本发明公开了一种FDY涤纶超细纤维面料的染色工艺,包括以下步骤,首先平整翻布,缝好布头;然后根据布的数量入缸,排溢流缸生产,浴比1:6,机速120;除油,加入高温匀染剂0.15g/L、冰醋酸0.38g/L运行5min后加入分散染料,运行10min测pH值在4.3—4.8之间,按工艺开始时的温度以1.5℃/min开始升温至130℃,保温30min后,进水降温洗布,降至80℃,保温20min排掉再进水降温至40℃,保温20min,取样对色,然后出布后整理。该FDY涤纶超细纤维面料的染色工艺工序简单,染色效果好,能耗大幅下降。

现有的FDY涤纶超细纤维面料的染色工艺复杂,耗水多,色牢固不好,能耗大。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种工序简单,色牢度好,耗水少的的FDY涤纶超细纤维面料的染色工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种FDY涤纶超细纤维面料的染色工艺,包括以下步骤,首先平整翻布,缝好布头;然后根据布的数量入缸,排溢流缸生产,浴比1:6,机速120;除油,加入高温匀染剂0.15g/L、冰醋酸0.38g/L运行5min后加入分散染料,运行10min测pH值在4.3—4.8之间,按工艺开始时的温度以1.5℃/min开始升温至130℃,保温30min后,进水降温洗布,降至80℃,保温20min排掉再进水降温至40℃,保温20min,取样对色,然后出布后整理。
本发明的有益效果是:通过简化工艺,使得工艺简单,染色效果好,同时节省了水的使用,染色温度也较传统工艺有了一定的下降,节省了电能。
