Heating to 83 ℃, and stirring to dissolve completely; sequentially adding an oil pot and water into an emulsifying pot, vacuumizing, emulsifying and homogenizing for 5-8 minutes, and paying attention to the change of the viscosity of the paste; cooling to 43 deg.C, adding herba Sidae Rhombifoliae and Aloe extract, stirring, and making into baby hip caring ointment.
Example 11
The infant hip-protecting cream prepared in examples 1-10 was tested according to QB/T1857-:
performance of | Heat resistance | Cold resistance |
Example 1 | No oil-water separation | No oil-water separation |
Example 2 | Oil-water separation occurs | Oil-water separation occurs |
Example 3 | No oil-water separation | No oil-water separation |
Example 4 | Oil-water separation occurs | Oil-water separation occurs |
Example 5 | No oil-water separation | No oil-water separation |
Example 6 | No oil-water separation | No oil-water separation |
Example 7 | No oil-water separation | No oil-water separation |
Example 8 | No oil-water separation | No oil-water separation |
Example 9 | Oil-water separation occurs | Oil-water separation occurs |
Example 10 | No oil-water separation | No oil-water separation |
Comparing the processes of example 1, example 6 and example 7, the stirring difficulty occurred in example 6, when the temperature was too low, the stirring difficulty occurred, the stirring time was required to be increased or the stirring condition with faster rotation speed was used instead, both of which required the cost of the stirring process to be increased, and calendula and aloe were added at the same time, and the temperature to be lowered to 43 ℃ in example 1 is preferred in view of the fact that the active ingredient is easily inactivated at high temperature, which leads to the decrease of the therapeutic effect.
According to the heat resistance and cold resistance data of the infant hip protection cream prepared in the embodiments 1-3, when the water phase is heated at a low temperature, the water phase substances are not dispersed thoroughly, the emulsification effect is poor, and oil-water separation occurs, and when the temperature is too high, the heating condition required in the water phase heating process is high, so that the energy and cost consumed in the heating process are increased, and the optimal temperature for heating the water phase is 83 ℃.
According to the heat resistance and cold resistance data of the infant hip-care cream prepared in the embodiments 1, 4 and 5, when the oil phase is heated at a low temperature, substances in the oil phase are not thoroughly dispersed, the emulsification effect is poor, and oil-water separation occurs, and when the temperature is too high, the heating condition required in the oil phase heating process is high, so that the energy and cost consumed in the heating process are increased, and the optimal temperature for heating the water phase is 83 ℃.
According to the data of heat resistance and cold resistance of the baby hip pads obtained in examples 1, 8, 9 and 10, it is possible to obtain that when the water content is too high and the content of the effective component is too low, the obtained baby hip pads do not form a stable emulsified product, and when the amount of the product is too high, the stable emulsified product can be formed, but the cost of the product is greatly increased, and the product with too high content is difficult to stir during stirring, and the user may have too thick and difficult to apply during use, and the content percentage of the component is directly increased, so that the water content is rapidly reduced, and the skin of the user is cracked and damaged during use.
Example 12
The infant hip-care cream prepared in the example 1 has a score (ES) equal to 1 according to the judgment standard of SN/T2329-2009, belongs to no/light irritation, most of the infant hip-care cream materials prepared on the basis of natural ingredients are natural ingredients, and the addition of an emulsifier or a surfactant is removed, so that the irritation of the infant hip-care cream prepared in the example 1 is reduced to the minimum, and the requirement of the infant for use is met, and the low irritation performance of the infant hip-care cream prepared in the example 1 can be proved by detecting the composition comprising CALT/BG2019A (A) 425.
The zinc oxide provided by the invention has the effects of sterilizing, diminishing inflammation, absorbing moisture and relieving itching, and has the treatment and prevention effects on diaper rash. Meanwhile, the mineral oil and the petrolatum provide a skin moisturizing effect and promote wound healing, the calendula and aloe extract provide a good anti-inflammatory effect, all raw materials are mixed into a uniform mixture through emulsification, an emulsifier and a surfactant are not adopted, and on the premise that the sensitization of the raw materials is reduced as much as possible, the sensitization of the allergic raw materials is reduced as much as possible, so that the sensitization of the infant hip-care cream prepared by the invention is reduced as much as possible.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention and not for limiting, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that modifications or equivalent substitutions may be made on the technical solutions of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the present invention, which should be covered by the claims of the present invention.
