pruritus, pain and the like into (0-3) scores according to the absence, lightness, middle and severity; the congestion and swelling are divided into 0-3 points according to the non-, light-, medium-and severe-degrees. And calculating the curative effect index. And (3) clinical control: after treatment, the symptoms of dry mouth and lips, desquamation, pruritus, swelling, pain and the like of a patient disappear, and the curative effect index is 95% or more; the effect is shown: after treatment, the symptoms of dry mouth and lips, desquamation and the like of the patient are obviously improved, and the curative effect index is 60-94%; the method has the following advantages: the symptoms of dry lips, desquamation and the like are relieved, and the curative effect index is 20 to 59 percent; and (4) invalidation: the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients are not improved or even aggravated after the treatment.
5. Statistical analysis:
the SPSS 22.0 version software is used for treatment, the clinical curative effect, the adverse reaction and the recurrence rate of two groups are all expressed as (n,%), and the difference of P less than 0.05 has statistical significance through X2 test.
6. As a result:
method for comparing clinical curative effects
The clinical efficacy statistics are shown in table 1.
