(2) adding the water phase mixed solution obtained in the step (1) into the oil phase mixed solution, and mixing and stirring to obtain emulsion;
(3) and (3) adding a skin conditioner into the emulsion obtained in the step (2), mixing, homogenizing, and defoaming in vacuum to obtain the baby wheat fresh extract protoplasm hip-protecting cream.

Test example 1
Patch test
Randomly selecting 30 children of 2-5 years old, wherein the children comprise 12 boys and 18 girls, and the test substances are infant wheat fresh extract raw stock hip-protecting cream prepared in examples 1-8 and infant wheat fresh extract raw stock hip-protecting cream prepared in comparative examples 1-8. The negative control was a blank control. In the closed spot test method, about 0.02g of the test substance is coated in a spot device, an external medical adhesive tape is pasted on the bent side of the forearm of the testee, the test substance is removed within 24h, the skin reaction is observed within 0.5h, 24h and 48h of the spot test respectively, the skin reaction grading standard in the cosmetic hygiene specification (2015 edition) is shown in table 1, and the test result is shown in table 2.

The test substance is the baby wheat fresh extract raw stock hip-protecting cream prepared in the examples 1-8, the baby wheat fresh extract raw stock hip-protecting cream prepared in the examples is sampled according to the national standard of GBT34857-2017, the samples are packaged in a transparent cosmetic bottle and a test sample bottle, the transparent cosmetic bottle and the test sample bottle are respectively placed under the experimental conditions of-18 ℃, 25 ℃, 45 ℃ and 48 ℃, the continuous test of the appearance, the fragrance, the pH value, the viscosity and other items is carried out for 30 days, and the phenomena of bad phenomena such as bleeding, layering, separation, precipitation, discoloration, peculiar smell, demulsification and the like are observed. Specific test results are shown in table 3.

Product efficacy testing
80 babies with diaper rash and the similar lightness and weight degrees and the ages of 0-2 are divided into 16 groups, 5 babies in each group are not smeared with any nursing product and medicine on the affected part within 24 hours, the fresh extracted infant wheat raw stock hip pad cream prepared in the examples 1-8 and the fresh extracted infant wheat raw stock hip pad cream prepared in the comparative examples 1-8 are respectively used, the affected part is smeared with the hip pad cream for 3 times every day, meanwhile, the diaper is replaced for 3 times every day, and the skin recovery condition of the babies is respectively observed by baby guardians.
Grading standard: health: score 0, erythema, sporadic papules: 0.1-1.0 points, erythema, small amounts of papules and blisters: 1.1-2.0 points, erythema, copious papules and blisters: 2.1-3.0, erythema, pustule, erosion: 3.0-4.0 min. The scoring data was averaged.

While the hip cream products provided in comparative examples 1 to 8 had a slow rate of relief and poor results when any of the ingredients in the skin conditioner was determined, had some erythema, small amounts of pimples and blisters after 15 days of use, and were prone to the repeated appearance of erythema, pimples and blisters initially. The invention fully shows that the baby wheat fresh extract protoplasm hip-protecting cream has high-efficiency and allergy-relieving components, the components are mutually matched and synergized, the barrier capability of the skin of a baby can be improved, the colony balance of the skin of the baby is adjusted, the anti-inflammatory and anti-irritation capability of the skin is enhanced, and the baby wheat fresh extract protoplasm hip-protecting cream has obvious effects on improving diaper rash, red rash and skin itch of the baby.
The applicant states that the invention is described by the above examples to describe baby wheat fresh extract raw stock hip-protecting cream and the preparation method thereof, but the invention is not limited to the above examples, that is, the invention is not meant to be implemented only by the above examples. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that any modification of the present invention, equivalent substitutions of the raw materials of the product of the present invention, addition of auxiliary components, selection of specific modes, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The utility model provides a baby wheat fresh extract primary pulp hip-care cream which is characterized in that the hip-care cream comprises: wheat germ extract, skin conditioner, oil, emulsifier, thickener, humectant and chelating agent;
the skin conditioning agent comprises: bisabolol, wheat ceramide, phenytoin, antiallergic composition, Defushi, Terminalia catappa fruit extract and hydrolyzed wheat protein.
2. The infant wheat fresh extract raw stock hip-care cream as claimed in claim 1, wherein the hip-care cream comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 5-25% of grease, 1-10% of skin conditioner, 0.5-5.0% of emulsifier, 0.5-2.5% of thickener, 8-25% of humectant and the balance of wheat germ extract.

The baby wheat fresh extract protoplasm hip-protecting cream according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the skin conditioner comprises, based on 100% of the total mass of the hip-protecting cream: 0.05-0.3% of bisabolol, 0.001-0.5% of wheat ceramide, 0.05-0.3% of phenix, 0.5-3.0% of anti-allergy composition, 0.001-0.5% of dermaphyllum chinense, 0.01-0.5% of terminalia faba fruit extract and 0.01-1.0% of hydrolyzed wheat protein.
4. The infant wheat fresh extract stock hip cream according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the anti-allergy composition comprises: sunflower seed oil unsaponifiable matter, extract of flowers/leaves/vines of the plant, echium oil, octyldodecanol and tocopherol;
preferably, the skin conditioner further comprises a plant composition;
preferably, the addition amount of the plant composition is 0.02-0.08% based on 100% of the total mass of the hip-care cream;
preferably, the plant composition comprises: citrus extract, neroli extract, freesia extract and magnolia extract;
preferably, panthenol is further included in the skin conditioning agent;
preferably, the addition amount of the panthenol is 0.1-1.0% based on 100% of the total mass of the hip care cream;
preferably, the skin conditioning agent further comprises urea;
preferably, the addition amount of the urea is 2.0-5.0% based on 100% of the total mass of the hip-care cream.
5. The infant wheat fresh extract puree hip cream according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the oil comprises any one or a combination of at least two of caprylic/capric triglyceride, shea butter, cetyl ethylhexanoate, coconut oil, or dimethicone;
preferably, the emulsifier comprises cetyl dimethicone and/or sorbitan sesquioleate;
preferably, the thickening agent comprises beeswax and/or magnesium sulphate;
preferably, the beeswax is beeswax N467;
preferably, the humectant comprises any one or a combination of at least two of glycerol, propylene glycol or 1, 2-hexanediol.
6. The baby wheat fresh extract protoplasm hip-care cream according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising an antibacterial agent;
preferably, the addition amount of the antibacterial agent is 2.0-6.0% based on 100% of the total mass of the hip-protecting cream;
preferably, the antimicrobial agent is zinc oxide;
preferably, the hip-care cream further comprises an antioxidant;
preferably, the addition amount of the antioxidant is 0.1-2.0% based on 100% of the total mass of the hip-care cream;
preferably, the antioxidant comprises tocopherol and/or p-hydroxyacetophenone;
preferably, the hip-care cream also comprises an anti-chelating agent;
preferably, the addition amount of the chelating agent is 0.03-0.1% based on 100% of the total mass of the hip-care cream;
preferably, the chelating agent is disodium EDTA.

The baby wheat fresh extract protoplasm hip-care cream according to any one of claims 1 to 6, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: caprylic/capric triglyceride 2.0-8.0%, shea butter 0.5-4.0%, cetyl ethyl hexanoate 2.0-8.0%, coconut oil 1.0-5.0%, polydimethylsiloxane 1.0-3.0%, bisabolol 0.05-0.3%, wheat ceramide 0.001-0.5%, phenytoin 0.05-0.3%, antiallergic composition 0.5-3.0%, dermatan 0.001-0.5%, Terminalia faba fruit extract 0.01-0.5%, hydrolyzed wheat protein 0.01-1.0%, plant composition 0.02-0.08%, panthenol 0.1-1.0%, urea 2.0-5.0%, cetyl/PEG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane 1.0-3.0%, sorbitan sesquioleate 0.5-1.5%, beeswax 4670.5-1.5%, magnesium sulfate 0.5-1.5%, glycerol 0.8-18.0%, 18.8-18% >, and other adjuvants, 3.0-8.0% of propylene glycol, 0.4-1.5% of 1, 2-hexanediol, 2.0-6.0% of zinc oxide, 0.1-1.0% of tocopherol, 0.001-0.5% of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.03-0.1% of EDTA disodium and the balance of wheat germ extract.
8. The preparation method of the infant wheat fresh extract protoplasm hip-protecting cream according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the preparation method of the hip-protecting cream comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing oil, an emulsifier and a thickener to obtain an oil phase mixed solution; mixing wheat germ extract and humectant with water phase to obtain water phase mixture;
(2) adding the water phase mixed solution obtained in the step (1) into the oil phase mixed solution, and mixing and stirring to obtain emulsion;
(3) and (3) adding a skin conditioner into the emulsion obtained in the step (2), mixing, homogenizing, and defoaming in vacuum to obtain the baby wheat fresh extract protoplasm hip-protecting cream.
9. The method for preparing the oil-phase mixture of claim 8, wherein the temperature for mixing the oil phase in step (1) is 80-85 ℃;
preferably, in the step (1), the oil phase is mixed for 10-20 min;
preferably, in the step (1), the temperature for mixing the water phase is 85-90 ℃;
preferably, in the step (1), the oil phase is mixed for 10-15 min;
preferably, in the step (2), the temperature of the mixing and stirring is 80-82 ℃;
preferably, in the step (3), the temperature for mixing with the skin conditioner is below 60 ℃, preferably below 45 ℃;
preferably, in the step (3), the homogenization time is 30-60 s.
10. The method for preparing the hip care cream according to claim 9, wherein the method for preparing the hip care cream comprises the following steps:
(1) stirring and mixing the grease, the emulsifier and the thickener at 80-85 ℃ for 10-20min to obtain an oil phase mixed solution; mixing wheat germ extract, humectant and chelating agent at 85-90 deg.C under stirring for 10-15min to obtain water phase mixed solution;
(2) adding the water phase mixed solution obtained in the step (1) into the oil phase mixed solution, and mixing and stirring at 80-82 ℃ to obtain emulsion;
(3) and (3) cooling the emulsion obtained in the step (2) to below 45 ℃, adding a skin conditioner, an antioxidant and an antibacterial agent, mixing, homogenizing for 30-60s, and performing vacuum defoaming to obtain the infant wheat fresh extract protoplasm hip-protecting cream.
