Abstract

The raw milk comprises: wheat germ oil, a skin conditioner, grease, an emulsifier, a thickener and a humectant; the skin conditioning agent comprises: wheat germ extract, plant antiallergic agent, mushroom dextran, XINMINSHU, DEFUXIU, Terminalia catappa fruit extract, hydrolyzed wheat protein, wheat ceramide and antibacterial composition. The components of the wheat fresh extract protoplasm milk for the infants are mutually matched, so that the skin pressure can be relieved more effectively by synergistic interaction, the skin barrier capability of the infants can be effectively improved, the stimulation brought by the outside is reduced, the sensitive, tender and fragile skin of the infants is protected, the infants are more safely, better and more effectively cared, and the wheat fresh extract protoplasm milk is easy to absorb and can be used for keeping moisture for a long time.

Background
The skin of the baby is very delicate and easy to be damaged when being smooth and fine. The infant skin has poor acid-base control capability, and the skin care product with too high alkaline concentration is avoided, otherwise, the skin protection film is damaged, and skin diseases and the like occur. The skin temperature regulating ability of the infant is poor, the sweat glands and blood vessels of the skin are not completely developed, the regulating ability on the temperature is low, the immune system is not completely developed, and the resistance is weak, so that allergic eczema, dermatitis, erythema blisters and the like can easily appear. CN109925245A discloses a sleeping baby skin lotion and a preparation method thereof, wherein the components of the sleeping baby skin lotion comprise 3-5 parts of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 3-5 parts of shea butter, 2-5 parts of squalane, 0.1-0.3 part of wheat germ oil, 0.01-0.3 part of sodium hyaluronate, 0.01-0.3 part of arginine, 0.1-1 part of wheat gluten, 0.1-1 part of chamomile extract, 1-3 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 2-11 parts of emulsifier, 1-6 parts of polyalcohol humectant, and also can comprise tocopherol acetate, thickener and the like. The formula of the invention contains various plant oil and plant extract with moisturizing and nourishing functions, is easy to be absorbed by human body, and has good moisturizing and protecting effects on skin.
CN104606081A discloses a baby massage emollient oil, which is composed of almond kernel oil, grape seed oil, wheat germ oil, water, sunflower seed oil, rosemary leaf extract, vitamin E, soybean oil, β -carotene, canola oil and limonene, and the baby massage emollient oil is 100% natural in components, mild and non-irritating to baby skin, good in absorptivity, and excellent in moisturizing effect and lubricating effect.
CN107334677A discloses an infant moisturizing skin cream, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 2-3% of an emulsifier; 3-8% of a humectant; 5 to 15 percent of thickening agent; 0.2-0.3% of preservative and 5-8% of emollient oil; 0.1-0.2% of pH regulator and 3-8% of natural extract. The balance of distilled water; the natural extract comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 35-40% of centella extract, 15-18% of German chamomile extract, 30-34% of platycodon grandiflorum extract and 8-15% of lemon extract. The skin cream has the advantages of good moisturizing effect, good allergy relieving effect, good repairing effect and high moistening degree.
Therefore, there is a need to develop a primary pulp milk which is free of artificial essence, non-natural pigment, preservative and mineral oil petrolatum, and brings safer, better and more effective protection for babies.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the fresh extract original milk of the wheat for the infants and the preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, the invention provides a freshly extracted virgin pulp milk of baby wheat, comprising: wheat germ oil, a skin conditioner, grease, an emulsifier, a thickener and a humectant;
the skin conditioning agent comprises: wheat germ extract, plant antiallergic agent, mushroom dextran, XINMINSHU, DEFUXIU, Terminalia catappa fruit extract, hydrolyzed wheat protein, wheat ceramide and antibacterial composition.

The plant anti-allergy agent is a plant-derived allergy-relieving product of the Korean bailousi extract, contains a centella asiatica extract, a liquorice extract, a chamomile extract, a scutellaria baicalensis extract, a rosemary extract, a tea extract and a polygonum cuspidatum extract, can repair skin damage caused by atopic dermatitis, and has good effects on anti-allergy and anti-allergy of sensitive skin and treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis.

In the present invention, the amount of the emulsifier added is 0.5 to 5.0%, for example, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%, 2.5%, 3%, 3.5%, 4%, 4.5%, 5.0%, or the like, based on 100% by mass of the total raw stock milk.

In the present invention, the amount of the wheat ceramide added may be 0.01 to 0.5%, for example, 0.01%, 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.15%, 0.2%, 0.25%, 0.3%, 0.35%, 0.4%, 0.45%, 0.5%, or the like, based on 100% by mass of the total raw milk.
In the present invention, the amount of the antibacterial composition added is 0.02 to 0.06%, for example, 0.02%, 0.03%, 0.04%, 0.05%, 0.06%, or the like, based on 100% by mass of the total raw milk.
Preferably, the plant anti-susceptible agent comprises: centella asiatica extract, polygonum cuspidatum root extract, scutellaria baicalensis root extract, tea leaf extract, glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, chamomile flower extract, and rosemary leaf extract. The combination of the 7 natural plant extracts can synergistically exert the maximum efficacy, has strong anti-inflammatory and soothing effects, can strengthen the skin barrier through immune regulation and soothing, has no primary stimulation, and is helpful for recovering the symptoms of atopic dermatitis.
The terpenoids in the centella asiatica extract can remarkably improve the content of collagen and cell layer fibronectin, stimulate the production of type I collagen which promotes scar maturation, and reduce the generation of inflammatory reaction. In addition, the centella asiatica extract can reduce the production of proinflammatory mediators (IL-1, MMP-1), and improve and repair the barrier function of the skin. The main functional components of resveratrol and emodin in the polygonum cuspidatum root extract have the effects of inhibiting elastase and whitening and diminishing inflammation on skin. The baicalin in the radix scutellariae extract is mainly used for inhibiting activation of sulfhydryl enzyme and preventing degranulation of hypertrophic (basophilic) cells and release of mediators such as histamine and 5-hydroxytryptamine, and has the function of reducing capillary permeability, so that anaphylactic reaction is avoided. The existence of the tea polyphenol in the tea extract can enhance the water locking capacity of the horny layer of the facial skin of a human body, effectively avoid water loss in skin cells and relieve the skin. The mother nucleus of the glycyrrhiza glabra root extract is very similar to isoflavanol in flavonoid compounds, and has a polyphenol structure, so that the glycyrrhiza glabra root extract is named as isoflavanol with phenolic hydroxyl, and has the functions of moistening, moisturizing, diminishing inflammation, astringing, relieving burning pain and helping the skin to restore normal as soon as possible. The chamomile flower extract contains flavonoid compounds, amino acids and other components, can well play a moisturizing effect, regulates the water-oil balance of skin to a certain degree, and has an anti-inflammatory effect. The rosemary leaf extract has good anti-inflammatory activity, and can protect skin, strengthen skin, promote blood circulation and promote skin functions. Meanwhile, the antibacterial and antiviral functions of the rosmarinic acid can inhibit acute infection and chronic infection, have resistance to ultraviolet rays, and can inhibit the degradation of elastin.
Preferably, the antimicrobial composition comprises: herba Agastaches extract (Pogostemon CABLIN), herba Cymbopogonis Citrari extract (Cymbopogon Citratus) and flos Magnoliae extract (Magnolia DENUDATA). The three components are mutually matched and synergized, so that the anti-inflammatory and relieving effects can be further enhanced, the skin barrier can be relieved and strengthened, and the recovery of symptoms of atopic dermatitis is facilitated. In a second aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing a fresh extract raw milk of infant wheat according to the first aspect, wherein the method for preparing the raw milk comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing oil, an emulsifier and a thickener to obtain an oil phase mixed solution; mixing wheat germ oil and humectant with water phase to obtain water phase mixed solution;
(2) adding the oil phase mixed solution obtained in the step (1) into the water phase mixed solution, and homogenizing to obtain emulsion;
(3) and (3) adding a skin conditioner into the emulsion obtained in the step (2), mixing, stirring and filtering to obtain the fresh extract milk of the infant wheat.
Preferably, in the step (1), the temperature of the oil phase mixture is 80 to 85 ℃, for example, 80 ℃, 81 ℃, 82 ℃, 83 ℃, 84 ℃, 85 ℃ and the like.
Preferably, in step (1), the oil phase is mixed for 10-15min, such as 10min, 11min, 12min, 13min, 14min, 15 min.
Preferably, in the step (1), the temperature of the aqueous phase mixing is 85 to 90 ℃, for example, 85 ℃, 86 ℃, 87 ℃, 88 ℃, 89 ℃, 90 ℃ and the like.
Preferably, in step (1), the time for mixing the aqueous phase is 10-15min, such as 10min, 11min, 12min, 13min, 14min, 15 min.

(1) stirring and mixing the grease, the emulsifier, the thickener and the antioxidant at 80-85 ℃ for 10-15min to obtain an oil phase mixed solution; mixing wheat germ oil, humectant and chelating agent at 85-90 deg.C under stirring for 10-15min to obtain water phase mixed solution;
(2) adding the oil phase mixed solution obtained in the step (1) into the water phase mixed solution, and homogenizing at 80-82 ℃ for 3-5min to obtain emulsion;
(3) and (3) cooling the emulsion obtained in the step (2) to below 45 ℃, adding a skin conditioner, mixing, stirring and filtering to obtain the infant wheat fresh extract raw milk.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the fresh extract raw milk of the wheat for the infants is safe, mild and non-irritant, is not added with mineral oil and petrolatum, avoids the problem that the mineral oil and petrolatum are difficult to absorb, is not added with preservatives, non-natural pigments and artificial essence, and avoids irritation and sensitivity to skin caused by the substances.
(2) The components of the wheat fresh extract protoplasm milk for the infants are mutually matched, so that the synergistic effect can more effectively relieve the skin pressure, improve the skin barrier capability of the infants, reduce the stimulation caused by the outside, protect the sensitive, tender and fragile skin of the infants, bring safer, better and more effective care to the infants, and have the advantages of easy absorption and long-acting moisture retention.

Test example 1
Patch test
Randomly selecting 30 children of 2-5 years old, including 12 boys and 18 girls, and the test substances were infant wheat fresh extract raw milk prepared in examples 1-17 and infant wheat fresh extract raw milk prepared in comparative examples 1-9. The negative control was a blank control. In the closed spot test method, about 0.02g of the test substance is coated in a spot device, an external medical adhesive tape is pasted on the bent side of the forearm of the testee, the test substance is removed within 24h, the skin reaction is observed within 0.5h, 24h and 48h of the spot test respectively, the skin reaction grading standard in the cosmetic hygiene specification (2015 edition) is shown in table 1, and the test result is shown in table 2.

The skin patch test results in table 2 show that the baby wheat fresh extract raw milk of the invention has no irritation and no erythema, and compared with comparative examples 1-8, the baby wheat fresh extract raw milk of the invention has somewhat reduced effect, because the components in the skin conditioner are matched with each other, so that the skin irritation can be further relieved, and the skin tolerance can be enhanced. The lack of either component proved to be insufficient for the desired regulation. Meanwhile, the components in the composition and the cosmetics provided by the invention are safe, mild and non-irritant. The raw milk provided by the invention is scientific and reasonable in compatibility, can obviously reduce toxic and side effects and irritation after synergistic interaction, and can be proved to cause no adverse reaction on children skin.

The above test results show that: the fresh extract raw milk of the infant wheat prepared in the examples 1 to 8 is milky emulsion, uniform, free of particles, natural and light in smell, free of undesirable phenomena such as bleeding, layering, separation, precipitation, discoloration, peculiar smell and emulsion breaking and good in stability, and can pass a high-temperature and low-temperature stability experiment.
Test example 3
Skin barrier function test
The test evaluation is carried out on 75 healthy testers with no allergic history of skin of 5-12 years old in batches, and the lower the TEWL value of the skin, the larger the reduced change rate, which indicates that the barrier function for preventing water loss is stronger.
The rate of change of TEWL values was:

Using equipmentDual MPA 580, Probe Tewameter TM300, was tested by a skin moisture loss tester. 3cm of each forearm of the subject2The area of the size is a test area, and the test area of the arm should be cleaned with clear water and sit still in a constant temperature independent environment (22 +/-1 ℃) and an environment with the relative humidity of 50 +/-5% for 30-60 minutes before the test of the subject. The experimental results in table 4 show that the change rate of the hydration degree of the fresh extracted raw milk of baby wheat prepared in examples 1-17 of the present invention is reduced by more than-45% at the 4 th hour, and as an optimal technical scheme of the present invention, the change rate of the hydration degree of the fresh extracted raw milk of baby wheat prepared in examples 1-3 is reduced by more than-69% at the 4 th hour, which indicates that the compatibility of the components of the fresh extracted raw milk of baby wheat of the present invention is scientific and reasonable, and synergistic.
Test example 4
Product efficacy testing
Considering that the infants are small in age and cannot clearly express self experience, and the mothers can choose skin care products for the children and then decide to buy the skin care products for the children without any stimulation after the skin care products are tried out by the mothers. 60 adults with slightly sensitive facial skin were selected and divided into 3 groups for experience, 21 men and 39 women, both aged 20-35 years, were continuously administered the lotions obtained in examples 1-3 of the present invention for 3 days, and the testers were unable to use any skin care products such as lotions and creams within 24 hours before the baby wheat fresh extract raw milk prepared in examples 1-17 of the present invention and comparative examples 1-9 was administered.

As can be seen from the test data in table 5, the infant wheat fresh extract raw milk product prepared in examples 1 to 8 of the present invention has no adverse reactions, i.e., no irritation, such as redness, stinging, itching, etc., after being used in the efficacy test. And the trial feel is fresh and cool, is not greasy, and is moisturizing and moist. And when any component in the skin conditioner is determined by the raw milk products provided by the comparative examples 1-8, the relieving speed is slow, the effect is poor, more people feel slightly greasy, the moisture retention and moistening are insufficient, and even the problems of slight redness and itching appear in severe people. The fresh extract protoplasm milk of the baby wheat disclosed by the invention has high-efficiency and allergy-relieving components, and the components are matched with each other and have synergistic interaction, so that the barrier capability of the skin of the baby can be improved, the colony balance of the skin of the baby is adjusted, the anti-inflammatory and anti-irritation capabilities of the skin are enhanced, and the fresh extract protoplasm milk of the baby wheat has a relatively obvious effect on the improvement of the skin.
The applicant states that the present invention is described by the above examples to describe the baby wheat fresh extract puree milk and the preparation method thereof, but the present invention is not limited to the above examples, i.e. it does not mean that the present invention is implemented only by relying on the above examples. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. An infant wheat freshly extracted raw milk, comprising: wheat germ oil, a skin conditioner, grease, an emulsifier, a thickener and a humectant;
the skin conditioning agent comprises: wheat germ extract, plant antiallergic agent, mushroom dextran, XINMINSHU, DEFUXIU, Terminalia catappa fruit extract, hydrolyzed wheat protein, wheat ceramide and antibacterial composition.
2. The infant wheat freshly extracted raw milk according to claim 1, wherein the raw milk comprises, by mass: 5-25% of grease, 1-10% of skin conditioner, 0.5-5.0% of emulsifier, 0.5-1.0% of thickener, 8-20% of humectant and the balance of wheat germ oil.
3. The infant wheat freshly extracted raw milk according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the skin conditioner comprises, based on 100% of the total mass of the raw milk: 0.01-2.0% of wheat germ extract, 0.5-2.0% of compound plant anti-allergy agent, 0.5-2.0% of mushroom glucan, 0.05-0.2% of Anxinshu, 0.01-0.3% of Dekouchi, 0.01-0.5% of Terminalia faba fruit extract, 0.01-0.5% of hydrolyzed wheat protein, 0.01-0.5% of wheat ceramide and 0.02-0.06% of antibacterial composition.
4. The infant wheat fresh extract stock milk according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the complex plant anti-allergy agent comprises: centella asiatica extract, polygonum cuspidatum root extract, scutellaria baicalensis root extract, tea leaf extract, glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, chamomile flower extract, and rosemary leaf extract;
preferably, the antimicrobial composition comprises: patchouli extract, citronella extract, and magnolia extract;
preferably, panthenol is further included in the skin conditioning agent;
preferably, the adding amount of the panthenol is 0.05-0.5% based on the total mass of the raw milk as 100%.
5. The infant wheat fresh extract stock milk according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the oil comprises any one or a combination of at least two of shea butter, hydrogenated palm kernel oil, caprylic/capric triglyceride, jojoba seed oil, tri (ethyl hexanoate) glyceride, or polydimethylsiloxane;
preferably, the emulsifier comprises any one of MON-L, A-165 or wheat emulsifier or a combination of at least two thereof;
preferably, the thickener comprises xanthan gum and/or EMT-10;
preferably, the humectant comprises any one or a combination of at least two of glycerol, allantoin, sodium hyaluronate, butanediol, or 1, 2-hexanediol.
6. The baby wheat freshly extracted raw milk according to any one of claims 1-5, further comprising an antioxidant;
preferably, the addition amount of the antioxidant is 0.1-2.0% based on the total mass of the raw milk as 100%;
preferably, the antioxidant comprises tocopherol and/or p-hydroxyacetophenone;
preferably, the raw milk also comprises an anti-chelating agent;
preferably, the addition amount of the chelating agent is 0.02-0.1% based on the total mass of the raw milk as 100%;
preferably, the chelating agent is disodium EDTA.
7. The infant wheat freshly extracted raw milk according to any one of claims 1-6, wherein the raw milk comprises, in mass percent: 0.01-2.0% of wheat germ extract, 0.5-2.0% of plant anti-allergy agent, 0.5-2.0% of mushroom glucan, 0.05-0.2% of Anxinshu, 0.01-0.3% of Dekouki, 0.01-0.5% of Terminalia catappa fruit extract, 0.01-0.5% of hydrolyzed wheat protein, 0.01-0.5% of wheat ceramide, 0.02-0.06% of antibacterial composition, 0.05-0.5% of panthenol, 0.5-3.0% of shea butter, 0.5-1.5% of hydrogenated palm kernel oil, 2.0-6.0% of caprylic/capric triglyceride, 0.5-2.5% of Hoffia seed oil, 1.0-6.0% of Triethylhexoate, 0.5-2.5% of polydimethylsiloxane, 1.0-2.5% of MON-L, 0-1650.5-1.5% of A-1.5%, 0.1.5% of emulsifier, 0.03-0.0.0.0% of xanthan gum, 0.5-15.5% of EMT emulsifier, 0.5-0% of xanthan gum, 3.0-10.0% of glycerin, 0.1-0.3% of allantoin, 0.01-0.1% of sodium hyaluronate, 2.0-5.0% of butanediol, 0.4-1.0% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.1-1.0% of tocopherol, 0.4-0.6% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.02-0.1% of EDTA disodium and the balance of wheat germ oil.
8. The method of producing infant wheat freshly extracted raw milk according to any one of claims 1-7, wherein the method of producing raw milk comprises the steps of:
(1) mixing oil, an emulsifier and a thickener to obtain an oil phase mixed solution; mixing wheat germ oil and humectant with water phase to obtain water phase mixed solution;
(2) adding the oil phase mixed solution obtained in the step (1) into the water phase mixed solution, and homogenizing to obtain emulsion;
(3) and (3) adding a skin conditioner into the emulsion obtained in the step (2), mixing, stirring and filtering to obtain the fresh extract milk of the infant wheat.
9. The method for preparing the oil-phase mixture of claim 8, wherein the temperature for mixing the oil phase in step (1) is 80-85 ℃;
preferably, in the step (1), the oil phase is mixed for 10-15 min;
preferably, in the step (1), the temperature for mixing the water phase is 85-90 ℃;
preferably, in the step (1), the time for mixing the water phase is 10-15 min;
preferably, in the step (2), the temperature of the homogenization is 80-82 ℃;
preferably, in the step (2), the homogenization time is 3-5 min;
preferably, in the step (3), the temperature of the mixing and stirring is 45 ℃ or lower.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the raw milk is prepared by the steps of:
(1) stirring and mixing the grease, the emulsifier, the thickener and the antioxidant at 80-85 ℃ for 10-15min to obtain an oil phase mixed solution; mixing wheat germ oil, humectant and chelating agent at 85-90 deg.C under stirring for 10-15min to obtain water phase mixed solution;
(2) adding the oil phase mixed solution obtained in the step (1) into the water phase mixed solution, and homogenizing at 80-82 ℃ for 3-5min to obtain emulsion;
(3) and (3) cooling the emulsion obtained in the step (2) to below 45 ℃, adding a skin conditioner, mixing, stirring and filtering to obtain the infant wheat fresh extract raw milk.
