Abstract

The present invention relates to an infant hip care composition, in particular to an infant hip care composition comprising zinc oxide and D-panthenol.

Description

Infant hip-protecting composition
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an infant hip care composition, in particular to an infant hip care composition comprising zinc oxide and D-panthenol.
Background
The red buttocks of infants are also called diaper rash or diaper rash medically. Diaper rash occurs due to a number of factors: the skin cuticle of the infant is thin, and the endothelium contains more water and chloride and is easy to be allergic; the natural sebum protective film of the skin is damaged by stimulation such as frequent milk overflow, urine, paper diaper friction and the like; the hip skin is moist for a long time, the diaper is not breathable when being worn, and a large amount of germs are easy to breed on the surface of the skin when the diaper is used for a long time; the hip skin is often contacted with some cleaning solutions, the original beneficial flora balance of the skin of the baby is broken, and the protective effect of the skin mucosa is damaged due to flora disorder.
The baby hip-protecting cream in the prior art generally comprises chemical grease, talcum powder, essence, preservative and emulsifier, and has the effects of forming a protective film on the surface of skin and relieving the phenomenon of red buttocks, but has no functions of relieving and repairing damaged skin with the symptom of diaper rash.
For example;
1. high zinc oxide content pharmaceutical ointment: more specifically, the ointment is prepared by a water-free or basically water-free formula process, and vaseline is used as a main dispersing agent. Although the waterproof effect is good, the following defects exist: greasy, very difficult to clean after smearing; the paste is not stored at high temperature, and once the paste is liquefied at the storage temperature higher than the melting point of vaseline, suspended zinc oxide in the formula can be slowly precipitated and layered to cause quality problems, so the paste can be stored and transported only at room temperature; the water-soluble high-efficiency bacteriostatic agent (such as various salts of poly aminopropyl biguanide, poly hexamethylene biguanide, chlorhexidine, and the like) can not be added, and the bacteriostatic function can not be provided; the skin of the water-deficient chap cannot be supplemented with water.
Typical marketed products include:
the zinc oxide ointment (OTC medicine) is sold in the market by a plurality of families in China, and the formula is as follows: 15% zinc oxide, the balance of vaseline (and liquid paraffin);
② compound cod-liver oil zinc oxide ointment (OTC medicine) -sold in the market by a plurality of families in China, the formula is: 20% of zinc oxide, and the balance of cod liver oil 8%, nitrofural 0.1%, vaseline, lanolin, talcum powder and liquid paraffin;
③ Qiangsheng (J & J) purple Desitin hip-protecting ointment, the formula comprises 40 percent of zinc oxide, and the balance of vaseline, cod liver oil, sheep oil, talcum powder, glycerol, sorbitan sesquioleate, beeswax, tocopheryl acetate and essence.
Fourthly, baby's hip-protecting cream with the formula as follows: petrolatum, mineral oil, zinc oxide, paraffin, stearyl glycyrrhetinate, and polymethylsiloxane.
Fifthly, the flatus repairing ointment for the baby is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: petrolatum, zinc oxide, Indian vine seed fat, cassava starch, glycerol behenate, polyglycerol-6-octastearate, stearyl glycyrrhetinate, sunflower seed oil and tocopherol (vitamin E).
CN101507693B discloses a method for preparing a baby diaper cream, wherein the formula comprises 6-8% of zinc oxide, 47-51% of castor oil, 30-34% of sunflower seed oil, 6-8% of honey and 5.8-6.2% of auxiliary materials. The auxiliary materials comprise 1.8-2.2% of beta-sitosterol, 0.8-1.2% of marigold, 0.8-1.2% of linseed oil and 0.8-1.2% of soybean oil.
Seventhly, CN110302121A discloses a baby hip-protecting ointment and a preparation method thereof, and the formula is as follows: 60-90 parts of petrolatum, 5-15 parts of liquid paraffin, 3-8 parts of zinc oxide, 2-10 parts of microcrystalline wax, 2-10 parts of camellia seed oil, 1-5 parts of evening primrose oil, 0.1-1 part of antioxidant, 0.1-1 part of bisabolol, 0.01-1 part of olive fruit extract and 0.01-1 part of water.
2. Water-in-oil type hip cream: due to technical limitation, the high-content zinc oxide particles easily cause demulsification of a water-in-oil system under a heating or freeze-thawing state, so that only a zinc oxide formula without zinc oxide or with a low content is adopted, the using amount of the zinc oxide is hardly higher than 14.5%, and the astringency and anti-inflammation effects of the low-content zinc oxide are relatively poor; in addition, the formula and the process of the hip cream added with zinc oxide and D-panthenol are not reported in documents and disclosed in patents.
Typical marketed products include:
(1) the formula of the baby diaper cream (water-in-oil) contains water, mineral oil, 13% of zinc oxide, petrolatum, synthetic beeswax, polydimethylsiloxane, sorbitan sesquioleate, microcrystalline wax, PEG 30-dipolyhydroxystearate, magnesium sulfate, phenoxyethanol, 1, 2-hexanediol, octyl glycol, tocopheryl acetate, potassium hydroxide, glycerol, aloe vera leaf extract and tropolone.
(2) CN103690451B discloses a W/O hip cream for babies and children and a preparation method thereof, wherein the W/O hip cream comprises a component A, a component B and a component C, wherein the component A comprises 12-20% of grease, 3-5% of an emulsifier and 0.05-0.1% of an antioxidant in percentage by weight of the total weight of the hip cream; the component B comprises 65-80% of deionized water, 0.05-0.15% of allantoin, 3-5% of humectant and 0.5-0.8% of stabilizer by weight percentage; the component C comprises 0.3-0.8% of cortex moutan extract, 0.05-0.2% of rutin extract and 0.1-0.3% of sodium pyrrolidone carboxylate in percentage by weight of the total weight of the hip cream. The formulation does not contain zinc oxide.
(3) CN105997718B discloses a baby hip-care cream and a preparation method thereof, the formula is as follows: 6-10% of ethylhexyl palmitate, 0.8-2% of cetearyl alcohol, 0.3-0.8% of soybean oil, 2-6% of polydimethylsiloxane, 0.5-0.9% of stabilizer, 8-20% of humectant, 0.5-3% of surfactant, 0.1-0.3% of antioxidant, 2-6.5% of emulsifier, 0.5-2% of thickener, 0.05-0.5% of preservative, 0.8-2% of zinc oxide, 0.05-0.2% of bisabolol, 0.3-0.7% of lithospermum extract, 0.3-0.7% of argania spinosa kernel extract, 0.01-0.2% of essence, 0.1-0.5% of allantoin, 0.05-0.2% of disodium EDTA and 50-70% of water; the stabilizer is ethylhexyl isononanoate. Wherein the thickening agent is selected from sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, is an anionic copolymer, and cannot be compatible with high-efficiency cationic polymer biguanide or guanidine bacteriostatic agent (various salts of polyaminopropyl biguanide, polyhexamethylene biguanide, chlorhexidine, and the like).
(4) CN104906553B discloses a water-in-oil infant hip cream and a preparation method thereof, and the formula is as follows: : deionized water, glycerol, diethylhexyl maleate, zinc oxide, butanediol, shea butter, 1, 2-pentanediol, tridecyl alcohol trimellitate, polydimethylsiloxane, cetyl PEG/PPG-10/1 polydimethylsiloxane, sodium lactate, C18-38 alcohol hydroxystearyl stearate, sorbitan sesquioleate, prinsepia utilis oil, bisabolol, ginger root extract, purslane extract, sodium hyaluronate, allantoin, tocopheryl acetate, polyhydroxystearic acid, dimethiconol, magnesium sulfate, and disodium EDTA.
(5) The hip cream on the market only contains D-panthenol (for example, the hip cream containing 4% of D-panthenol in German schba) has good coating feeling, but cannot prevent the skin of the baby from being polluted by excrement and germs at the same time. Has no astringent and anti-inflammatory effects of zinc oxide, and has relatively slow effect.
3. Oil-in-water type cream: although the oil-in-water type cream has good coating feeling, the cream cannot prevent water after being coated, so that the pollution of feces to the skin of a baby cannot be prevented and isolated, and the oil-in-water type cream is not suitable for the hip protection function in practice. In addition, the simple thickening emulsifier (various copolymers synthesized by acrylamide, acrylic acid or sodium salt, N-vinyl pyrrolidone and/or acryloyl dimethyl taurate and used for thickening and emulsifying) commonly used in the formula is an anionic polymer and is incompatible with cationic biguanide or guanidine (various salts of polyaminopropyl biguanide, polyhexamethylene biguanide, chlorhexidine and the like) disinfectants, and the formula cannot be added with the low-toxicity high-efficiency bacteriostatic agent, so the application is limited.

In 40 cases, all the data are from newborn babies of baby diapers customers (consumers). The 40 newborns were randomized into 20 treatment groups and 20 control groups. Wherein the treatment group had 12 newborn males and 8 females; the age distribution is 1 month to 10 months, the average age is 5.2 months, the average weight is 10.3 kilograms, and the growth and development conditions are good. The age distribution of 10 newborn male and 10 newborn female in the control group is also 1 month to 10 months, the average age distribution is 5.3 months, the average body weight is 10.8 kg, and the growth condition is good. The general data difference between the two groups of neonates was not statistically significant and was comparable.
1.1.2 intervention methods
Two groups of neonates wear the same series of paper diapers (BBU free breathing paper diapers) of the same brand, the paper diapers are replaced for 1 time every 3 hours conventionally, and the replacement times can be increased properly when the stool and urine are too much. After the paper diaper is replaced each time, the BBU cotton soft towel is used for scrubbing the buttocks and drying and comfortable nursing of the buttocks are well performed. On the basis, the treatment group applies the infant hip-protecting cream produced by the method to the buttocks, and the infant hip-protecting cream is applied for 1 time after the diaper is replaced every time, and the dosage is about 1 g. The control group was treated with the same treatment group except that the infant hip cream was not used.
1.2 evaluation criteria for Red hip degree
Mild: bright red erythema with clear edge at diaper contact part
Medium: papules and blisters may appear on the erythema with little seepage on the surface
And (3) severe degree: erosion can occur, for example, pustules or abrasions can occur due to bacterial infection
Both groups of neonates evaluated the incidence of red hips two months after engaging in the activity.
1.3 data
