本发明属于织物染色技术领域,具体而言是一种阻燃面料用卷染机浆料防返沾工艺。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和国家法制的健全,阻燃纺织品的推广应用必将引起全社会的重视。国外对阻燃织物的开发及研究较多,一些工业发达国家早在20世纪70年代中期就制定了纺织品的阻燃法规,而且近年来要求越来越高,规定越来越细。近年来,我国对阻燃纺织品的研究开发逐渐增多,并已取得了相当大的进展。随着城市现代化建设的加快,旅游、交通运输业的发展,以及外销纺织品需求的增加,阻燃纺织品存在着巨大的潜在市场。
早在20世纪60年代至今,世界阻燃织物市场经历了一个蓬勃发展的阶段,目前已有数百个不同的品种,而且新型阻燃织物品种仍层出不穷,研究开发了数以万计的各种阻燃织物,并且商业化生产的也有几十种。 然而对于阻燃织物的染色,许多专业工作者通过化学改性和物理改性的方法来改善阻燃织物的染色性。在染色之前需要在高温条件下采用酸、碱和漂白剂等化学物质尽可能多的去除非纤维素成分。活性染料具有色谱齐全、色泽鲜艳、染色方便等优点,是阻燃织物染色常用的染料之一。阻燃织物染色时通常先在高温高压条件下用分散染料染阻燃织物,然后在常压条件下用活性染料染阻燃织物。但是在实际生产过程中经活性染料染色后,皂洗过程中洗除的未与阻燃织物发生固着或水解染料会发生返沾色,产生色差,甚至会影响水洗色牢度、摩擦色牢度等指标。由于阻燃织物在同一块面料上同时印有不同颜色的染料,在水洗过程中因返沾色而产生搭色,影响产品质量。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术中的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃面料用卷染机浆料防返沾工艺。本发明其优点是:(1)本发明阻燃面料用卷染机浆料防返沾工艺应用范围广,既可用于高阻燃防火面料的染色,也可用于活性染料着色产品皂洗过程防返沾色。(2)本发明阻燃面料用卷染机浆料防返沾工艺用于高阻燃防火面料染色,可直接加在活性染料染色浴中,缩短调配色时间,提高染色一次成功率,拓宽活性染料的选择范围。(3)本发明阻燃面料用卷染机浆料防返沾工艺用于活性染料染色或阻燃产品皂洗,可直接加在皂洗液中,提高防返沾色效果,改善产品质量。
本发明采用如下技术方案:本发明一方面提供了一种阻燃面料用卷染机浆料防返沾工艺,包括以下步骤:制备功能性纱线条→卷染机染色→固色→水洗→浆纱→织布→退浆→水洗→烘干→浸渍阻燃整理剂→烘焙→罐蒸→成品定型;所述卷染机染色、固色、水洗:首先采用强碱同浴处理,然后采用分散染料和活性染料对功能性纱线条进行染色,加入防沾色剂进行皂洗,再使用活性染料固色剂KS做固色处理,再分别在35℃下热水洗和在常温下冷水洗。
先采用氢氧化钠和双氧水同浴一步处理,再用分散染料染色,最后根据活性染料实验室常规工艺染色,测定活性染料染色前后试样间的色差,用于评价沾色情况。色差值越大,沾色越严重,助剂防沾色效果越差;反之,色差值越小,沾色越轻,助剂防沾色效果越好。
作为优选,所述强碱同浴处理:双氧水6g/L,渗透剂JFC2g/L,浴比20:1,处理温度65℃,处理时间0.5-1.5小时。
作为优选,所述分散染料染色:分散红E-3B2%(染料质量与织物质量的比值)用醋酸和醋酸钠调节pH值至5-6,浴比20:1,在95℃条件下染120min,染色完成后,用保险粉溶液进行还原清洗。
作为优选,所述活性染料染色:染料(普施安艳红XL+gran)3%、4%和5%(染料质量与织物质量的比值),氯化钠40g/L,碳酸钠30g/L,浴比20:1,染色温度65℃,染色时间120min。
作为优选,所述皂洗:皂片4g/L,防沾色剂5%-10%(染料质量与织物质量的比值),浴比20:1,皂洗温度95℃,皂洗时间15min。
作为优选,所述防沾色剂包括:烷基卤化铵盐,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚,烷基酚和环氧乙烷缩合物,水;按质量百分比,所述烷基卤化铵盐15~20%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5~12%,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚5~10%,烷基酚和环氧乙烷缩合物20~30%,其余为水。

实施例1,一种阻燃面料用卷染机浆料防返沾工艺,包括以下步骤:制备功能性纱线条→卷染机染色→固色→水洗→浆纱→织布→退浆→水洗→烘干→浸渍阻燃整理剂→烘焙→罐蒸→成品定型;所述卷染机染色、固色、水洗:首先采用强碱同浴处理,然后采用分散染料和活性染料对功能性纱线条进行染色,加入防沾色剂进行皂洗,再使用活性染料固色剂KS做固色处理,再分别在35℃下热水洗和在常温下冷水洗。
先采用氢氧化钠和双氧水同浴一步处理,再用分散染料染色,最后根据活性染料实验室常规工艺染色,测定活性染料染色前后试样间的色差,用于评价沾色情况。色差值越大,沾色越严重,助剂防沾色效果越差;反之,色差值越小,沾色越轻,助剂防沾色效果越好。
本实施例中,所述强碱同浴处理:双氧水6g/L,渗透剂JFC2g/L,浴比20:1,处理温度65℃,处理时间0.5小时。
本实施例中,所述分散染料染色:分散红E-3B2%(染料质量与织物质量的比值)用醋酸和醋酸钠调节pH值至5,浴比20:1,在95℃条件下染120min,染色完成后,用保险粉溶液进行还原清洗。
本实施例中,所述活性染料染色:染料(普施安艳红XL+gran)3%、4%和5%(染料质量与织物质量的比值),氯化钠40g/L,碳酸钠30g/L,浴比20:1,染色温度65℃,染色时间120min。
本实施例中,所述皂洗:皂片4g/L,防沾色剂5%(染料质量与织物质量的比值),浴比20:1,皂洗温度95℃,皂洗时间15min。
本实施例中,所述防沾色剂包括:烷基卤化铵盐,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚,烷基酚和环氧乙烷缩合物,水;按质量百分比;
所述烷基卤化铵盐15%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5%,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚5%,烷基酚和环氧乙烷缩合物20%,其余为水。
本实施例中,所述卷染机染色工序中,卷染机的张力控制在2kg/cm2,速度控制在90yd/min。
本实施例中,所述制备功能性纱线条:经纱采用阻燃腈纶、阻燃粘胶、涤纶纤维、芳纶纤维混纺织成,纬纱采用聚酯纤维、聚苯硫醚、聚烯烃纤维、酚醛纤维混纺而成,然后将经纱和纬纱经过清花、开棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒加捻制备而成。经纱采用阻燃腈纶、阻燃粘胶、涤纶纤维、芳纶纤维的重量百分比为20%:15%:30%:35%,纬纱采用聚酯纤维、聚苯硫醚、聚烯烃纤维、酚醛纤维的重量百分比为30%:15%:25%:30%。
本实施例中,所述浆纱:经轴退绕-上浆,温度为50℃-湿分绞-烘干,温度80℃干分绞-卷绕,张力为0.32mpa,回潮:14.4%,所用浆料为丙烯酸类浆料;所述织布:采用针织或机织工艺将处理后的功能性纱条织成布匹。
本实施例中,所述退浆、水洗、烘干:首先将布匹在2g/L的退浆酶BF-7658中堆置50分钟,温度控制在50℃,然后使用20℃的清水冲洗30分钟,最后在烘干机内烘干,温度控制在50℃;
所述浸渍阻燃整理剂:选用阻燃整理剂为聚磷酸铵,用量为面料重量的3%;浸渍的温度控制在30℃,时间为6小时,后用清水清洗20分钟;
所述烘焙,罐蒸:在160℃温度下烘焙70s,然后利用双循环方法进行罐蒸140s,控制内压:1.4g/L;外压:1.8g/L;所述成品定型工序的温度为190℃。
实施例2,一种阻燃面料用卷染机浆料防返沾工艺,包括以下步骤:制备功能性纱线条→卷染机染色→固色→水洗→浆纱→织布→退浆→水洗→烘干→浸渍阻燃整理剂→烘焙→罐蒸→成品定型;所述卷染机染色、固色、水洗:首先采用强碱同浴处理,然后采用分散染料和活性染料对功能性纱线条进行染色,加入防沾色剂进行皂洗,再使用活性染料固色剂KS做固色处理,再分别在35℃下热水洗和在常温下冷水洗。
先采用氢氧化钠和双氧水同浴一步处理,再用分散染料染色,最后根据活性染料实验室常规工艺染色,测定活性染料染色前后试样间的色差,用于评价沾色情况。色差值越大,沾色越严重,助剂防沾色效果越差;反之,色差值越小,沾色越轻,助剂防沾色效果越好。

本实施例中,所述防沾色剂包括:烷基卤化铵盐,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚,烷基酚和环氧乙烷缩合物,水;按质量百分比,所述烷基卤化铵盐18%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮8%,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚8%,烷基酚和环氧乙烷缩合物25%,其余为水。
本实施例中,所述卷染机染色工序中,卷染机的张力控制在3kg/cm2,速度控制在95yd/min。
本实施例中,所述制备功能性纱线条:经纱采用阻燃腈纶、阻燃粘胶、涤纶纤维、芳纶纤维混纺织成,纬纱采用聚酯纤维、聚苯硫醚、聚烯烃纤维、酚醛纤维混纺而成,然后将经纱和纬纱经过清花、开棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒加捻制备而成。经纱采用阻燃腈纶、阻燃粘胶、涤纶纤维、芳纶纤维的重量百分比为20%:15%:30%:35%,纬纱采用聚酯纤维、聚苯硫醚、聚烯烃纤维、酚醛纤维的重量百分比为30%:15%:25%:30%。
本实施例中,所述浆纱:经轴退绕-上浆,温度为55℃-湿分绞-烘干,温度85℃干分绞-卷绕,张力为0.32mpa,回潮:14.4%,所用浆料为丙烯酸类浆料;所述织布:采用针织或机织工艺将处理后的功能性纱条织成布匹。
本实施例中,所述退浆、水洗、烘干:首先将布匹在2g/L的退浆酶BF-7658中堆置50分钟,温度控制在50℃,然后使用20℃的清水冲洗30分钟,最后在烘干机内烘干,温度控制在55℃;
所述浸渍阻燃整理剂:选用阻燃整理剂为聚磷酸铵,用量为面料重量的3%;浸渍的温度控制在30℃,时间为6小时,后用清水清洗20分钟;
所述烘焙,罐蒸:在160℃温度下烘焙70s,然后利用双循环方法进行罐蒸140s,控制内压:1.4g/L;外压:1.8g/L;所述成品定型工序的温度为192℃。
实施例3,一种阻燃面料用卷染机浆料防返沾工艺,包括以下步骤:制备功能性纱线条→卷染机染色→固色→水洗→浆纱→织布→退浆→水洗→烘干→浸渍阻燃整理剂→烘焙→罐蒸→成品定型;所述卷染机染色、固色、水洗:首先采用强碱同浴处理,然后采用分散染料和活性染料对功能性纱线条进行染色,加入防沾色剂进行皂洗,再使用活性染料固色剂KS做固色处理,再分别在35℃下热水洗和在常温下冷水洗。

本实施例中,所述防沾色剂包括:烷基卤化铵盐,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚,烷基酚和环氧乙烷缩合物,水;按质量百分比,所述烷基卤化铵盐20%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮12%,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚10%,烷基酚和环氧乙烷缩合物30%,其余为水。
本实施例中,所述卷染机染色工序中,卷染机的张力控制在5kg/cm2,速度控制在100yd/min。
本实施例中,所述制备功能性纱线条:经纱采用阻燃腈纶、阻燃粘胶、涤纶纤维、芳纶纤维混纺织成,纬纱采用聚酯纤维、聚苯硫醚、聚烯烃纤维、酚醛纤维混纺而成,然后将经纱和纬纱经过清花、开棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒加捻制备而成。经纱采用阻燃腈纶、阻燃粘胶、涤纶纤维、芳纶纤维的重量百分比为20%:15%:30%:35%,纬纱采用聚酯纤维、聚苯硫醚、聚烯烃纤维、酚醛纤维的重量百分比为30%:15%:25%:30%。

所述烘焙,罐蒸:在160℃温度下烘焙70s,然后利用双循环方法进行罐蒸140s,控制内压:1.4g/L;外压:1.8g/L;所述成品定型工序的温度为190-195℃。

由表1可见,本发明实施例1、2、3生产的助剂用于活性染料着色产品皂洗过程防返沾色处理具有良好的效果。

Claims (10)

1.一种阻燃面料用卷染机浆料防返沾工艺,包括以下步骤:制备功能性纱线条→卷染机染色→固色→水洗→浆纱→织布→退浆→水洗→烘干→浸渍阻燃整理剂→烘焙→罐蒸→成品定型;其特征在于:所述卷染机染色、固色、水洗:首先采用强碱同浴处理,然后采用分散染料和活性染料对功能性纱线条进行染色,加入防沾色剂进行皂洗,再使用活性染料固色剂KS做固色处理,再分别在35℃下热水洗和在常温下冷水洗。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃面料用卷染机浆料防返沾工艺,其特征在于:所述强碱同浴处理:双氧水6g/L,渗透剂JFC2g/L,浴比20:1,处理温度65℃,处理时间0.5-1.5小时。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃面料用卷染机浆料防返沾工艺,其特征在于:所述分散染料染色:分散红E-3B2%(染料质量与织物质量的比值)用醋酸和醋酸钠调节pH值至5-6,浴比20:1,在95℃条件下染120min,染色完成后,用保险粉溶液进行还原清洗。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃面料用卷染机浆料防返沾工艺,其特征在于:所述活性染料染色:染料(普施安艳红XL+gran)3%、4%和5%(染料质量与织物质量的比值),氯化钠40g/L,碳酸钠30g/L,浴比20:1,染色温度65℃,染色时间120min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃面料用卷染机浆料防返沾工艺,其特征在于:所述皂洗:皂片4g/L,防沾色剂5%-10%(染料质量与织物质量的比值),浴比20:1,皂洗温度95℃,皂洗时间15min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃面料用卷染机浆料防返沾工艺,其特征在于:所述防沾色剂包括:烷基卤化铵盐,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚,烷基酚和环氧乙烷缩合物,水;按质量百分比,所述烷基卤化铵盐15~20%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5~12%,脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚5~10%,烷基酚和环氧乙烷缩合物20~30%,其余为水。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃面料用卷染机浆料防返沾工艺,其特征在于:所述卷染机染色工序中,卷染机的张力控制在2-5kg/cm2,速度控制在90-100yd/min。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃面料用卷染机浆料防返沾工艺,其特征在于:所述制备功能性纱线条:经纱采用阻燃腈纶、阻燃粘胶、涤纶纤维、芳纶纤维混纺织成,纬纱采用聚酯纤维、聚苯硫醚、聚烯烃纤维、酚醛纤维混纺而成,然后将经纱和纬纱经过清花、开棉、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒加捻制备而成。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃面料用卷染机浆料防返沾工艺,其特征在于:所述浆纱:经轴退绕-上浆,温度为50-60℃-湿分绞-烘干,温度80-90℃干分绞-卷绕,张力为0.32mpa,回潮:14.4%,所用浆料为丙烯酸类浆料;所述织布:采用针织或机织工艺将处理后的功能性纱条织成布匹。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃面料用卷染机浆料防返沾工艺,其特征在于:所述退浆、水洗、烘干:首先将布匹在2g/L的退浆酶BF-7658中堆置50分钟,温度控制在50℃,然后使用20℃的清水冲洗30分钟,最后在烘干机内烘干,温度控制在50-60℃;
