Abstract

Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a soothing composition, a preparation method thereof and a skin care product containing the soothing composition, and belongs to the field of cosmetics.
Background
In recent years, many consumers have a problem that their own immune systems are disordered due to environmental pollution, pressure on work, alcohol smoking, improper diet and sleep, and improper use or illegal use of ingredients of their care products results in loss of the moisture-retaining barrier function of the skin, which leads to red swelling, prickling, and water shortage and tension of the skin. Namely, when the skin is subjected to various irritations such as cosmetics with adverse reactions, pollen, certain foods, polluted air, severe environment and the like, the skin is caused to have abnormal phenomena such as redness and swelling, itching, desquamation, allergic dermatitis and the like, and the skin is particularly serious for people with allergic constitution.
In order to get rid of the trouble of sensitive skin, products for relieving the skin and relieving stabbing pain in time are developed and become irresistible, so that the moisturizing and relieving composition is added, the stabbing and painful skin is relieved effectively, the sensitive skin is smeared for a long time in a smooth way, and the skin can recover the due barrier moisturizing function of the normal skin.
CN110623895A discloses an anti-allergy and soothing composition, a preparation method and an application thereof, wherein the anti-allergy and soothing composition comprises, by mass, 2-24% of a humectant, 0.1-0.8% of a thickener, 1-6% of a first plant extract, 1-10% of oat β -glucan, 1-8% of a second plant extract, 0.3-0.9% of a preservative, and 50.3-94.6% of a solvent, but the anti-allergy and soothing composition needs two plant extracts, and is high in cost and poor in soothing effect.
CN110101651A discloses a laxative essence containing a schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation product lysate and a preparation method thereof. The composite material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-10 parts of polyhydric alcohol, 1-10 parts of humectant, 0.5-10 parts of emollient, 0.5-5 parts of emulsifier, 0.1-2 parts of thickener, 0.1-2 parts of pH regulator, 0.1-5 parts of anti-allergy soothing agent, 0.1-10 parts of skin conditioner, 0.1-1 part of preservative, 0.01-0.05 part of essence and 100 parts of deionized water. Wherein the anti-allergy soothing agent is at least one of a cracked yeast fermentation product lysate, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, a purslane extract, bisabolol and a ginger root extract. The soothing and repairing essence contains the lysate of the yeast fermentation product of the secondary fission, so that the cost is higher and the soothing effect is poor.
In view of the technical problems in the prior art, the development of a skin care composition capable of relieving skin discomfort is an urgent technical problem to be solved by applying the composition to cosmetics, particularly cosmetics used by people with allergic constitution, so as to reduce or eliminate irritation and sensitization of irritation allergens such as raw material components contained in the cosmetics.
Disclosure of Invention
Problems to be solved by the invention
In view of the technical problems of the prior art, the invention firstly provides a soothing composition and a preparation method thereof. The soothing composition can relieve the symptoms of skin redness and pruritus, and achieves the purpose of synergistic interaction and an effect of soothing the skin through reasonable proportioning of urea, purslane extract and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate.
Further, the present invention also provides a skin care product comprising the soothing composition.
Means for solving the problems
The invention provides a soothing composition which comprises the following components in percentage by mass of the total mass of the soothing composition:
humectant: 0.01-20%, preferably 8-18%;
fluid regulator: 0.02-2%, preferably 0.05-1.5%;
pH regulator: 0 to 2%, preferably 0.001 to 2%;
urea: 1% -10%, preferably 1% -8%;
extracting the purslane: 1% -10%, preferably 1% -8%;
dipotassium glycyrrhizinate: 0.05 to 3 percent, preferably 0.05 to 2 percent.
The soothing composition comprises one or more of glycerol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, 1, 3-butanediol, trehalose, xylitol, betaine, glyceryl polyether-26, β -glucan, methyl glucitol polyether-20, erythrulose, biogum-1, oat β -glucan, acetyl chitosamine, polyethylene glycols, water-soluble grease, water-soluble silicone oil and sodium hyaluronate.
The soothing composition comprises one or more of carbomer, xanthan gum, sclerotium rolfsii gum, hydroxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer and sodium polyacrylate.
The relaxing composition according to the present invention, wherein the pH adjusting agent comprises one or a combination of two or more of sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, triethanolamine, aminomethyl propanol, and arginine.
The relieving composition provided by the invention is prepared by a method for preparing the purslane extracting solution by using a polar solvent extraction mode; preferably, the polar solvent comprises water and/or an alcohol.
The relieving composition provided by the invention comprises a preparation method of the purslane extracting solution, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: extracting the purslane raw material by using water, and then extracting by using alcohol.
The soothing composition further comprises one or more of a free radical scavenger, a chelating agent, an antioxidant, a film forming agent, a stabilizer, a preservative, a perfume and a pigment.
The invention also provides a skin care product comprising the soothing composition according to the invention, preferably in an amount of 2-23%, preferably 2-18% by mass of the total mass of the skin care product.
The skin care product comprises one or more of an aqueous skin care product, a gel skin care product, an emulsion skin care product and a cream skin care product.
The present invention also provides a process for the preparation of the soothing composition according to the present invention, wherein the process comprises the step of mixing the components of the soothing composition.
ADVANTAGEOUS EFFECTS OF INVENTION
The soothing composition disclosed by the invention can relieve the symptoms of skin redness and pruritus, and the aims of synergy and improvement of the skin soothing effect are achieved by reasonably proportioning the urea, the purslane extracting solution and the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate.
Furthermore, the preparation method of the soothing composition is simple and feasible, the raw materials are easy to obtain, and the soothing composition is suitable for mass production.
Further, the skin care product of the present invention comprising the soothing composition can relieve the symptoms of redness and itching of the skin and increase the soothing effect of the skin.

In a first aspect the present invention provides a soothing composition comprising the following components, based on the total mass of the soothing composition:

Urea
Urea, also known as carbamide (carbomide), is an organic compound consisting of carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, and hydrogen, and is a white crystal. Urea has good permeability, has a certain defense effect on water loss in skin, can reduce water loss of epidermis layers or outer layers of skin, can remove aged cutin, increases the water retention effect of cutin, can be used for helping to treat eczema or psoriasis and enhancing skin barrier.
In the present invention, by using urea, the soothing effect can be further improved, so that the symptoms of red swelling and itching of the skin can be relieved. Specifically, in the present invention, the urea is added in an amount of 1% to 10%, preferably 1% to 8%, more preferably 2% to 8%, based on the total mass of the soothing composition. If the addition amount of the urea is less than 1 percent, the synergistic skin-soothing effect is not obvious; if the amount of urea added is more than 10%, the cost is high and the effect of the extra urea cannot be further increased.
Purslane extract
The purslane extracting solution is rich in plant polysaccharide and vitamin, so that the purslane extracting solution can nourish and lubricate the skin, promote the physiological function of epithelial cells to be normal, and reduce the generation of dead skin and cuticle caused by dryness; wherein, the purslane extractive solution contains flavone and saponin which can remove free radicals, resist oxidation and delay skin aging. In the present invention, the purslane extract is used to soothe the skin and to suppress skin itching due to dryness.
In the invention, the purslane extracting solution can be obtained by purchasing, or can be prepared by extracting through a cold water extraction method.
Preferably, the preparation method of the purslane extracting solution comprises the steps of extracting by using a polar solvent; preferably, the polar solvent comprises water and/or an alcohol. The preparation method of the purslane extracting solution comprises the following steps: extracting the purslane raw material by using water, and then extracting by using alcohol.
Specifically, the preparation method of the extract of the portulaca palmata comprises the following steps:
water extraction: soaking and extracting the purslane raw material by using water to obtain a water extraction product; the purslane raw material can be purslane powder obtained by grinding purslane.
Alcohol extraction step: and continuously carrying out reflux extraction on the dried water extraction product by using alcohol to obtain an alcohol extraction product.
In the water extraction step, the addition amount of the water is 8-12 times of the weight of the purslane raw material, the temperature of the water is 70-90 ℃, and the extraction time is 1-3 hours; in the alcohol extraction step, the addition amount of the alcohol is 8-12 times of the weight of the purslane raw material, the extraction temperature is 40-60 ℃, the extraction time is 1-3 hours, and the concentration of the alcohol is 70-80%. The alcohol can be any feasible alcohol product such as ethanol, propanol, etc.
Further, between the step of water extraction and the step of alcohol extraction, the method also comprises the step of decolorization: decoloring the water extraction product by using activated carbon to obtain a decolored product; then, the dried decolorized product is continuously extracted by refluxing by using alcohol to obtain an alcohol extraction product. Specifically, the mass fraction (addition amount) of the activated carbon is 0.1-1%, the decoloring temperature is 50-70 ℃, and the decoloring time is 0.1-1 hour.
For the alcohol extraction product, in order to obtain a purslane extract with more excellent performance, the alcohol extraction product can be dried to obtain the purslane extract. For the drying, it is preferable to perform the drying by freeze-drying. Thereafter, the purslane extract may be dissolved in a solvent to obtain a purslane extract. Typically, the solvent is water. The content of the purslane extract is 5-20% of the total mass of the purslane extract.
Further, in the present invention, the amount of the purslane extract added is 1% to 10%, preferably 1% to 8%, more preferably 2% to 8%, and still more preferably 3% to 6% based on the total mass of the soothing composition. If the adding amount of the purslane extracting solution is less than 1 percent, the effect is not obvious; if the addition amount of the purslane extracting solution is higher than 10%, the cost is higher, and the effect of the redundant purslane extracting solution is not obviously increased.
Glycyrrhizic acid dipotassium salt
The dipotassium glycyrrhizinate is white or white-like fine powder, has special sweet taste, good water solubility and pure mouthfeel. The dipotassium glycyrrhizinate has multiple effects of bacteriostasis, inflammation diminishing, detoxification, anti-allergy, deodorization and the like. Has wide application in the industries of medicine, cosmetics, daily chemicals, food and the like. In the invention, the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate can generate a synergistic effect with the purslane extracting solution and the urea, so that the effect of relieving the skin is further improved.
Specifically, the adding amount of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate is 0.05-3%, preferably 0.05-0.8%, more preferably 0.1-0.8%, and even more preferably 0.1-0.6% based on the total mass of the soothing composition. If the addition amount of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate is less than 0.05%, the synergistic effect of relieving the skin is not obvious; if the added amount of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate is more than 3%, the cost is high, and the effect of the excess dipotassium glycyrrhizinate cannot be further increased.
Moisture-retaining agent
In the present invention, a moisturizing agent may be added to provide a certain moisturizing effect to the soothing composition of the present invention. The addition amount of the humectant is 0.01-20%, preferably 8-18% by total mass of the soothing composition; for example: the humectant may be added in an amount of 1%, 3%, 5%, 7%, 9%, 10%, 12%, 14%, 16%, 19%, etc. If the content of the humectant is less than 0.01%, the sustained moisture-retention property of the soothing composition will not be satisfactory; if the humectant content is greater than 20%, the soothing composition has a poor feel due to a sticky skin feel.
Specifically, the humectant comprises one or a combination of more than two of glycerol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, 1, 3-butanediol, trehalose, xylitol, betaine, glycerol polyether-26, β -glucan, methyl glucitol polyether-20, erythrulose, biogum glycocoll-1, oat β -glucan, acetyl chitosamine, polyethylene glycols, water-soluble grease, water-soluble silicone oil and sodium hyaluronate.
Wherein, the polyethylene glycol can be selected from one or the combination of more than two of PEG-8, PEG-32, PEG-200, PEG-300 and PEG-400; the water-soluble oil and fat may be one or a combination of two or more selected from the group consisting of PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate, babassu oil glyceryl polyether-8 esters, PEG-6 caprylic/capric glycerides, PEG-8 caprylic/capric glycerides, and hydrolyzed jojoba esters; as the water-soluble silicone oil, it may be selected from one or a combination of two or more of bis-PEG-18 methyl ether dimethylsilane and PEG-12 polydimethylsiloxane.
Preferably, in the present invention, the humectant is one or a combination of two or more selected from glycerin, propylene glycol, and dipropylene glycol.
Fluid conditioning agent
In the present invention, fluid conditioning agents may be used to control the consistency of the soothing composition. Specifically, in the invention, the fluid regulator comprises one or more of carbomer, xanthan gum, sclerotium rolfsii gum, hydroxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, acrylic acid/C10-30 alkanol acrylate cross-linked polymer and sodium polyacrylate.
Preferably, the fluid regulator comprises hydroxyethyl cellulose. The hydroxyethyl cellulose has good solubility and viscosity, and can keep the original shape of cosmetic in cold and hot seasons, and has moisture keeping effect.
In the present invention, the thickening agent is added in an amount of 0.02 to 2%, preferably 0.05 to 1.5%, based on the total mass of the soothing composition. If the content of the thickener is more than 2%, the soothing composition has a poor feeling to the touch due to stickiness and thickness.
pH regulator
In the present invention, some pH adjusting agents may be added appropriately to make the pH of the soothing composition of the present invention more compatible with the skin's needs. Specifically, the pH regulator comprises one or more of sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, triethanolamine, aminomethyl propanol and arginine.
In the present invention, the pH adjusting agent is added in an amount of 0 to 2%, preferably 0.001 to 2%, based on the total mass of the soothing composition.
Other ingredients
In the present invention, the soothing composition may also contain other ingredients commonly used in cosmetics. The other components are not particularly limited in the present invention, and may be some cosmetic components commonly used in the art. For example, the soothing composition may further comprise one or a combination of two or more of a solvent, a radical scavenger, a chelating agent, an antioxidant, a film former, a stabilizer, a preservative, a fragrance, and a pigment.
Specifically, the preservative can comprise one or more of alkyl p-hydroxybenzoate compounds, p-hydroxyacetophenone, phenoxyethanol, chlorphenesin, sorbitan caprylate, benzoic acid and sodium benzoate; one or more of phenoxyethanol and chlorphenesin are preferably used.
Wherein the alkyl p-hydroxybenzoate compound comprises one or more of methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate, propyl p-hydroxybenzoate and isobutyl p-hydroxybenzoate. The stabilizer comprises one or the combination of more than two of sodium chloride, magnesium chloride and magnesium sulfate; the chelating agent is one or two of EDTA-2Na and EDTA-4 Na. Generally, the solvent is water.
The soothing composition disclosed by the invention is prepared by selecting mild and high-safety raw materials, and finally achieves the effects of synergistic soothing and efficient soothing by using the interaction among urea, the purslane extracting solution and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate. The soothing composition used in the present invention is used in significantly less amount compared to a single soothing agent with the same soothing effect.
<Second aspect of the invention>
In a second aspect of the invention there is provided a skin care product comprising a soothing composition according to the first aspect of the invention. Preferably, the soothing composition is added in an amount of 2% to 23%, preferably 2% to 18%, more preferably 2% to 15% by weight of the total mass of the skin care product; further preferably 2.1% to 10.5%. When the content of the soothing composition is 2% to 23%, excellent technical effects can be obtained.
Specifically, in the invention, the skin care product comprises one or more of an aqueous skin care product, a gel skin care product, an emulsion skin care product or a cream skin care product.
Further, the water-based skin care product can include, but is not limited to, one or a combination of more than two of soothing water, soothing essence and soothing mask; the gel type skin care product can comprise one or the combination of more than two of but not limited to relaxing gel and relaxing gel-shaped sleep mask; emulsion type skin care products may include, but are not limited to, soothing emulsions and the like; the cream-type skin care product may include, but is not limited to, soothing cream, etc.
<Third aspect of the invention>
A third aspect of the present invention provides a process for the preparation of a soothing composition according to the present invention, comprising the step of mixing the components of the soothing composition.
Specifically, the preparation method comprises the following steps:
1) heating water, optional chelating agent, optional pH regulator, humectant and fluid regulator to 75-85 deg.C, stirring for dissolving completely, and stirring for 10-30 min;
2) cooling to 30-50 deg.C under stirring, adding urea, herba Portulacae extractive solution, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and optionally antiseptic and other components, stirring and dissolving completely;
3) and (6) checking to be qualified and discharging.
Examples
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to examples, but those skilled in the art will appreciate that the following examples are only illustrative of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products commercially available.
Among these, urea is available from merck, germany.
Dipotassium glycyrrhizinate was purchased from pan-planted phytochemicals group.
The preparation method of the purslane extracting solution comprises the following steps:
water extraction: grinding the weighed purslane into powder, extracting with water at 80 ℃ for 2 hours, wherein the amount of the water is 10 times that of the purslane at the 1 st time;
and (3) decoloring: adding 0.5% of active carbon by mass, decoloring for 0.5h at 60 ℃, and centrifugally filtering to obtain a decolored product for later use;
alcohol extraction step: taking 20g of a decolorized product obtained by freeze drying, performing reflux extraction with 75% ethanol at 50 ℃ according to a material-liquid ratio of 1:10 to obtain an extracting solution, and performing centrifugal filtration to obtain an alcohol extraction product; concentrating, freeze-drying to obtain herba Portulacae extract, and diluting with 10 times of water to obtain herba Portulacae extractive solution.
Examples 1 to 5
The soothing compositions of examples 1-5 were prepared according to the content of each component in table 1 below, based on 100g total weight.

The steps of the preparation of the soothing composition of examples 1-5 above are as follows:
1) heating deionized water, EDTA-2Na, glycerol, dipropylene glycol and hydroxyethyl cellulose to 80 ℃, stirring for dissolving completely, and keeping the temperature and stirring for 20 minutes;
2) stirring and cooling to 40 ℃, adding urea, purslane extract, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and preservative, stirring and dissolving completely;
3) and (6) checking to be qualified and discharging.
Comparative examples 1 to 7
The soothing compositions of comparative examples 1 to 7 were prepared according to the preparation methods of examples 1 to 5 in accordance with the contents of the respective components in the following table 2 by total weight of 100 g. Wherein, the preparation method of the soothing composition of comparative examples 1 to 7 is the same as that of example 1 except for urea, purslane extract and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate.

1. Experimental methods
To verify that the soothing composition of the present invention has reduced irritancy efficacy, the following experiment was conducted:
experimental basis and methods: the community standard T/SHRH 011 and 2018 chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane test is carried out, the irritation test is carried out according to the standard method, and the ES value is judged and recorded.
2. Laboratory instruments and subjects: the experimental subject is SPF-grade white-skinned chicken fertilized chick embryo. And (3) testing a product: soothing compositions of examples 1-5, comparative examples 1-7.
3. Processing test data: based on the degree of bleeding, coagulation and vessel thawing occurring on the CAM membrane, 0, 1, 2, and 3 points of evaluation were given, respectively, and the ES average score was calculated according to the following formula:
ES (sum of extent of bleeding, clotting and vascular thawing observed in 6 chick embryos)/3
Evaluation criteria: the evaluation criteria are shown in table 3:

And (3) evaluation of test results: as can be seen from Table 4, the addition of the soothing compositions of examples 1-5 of the present invention is significantly less irritating than the soothing compositions of comparative examples 1-3, 5-7, indicating that the compositions effectively reduce the irritation of the overall formulation and the soothing anti-irritation efficacy of the present invention is well-documented. The test results of the soothing compositions of examples 1-5 and comparative examples 1-3 and 5-7 show that the three efficacies have excellent synergistic effect.
For comparative example 4, when dipotassium glycyrrhizinate alone was used, it was possible to obtain superior technical effects, but the cost was high.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents and are included in the scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A soothing composition comprising, based on the total mass of the soothing composition:
humectant: 0.01-20%, preferably 8-18%;
fluid regulator: 0.02-2%, preferably 0.05-1.5%;
pH regulator: 0 to 2%, preferably 0.001 to 2%;
urea: 1% -10%, preferably 1% -8%;
extracting the purslane: 1% -10%, preferably 1% -8%;
dipotassium glycyrrhizinate: 0.05 to 3 percent, preferably 0.05 to 2 percent.
2. A soothing composition according to claim 1, wherein the moisturizing agent comprises one or a combination of two or more of glycerin, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, 1, 3-butylene glycol, trehalose, xylitol, betaine, glyceryl polyether-26, β -glucan, methyl gluceth-20, erythrulose, biogum-1, oat β -glucan, acetyl chitosamine, polyethylene glycols, water-soluble oils and fats, water-soluble silicone oil, and sodium hyaluronate.
3. A soothing composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the fluid regulating agent comprises one or a combination of more than two of carbomer, xanthan gum, sclerotium rolfsii, hydroxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, acrylic/C10-30 alkanol acrylate crosspolymer, sodium polyacrylate.
4. A soothing composition according to any of claims 1-3, wherein the pH adjusting agent comprises one or a combination of two or more of sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, triethanolamine, aminomethyl propanol, arginine.
5. A soothing composition according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the purslane extract is prepared by a method comprising extraction with a polar solvent; preferably, the polar solvent comprises water and/or an alcohol.
6. The soothing composition of claim 5, wherein the purslane extractive solution is prepared by a method comprising: extracting the purslane raw material by using water, and then extracting by using alcohol.
7. A soothing composition according to any of claims 1-6, further comprising one or a combination of more than two of a radical scavenger, a chelating agent, an antioxidant, a film former, a stabilizer, a preservative, a fragrance, a pigment.
8. A skin care product comprising a soothing composition according to any of claims 1 to 7, preferably in an amount of 2% to 23%, preferably 2% to 18% by weight of the total mass of the skin care product.
9. The skin care product of claim 8, wherein the skin care product comprises one or a combination of more than two of an aqueous-type skin care product, a gel-type skin care product, an emulsion-type skin care product or a cream-type skin care product.
10. A method of preparing a soothing composition according to any of claims 1 to 7 comprising the step of mixing the components of the soothing composition.
