Description

电动门的控制和调节装置
本发明涉及电动机驱动的门的控制和调节装置。
目前人们已使用多种由电动机驱动的自动门,例如立式旋转门,拉门,弧线滑门和折叠门等。为了控制和调节这些自动门,一般都配置一个微处理器,它根据工作程序和与之相连的外部传感器或其他保险装置的信号实现对门的操作控制和调节。
德国专利文献DE PS3940762中介绍了这样一种拉门,它带有一种门保险组件,这些组件包括实现门保险功能的各构件。
一种借助于一个多项目专用系统控制和调节的立式旋转门公开在DE—PS4207705中、门的全部功能包括控制器和微处理器均在一个数据库内受到自动监视和控制。
但是,所有这些市场上销售的控制器和系统设备都不能实现下述功能,即由所用的微处理器和所用的控制或调节电路能分别和独立地提供所希望的双重保险作用。
本发明的目的,是提供一种具有高可靠性的自动门,它是由一个微处理器控制或调节的,它还可以由人手动操纵或复核。
本发明的目的,是采用权利要求1的特征所实现的。微处理器除了对输入信号进行加工以外,还接收由传感器或开关所发出的安全信号以及安全监测信号。在进行安全监测期间,微处理器根据预定的标准,确定是否在系统内存在一个故障信号以及这个故障信号是否必需使门处于静止状态。当出现一个故障信号时,将通知一个报警装置,该报警装置的任务是使与电机连接的门直接处于静止状态。于是,提供了一个具有准冗余度的或双路的系统,同时在微处理器内对同样的信号进行处理。这种双路性保证了当微处理器或安全监控这两条可靠路径之一中断时,都能将有关的门处于静止状态,以免在门的开闭区域内造成损伤。
同时还提供一个提高可靠性的方案,即装有一个Watch—Dog记时器,不过它并不装在微处理器内,而是接在外面。这个Watch—Dog记时器是由该微处理器触发的,因此当微处理器中断时,有关的系统也能自动进入静止状态。这套门系统只有当通过安全监控电路进行人工重新启动时,才能再工作。
操作人员通过一个与微处理器控制部分相连接的控制器,可以监视和控制整个系统的所有安全操作。例如,可以通过手动开关实现。操作人员通过操作开关,可以产生一个确定的调节信号,根据一个应用程序,例如它按照传感器发出的停止信号,使门制动。因此,这个安全监控系统必需经过可靠的试验。
所有出现的故障即可以显示在一个专门的显示器上,也可以显示在该安全监控系统的报警装置上,这种显示可以是声音显示或光学显示,也可以是两者同时显示。
下面结合附图进一步说明本发明的实施例。附图中:

在图1中,与处在中心部份的微处理器1相连的与安全有关的分支电路包括安全监控电路27和连接Watch—Dog定时器25的故障报警器47。这里必须强调的是,本发明的控制及调节方案与所用的门的类型无关,并且可以用于各种自动门的控制和/或调节。不同程序模块2,5,7的信息通过连接线3,4,6和8输入到微处理器1中。紧接着的与安全有关的装置,如传感器9,止动装置11,传感器13,开关15,安全保持电路17通过连接线10,12,14,16和18也接到微处理器1上。程序模块2除了连接微处理器1外,还通过连线3与安全监控电路27相连。在本实施例中,安全监控电路27提供了一种双路径,因为安全监控电路27以独立于微处理器1的方式与故障报警器47相连,它能使有关的电机静止。
由于安全监控电路27是电机模块33的一条直接相连的输入通道,因此来自电机的信号通过连线32送到编码器31后又经连线29输入到安全监控电路27内。同时编码器31通过连线30也将信号送到微处理器1内。这里可以看出,电动机的转向和转速可以同时显示在微处理器1和安全监控电路27上。
如果微处理器1出现一个技术故障,例如它的断路分支不能正常工作,则还存在另一个控制路径,即由安全监控回路27发出信号通过连线28输送到故障报警器47,使该报警器工作。故障报警器47通过一控制线42使继电器35动作,控制使电动机33与其控制线38连通的开关的触点37断开。电动机停转的操作方式可根据所用的直流电机33的类型决定,可采用制动阻力工作方式或直接短路方式。电机制动的结果是将有关的门置于静止不动的状态。控制线42不仅将控制信号送到继电器35,也将该信号通过连线43传送到微处理器1内。
为了保证微处理器1能有条不紊地可靠地工作,由微处理器1向一个Watch—Dog计时器25发送触发信号26,于是从该计时器25输出一个重新启动信号40到故障报警器47。这表明,由于微处理器1内可能存在故障,不应由微处理器1操纵门进入静止状态,出于对提高微处理器1运行可靠性的考虑,因此在这种情况下,由Watch—Dog计时器25向故障报警器47报警,于是该报警器47控制电机33停转。由此可见,当存在一个故障时,可通过由安全监控电路27构成的旁路实现使电机33停转的控制。受控的门不是靠自身的碰撞而直接开启的,而是由人手动操纵再启动模块24使整个系统再次起动的。这个再启动模块24一方面经连线23接至微处理器1,另一方面又经连线50直接连接到安全监控电路27上,于是在恢复启动方面,本发明也提供了独立于微处理器1的的控制的双路性。
故障报警器47通过一连线46接收来自微处理器1的信号。接着从报警器输出的控制信号经控制线46送到继电器34。继电器34动作的反馈信号又经由连线44送到微处理器1内。继电器34打开联系电机33及其控制线38的开关36。同时继电器34的控制信号又通过连线48送到故障显示器49。这个故障显示器可以显示声音信号,也可显示光学指示信息,其作用是使操作人员或维护人员明确知道故障发生的情况和恢复。
这里还装有一个安全装置,即电机33通过连线39接有一个电机电流监视器65。连线41将电机电流监视器65接到微处理器1上,不断地将有关的信号输送到计算机内。除了上述的各种连接方案外,图中还提供了一种保证电机速度的方案,即一个速度显示器19通过连线20与微处理器1相连接,类似的如果是用于立式旋转门,则表示静止状态(X位置)模块21通过连线22连接到微处理器1。
除了上述自动运行方式以外,还有一种可能性,即将一个控制装置66连接到微处理器1上,这个控制装置包括附加的手动开关,从而提供了对整个系统实现安全监控的第二条路径。这里有必要说明的是,在微处理器1内的工作程序应按照传感装置的止动信号将门制动。可以试验采用不同的开关、不同的模块来实现安全要求,例如,停止试验开关67、自动开关68,伺服开关69和定位开关70从而确定这些方案是否符合制造时给出的公差要求。通过对这些方案的实验还可以预先确定出各种数据之间的偏差,并且使操纵人员在这种情况下能根据预防性维护的要求对各种有关的情况加以控制,使经过运行试验的门能保证运行可靠。
图2显示了安全监控电路是怎样工作的。根据微处理器1发出的信号使门制动之后,按照正常路经将从制动模块51通过连线52传送一个重新启动(Reset)信号到比较器53。这个比较器53当信号大于或等于1时,设定RS—双稳态触发电路54为受Reset信号控制,于是激活该双稳态触发电路,并且该电路还可受到由线路3经过连线55输送的一个止动信号的控制。这个RS—双稳态触发电路54将一个触发信号通过连线61输出到与门60。从而存入一个非止动信号。可是这个止动信号同时又经连线3输入到一个单稳态触发器56。之后,该单稳态触发器被触发,并产生一个用于确定时间间隔的取决于门的制动路径的低电平信号,这个时间是指微处理器1使门制动所必需的等待时间,这个时间经过调整后,该单稳态触发电路56重新置1,并且将此信息通过连线71送到与门59。于是在与门的类型有关的该给定时间内,电机33处于运转状态,编码器31则通过连线29向单稳态触发器58输送一个脉冲。单稳态触发器58的输出信号经过连线72也送到与门59。与门59的两个输入均为高电平信号,于是与让59变换为高电平输出,并且通过连线73将信号传到紧接着的与门60。由于在这种情况下门仍然没有静止,于是从双稳态触发电路54经连线61输送的高电平信号为与门60的第二个输入信号,使与门60的输出信号始终保持在高电平,该高电平信号经过连线62送到RS—双稳态触发电路63,因此RS—双稳态触发电路63变换极性,并且通过连线28向故障报警器47发出一个系统存在故障的信号,如前所述,该报警器47使电机33停转。同时故障显示器64也接到该信号,从而通过安全监控电路27使门处于静止状态。只有通过重新启动模块24的操作,才能使门恢复运行,这个重新启动模块24通过连线50将信号发送到安全监控电路27,信号从该回路经连线57双送回单稳态触发电路56和58及RS—双稳态触发电路63。
微处理器1在这种情况下,能执行对门的正常制动操作,因此通过模块51的Reset信号可使比较器53还原,并且存在这样的可能性,即存有非止动信号的双稳态触发电路54又被触发执行监控功能。前面所述的本系统的各电路的工作提供了一种独立于微处理器1的控制的又一条安全监控途径。
图3表示上述的电路方案和具有冗余度的实施例。图3中所有的输入信号2,5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19和21一方面直接引入微处理器1,另一方面也直接输入到安全监控电路27内。在这种情况下,安全监控电路27的工作与前面所述的相同,只是该电路被相应扩展了。
还可以采用图中未描述的开关中断信息流,只要满足利用双路径同时检验手动的和用软件实现的控制功能,这种安全检验最好通过手动开关顺序实现。

Claims (9)
