Abstract

车辆锚刹装置涉及车辆自动制动领域;特征是在车梁上设置前后活动的定动滑梁,定动滑梁之间联接弹簧,动滑梁设置扣地钉;车辆前安装带开关触角,触角开关控制车轮升降;触角的伸缩由车速信号控制;本装置通过扣地锚固缓冲转移碰撞,在驾驶人员主观控制失败后能自动停车,减轻车辆动能损害的交通事故问题。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种车辆制动装置,尤其是自动应急的制动装置。
背景技术:
机动车的制动,关系到生命财产的安全。鼓刹、碟刹制动器,都 是利用静件对动件压迫产生的摩擦力量,消耗机车的动能实现制动目 的的,这种通过摩擦的形式制动机车的古老方法,为人们生命财产安 全发挥了重大作用。但是,由于运动物体动能的存在,交通事故时有 发生。特别是现代交通的发展,车辆速度大幅度提高,交通事故问题 更加严峻。为了改善制动效能,以防抱装置为基础的制动辅助装置五 花八门,关于超声探测的报警和自动制动装置也层出不穷。但是由于 摩擦制动的滞后性,限制了制动距离的进一步缩短,加上超声探测回 声的强弱决定于障碍物面积及形状,因此,通过无形信号的探测、利 用摩擦制动的形式,真正实现车辆自动制动,是不可能的。
发明内容:
本发明提供一种锚刹方案,使车辆在最短的时间内停止运行,这 一目的实现后,采用有形或无形的探测,均容易实现自动制动目的。
本发明解决的车辆锚刹方案,是利用碰触信号启动扣地固定和缓 冲耗能相结合的方法实现车辆即时制动的。锚刹方案由扣地锚固、弹 性滑动、触角探测、协调辅助几过程构成;下面结合附图和实施例说 明如下:

具体实施方式:
图中,将滑梁定件9固定于车梁15上,滑梁定件9内插入滑梁动 件7,使其可以沿滑槽前后移动,弹簧1联接于滑梁动件7与滑梁定 件9上;滑梁动件7上联接扣地钉2;为了及时加强抓地效果,滑梁动 件7上独立或者设置钻地钻3/割地锯4,钻地钻3/割地锯4接受机械、电力、热能的驱动;车轮6上下移动受收轮拔钉5控制;收轮拔钉5 受触角启动电机10控制,触角启动电机10受触角开关11控制;触角 开关11安装在触角12上;触角12与触角伸缩杆13联接,触角伸缩 杆13通过齿轮齿条或者液压方式与触角伸缩电机8联接,触角伸缩电 机8通过车速信号入口14接入车速信号线路。
工作时,车辆行走出现不同速度,车速检测装置发出车速强弱变 化信号,该信号推动触角伸缩电机8,再推动触角伸缩杆13,车辆速度 的快慢,控制着触角12伸出长度;当触角12碰到障碍物时,触角开关 11闭合,触角启动电机10动作,收轮拔钉5被拔动,车轮6往上收起; 此时,滑梁动件7连同整车中后部分失去车轮支持而下沉,扣地钉2 被压入路面,钩住地板,前进运动受到限制;由于滑梁动件7通过弹簧 1与滑梁定件9联接,整车既受到弹簧1牵拉,又沿滑槽继续前进;当 全部动能被弹簧消耗完毕时,车辆停止。为了增强滑梁动件7及时有效 锚固于路面上,增设钻地钻3和/或割地锯4,接受机械、电力、热能 的驱动,可以更加有效地实现即时制动效果。

Claims (2)

1.车辆锚刹装置;其特征是:车梁15与滑梁定件9联接,滑梁动件7在滑梁定件9上相对滑动;滑梁动件7与滑梁定件9之间通过弹簧1联接;滑梁动件7上设有扣地钉2;滑梁动件7上设有钻地钻3/和或割地锯4。
2.车辆锚刹装置;其特征是:触角启动电机10与收轮拔钉5联接;启动电机10与触角开关11联接;触角开关11安装在触角12上;触角12与触角伸缩杆13联接;触角伸缩杆13与触角伸缩电机8联动;触角伸缩电机8联接车速信号入口14。
