本发明公开了一种单面摇粒绒面料的染整工艺，它包括以下步骤，首先，以36S全棉精梳纱为面，75D/36F+300D/288F全涤纱为底，织造成毛圈布；然后染涤染棉成所需颜色；接着缸中加入起毛剂皂洗，再然后出缸脱水，烘干机烘干，抓毛后摇粒处理，最后成品定型。该单面摇粒绒面料的染整工艺保暖性好，工序简单，耗时少。

本发明涉及纺织印染技术领域，是一种单面摇粒绒面料的染整工艺。
背景技术：
现有毛圈布作为冬季服装面料，保暖性差，而且染整时工序时长较长，导致生产效率低。
发明内容：
本发明所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种保暖性好，工序简单，耗时少的单面摇粒绒面料的染整工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是，提供一种单面摇粒绒面料的染整工艺，它包括以下步骤，首先，以36S全棉精梳纱为面，75D/36F+300D/288F全涤纱为底，织造成毛圈布；然后染涤染棉成所需颜色；接着缸中加入起毛剂皂洗，再然后出缸脱水，烘干机烘干，抓毛后摇粒处理，最后成品定型；其中，染色时先染涤，先加入0.5％除油剂、0.5％渗透剂、3％NaOH、4％双氧水在98℃运行40min，再加入0.5％HAC 60℃运行6min进行前处理，加入0.5％抗氧化剂、0.5％冰醋酸、0.5％NaOH、1％匀染剂和染料在135℃运行30min，降温到95℃后加入2％NaOH和2％保险粉运行15min，然后加入0.5％冰醋酸在60℃维持6min；接着染棉，加入0.5％匀染剂、30％元明粉、12.6％纯碱、染料和0.5％HAC在60℃运行6min，继续加入1％无泡皂洗剂90℃维持10min，然后加入0.2％柠檬酸、3％起毛剂40℃维持30min；定型时定型机以130℃×26码/min定型。
采用以上工艺后与现有技术相比，本发明具有以下优点：本发明染整工艺通过对织造、染色、后处理等多方面的工艺调整，使得普通毛圈布面料可做深加工处理，大大提升面料的服用性，风格立异，并且可节省30％的用时。

下面就具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明：
一种单面摇粒绒面料的染整工艺，它包括以下步骤，首先，以36S全棉精梳纱为面，75D/36F+300D/288F全涤纱为底，织造成毛圈布；然后染涤染棉成所需颜色；接着缸中加入起毛剂皂洗，再然后出缸脱水，烘干机烘干，抓毛后摇粒处理，最后成品定型；其中，染色时先染涤，先加入0.5％除油剂3302、0.5％传化TF-107T渗透剂、3％NaOH、4％双氧水在98℃运行40min，再加入0.5％HAC60℃运行6min进行前处理，加入0.5％抗氧化剂Y-210、0.5％冰醋酸、0.5％NaOH、1％匀染剂3000conc和染料在135℃运行30min，染料为0.195％S-EC橙，0.054％S-2GL红玉和0.152％S-2GL芷青，降温到95℃后加入2％NaOH和2％保险粉运行15min以确保牢度，然后加入0.5％冰醋酸在60℃维持6min；接着染棉，加入0.5％匀染剂D-450、30％元明粉、12.6％纯碱、染料和0.5％HAC在60℃运行6min，其中染料包括0.138％3RN黄、0.074％3BN红(丽源)和0.258％FBRN兰，继续加入1％无泡皂洗剂90℃维持10min，然后加入0.2％柠檬酸、3％起毛剂40℃维持30min；定型时定型机以130℃×26码/min定型。
本发明染整工艺通过对织造、染色、后处理等多方面的工艺调整，使得普通毛圈布面料可做深加工处理，大大提升面料的服用性，风格立异，并且可节省30％的用时，提高了生产效率。

首先，以36S全棉精梳纱为面，75D/36F+300D/288F全涤纱为底，织造成毛圈布；然后染涤染棉成所需颜色；接着缸中加入起毛剂皂洗，再然后出缸脱水，烘干机烘干，抓毛后摇粒处理，最后成品定型；其中，染色时先染涤，先加入0.5％除油剂、0.5％渗透剂、3％NaOH、4％双氧水在98℃运行40min，再加入0.5％HAC 60℃运行6min进行前处理，加入0.5％抗氧化剂、0.5％冰醋酸、0.5％NaOH、1％匀染剂和染料在135℃运行30min，降温到95℃后加入2％NaOH和2％保险粉运行15min，然后加入0.5％冰醋酸在60℃维持6min；接着染棉，加入0.5％匀染剂、30％元明粉、12.6％纯碱、染料和0.5％HAC在60℃运行6min，继续加入1％无泡皂洗剂90℃维持10min，然后加入0.2％柠檬酸、3％起毛剂40℃维持30min；定型时定型机以130℃×26码/min定型。
