Abstract

本发明提出一种FDY亮光纤维丝染色工艺,包括以下步骤:倍捻‑定型‑松筒‑除油‑染色‑清洗‑柔软处理。具体的,倍捻纱线的捻度为100捻;倍捻后在80℃下定型;松筒到合适的紧度后加入除油剂进行除油处理,除油后的纱线加入染料和匀染剂进行染色,之后进行清洗,再做柔软处理。本发明提出的FDY亮光纤维丝染色工艺,处理后的FDY亮光纤维丝不易缩水,无需编织即可染色,且染色后光泽度依旧。

FDY亮光纤维丝染色工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及涤纶纤维染色工艺,尤其涉及一种FDY亮光纤维丝染色工艺。
背景技术
涤纶纤维按加工的不同可分为预取向丝(ΡOΥ)、全取向丝(FOY)、全拉伸丝(FDY)及拉伸变形丝(DTY)等类型;在现代生活中,纤维的应用无处不在,其中由FDY纤维织得的面料手感顺滑柔软,经常被用于织造仿真丝面料,特别地,由于FDY纤维丝是一种能反射一定亮光的拉伸长纤维丝,其大量应用于锦旗、舞台、提花及服装等需要特殊亮光效果的织物产品上。
由于FDY亮光纤维丝为全拉伸丝,直接染色时,在染色的工艺条件下会出现缩水的情况,为避免缩水的情况,现有的染色工艺为将FDY纤维丝织成网袋再进行染色。但是,织网损耗大,成本高,且染色后的FDY纤维丝质量不稳定。
发明内容
为克服现有FDY亮光纤维丝染色过程的缺陷,本发明提出一种FDY亮光纤维丝染色工艺,经过本发明的工艺处理后,FDY亮光纤维丝不易缩水,无需编织即可染色,且染色后光泽度依旧。
本发明提出一种FDY亮光纤维丝染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、倍捻
通过倍捻机对FDY亮光纤维丝进行倍捻;
S2、定型
将倍捻后的FDY亮光纤维丝放入定型机中定型,定型温度为80-82℃,定型时间为12-15小时;
S3、松筒
将定型后的FDY亮光纤维丝通过松式络筒机进行松筒处理;
S4、除油
将FDY亮光纤维丝浸泡在除油剂含量为1.5-2.5%的水溶液中,升温至120-130℃的温度,保温20-25min,之后降温至20-25℃;
S5、染色
S5.1、将除油处理后的FDY亮光纤维丝浸泡在染液中,染液中按质量百分比,包含有0.4-0.6%的匀染剂和0.5-0.7%的染料,加酸调节pH值至4-5;
S5.2、按1.5℃/min的速度升温至80-85℃,保温10-15min;
S5.3、再按1.5℃/min的速度升温至125-135℃,保温30-35min,然后将处理后的废水排出;
S6、清洗
S6.1、水洗
适用于浅色FDY亮光纤维丝,染色后直接用清水洗去浮色;
S6.2、还原清洗
适用于深色FDY亮光纤维丝,将染色废水排除后,加入氢氧化钠和保险粉的混合溶液;升温至85-90℃,保温20-25min,然后将处理后的废水排出;
S7、柔软处理
将清洗后的FDY亮光纤维丝浸泡在柔软剂质量含量为2-5%的溶液里,然后升温至35-40℃,保温20-25min,然后将处理后的废水排出。
作为本发明的优选方案,S1的倍捻操作,倍捻机的锭子速度为5000转/分、卷绕速度为100米/分,超喂速度116米/分,纱线捻度为100捻。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述除油剂包含有35-40wt.%的表面活性剂。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述匀染剂,按质量百分比,包含有25%的聚氧烷烯醚硫酸酯盐,45%的乙氧基酯化物,10%的溶剂,20%的水。
作为本发明的优选方案,氢氧化钠和保险粉的混合溶液中氢氧化钠的质量占比为1%,保险粉的质量占比为1.5%。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明首先通过倍捻增强FDY亮光纤维丝强度,然后加热定型,通过倍捻定型后的FDY亮光纤维丝再进行后续染色处理的过程不会出现缩水的情况,所以无需通过编织成型,单丝即可进行染色。
2、本发明将定型后的FDY亮光纤维丝通过松筒卷绕至合适的松紧度,确保染色过程染料能够充分渗透,得到质量稳定的纱线。后续操作配合特殊的匀染剂(包含有25%的聚氧烷烯醚硫酸酯盐,45%的乙氧基酯化物,10%的溶剂,20%的水)和特定的升温速率和保温工艺,促使染料均匀分散,染色均匀牢固。
3、本发明染色前通过除油剂对FDY亮光纤维丝进行处理,除油剂含有高浓度的表活,在120-130℃保温20min,经过除油处理的FDY亮光纤维丝表面可有效附着染料进行染色。
4、本发明对深色浸染后的FDY亮光纤维丝进行还原清洗,通过加入氢氧化钠和保险粉的混合溶液,在85-90℃保温20-25min,使深颜色的FDY亮光纤维丝显色,还原得到亮丽的色彩。
5、本发明对染色后的FDY亮光纤维丝进行柔软处理,柔软剂的加入,使染色的FDY亮光纤维丝得到光滑的表面,且进一步锁住颜料,提高色牢底。

具体实施方式
如下结合具体实施例,对本申请方案作进一步描述:
实施例1
一种FDY亮光纤维丝染色工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、倍捻
通过倍捻机对FDY亮光纤维丝进行倍捻,倍捻机的锭子速度为5000转/分、卷绕速度为100米/分,超喂速度116米/分,纱线捻度为100捻。
S2、定型
将倍捻后的FDY亮光纤维丝放入定型机中定型,定型温度为80℃,定型时间为12小时。
S3、松筒
将定型后的FDY亮光纤维丝通过松式络筒机进行松筒处理。
参见附图1,500gFDY亮光纤维丝松筒后外径d1为180mm(筒芯的外径d2为63mm),卷绕的纱线两端与筒芯形成斜锥面,斜锥面的斜度为H/L=55/58.5=1:1.06。
S4、除油
将FDY亮光纤维丝浸泡在除油剂含量为2%的水溶液中,升温至130℃的温度,保温20min,之后降温至25℃。所述除油剂包含有35-40wt.%的表面活性剂。
S5、染色
S5.1、将除油处理后的FDY亮光纤维丝浸泡在染液中,染液中按质量百分比,包含有0.5%的匀染剂和0.6%的染料,加醋酸调节pH值至4-5。所述匀染剂,按质量百分比,包含有25%的聚氧烷烯醚硫酸酯盐,45%的乙氧基酯化物,10%的溶剂,20%的水。
S5.2、按1.5℃/min的速度升温至80℃,保温10min。
S5.3、再按1.5℃/min的速度升温至130℃,保温30min,然后将处理后的废水排出。
S6、清洗
S6.1、水洗
适用于浅色FDY亮光纤维丝,染色后直接用清水洗去浮色。
S6.2、还原清洗
适用于深色FDY亮光纤维丝,将染色废水排除后,加入氢氧化钠和保险粉的混合溶液,其中氢氧化钠的质量占比为1%,保险粉的质量占比为1.5%。升温至90℃,保温20min,然后将处理后的废水排出。
S7、柔软处理
将清洗后的FDY亮光纤维丝浸泡在柔软剂质量含量为2%的溶液里,然后升温至40℃,保温20min,然后将处理后的废水排出。
经测试,不经过倍捻-定型-松筒的FDY染色工艺,缩水率为7%-8%,而经过本发明的工艺染色后的FDY亮光纤维丝,染色后缩水率降至1%以下,基本不缩水的情况,且染色均匀,上染率90%以上,固色率80%以上,质量稳定,保持原有的光泽度。

Claims (2)

1.一种FDY亮光纤维丝染色工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、倍捻
通过倍捻机对FDY亮光纤维丝进行倍捻,倍捻机的锭子速度为5000转/分、卷绕速度为100米/分,超喂速度116米/分,纱线捻度为100捻;
S2、定型
将倍捻后的FDY亮光纤维丝放入定型机中定型,定型温度为80-82℃,定型时间为12-15小时;
S3、松筒
将定型后的FDY亮光纤维丝通过松式络筒机进行松筒处理;
S4、除油
将FDY亮光纤维丝浸泡在除油剂含量为1.5-2.5%的水溶液中,升温至120-130℃的温度,保温20-25min,之后降温至20-25℃,所述除油剂包含有35-40wt.%的表面活性剂;
S5、染色
S5.1、将除油处理后的FDY亮光纤维丝浸泡在染液中,染液中按质量百分比,包含有0.4-0.6%的匀染剂和0.5-0.7%的染料,加酸调节pH值至4-5;所述匀染剂,按质量百分比,包含有25%的聚氧烷烯醚硫酸酯盐,45%的乙氧基酯化物,10%的溶剂,20%的水;
S5.2、按1.5℃/min的速度升温至80-85℃,保温10-15min;
S5.3、再按1.5℃/min的速度升温至125-135℃,保温30-35min,然后将处理后的废水排出;
S6、清洗
S6.1、水洗
适用于浅色FDY亮光纤维丝,染色后直接用清水洗去浮色;
S6.2、还原清洗
适用于深色FDY亮光纤维丝,将染色废水排除后,加入氢氧化钠和保险粉的混合溶液;升温至85-90℃,保温20-25min,然后将处理后的废水排出;
S7、柔软处理
将清洗后的FDY亮光纤维丝浸泡在柔软剂质量含量为2-5%的溶液里,然后升温至35-40℃,保温20-25min,然后将处理后的废水排出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的FDY亮光纤维丝染色工艺,其特征在于,氢氧化钠和保险粉的混合溶液中氢氧化钠的质量占比为1%,保险粉的质量占比为1.5%。
